    Let me start by saying if I could give a 10 star review I would. I had a great experience when I went in to inquire about an apartment. Oriana helped me through out the process she is very kind, professional, and experienced she is the best! I recommend this place 100% mostly for the good customer service I received.     Woods of Spring Grove is a great place to live. The new staff is always helpful. Whenever you need anything they are quick to respond. Ericka in particular was extremely respectful and knowledgeable when showing me around the complex. The environment is nice. Most recently they upgraded better lighting throughout the apartments which makes me feel safer. Lastly, you have nearby places to shop and dine. You have lots of good things living in this place.

    Very good service from the leasing agent Marcy. She was very helpful with answering all our questions and concerns. She addressed everything that we asked her and even gave us some very helpful information. We would definitely recommend the apartments and the wonderful service she provided.     Hello everyone, I have been living here for 2 years and 4 months now. I am very happy with my apartment and the staff. I was very grateful they were willing to work with me and get me moved in. Ericka is absolutely amazing!!! She is very kind and her customer service is great. She has made living here wonderful. This place is very convenient for the price and location. Just minutes away from the I-10, 610 and 290👍I am definitely going to resign my leaseMaria Maynes is back and love this community and the service they provide !

    I went to woods of spring grove yesterday looking for a apartment. I will definitely say I was truly impressed! Extremely clean grounds apartment was spacious and the staff at the office was extremely welcoming polite and understanding.     I am a resident at Woods of Spring Grove, I have been here since December 2020. I am grateful for the office staff Maria and Iliana they are AMAZING at there job, they truly make there resident feel like family. I am also grateful for the maintenance staff, anytime that I have an issue in the apartment they are quick to fix everything in a timely matter. If you are looking for a place to call home in the Spring Branch area THIS IS THE PLACE!!!

    Woods of Spring Grove is a great property that i want to recommend. They help with meals every day and the customer service is awesome.I love the you tube videos with Lisa and Maria.     Moved in last month. Application process was easy. Erica showed me the model. She was very informative. Even thow the office was really busy she made sure she was attending to everyone’s needs. It is a older property but was affordable for me. Parking is better then my last place. So I can’t complain. I give Woods of Spring grove 5 star! Someone get Erica some help and keep up the good work.

    Woods of spring is the most pleasant place to stay they have a wonderful staff this place is a very elegant and peacful place to live I enjoy living here.     I MOVED IN THESE APARTMENTS OVER A YEAR AGO AND HAVE RENEWED MY LEASE ITS VERY QUIET I DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT NOISE I RARELY HAVE TO CALL FOR MAINTENANCE BUT WHEN I DO THEY ARE EXTREMELY FAST AND FRIENDLY IM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH MY STAY HERE WE HAVE EVENTS THAT BRINGS THE COMMUNITY TOGETHER THEY EVEN DO THE STOP AND GO BREAKFAST WAY BEFORE THE OFFICE EVEN OPENS ...
