    If an inquiry or concern is addressed when a residence voices what they have experienced... a residence wants to be heard and would like reasonable results. Of course everyone cant be pleased, but there is a difference between pleasing someone and coming to a conclusion that is ethically based. This is just my personal opinion.I had previously given you a three star, but because you contacted me today via my phone, and discussed a concern of mine... now I will move up the star rating to a 5 star.Your staff is professional, community friendly, considerate and genuinely look out for the best interest of the residence. Plus, your maintenance staff is top notch as well.

    I had the pleasure of speaking with Domonic recently at the Windsor West Plano community last week regarding an apartment, and to be honest I thought he was a manager at first because of the way that he carried himself, from the way he was dressed to his positive attitude. He greeted me right when I walked in with a smile, and his professionalism and confidence made me feel like I had come to the right place. His knowledge of the community and the area was impressive for someone who had only been there two days at that. The community itself is just stunning, beautiful grounds, gorgeous gym..and that pool! I could swim in that pool for days!!He answered all of my questions with ease and made the process fun and exciting even though i wasnt interested in touring. It was nice to see someone who is personable for once as he had answers to all of my questions without having to always ask someone else. You can tell that he genuinely cares about the people and the community. I was very impressed and grateful for his help as I am not used to apartments, so I needed a little help. Im still deciding on what city to move to, though if its Dallas, I will be calling West Plano home! Thanks, Domonic!

    I have been living here upon the takeover when it was Legacy West, and since Windsor has taken over it has so much better. Special shout out to Destinee who is the most effective communicator, and over all the best customer service experience hands down, she has helped me so much with each and every question or concern I have had. 10/10 would recommend.

    Ive been living here for almost 6 months and it has been my favorite apartment I’ve lived in. The community is very modern and well maintained, I’ve had only 1 maintenance issue which involved a garbage disposal jam (which was my fault lol) and the maintenance supervisor, Eric, was able to address it very quickly. The amenities and location are top notch as well. The entire staff is always friendly and willing to help. Shout out to Cambria who assisted with my transfer from another Windsor community.I saw a few other reviews mention issues with packages and internet. The internet was the easiest thing to set up for me and it’s a good deal. The package room is typical compared to other communities I’ve lived at. However the staff have mentioned installing Amazon lockers which I think will be a nice improvement.Overall, if you’re looking for a good value in a new community with modern amenities in Plano/ north Dallas - I would highly recommend this place!

    These apartments have been very pleasant to live in! The gym and pool area are very clean and well kept, the office staff, especially Destinee, is also very friendly and helpful and made my move-in very stress-free and easy. I would 100% recommend living here to friends and family. The leasing office staff has also recently started doing little community events which I think is super cute and I love!

    I went in for a tour today and was helped by Cambria who was kind enough to squeeze me in on a busy Saturday despite not having an appointment. She took her time in showing me and my family around the property, which was so clean I thought the community just opened. When the floor plan I assumed would work want the right fit, she went above and beyond to help me find one that would suit our needs and I am excited at the thought at finding not just the right home but a community where I know I will get great service. Thank you Cambria!

    I have lived in ~10 different apartment complexes in the past 7 years (many moves for clinical fieldworks). Windsor West Plano has been my favorite. It is always clean, maintenance is extremely quick, the leasing office is there to support, and they are always working on developments to improve the complex, like the dog park they are building! I have had little concerns or complaints, but when I do, they listen and act quickly. It was also one of the cleanest apartments I have ever moved into as well besides expected deep cleaning areas like the garbage disposal cover and dishwasher filter.Some (Minimal) Cons: Residents are pretty bad about cleaning their dog waste for some reason despite the many MANY poop bag stations around, but I know the leasing office is working on improving that as well and frankly, is not at their fault. The walls are pretty thin, I can hear my neighbors snore each night (lol), talking loudly, and running. I did have a few small things broken upon move in but they fixed them immediately.These things are VERY small issues and overall would highly recommend moving here :)Cambria did an excellent job with our tour and the process of moving in! She is always a friendly face at the leasing office, as is Nick. Erik, who assists with maintenance, is also a recognizable face and he has been beyond kind, quick, and educational.Love the space and outstanding amenities here. Happy to be a resident!

    Destinee is a phenomenal and has excellent customer service. She makes sure to always communicate with the residents, and follows up when needed. Grounds and community are well kept, housekeeping does amazing always hard at work!

    New resident here! The team here has been excellent to work with! They are always prompt to answer questions and write back if you have any concerns. I have not had any issues getting the information I need in a timely manner. When we were first moving to DFW area we looked everywhere and found legacy square. I can say without a doubt it was one of the best finds we could have asked for. They were able to get us in on our time table (which was very tight I might add) and have been very accommodating!The town homes are absolutely beautiful inside and out! Their floor plans are large format and are well thought out. They actually have 25 different floor plans coming so if you dont see what you like on first look, look again. Its so nice to be able to not only find the floor plan you like most but also many of the floor plans come with different colors schemes. When we walked into the kitchen of the first unit with the white cabinets and green tile I knew that we were going to be living here soon as I saw my wifes face. The grounds are well kept and you can tell they take pride in the appearance. I have neighbors but the walls must be thick because I very rarely hear anything at all which is a huge plus. Their gym is excellent and the best I have ever seen in a complex! Another positive (among the many) is that each townhouse has a quite large full size garage that easily fits our cars with room to spare which is something I have not often seen in similar settings.Small note they are still building so you might have to look a bit for the entrance but if you find it I assure you that you will love what you find!

I appreciate her kindness and always being available even on her days off. There aren’t many people anymore that put 200% into their work. Customers service, work ethic, and kindness are all great personality traits that destiny has! Destinee is more than just a leasing manager, she is a forever friend. We are friends because we connected so well. I never knew I would be great friends with my leasing manager! Destinee goes above and beyond for tenants. Not only did she take care of any little issue I’ve ever had, but she also Is an amazing solution and problem solver. When you talk to Destinee she’ll always have an answer. Please don’t over work her! But, FYI to ALL future tenants she is the person you want on your team. She has and always WILL get things done! 😀

    Carolyns Review...................I gave this property an overall rating of 4 initially. Because of the fact, that the property itself was somewhat difficult to transfer from one side to other. Meaning, I couldnt get the key to work. I work part time for Recycle Now. The keys that we use to maneuver around within the property arent fit for the doors we were using to go through. However, that is an easy fix. Im sure. In any event, I would like to say that this property overall is very clean. The hallways are nice and quiet. I havent been into the pool area. But from what I could see, it looked very nice. Beautifully decorated as well. Friendly tenants, that I can gather as well. Its an easy layout. So are the townhomes. I couldnt see anyone getting lost on this property because its well planned. Whoever the architect was for this property, had a nice clean vision with class. I believe, in comparison to todays economy and other properties. That the cost to live here is up to par with what is offered. What I like the most is how quiet it is, MOREOVER how friendly the tenants are. Theres also covered garage parking. Which, by the way, isnt usually offered on a property this size. So thats nice. I really love the childrens park with the swings and slide. This area is also very clean , the times Ive seen it. I love to submit reviews on businesses all over. Its sorta my little nerd hobbies when I have down time. So my recommendation to everyone is..........for sure, CHECK IT OUT! You wont be disappointed.Oh and Im changing this rating to five stars!! You deserve it Legacy Square.

    I have been here for 4 months now and my love for this complex has only grown.I’ve enjoyed the community gatherings they’ve put on and always make use of the clean facilities. Zach in the leasing office is one of the kindest and most professional people I’ve met at an apartment complex. You’re in safe hands here!My wife and I love that our apartment hardly changes temperature I and is well insulated. Not only that but all of the appliances are new and work great!Couldn’t be more happy here and hope to stay another year so long as our rent isn’t raised much.

    Great experience. Awesome Staff--answered questions professionally everytime I called, and I called several times. Was afraid they were going to get tired of me calling, but if they did, it did not show. The grounds are clean and the apartment also. There is more cabinet space in the kitchen than in my 4 bedroom house. Apartments are nice and maintenance is timely. (the dishwasher was missing a wheel on the left side of top shelf). You definitely get what you pay for.

    These apartments are beautiful! I had an amazing tour as a walk in with Monique. The amenities are amazing and Monique was so incredibly helpful. Even though I did not end up at this apartment, I was highly impressed with the ease of the tour and information given. When I mentioned my budget, Monique did the best she could to make it as affordable as possible. I knew exactly what to expect with details and from the incredible tour and may consider this complex if my budget expands. 5 Stars on the tour and for anyone considering this, it looks like it will be an incredible home.

    My experience has been top notch since arriving to see the units and the community in its beginning stages in April. I do not think this would be an easy transition, but thank goodness it is. Looking forward to moving in at the end of the month.

    Visited this property today and was blown away. Zach was a pleasure to me and he gave me a tour. The amenities are impeccable and it truly is a gorgeous property. I was concerned about parking since I had to parallel park out front but theres a multi level parking garage and individual garages available. the Pool and workout room are huge. Just a lovely spacious property and the apartments have nice high ceilings as well. Highly recommend checking these out and reaching out to Zach Cramer for a tour. I appreciate his professionalism and how helpful he was answering my questions. You will fall in love.

    I don’t often do google reviews but I just had to do this one. I’ve been apartment shopping for a while and I was pretty sure I wanted to be in Frisco. But then I saw this apartment community and just fell in love with it. So I’m actually moving to Plano and it’s all because of this apartment.Now the more reason why I am so glad I chose this apartment is because of the staff that work here. Right from my tour with Josh through to all the various follow ups that I’ve had to this day; it’s just been a beautiful experience. Josh has been so helpful, understanding, warm, friendly, respectful, responsible and so much more. Even when I wasn’t sure I could get what I thought I initially wanted (cuz these apartments go real fast!), he’s still been able to help me get what I needed and was looking for.Then I got to speak with Zach and Monique too and it was like I was talking to my friends!You all rock ok! Y’all exemplify what true customer service is and I greatly appreciate you all. You’re the dream team so please keep it up. I look forward everyday to when I’d finally move in; can’t wait to be home!

    I was very very impressed with the customer service of Chesney The Manager and Loye Willis, their professionalism is unmatched. Loye Willis was my leasing agent, from the moment I walked in his office, I told him what I was looking for in a unit and he listened attentively and showed me several units to meet my needs. I love the units they are spacious, the grounds are well kept, you can tell they go the nines to keep the grounds manicured and clean. I highly recommend Legacy Square!

    Loye has been incredibly helpful in preparing me to move into my unit. Hes been responsive and attentive.
