The staffs are very nice and units are well kept. Every time I requested for a service, the maintenance crew are respectful and friendly. The office personnel are also nice, no complaints. This is located in one of the safest place in Clovis and in the Mesa school district, highly recommend it. -

The experience I have had with the staff of Windy Plains has been nothing but excellent! They are welcoming to the point where I dont feel pushed away or rushed off when I need a question answered or issue taken care of. The maintenance is fast and helpful! When we moved here I wasnt thrilled at all, but Windy Plains made me feel welcomed and comfortable and comadating. -

Military friendly, great for kids small and large... Love all my neighbors they are all so sweet... Dog friendly small to larger dogs all alike -

Pretty basic. Expensive but because of anything breaks, they take care of it, and the neighborhood is nice. No soliciting allowed. -
