I heard there is a new administration!!! I went and toured a 2 bedroom apartment and the aesthetics were completely different. Stop and see Maria and Allison and they will give you a great experience!!! I am happy to be a future tenant of Woodland Hill Luxury!!

Currently residing here, the new management Mrs. Sylvia is amazing!!!!! She gets things done. I believe shes been here only a week and we already have new sign, the old one was busted but we are seeing big changes. Trish is finally being picked up daily again, and things are getting better very quickly. I have never had an apartment manager move so efficiently in their craft! Amazing place, cant wait to see all the changes once shes done restoring these buildings and its teams💯‼️The old management did a lot of damage the few months they were in charge, but the new manager is playing no games. I recommend this property for those looking, I can actually see changes even in the environment of the place and thats a big deal!

I am so pleased with Woodland Hills Apartments. The complex is very well kept up with, and the staff is amazing! Ms Allison and Ms Heather are very helpful and always have a great attitude. I have never had an issue while residing here and any concern was always addressed in a timely manner. 😊

Huge thank yous to Allison, Trisha and Maria for EVERYTHING! The entire first interaction/conversation was very welcoming and informative. Application process to post move in, everyone was just great! The unit is beautiful and spacious. We look forward to our stay here at our new Home. Thank you ladies :)

Alison is the best Assistant MGR. I’ve had in a long time she has always helped me on any issue i had and had maintenance issue guys cane the same day.The issue was taken care of same day. Alison always follows up and keeps me informed.

I am an apartment locator and speak to apartments all over Texas daily. Please do not rely on bad reviews to keep you away from a property - that is just someones experience and you never know why they may be upset. There are two sides to every story when it comes to reviews. In this society, its impossible to please everyone. This is a gorgeous property and Allison handled me professionally, as did Maria, the Manager. You will find few managers with as much experience as Maria. My job would be so much easier if I could get that type of assistance and cooperation from every management team I contact!

So I was sent to these apartments by an apartment Locator because I had some difficult difficulties renting. The ladies were super sweet Trisha with further and beyond to ensure that I was able to get approved. Trisha are extremely patient and understanding, and then not give me any problems. Not to mention the apartments themselves are absolutely gorgeous. I couldn’t have chosen a better, thank you and everyone else in the office so very much.

Allison, Maria and staff are very kind and accommodating. When a maintenance request is put in they are right on top of it with time frames on when they will be able to take care of things for you. Always informing of holiday parties to get to know the residents. Very understanding and accommodating with things and doesn’t go unnoticed to a single mother of one. I have been here 5 years and I’ll say things have gotten better since they came in.

I just went to visit someone very nice inside, island in the kitchen and big balcony, big soaker tub and storage, counter space in the bathroom the accept pets thats the part I dont like oh yeah they have elevators great part you dont have to walk up those stairs

Wonderful place to live and to be with the family, quiet and the administration attentive to everything. The entire team is wonderful, always attentive to the needs of those of us who live here. Super clean place in its surroundings, the guy who is in charge of keeping everything around clean does it very well. Mr. Ernesto, with spectacular maintenance in his service, as well as Alison and Mrs. María, you can see that they are a well-knit team. Super recommended place.
