Awesome and friendly manager and staff, just a very nice, peaceful and pretty place to live. A small quaint community where everyone gets along and are very friendly, lots of families and children, a great mix of everyone and every age.

Ive been living here for 4 months and so far management has been outstanding and extremely helpful. My neighbors are awesome, and I really enjoy not having to be bombing my apartment for roaches like in my previous apartments. Good environment for children, theres a well maintained pool and park.

Moved in December 2015. At first I wasnt sure if I was going to like it or feel safe there. So I moved in thinking the worst and unsafe. Come to find out that I was wrong. I enjoy and feel safe of enough that Im signing a new lease for another year. The management is great there. She has done so many improvements there and always took care of any issues . We are very proud to call this place home. Just want to say thank you to the management and the maintenance staff for the great work they do around hear. Looking forward to another great year at a place I can call home.

I’ve been here for a little over a year living with my bf and his parents. I just recently got my own place with my boyfriend about a month ago here and we love it. Never had any problems with anyone, it’s well kept and clean. Only thing I don’t like is that people don’t pick up their dogs feces even though there is a dog station that provides bags and a trash can for it. Manager is very nice and the maintenance men always get their job done.

So far everything is good. Maintnance requests get done in a fast timely manner. Pool is very well kept and staff members are really helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for an apt.

I lived for a year in Woodside at lake Highlands. Very nice, quiet. Many shopping centers nearby, the Free Way 635 extremely close and the Manager, Omar, a special person. Always ready to help and integrate tenants into the community. I recommend it!!!

I LIVED IN FLORIDA AND WHEN I ARRIVED IN DALLAS I DIDNT REALLY LIKE IT VERY MUCH BUT LITTLE BY LITTLE I GOT TO KNOW MY NEIGHBORS AND LIVING IN WOODSIDE WAS THE BEST, Im very happy, I plan to live here for a long time, it has good security, many friendly and polite neighbors diverse families but we all help each other, WITH RESPECT TO THE MANAGER “OMAR” A VERY EDUCATE PERSON DEDICATED TO HIS WORK AND ASPECT OF EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN WHAT HE DOES, THANK YOU FOR WELCOMING ME IN THIS SMALL AND COZY CONDOMINIUM HERE I WILL START MY NEW LIFE AND I WILL FULFILL ALL MY DREAMS NEXT TO WONDERFUL PEOPLE 🥹
