I want to give a shout out to Shawn and Rubin, the amazing maintenance techs at my apartment. Every time I have an issue, they respond promptly and take care of it efficiently. Recently, they fixed my heat on one of the coldest days, and their customer service was outstanding. Thanks to Shawn and Rubin, living here is a much better experience!

Absolutely love this complex! This apartments amenities are perfect for hosting large gatherings and Olivia, Randy, and Ginger are so great at communicating and getting things done quickly! Love it here and dont plan on moving anytime soon! Gym is also 10/10!

My husband and I have lived on the property since it opened. While mgmt hands change almost every year it seems. The service staff has always been top notch, in my opinion. Ive never had a service request gone unanswered in less than 24 hrs. Most of the time same day service! Our Service Manager, Ben and his team of Jason and Shaun are always visually around to handle questions and problems. Part of the reason weve stayed here so long is because of the Windsor SoCo service staff!

There are many wonderful people that have assisted me at this complex, and they have genuinely felt like they value each resident not only in words but in their behavior and actions. Brittany and Polina in the office are fantastic.But the stars are the maintenance team Brad is fantastic very friendly, feels like friendly helpful neighbor. Then there the techs like Shawn. I came home from work to find my AC out, 90 degrees in doors. He came ready to work and focused, but the issue was larger he could handle, but he didn’t give up, he made the AC functional bringing it down to 80, much more tolerable, but he had to check the external unit and also needed to assist others. He came back staying several hours past his shift to install a portable AC unit to make actually comfortable. When they say someone will come by I know they will and they are great at fixing what can be fixed in the moment or what is needed to actually to make it right for residents. He was sure to cover the vent and insulate the window to keep the place cool. He was sure to explain how to use the AC unit. Just the best maintenance tech you could ask for!

The same day I sent in a request to have it looked at - Brad came knocking at the door and solved the issue in less than 1 minute. Even let me know how I could deal with it on my own if need be. Again- very thankful to have such a handy guy around - who is prompt and does such a great job.

Brad at Windsor on SoCo is friendly, professional and always has a smile! Makes living here feel comfortable knowing if we need any kind of maintenance it will be taken care on the first time. Thank you!!A/C wasn’t cooling properly and good ol’ Brad came to fix it and showed me how the air filter is supposed to go in. He did tell me to wait for apartment to cool down and if I didn’t feel it cooling to call maintenance line, but of course I didn’t wait long enough and called. Sean showed up and helped out. Sean is professional, knowledgeable , and very polite. If you see him around make sure to say hi and thank you! Hard to find good maintenance staff that are willing to go the extra mile and are cool to talk to.

Ive lived here for 3 years now and have seen a positive change in management and maintenance team. The management does all that they can to improve the building and to prevent the wave of crime that Austin is facing. They are always at the ready to help in the , especially Pholina. The maintenance crew have become friends, and I speak with them all on the daily. William, Brad, and Shawn are always willing and ready to help with any request that we need and are always so kind, especially to our dog! I really love living here, and hope that it continues to improve during our time living here.

I was visiting a friend who lives here. I was impressed when I pulled into her apartments. The Landscaping is beautiful, and as I was driving to the back to my friends apartment, the whole exterior of the apartment was nice and clean, something that Im not experiencing where I currently live. When I made it to my friends apartment, she opened the door, and she was on the phone with the property manager, William. I caught the end of their conversation, but he was very respectful and accommodating. After she hung up, she told me how she liked her apartment and the manager and his team. Looking at the inside of her apartment, it is so lovely. I said to her that when my lease is up, Ill probably end up being her neighbor. So William, thank you for being friendly and accommodating to my friend and your team just WOW. Good job

Lived here for over two years and everything is fantastic. Maintenance is particularly top notch, comprehensive and timely. More specifically Brad and Will, those guys are both total pros. Both extremely attentive and willing to go above and beyond. Brad even came in on his day off on Christmas Eve to retrieve a package for me so I could bring it to my family on time for Christmas, and it literally saved my holiday season.

Living at the Windsor has been amazing, for the most part. I did have some issues regarding noise levels from neighbors but the management always did their best to make sure we were happy residents. We couldn’t speak highly enough about the management. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and truly want to provide excellent customer service. We didn’t have too many maintenance issues in our apartment but when we did, they were always quick to fix the issue. I’ve been recommending living here to friends, and hopefully will continue to do so given everything goes smoothly on move out. :)

I lived here for almost 2.5 years before moving out this past September; and I genuinely loved living here. I enjoyed the close proximity to most major stores/shops which was a huge factor in me not leasing elsewhere. 10/10 would live here again; although Im quite happy living with my parents and not paying rent at the moment :)Lastly, I must give a shout out to the maintenance team as they made everything a breeze. Tony, William, Jose and Brad were always so nice, friendly, and patient. Anytime I had a service request it was done ASAP and/or was given thorough communication on what was happening and when I could expect the job/task done. Tony and William, also put up with my *many* questions in the last 3 weeks of my lease, regarding my apartment on move out day; and I thank them very much for putting up with me haha. I also have to shout out and extend another huge thanks to Robert, in the front office, because he was always on the ball and so helpful with any questions I had.

I stayed here for a bit over a year and it was a great experience!! It’s close to the highway so it’s easy to get downtown, but there’s tons of good restaurants and shops nearby. The leasing team is super helpful and puts on plenty of events for the residents, and we made a nice community of people that came to them. Manni DeBernardi was particularly helpful when I came to the office, helping with complaints and even getting maintenance to fix my a/c same day. Would definitely recommend moving here!

As frustrating as it is to move in somewhere and not have everything working properly, it is nice to know the maintenance team works quickly to resolve the issues.

Been at windsor for a little over a month now and I love the community! leasing was amazing helping my indecisive self out for several weeks, my neighbors were very welcoming and helpful, the community itself is great ive had zero issues aside from a couple little things in my apt but maintenance in particular has been great- they came through immediately every time (even one time at 11 at night) and solved everything! the onlyyyyy thing about the apartments to consider is from the halls people can hear almost everything going on in your home. i dont hear my neighbors from my inside my apt but once youre in the halls its as clear as day but its no big deal at all just something ive noticed. over all love the place super clean property and great people live here

William and Brad repaired my ac capacitor and now my air is ice cold! Put in a work order this morning and they had it completed in a few short hours. Super nice maintenance team, the kind of ‘whistle while you work’ good ol fashioned enthusiasm. You can tell they don’t hate their job and that makes me happy.Same with the office staff, just overall a very friendly place to live. I know most of the residents’ dogs by name and they know mine. They have a decent enclosed dog park and a nice size open field along with an aesthetically pleasing property to walk along wooded areas. It’s a nice community.Expect luxury living cause there’s a lot of added expenses but the staff and community make up for that.The only qualm I have is the dog waste that some don’t pick up after.

I do have to write another review because I know how much I rely on them when I move to a place. This complex is not perfect by any means and has its flaw and issues. I have been here since 2021 and have definitely seen it evolve over time.But they do continue to make an effort to improve, they make you feel heard when you are concerned or frustrated about an issue and generally fix the problem right away.Again, it’s not a perfect place but it’s been a great place to call home, I appreciate maintenance putting in effort to help us, and the leasing does their best to improve the complex.It’s worth living here if you’re looking for a good spot! Its pros make up for any flaw.

Lived here for two years now. Honestly, best place my husband and I have ever lived. He still splits his time between Austin and California, but I can definitely tell he feels like Windsor SOCO is his real home. He never wants to leave Austin when he has to go back to work. I have seen like 4 different sets of front desk people come in, but this group we have right now is hands down the absolute best. I would call them out by name, but Im horrible with names. But literally, all of them have been great. Maintenance guy, Brad, is one of the coolest dudes on the property. He was super cool to our dog when he came to help fix our AC back in November, and got the job done quick. Hes super dope. If you are coming to the SOCO/Slaughter area and see the quartet of complexes; Lenox, Windsor, Martingale, and Prescott...I would def see if a Windsor has spots first! Take it from someone who has toured them all and lived in two. Will update if anything ever goes awry lol

I have lived in Windsor Properties since 2019, starting at Windsor on the Lake moving to Soco and now moving to a windsor property in Palm Beach. Ive stayed with Windsor because of the quality of the apartments and consistency of the staff. Two standouts of the Windsor team are Brad and William who maintain the buildings at Soco. Two of the most professional, kind, helpful and all around fantastic humans Ive ever met. And genuinely fun to be around! I really enjoyed living at this property and I hope to do so as much in FL!.

My wife and I have lived in many communities in the central Texas area in the last decade, and Windsor South Congress is by far the best experience we have ever had. The management team is exceptional. Britni and her staff provide a lever of service to us residents that I have never seen before in other communities. This makes all the difference. They are so quick to solve an issues, and just and all around joy to deal with. The community itself is gorgeous, and always maintained to a pristine level. Living here has been completely stress free, and a welcome change of pace from previous communities who are not ran as well. 10/10 would recommend Windsor to others. The location is amazing as well, so easy and fast to get anywhere but still removed from the hustle of the inner city.Thank you Windsor!

Sophia in the main office was amazing to work with. I had a lot of questions regarding move in and set up. She was always quick to respond to my concerns. Also, when I went to turn in my apartment checklist before move in, Gina asked if there was anything major of my concern. I showed her an image of the carpet, (I just wanted the spots on file so I wouldnt be charged upon move out), and she said they would have maintenance go in and deep clean before I moved. Unfortunately, they were not able to get the spots out, so Gina managed to have my carpet replaced the next business day which was amazing. Overall it has been a great experience. Love it here!

William is an angel. These apartments have been my home for two years. It is a lovely location and the new sales team is sweet and helpful. The building does have some cosmetic discrepancies because it feels it was built in a hurry; more so the 2nd building. I have enjoyed living here and I’d say that this was my favorite apartment I’ve ever lived in. The rent is a bit pricey, but it’s a great location and you feel safe.

When I visit it’s always pleasant, beautiful property and honestly one of the best locations, because the new H‑E‑B is right down the road as is Southpark meadows. Great walking ability as well if you want to take a stroll. Only thing I’ve heard from my man is there is never anyone in the office. Which is strange to me, but he loves it, so I love it! I just wanted to give a shout out to all the Windsor SoCo Team: Leo, Gina, Sophia, & the maintenance people/groundskeepers. They are very kind & understanding when I have approached them with any personal concerns or inquiries. I can tell they are trying their best to improve our quality of living within this residential community.The maintenance/groundskeepers are also going above & beyond and making sure the grounds are kept clean as well. We have unfortunately been having some residents not pick up after their dogs & the staff has been picking up after them. This shouldnt be the case... people should be more responsible dog owners & pick up after their own dogs! I have honestly ran across this issue across multiple residences in Austin (since it is a dog friendly city) so I am not surprised it happens here too. But at least the team is doing the best they can to fix the issue. Some complexes have staff that do not care about the issue & dont focus on keeping the grounds clean, but this staff does try to keep our community clean & pleasant to walk around. The office is also being proactive & contacting these dog owners to pick up after their dogs too, after multiple residents have noticed & complained about them.I & other residents have also noticed that there have been multiple people being quite bold/selfish & letting their dogs run around the complex off leash as well (in areas that are not designated for off-leash dogs), which is definitely not considerate towards other residents & people walking their own dogs on their leash. It is not safe to let your dogs wander around the complex without a leash, some dogs who are not normally aggressive might react in an aggressive way if they are approached by an off leash dog and someone could get hurt (this is such a big pet peeve of mine since I have personally experienced issues with dogs and/or people getting hurt as a result of this). The office is now doing the best they can to locate these residents who are not leashing their dogs & contact them so that they start leashing their dogs. They are also informing the residents that Austins leash ordinance requires dogs to be on a leash.Overall, the experience of living in this complex has improved since the new maintenance team took over recently. I really appreciate this team effort to get our community to be more respectful of our shared space. Thank you very much for kindly listening to me and treating me with respect and kindness.
