I normally don’t leave reviews unless I’ve had an extremely terrible experience, but today I’m writing because of the goodness of the management at Windsor Republic Place. I’ve been living here for the past year and recently renewed my lease because of the amazing experience I’ve had.The management team is truly exceptional. They’re always quick to address any requests and genuinely care about the well-being of the residents. The complex is safe, well-maintained, and has a welcoming community atmosphere, all thanks to their hard work and dedication, big shout out to Robert Heed. He is fabulous as a person and the team under him has been as fabulous.I also want to highlight the recent Resident Appreciation Week they organized, which was a fantastic gesture that shows how much they value us. It’s events like these that make a huge difference! Their appreciation prompts to write a review here.If you’re looking for a place with great management and decent lifestyle apartments, I highly recommend Windsor Republic place!

I don’t often leave Google reviews, but I had a great experience at these apartments. I have been living here for a year and recently renewed my lease for another year. Both Bobby (the previous manager) and Robert (the current manager) are really great people who genuinely listen to your concerns and do their best to help.I can’t speak highly enough about my experience at Windsor Republic Place. The friendly staff, top-notch amenities, beautiful apartments, and ideal location make it a standout choice for anyone seeking a wonderful place to live. I wholeheartedly recommend Windsor Republic Place to anyone in search of a fantastic apartment community.

New resident here! Cant comment on long term, but the move in experience was a dream! I worked with Jessica and she was so helpful and patient with me, even going as far as offering some public resources to help me deal with a situation with my previous apartment (and by situation, I mean, no AC for a week in Texas summer...yikes!). She gave us plenty of different apartment styles to consider and found us the perfect 2 bedroom. Nicest place Ive ever lived so far! Maintenance is fast and kind, the community is kind, and you can tell management takes great care to maintain the infrastructure. Yesterday I saw someone scrubbing the walls of the stairwells.... what? You mean some places dont just let it get horribly dirty and power wash it once every 10 years?If anything changes, Ill come back and update this review. If there are no updates, you can assume Im still loving it here and you should move here too given the chance!Edit: I moved out a year ago but I just wanted to update. Still one one of the better apartments I lived at. Would definitely recommend it!

I lived here from October 2017 (when construction was still finishing) to May 2019. I only moved out recently as I moved into a house with my fiancé. Out of all the apartments I lived at, including the newer Camden la Frontera and the not so great Broadstone Grand Avenue, I loved living here. Very nice, “luxury” brand new apartments, but very affordable. The other apartments nearby cost more or the same for smaller older units. What I loved most was when it was time to renew, my rent did not change! The staff said they wanted to keep the current residents and not jack the prices up like crazy! They also offered an “upgrade” item for renewal (for me I picked upgrading my thermostat to the Nest, but I think they also offered something like carpet cleaning, etc.). Most of the staff is very friendly with some exceptions, but those peps typically don’t last long. They also hosted several social events. I also loved how the office and amenities were available late after leasing office closed to visitors, which most places don’t offer sadly. They thankfully kept their promise to continue the late hours even after the complex completed construction and units were filled, which was a concern for me as the Camden cut their hours to amenities when that complex got full. However, I did wish the leasing office was open a little later or little earlier during work week as it was difficult to stop by with my regular work hours of 8-5 downtown and office normally open 9-5. I also wish the dog park closer to my building (6) didn’t have the gravel added as it was very gross and stuck to my pup’s fur as he was constantly wet from water bowl or other dog’s saliva from playing. But I was glad the community tried to keep the dog park and complex clean of dog poop of irresponsible owners who didn’t clean up after their dogs. I also liked the that dog poop stations were available everywhere. The walls/units were pretty insulated were most of the noise I heard was occasional bass of my neighbor when he turned up his music (which he was very nice and would turn down if it bothered me and never late at night) and I could hear my neighbor above when she ran or danced above me and when she played music in bathroom in morning (it would echo and travel through my bathroom vents, but thankfully couldn’t hear it much in living area. I was upset when they got rid of our trash benches and switched to normal trash bins though as that was a huge selling point for me. Maintenance was great here! Very nice and prompt. I would give it at least 4-4.5 stars. Overall, I highly recommend this community.

After a long and tedious search we found this place and were sold after meeting with the staff. Having a good middle school was a deal breaker for us and we were delighted to find a really good one in Canyon Vista. There were a few thinsg that needed some touch up upon move-in but the staff were quick to address those concerns. They are always polite in the office which makes you feel quite welcome. Definitely recommend.

We have been here almost for eight months. Got lots of help from the service team especially from Bobby. We are very glad to select Windsor when we landed on USA last January. The community is quiet and the room is big & clean. Overall, our experience here has been fantastic.

Been living here for a few months and have enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood is and how friendly everyone is. The units are very spacious and the surrounding areas are nice for a good jog . I love that the complex is very close to many food locations and neighbors HEB!

Ruben from maintenance is so great and helpful. He has done at least 10 maintenance tasks on my apartment and he is always prompt to get them done and also very friendly. I have been living here for last 4 months. Maintenance is great. Had some problem with microwave today and Ruben swapped it with a new one within 10 mins. Most other places will make you wait at least a week to fix something let alone replace.

We have been staying here for over a year now, and it has been absolutely wonderful. The apartments are luxurious, and the rent is reasonable. The maintenance staff resolved any minor issues we had within 1-2 days. The management staff, especially the new property manager Lauren, is fantastic—very kind and easy to work with. Overall, our experience here has been extremely positive.

Been living here for a while, the staff and maintenance team are on the top of it all. I have dealt mainly with Bobby who has been always very professional, respectful, responsive and very transparent. He answered every single question I had before, during, and after I moved in, and I had a lot of questions, and that was very helpful.I love that the complex isn’t that big, it has been quiet so far, amenities are nice, I wish the gym was bigger but that isn’t a deal breaker for me since my gym is 10 mins away.Overall, totally recommend this place and its staff.

Have been living here for over a year now. Nice amenities, clean complex, quiet, and I like the location. The gym is on the smaller side. The main reason I am not giving 5 stars is because they won’t match rent for tenants renewing their lease to the price of new units available currently. I resigned my lease for another year at just under $1600 when all the other units with my same floor plan available are going for $1400. Will not be resigning again after this if they aren’t doing anything to keep their current tenants satisfied enough to stay.

Ive lived in Windsor Republic Place well over a year and had to transfer units in between that time. There is a big difference between the management that was here when I first moved in and the management that is here now. When I brought up a question about transferring units, Bobby H. had an answer and gave me more than what I asked for. He explained the process very thoroughly and went out of his way to create a checklist for me before moving into the new unit I applied for. I voiced my concerns about my previous move-in experience with a difference unit, and he made sure I did not go through the same experience. I also have to give a huge thank you to Abby for answering a bunch of questions I had during the process as well. Overall, my move-in experience went well and it couldnt have gone well without Bobby & Abby.

I have lived at Windsor Republic for over a year now, and just renewed my lease for another year. Coming from someone who has been in a new apartment basically every year for the last 6 years, this is saying something. I will start by saying that I did not give 5 stars due to the compact parking..gets the job done but it’s a tight squeeze, personally. I was also not expecting such a price increase for renewal, but being new to Austin, I quickly gathered this rings true for living in general in this city.As for the pros..there are so many. The leasing and maintenance staff are amazing. Kristen has been so helpful and kind during my time here. I can always count on her for a quick response. My two doggies have quickly grown to love the maintenance men, as they are always friendly and carry treats for the neighborhood pups.As for the unit itself, amazing. Great, open floor plan. I have only needed maintenance for routine filter changes, etc. Great condition! Noise level has never been an issue here, the grounds stay clean, and it’s a great location.All in all, I highly recommend Windsor Republic place for your new home.

My husband and I have lived at Windsor Republic for almost a year now. Its well kept and weve enjoyed our stay! The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked through the door. They have a great maintenance service as well. We have experienced problems a couple of time and then everything was fixed by the next day. The apartment complex is beautiful. One of my favorite parts is the pool…Absolutely gorgeous. I trust that whenever something goes wrong, the management at Windsor Republic is going to do the absolute best they can to resolve the issue and make sure you enjoy living there.--Yalda

I have lived at Windsor Republic Place for the past 2 months and it has been a great experience so far. The amenities are great and the property itself is quiet and peaceful. The property staff have been exceptional every time I have interacted with them. The front office staff have truly gone above and beyond to communicate quickly and consistently. Triston and Kristen are fantastic at what they do and have really made me feel welcome. Maintenance staff has also been very quick to fulfill maintenance requests.That being said, there are a couple of minor quirks about this property that I find annoying, but not enough to majorly detract from my experience living here:- When I moved, the floors of my unit were sticky and dirty, meaning the floors were improperly cleaned. In addition, many surfaces (windowsills, door frames, fan blades) were very dusty. All of these I had to clean myself while I was also unpacking- The propertys single entrance/exit gate only opens with a phone app and as far as I can tell (I asked them), they dont issue guest/visitor gate codes. Pulling out your phone as youre turning in just to open the front gate is dangerous and I really wish they were using a different system

My fiancé and I were looking for an apartment to live at that was close to our internships. Windsor Republic Place was the perfect place for us! The staff was very welcoming, and the property is clean and quiet. We love the apartment that we are in and the amenities on the property. The maintenance crew was also very prompt in getting our apartment needs taken care of after move-in. Kristen worked with us and was so patient and friendly in answering all of our questions. We are very appreciative of Kristen and all the time she spent helping us! She has even contacted us after our move-in to check in on how we have been doing. Having a personable relationship with the staff, and a friendly resident community is something we enjoy about Windsor Republic!

I love my apartment here at Republic. The staff is amazing. Lauren, Kristen, & Tristan made the move in process very easy and convenient, and they are always very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team Stacy, Josh, & Carlos have been very quick and responsive to any requests. Theres two amazing dog parks here that my pup loves, and they offer the best pool and gym. I would strongly recommend Windsor Republic, to anyone looking to live in this area.

Visited this community a couple of times during my search for the apartment. It looks like well maintained and amenities are good. Also, which can be really useful, you can transfer between the Windsor properties, even between states if you want! Myself Ill definitely keep this in mind for the future. Eventually I ended up renting at a different place which was better location-wise, but would recommend to have a look around here if you are in search of an apartment. I moved-in to Windsor just a week back. Windsor Republic is a breathtaking community. The apartments are well built, spacious, and filled with lot of natural light. The community is awesome and the staff is very friendly, especially Sarah, she is very courteous and professional. Sarah is the person to talk if you have any question or concern in your mind. She answered all my queries and always extended the support to make my move-in a smooth experience. Shes been of great help whenever I needed something! I’ll keep updating the review here if my experience changes. But so far so good, in fact it has been great!!

I’ve lived at many apartments, and so far Windsor Republic Place has been my all time favorite! From the beginning of my inquiry to my move in day, Sarah was so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that my move in was swift and a good experience. My apartment is spacey/modern and the price is affordable and worthy of what you receive. The amenities are fabulous and there is plenty of guest parking which I love! Couldn’t be happier with my experience at Windsor so far. Great conditions, you won’t regret living here!

Kristen made the move in process very easy, and is always very quick and available if you have any questions. The pool is well kept by maintenance, and they are also very timely with any repairs needed. Having the trash service also makes life much easier if you are like me and the trash is on the other side of the complex. I dont pay for the covered or garage parking, but i never have issues finding a spot to park, which was always an issue with my old complex. Although no in Domain, its only a 10 minute drive, and everything else seems to be too.

The maintenance staff was quick to resolve the minor issues I had with the apartment (outlet replacement, shower cleaning....etc) in less than 24 hours. Overall good experience.

I lived here for a year with my family. The only reason why we’ve chosen this place was Westwood HS and the big swimming pool. The location is in the middle of nowhere. Management changed thrice last year, so you can imagine how the community is maintained. When choosing a building, remember that W Parmer Ln is a very noisy road. Also, please stay away from the trash dump place, and sometimes it was not cleared in time so that you could feel a smell in the surrounding area.

She followed up regularly while we were in the midst of our apartment hunting. My boyfriend and I moved to Windsor Republic Place from another Windsor from out of state, so we were already familiar with the overseeing company. As anyone knows, moving from out of state is a challenge, but we were moving into the apartment sight unseen as well. Kristen and her team made the process as smooth as possible, getting all the paperwork in order and making sure everything would be set for us and we would have our key and internet supplies, even though the office would be closed, when we arrived to move in. We did not realize that our apartment would be facing the highway nearby, and we had issues sleeping and working from home during the day. When Kristen checked in on us when she was back in the office, we expressed our concerns, and she immediately worked with us to help us find a better apartment in the complex to our liking. The unit we transferred to was occupied, so we couldnt move immediately, but this gave us time to get paperwork in order. Kristen and her staff actually care about the residents and their experience with Windsor Republic Place, and this is a prime example. She even wished our puppy, Luna, a happy birthday and invited her into the office for birthday treats and pets. Luna absolutely loved it and now knows Kristen as Kristen the cookie lady. Thank you so much, Kristen, for making our experience so positive!

Amazing complex with amazing people. I moved into another complex owned by the same company during the winter storms. I had issues from the freeze and the company moved me to this property. The staff here has been helpful every step of the way. They even go above and beyond and helped me move my recycling and delivering my packages inside my apartment while I was injured. They are very responsive to maintenance requests and really keep the property in tip top shape. Can’t say enough good things. Well I can also say this Windsor Property is even better than the last.

Windsor is a breathtaking community. The apartments are well built, spacious, and filled with natural light and new appliances. The apartment amenities are wonderful and I am so excited as a new tenant of Windsor to unwind by their well maintained luxury pool and relax by playing billiards in their beautifully designed clubhouse. The Windsor staff was incredibly helpful and Jessica answered all of our questions, and with her help the application process was seamless. I am so glad I found such an amazing place to call home!

Just signed our lease here.Ran into a few small issues. But they were able to take care of them and I am excited to see how it turns out.The apartments floor plans are well though out and spacious!Talk to Johnathan or Rafael, they are very helpful.*********************************************************************Updated, have lived here for about a month now. And everyone is extremely nice.Feels like home.Whatever issue we have run into so far has been resolved.There is still a lot of construction in the back of the complex, but mostly ready.Downfall is that the pool was suppose to be done by June 1st but its delayed by a month.Would recommend for sure!

I’m now about 3 months in to my first year here and everything has been exceptional thus far. From the seamless move-in process to the prompt maintenance response (only one small thing) to the well kept grounds and common areas. All have minimally at least met and mostly exceeded my expectations. What really stands out to me is the personalized treatment I receive from the entire staff, especially Kristen. Even amidst this crazy “COVID-ness,” she still peeks her head out from the office doors to simply say hi as I’m walking past to get my mail. It’s that type of treatment that takes my residence here from a apartment to a home. With that being said, I would highly recommend visiting Windsor Republic Place to anyone out there thinking of moving.

Oh man, where do I start… I moved from Baltimore to Austin and found this highly rated apartment in my apartment search. From there I went to the website to see how great it was and immediately applied without talking to anyone. I was approved the very same day and Terah reached out to me letting me know I was approved and what all this amazing place has to offer! I’ve never had anyone reach out with such joy to give me full detail of the community like Terah did! She was amazing help from start to finish of my entire process from the time I left Baltimore and arrived in Austin! I had many questions and she was able to answer every one of them honestly, and gave me great reassurance as to why I should reside here. Arriving on move in day I was greeted by Chloe who was all smiles and very helpful as well! My apartment is VERY spacious and the amenities are more than I expected! This has by far been the best place I’ve lived! Thank you Terah for making this process/transition so smooth!

I lived here for a year and overall it was great! It was a clean community and the maintenance staff was the BEST I have ever experienced at an apartment community. I didnt have spectacular interactions with anyone at the front office, but the manager, Leticia, was SO GREAT from the time I started looking at these apartments (a month before I moved in) all the way until move out! She was definitely one of a kind and really cared about her residents! If you do live here, beware that parking is TERRIBLE unless you want to pay $100+ a month for a garage. The walls are also pretty thin, as I was able to hear my neighbor most of the time, including one neighbor whose dogs barked constantly. I do think it is a safe community, however they leave the gates open all day, which in my opinion defeats the purpose of even having a gate. Overall, its a little on the expensive side for what you get, but I enjoyed living there!

I have had the best experience with this place so far. To make a long story short. The previous apartment complex I was supposed to stay at did not have my apartment ready. I drove 15 hours to get there for them to tell me its not ready after I called the day before and they told me it was ready. So I was in a time crunch and needed a place to live. Less than two hours later I found the Windsor Republic Place. The Management staff is absolutely amazing. I would personally like to shout out and thank Triston. Triston was absolutely amazing. He heard the background of my story and what recently happened to me and worked wonders to get me into a beautiful Apartment that same day. He even stayed after working hours to make sure we got the deal done. I can not thank Triston and the wonderful staff at The Windsor Republic Place enough!!! They really go out there way to make sure you are taking care of and that you matter to them!

Moving in during a pandemic was an odd experience to say the least, but a few staff members went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home, even without formally meeting anyone face-to-face.The staff member that continues to go above and beyond is Kristen. I have frequent questions and every time I call, Kristen greets me with genuine conversation about my life and how I’m doing, all while effortlessly assisting me with the reason for my call.I lived at my last complex for 2.5 years before moving here and I feel like I never had a chance to put names to faces of staff members as it was always someone different. That is the polar opposite of Windsor Republic Place. Kristen and the rest of the staff are the biggest contributors that make this complex feel like a community.Thanks to Kristen and the rest of the staff for always going above and beyond!

Leasing Staff (Steven & Zana) were very Courteous and answered all my questions with lot of patience during the tour. Comparing the style/quality of living on this community v/s the rest of the communities in the neighborhood and for almost the same price as other apartment leases, I decided to get a lease here. At first, felt maintenance fee of $25 charged every month was an excess amount, but it was justified when I took the tour and witnessed their neat & clean community. Although I am aware of the google reviews from co-residents that the walls are thin, Im yet to experience them and will change my rating based on that. Missed their 5th Star due to overly priced covered parking !Pretty excited to move-in soon.

I am very pleased to say i will be calling this place home! The whole apartment complex is beautiful and the layouts are very nice! I am very impressed by the Kitchens available in the homes the open floor plans! They have an amazing amenities area as well! The staff is out of this world so nice and helpful to make sure they get you what you really do want! Came in on a Sunday and was helped in the best timely manner possible! They respond very well to emails and phone calls and there website is very user friendly! If your looking for a new home PLEASE stop by here and check it out! they are brand new and spots will deff fill in quick! Thank you Windsor! SHOUT OUT TO NATALIE!

(Moved in during May)This is my first time living in an apartment of my own and I really do enjoy it here. (I looked at over 18+ complexes before I decided this one) and now I am going to tell you why. BIG pros - office staff was really friendly, AC systems are much newer and work really well, noise level in my building is non existent and even when there is an increase in noise level, it is very short and Ive never felt the need to call/complain about it. BIG cons - none, any cons? little cons? very few - parking. parking fills up rather quickly and I would ask if the complex has compact only spots, maybe have the compact vehicles prioritize those spots. Price(not sure if this is even a con to be honest) These apartments are a little pricier but so far I am more than happy to dish out extra money for how calm they are. Yes I did mention a few minor cons but they are in no ways a deal breaker to someone like myself. All in all, I am very happy to live here.

I havent even moved in yet and am already experiencing 5-star service. I ordered a new sofa that was supposed to take 3 weeks to be delivered, but instead got delivered in just 4 days(thanks for the accurate estimate, Wayfair!), long before my scheduled move-in. I told the property manager, Brooke, about this and she told me it would be no trouble at all and not to worry about it. She arranged for their maintenance tech, Steven, who lives onsite to put the sofa inside my future unit, once FedEx dropped it off in front of the door. Moving is already stressful enough, and they were able to make this unexpected hiccup easy because of the level of care and customer service they provide. This experience definitely shows me that I chose the right place to move into!

My partner & I have been here for just over a year & a half & the thing about this place that makes it so great is the team here. From the sales team at the front resolving any issue mentioned ASAP to the maintenance crew, who never accepts anything less than perfection. Specifically Stephen Thomas, one of his trainees did a repair for me & didn’t do all too great. Later on, Stephen saw me & remembered me & the issue I had, he asked about it & I mentioned the improvements that were needed. He put down what he was doing, grabbed his tools & came & fixed the issue instantly. This is that kind of 5 star service that makes me happy to stay here.

I was looking for apartment in this community. Everything looks so nice, clean and beautiful. I want to appreciate Triston Godbey for his excellent work and professionalism. He was very friendly, professional, paying attention to little details, explain and show us all the amenities. It was one of the best experience in Austin because of his enthusiasm to help people find what they are looking for. I definitely will consider myself living there.

Lovin it so far!! So close to domain and even downtown Love the pool and dog parks ^_^ Maintenance responds asap & Im so glad the gym & pool are open during this time (some residents need to learn the basics of cleaning up after themselves at gym🙄) its super chill walking around and so cute seeing families doing so too especially all the cute dogs :) theres even some trails nearby to explore 🥰 oh fyi They installed some mini hand sanitizers around the place too!!

The management is responsive, and maintenance work is completed quickly.Wide inside streets, gated access, package facility, and safe. And theyre quite new buildings. This place looks AMAZING! I pass by it every day to and from work and it looms beautiful! The architecture of the buildings, the colors and the community it self is starting to look BEAUTIFUL, modern and luxurious! Such an amazing location as well! The website is wonderful and I cannot wait to look at the place once its finished! I cannot believe people literally gave it a one star for either no reason, or because they were upset that they drove into a construction site, or because there was no one in the office well HELLO! Isnt it OBVIOUS its under construction and it is not opened yet? People get mad about the dummest things, I swear. Its not their fault you drove into a construction site, or you couldnt come to sences that they were just not opened yet. Trust me, you were not being ignored. Just be more human and patient people.
