What an amazing place to live. Its kind of like a home in the middle of a resort. And whats even better is that during hurricane Harvey it never flooded even though all around the apartment and different neighborhood it flooded. The drains were kept clean and clear. And the maintenance here is awesome they stay on their toes and eager to help. The office staff is very friendly and helpful.

I respect other people reviews, but my personal experience at this property had been excellent, Ms Stephanie has been very professional as well as the lady and gentleman at the front office.I just got my keys today and apartment looks very nice.My expectations were low but I have to say honestly I dont have any complaints.

Beautiful Spanish style buildings, quiet and clean. Near all main shopping spots. Ive been living here for 4 years and its been wonderful. Apartments are spacious and with a lot of storage and closets, the apartments design very modern and practical. I recommend this community💯!! The staff is always respectful and promptly to fix anything at your request. Thank you staff and thank you property manager Stephanie! 👍👍

I lived here for four years my family and I and to be honest and truthful everything was OK but what made me want to stay was Mrs Stephanie the manager she is so sweet and kind and honest and fair she listens when you talk to her she doesn’t take one person inside of the other she actually listens to both sides and she address the situation as quickly as possible thank you Mrs Stephanie for the kindness that you provided for me and my family

I lived here for going on 2 years, the property stayed well kept up. Pools are always open and clean which makes that a plus in the summer time. Parking was great, the property has great amenities, maintenance requests are answered promptly and the apartment manager Ms.Stephanie and her staff was a pleasure to work with. Everyone was really nice. I really enjoyed my time living here.

Christina was such a wonderful lady she made us feel right at home and sold us with her insights in the surrounding area and gave us so much valuable information.We had help from another employee a very helpful young lady that gave us the same welcoming and supportive energy.Definitely a great opportunity to start a new chapter in someone’s life.

Wynnewood at Wortham is HOME to us! It can be challenging to make a home of a rented space but we have felt so safe and comfortable here.We’ve lived in both one bedroom and two bedroom apartments in this complex and both were lovely and comfortable. There have been regular life issues, plumbing situations, but the maintenance team are great. Very close to the fire station and a hospital. Never lost power or water during the freeze.We’ve lived here for 8 years now and we were happy to sign another year lease.

Absolutely love the staff especially Sarah she got me moved in last week the complex is very nice and they’re so kind I would recommend anybody wanting to move out here this is a really nice play. And if you get assisted with Sarah she will definitely assist in the best way possible and this is speaking from personal experience.

Moved in this month. They are the best office staff, especially Stephanie so helpful and nice. First night had a water heater leak, were there in 45 min at 4 am. Complex is amazing quiet, clean, and wonderful neighbors. So happy to be here, havent slept this good in years. A+++. Thank you again for making me so happy I dont even want to go out. Thats a home not just an apartment. Cant wait to try the pool, once it stops raining. Highly recommend.

Weve been here about 3 yrs. From the very beginning until now weve been very satisfied. The apt manager has always been helpful including the staff. As far as maintenance, never had a complaint. Whenever we had an issue or needed something replaced/repaired, it was done in a timely manner. I read the other reviews and couldnt believe what I was reading. We never saw a roach the whole time we lived here. I would recommend these apartments. I would also recommend that everyone should get to know the management/staff/maintenance. Communication is the key for a better community.

Stephanie and Brenda are always helpful and professional. maintenance is prompt as well. I love the location near 290 and close by Wortham Grove park. I love the large windows and tall ceilings in my home. I have been here for two and a half years and am very happy :)

I have worked with Lorento & Brenda for almost 2 weeks regarding my application and they deserve more POSITIVITY. As I have not moved in yet, the type of service that I have received as of today have made me comfortable with renting here. Yes we understand things happen that is out of their control which should not be taken out on the staff. They are great at what they do and once or if any situations come about I feel Confident that they will do what they can!

I lived at Wynnewood for 2-1/2 years.Staff: Stephanie, Brenda, really all the ladies and gents in the office came in a few months after my initial lease. I originally dealt with Hendi. He was very informative and helped me coordinate my move from Colorado back to Houston. It was quite tedious considering I hadn’t seen the apartment in person and wasn’t available to actually walk or meet in person. Shortly after Stephanie taking over I did notice a big change in the office staff and leasing office morale. I have always liked Stephanie. She is understanding and knows how to diffuse a situation quickly. (Let’s get real – Everyone is little demanding or rude at some time or another.) She genuinely cares about her tenants and the property. Brenda is additionally very helpful & overall just a sweet lady.Maintenance: Our first maintenance incident was shortly after moving in with a Dryer. It continually ate clothes. It was resolved approximately 2 weeks after the problem started. From there – It was 100 percent smooth sailing. These guys set the bar in Maintenance. I’m not going to say things didn’t come up – They always do. When there was an issue they were almost immediate to fix it. I have never resided, worked with, or witnessed another maintenance team as prompt as those at Wynnewood. Maintenance personal were always seen on property cleaning and maintaining the grounds with a smile and a wave! The complex overall is kept very clean and free of debris, trash, other lazy tenants (Lazy Tenants exist everywhere)You are probably wondering why I moved right? Clean apartments, Great Management Company, Reasonable / Low Rent, Above Average Schools. My only suggestion after 2-1/2 years of living here is that they raise they rent to attract more quality residents. I did have a vehicle stolen (Bad guys don’t go to the ghetto to steal – just a reminder this could happen anywhere as they do have security cameras , gated, and were helpful to review cameras at my request), and my garage broken into several times. I filed police reports but ultimately no resolve on those reports. This may have just been a few bad apples in the area. It started about a year and a half into my lease and resolved roughly 6 months ago. (Aprox. 6 Month period this went on). Additionally my son was not fond or Arnold Middle School. (Again – Not the apartments problem)Summary – My experience with Wynnewood was overall positive. I feel as if you pay your bills on time, have courteous and mindful children, are mindful of your surroundings / neighbors, it’s an ideal place. These google reviews are always so jaded and normally flooded with people who are - in the moment - upset that something didnt work out - that I felt I needed to do my due diligence to give the Property / Maintenance / Office Staff a true - non-biased review. I have lived here for 3 years and I absolutely love it! The apartments are beautiful and the grounds are well maintained. I also love the trash pickup at my door. But my favorite thing about Wynnewood at Wortham is the friendly, helpful office staff. They go above and beyond to help the residents. Today James got my mail and brought it to my car because I am having extreme pain in my knee. I never dreamed an office staff could be so accommodating.

I see that a lot of residents at Wynnewood apt have wrote bad reviews, or had bad experience, but on the contrary my experience here has been great from the start. Moved here in March 2016, ive had my fridge replaced with a new one and the workers were really good, my AC got fixed in as soon as i notified the staff. I love the place its quiet, neighbors are cool, but maybe im just a lucky person or am treated just like i treat other people. The staff is very pleasant always, they smile and we even have small talks every time i go in to pick up my mail. This being my first time renting in united states bcus i moved from europe has been great. The apartment complex is very clean, no cockroaches or other bugs..honestly im shocked with some of the review because i havent experienced none of it. So good luck to you. happy new year :)

We are going on our 2nd year of living at Wynnewood and have not had any problems. All staff that I have encountered whether in the front office or maintenance riding around the property have been pleasant and friendly. Maintenance requests are responded to in a timely manner. No place is perfect, but Im happy to call Wynnewood my home.

I liked it, it is very clean and tidy, nice spacious and modern buildings. It is well located and good service. The only thing that made me a little doubtful was the security because I noticed that the main gate of the vehicular entrance as well as the pedestrian one remains open? I think it was the only thing that made me a little doubtful and distrustful. Otherwise I love it, I do recommend it.
