I’ve had a great experience so far at Windsor Mustang Park. There were a few minor fixes that needed to be taken care of during my move-in process, and Celsee was so helpful with resolving them all. She made sure that every issue was addressed promptly and efficiently, and was very accommodating to my busy schedule. Her kindness and warmth throughout the whole process was very reassuring. It’s clear that she cares and is passionate about her work!

I moved in 5 weeks ago, and I am loving it! The apartments have been upgraded and they are really nice. Very open and lots of room for storage. The grounds are beautiful and kept very clean, and its been very quiet. I hardly hear anyone outside or even in the halls. I had a few things that needed to be fixed when I first moved in, but the maintenance staff came quickly to repair. I cant say enough good things about the office staff!! Cambria, Kennedi and Ellen have been great! They take the time to answer all questions, explain everything well, call you back if you leave a voicemail, are on top of it if you have an issue, and they truly are so nice! I needed measurements before I moved in to see if my couch would fit. Kennedi did not hesitate to tell me she would go into the apartment and measure for me. THAT is customer service! I am so glad I chose Windsor Mustang Park to be my new home!

I’m moving to the area soon and Windsor is one of the properties I toured. Of all the places I considered your office staff was by far the most welcoming and knowledgeable. Ellen was so kind and warm! She answered all my questions and made me feel like I was already a valued resident. I loved the floor plans and property is clearly well maintained. Such an awesome experience overall!

Im a former resident, moved out a few months ago due to changing jobs and location. Had a great experience coming back to Windsor today, my medical supplies were shipped to my old Windsor address and not only did they locate the supplies, but they also put them in the fridge to keep the supplies at a safe temperature until I could drive there today to pick them up. Quality and friendly experience, sooo grateful!

Man where to start! Windsor Mustang Park is awesome. Not only is our apartment beautiful and full of light, but the staff has been nothing but kind, helpful and considerate since before we even moved in. We moved to TX from out of state and the process of finding an apartment when we couldn’t really tour was HARD. Cambria, Kennedi and Ellen made the process so much smoother. There was a snag with our lease early on that was out of our control and the leasing offices control, but Ellen was the best in quickly and kindly handling it, speaking to my husband and I directly every step of the way and getting us into our apartment ASAP. Even amidst a huge storm. She took such good care of us. Anytime we pop into the office or call them they are timely courteous and kind. Maintenance too! There hasn’t been a lot we’ve needed them for (another plus) but anytime so far that we have needed them, they have come asap to help with anything! We love it here. We are thankful!

I found out I needed treatment again after a few months of living here, subsequently needing to take a leave of absence from work which caused significant delays in me keeping up with bills including rent. This company has been fair with the late fees (most places charge by the day, theirs is just one fee) and they have allowed me a few weeks to catch up each time I was late, which I’m grateful for. Most places wouldn’t do that. The new property manager is so kind and helpful. I hate I don’t remember her name, but she just started not even a month ago and has been great. Brandon in maintenance was also very prompt professional and helpful in solving my maintenance request. Anything I need gets promptly resolved by the entire maintenance staff and everyone is always so pleasant. I’d recommend this apartment community because that’s exactly what living here feels like, support from a community of caring staff. Also my apartment is amazing.

I would like to give this property a huge thumbs up. I toured the property and they were not like all the rest, most apartments rush you because they hate thier jobs. But this place was very nice and gave you that home feeling. The staff went beyond expectations to see that my tour was great. Very prompt with my needs of what I wanted . The property manager Ellen was the best she flowed with professionalism and courtesy, and it comes through to her staff. Very clean property well maintained. All of the staff was very attentive, not missing a beat. I think I have found my new home. They just made my experience very smooth and easy loved it you guys Rock!!!! My apartment search is over I have found my new home thank you windsor for an awesome staff and property. 🙂

Thank you Hayde!Edited to add: We have a new Leasing Agent, LoAnn, and she’s is the sweetest. I left my parents keys in my apt and I was out of town. She assisted me so quickly and made sure my parents were able to enter my apt. She also followed up with me after to ensure everything went well. She has such great customer service and is already an amazing addition to Windsor staff.

Just recently got approved to live here and will be staying here for the next two years. I love the floor plan, the apartment in general, and the fact that the management is super friendly. In my previous apartments the management was not very professional or friendly, so it’s nice to have peace of mind knowing I will be in good hands for the next couple years. Monica is absolutely amazing! She has been super quick with responding, great at letting me know what I need to get done, and she is super friendly! She has made this experience was easier :) I would highly recommend this apartment complex!

Leasing office is awesome! New Management makes you feel welcomed at all times and ensure that requests get taken care of immediately. Grounds are always well kept. The exterior was recently remodeled, the fitness equipment is brand new and the club house is great. The location is fantastic, tons of dining and shop options within minutes. Parking is not a major issue like other complexes that I have lived at. I highly recommend this place

Mustang Park is one of the nicest places in the area. I looked at other apartments in the same price range and they were not nearly as clean, well maintained and centralized. Came home to a very hot apartment at 7:00pm on Monday night and by lunchtime Brandon Piunkett, was at my apartment working on getting it fixed. He found the problem, got the needed parts, and repaired my air conditioner in a few hours! Unfortunately part did not last and he ended up needing to replace the entire interior unit. He stayed after hours and brought in Rodolfo (on-call maintenance Staff) who made sure everything worked and system was cooling. Thank you so much, Brandon and Rodolfo, for taking care of me so well and so quickly!

She is so kind and understanding, a great communicator and cares about her tenants. This place is a home I prayed for. Perfect location. Close (1 mile) to Willow Bend Mall, plenty of restaurants, and grocery stores.Grounds always kept clean. Maintenance was always punctual and nice. Would have liked to see them update the interior a little since there are other apartments in the area that are newer; however, the prices were comparable. Loved my garage attached to unit amenity, this gave me privacy and extra storage space. Would have lived her for several more years, only I bought a home.

Moved in recently with a breeze, agents were quick to respond within normal business hours, following up with phone calls (while sometimes inconvenient, much appreciated), knowledgeable, so on and so forth. A couple things that were noted in the inventory sheet, nothing that I can see that I cant live with if maintenance doesnt fix them. Seems like some nice renovation construction in front of my windows, no excessive noise. Pool is closed, kinda sucks, but its fall now, so I cant complain. Maintenance is FAST. Put a work order at 2AM, then was visited by maintenence 10 hours later. Awesome response.TLDR: Rather nice high class B apartment, friendly staff (Omar and Elizabeth). Gated community. Lovely place to live with many things around!

FANTASTIC! First off , these apartments are amazing . Mantainence is very fast. Genevieve has helped us out so much since the first day we moved in . Even through out the week before .
