I’ve been living at Windsor MetroWest Apartments for a few months now, and I’m extremely impressed! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and conveniently located near shopping, dining, and major highways, which makes commuting a breeze. The amenities are top-notch, especially the fitness center and the pool area, which are always clean and accessible.The staff is friendly and always ready to help with any concerns or maintenance requests. They are quick to respond, and any issues I’ve had have been resolved efficiently. The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and feature high-quality finishes. I love the open layouts and the large windows that let in a lot of natural light.Overall, Windsor MetroWest has been a great place to call home, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient living space!

Ive been a resident here since this summer, and I couldnt be happier with my choice. The apartments are modern, the community is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is great. The leasing office team is truly outstanding - they are incredibly responsive, extremely helpful, and always go above and beyond to assist whenever needed. I highly recommend considering this place if youre looking for a place to live!

Windsor Metro west is a fantastic apartment community. It is clean, quiet, and safe. Maintenance team is also great and responds to requests very quickly. The leasing staff is fantastic, although I must mention Holly in particular. She is amazing to work with- knowledgeable, patient, kind, and you know she’s doing her absolute best to help you in any way possible. She is a huge asset to their team! Working with her has made my whole experience here more positive and has given me peace throughout the moving process!

I recently moved out and I truly enjoyed living here. They host many resident events, pool parties, have food trucks, and are typically good at following up on maintenance request. I felt safe in this neighborhood, and the garages and common areas are upkept. It is a walking distance from legacy west which is great for social events, shopping etc. Anytime I had issues, the front desk was always very helpful and kind.The only reason I am docking one star is that upon move out, I had ~$300 fine on the stove, which they said was due to damages/having to replace the stove, but it was working perfectly and in my opinion, normal wear for an electric stove top. There was also other miscellaneous cleaning fees, so I would opt into their cleaning services after and do not try and clean yourself, bc they will charge you anyways. I didn’t really need to spend hours cleaning. The move out cleaning service offered was about ~$150 which they ended up charging me anyways. In all the apartments I’ve lived in, this was the only place I was charged with several different move out fees. So just be cognizant that they are not lenient with regular wear/tear and will ding you for minor damage.

Windsor Metro West was an incredible first home for us! We lived here from October 2021 until September 2024. Management truly cares about the comfort and safety of their residents. We really appreciated that they were constantly improving the community. During our time here, they made improvements to both courtyards, the pool, the resident lounge, added in a study area, and made small improvements to the parking garage. The property was always clean well cared for, and they hosted many resident events that were actually fun! We didn’t have many Maintence requests but when we did they always came within 1-2 days. We could have easily stayed a bit longer but decided it was time for more space and rented a house. We will really miss living here and would recommend it to anyone!

The building location can’t be beat in terms of proximity to restaurants, venues and shopping. The amenities are spectacular and well maintained (best place we’ve lived as dog owners, our pup is spoiled here with the large dog park & endless office treats/tennis balls) The management and maintenance teams here are amazing, super friendly, resolve issues as quick as possible. We moved to this Windsor from Windsor Turtle Creek because we’ve felt like we’ve always been treated with kindness and respect. It’s like a lil family that I’m proud to be apart of

Moved into Windsor Metro West in April 2023. The process and applications were easy and the staff were terrific. Holly guided us through the process with a wealth of knowledge. Since moving in the service has been excellent. The maintenance staff have responded expeditiously to any requests submitted and immediately repaired any issues. The office staff Holly and Keidria always have a smile and a hello when we meet and also made renewing our lease a painless and pleasant procedure. Would recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

I absolutely loved living in this apartment! The area is incredibly safe, quiet, and perfect for walking around. The community here is fantastic—friendly neighbors and a welcoming atmosphere made it feel like home. My apartment was spacious and comfortable, offering all the amenities I needed. The gym is top-notch, even better than most commercial gyms I’ve been to. The maintenance team consistently went above and beyond, and the office staff was always ready to help with anything I needed. I’ll miss this place so much and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Thank you to windsors management and maintenance team. Tina, Jose, Holly, Keidria, and Courtenay made our move out process the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. We are moving to a different Windsor location for a closer commute to work, but they were so kind and supportive of our move. Whether it was scheduling our move out check or cleaning services or receiving paint last minute, they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and supported/accommodated. We are so appreciative. I’m not sure if Antonio is a part of the Windsor metro west staff but he was our painter person and he was also extremely sweet. Thank you all so much for being such a great staff.

Tina was also fantastic and made sure I had everything I needed. My experience living here has been nothing but great. When a job opportunity came up and I had to relocate, Windsors transfer option made it so easy to move to another community without breaking my lease, which was a huge relief. The customer service at Windsor Metro West is top-notch – they truly go the extra mile. After over a year and a half, I can confidently say that the service and living experience have been excellent.

I enjoyed our stay here at Metro West the last 2.5 years. We are sad to be moving out but due to commute to work we are relocating. The entire team helped our moving out process go smoothly as possible. Moving is always a stressful process for anyone but hands down it was the best team to have worked with and wish every move out experience was like this one. Thank you to Tina for coming to our last minute pre move out walk through and listening to my concerns and providing reassurance. Recently, Tina became the GM of Windsor Metro West and immediately I saw amazing changes, even to an already wonderful home! Tina has fostered fun community engagement events, email updates for important concerns, overall fantastic and forthcoming communication. As a tenant, I feel lucky to have Tina here and Windsor Metro West is lucky to have Tina! Holly continues to be a solid, steady support here. She helps me with any concern even as simple as a small rubber kitchen sink part! She welcomes me like I was part of the family. We feel so completely at home here!! I moved from NYC to DFW & found this building because I knew I wanted to live on Legacy West. I got in touch with Holly from the leasing office, who was tremendously helpful from start to finish. She was very responsive, receptive, and highly customer service oriented. On move-in day, she took the time to get everything prepared first thing in the morning for picking up my keys, gave me a tour of the building & amenities, and made sure I was happy with everything. She answered all my questions & gave me total peace of mind throughout the whole process. I felt I was in the best of hands with her. I would recommend anyone & everyone to work with her for a smooth transition - whether you’re moving from near or far. The building is perfectly located, has great amenities, and is a great deal for the area - a 5 minute walk to the strip of bars, restaurants and shops, and is also close to the highway for easy transportation access. Best decision I could have made!

Kind people working here all around, super helpful and ALWAYS responsive! I had very few maintenance requests, very minor things and they always came right away and did more than what was asked of them. These people know and understand minor details that make living experiences so much better. Always went the extra mile. Not a single complaint and only good things to say! If you want an apartment with people dedicated to your experience, live here! Moving can be scary and stressful, but it really wasnt with the help of this management team. The tipping point for me however, was the management team and how responsive and serviceable theyve been since I joined nearly a year ago. Holly has been super hospitable and has helped me out on several occasions. The team is always super quick to respond, in addition to Will and Taylor as well. Would recommend Metro West for anyone in the Legacy area.

Metro West have beautiful homes available to rent. The rooms are updated. The fitness center is very nice. The community had several outdoor space options. They are located near the shops at Legacy which has several shopping and restaurant options. I just toured the property and I really enjoyed my experience there. The leasing agent Taylor was amazing. She had very thoughtful answers to all the questions I had for her about the community and the surrounding areas. I recommend touring with her if you get a chance.

Three months ago I was an engineer in Illinois that received the job offer of a lifetime. However, I did not know where I was going to live and I have lived in Illinois my whole life. After doing a couple of weeks of research I stumbled upon Windsor communities and Windsor Metro West and I was prompted to contact Holly to get information. To sum up the apartment search process I will say that Holly assisted me at every step from selecting an apartment to getting all of the paperwork for approval it was a very seamless process because Holly was transparent and gracious with someone not able to visit and have an apartment showing. She sent me various videos of the apartments and gave me advice on what will work best. Numerous long calls and emails directed me to the right places to get my utilities set up from states away.At this stage I was preparing to move in Holly informed me that she will not be in the office and that she will pass my information along to Taylor. Taylor was very courteous to call me a couple of days before moving in and make sure that I had everything set for my move-in day. Upon arrival on the day of move-in, Taylor gave me a crash course on Windsor Metro West and gave me a very thorough tour, and pacified me with all of the answers to my incessant questions. Note I was extremely nervous just because I was new to Texas. She also informed me about the social community of Windsor Metro West and all of the things that you can do to make friends. I already know that I’m going to enjoy my stay at Windsor Metro West just because there are a lot of resources and also a lot of other young professionals in my building.

I moved here two months ago for a job opportunity and it has been a delightful experience living at Windsor Metro West Apartments and communicating with their staff, especially with Holly Veilleux. The amenities and comfort of the apartments are exactly how they are displayed in videos and images on their website and social media. The internet connection is blazing fast and their heater and air conditioning units are exceptional as well.I moved to Plano from out of state and it was my first time doing that. Holly was my main point of contact; she took me through the entire application process in a highly professional way. For example, when I started the application, I made a mistake that consequently blocked my account on their application platform. Holly sent IT requests asking what was the problem and in a matter of a few days, she gave me a detailed and elucidate explanation of how to proceed with my application. The application process was very smooth. They have exceptional remote apartment tours with pre-recorded videos and images of the apartments and amenities that they show you while you can be asking questions. The staff’s communication with the community is very proactive always making events to engage the community.I have nothing but great things to say about Holly and the rest of the Windsor Metro West Apartments staff. They are attentive to help or answer questions, always available, kind, and professional. Great place to live!

As I near retirement, Im beginning to appreciate good old fashioned customer service and hospitality. As I narrowed my search for the perfect apartment, Windsor Metro West was in the final three. I had a list prepared with all the questions about the stuff that really mattered to me. Garage questions (lifted Jeep), pet questions (how quickly can I get my dog outside to do his business when he wakes me up in the middle of the night!), location questions, the list goes on. I really appreciated Hollys diligence. She either had the answer, or came back with the answer in a follow up email. She sent me videos of the S1 and S2 studio apartments which was extremely helpful. She even took pictures of the garage max height limit indicator, which Im guessing Im the first person to ever ask about that. Folks like Holly really need to be recognized, they bring so much value to their employer. Kudoes to Holly!!!

Ive been a resident here for almost a year now.Finding parking is quite simple albeit tight corners when turning in the garage. I didnt like the fact that management started instituting paid reserved parking spots when there wasnt a problem with parking to begin with.The apartment units are pretty decently insulated. I hear footsteps from the floor above me which is quite typical of these apartment complexes, with immediate next door neighbors completely undiscernible.Maintenance is fast to reply to requests. Ive only had to request maintenance a handful of times and it was always answered same day or next day.Internet is amazing - youll be with AT&T Fiber which is far cheaper and faster than Spectrum.Location is also amazing. Youre close to Legacy West without the drawback of all the noise.The apartment gym has been down for maintenance for over a month now with no ETA for repairs. Meanwhile, the same $15 lifestyle fee is assessed and billed regardless.Overall not bad, not bad at all.

I have been a resident of this community since June 2019 - before the change in property management occurred. The current staff members are very personable, kind and considerate. They truly go above and beyond to make sure every resident is taken care of. I appreciate their dedication to allowing us to voice our concerns and the level of urgency they have when tending to our needs. I decided to renew my lease today because I could not imagine living anywhere else - especially during this current social climate. I love my neighbors! I absolutely appreciate the fact that my kiddos and our fur baby can live in such a well kept, safe and flourishing environment. Eventually, we will move into a home, but for now we can take pleasure in knowing everything we need is right here in this community. One of the most important things I appreciate about our community is that my neighbors and I look out for each other. I have built some extraordinary friendships with some of the tenants. This place is incredible! I moved here a few months ago and it is easily the best apartment i’ve lived in! Brooke in the office is the BEST she is so helpful and attentive to anything and everything you need! The complex is always kept up and clean and the apartments themselves are brand new updated and gorgeous. The amenities are really nice too and they’re pet friendly!!! Metro isn’t kidding when they say they’re luxury. The area is incredible too! It’s safe to say I will definitely be renewing when the time comes!

I lived at this property since August 2018. Just moved a couple of weeks ago, out of state. If I hadn’t moved, I would have definitely chosen to stay and upgrade to a larger unit. My experience was positive from the beginning, but even better when Windsor management took over. The units are beautiful and the location is the best. You can’t have it any better, as you are steps away from fabulous food and shopping in Legacy West. The building is centrally located, so it is super easy to jump on the Dallas North Tollway or 121 and get anywhere quickly. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Arielle in the leasing center as she was always extremely helpful and kind. I highly recommend living here. I rarely, if ever, had any problems and when I did occasionally, they were addressed immediately.

The office staff is approachable and always happy to help, I always feel like I’m talking to family when I speak with them, especially the manager William. Started living here in 2019, but just recently moved for a better price elsewhere. Facilities are top notch, and the location is great. Look for a unit on the top floor if you can, I had some noise issues early on with an upstairs neighbor before moving to a unit on the top floor. My main issues came with pricing, as my renewal this year would have been a 22% increase had I stayed, and the office was not flexible on the price. I was fully planning on staying had the rent increase been more reasonable.Unfortunately, pricing is pretty much the same around the area (property owners have lost their minds), and I opted to find a cheaper place a couple miles away.If price isnt an issue for you, its definitely a good place to live. If the market ever calms down, Id consider returning.

I just moved in to Metro a few months ago and I really love it so far. I worked with Erika in the office and she made everything super easy and really sold me on the future of what the complex would have to offer since it was still quite a bit under construction when I was looking. I love using the gym...it is a lot nicer than typical apartment gyms, plus they offer classes. I haven’t used the pool much, but it’s really nice and I like that the resident lounge is actually usable and has games in it. Most importantly I love how pet friendly it is since I have a little dog. I use the dog park a lot and have met a lot of neighbors while being out there. I would highly recommend checking Metro out. Great location — walking distance to Legacy West shops, but it’s more quiet over here! 5 out of 5 to me!

I lived in a one bedroom apartment. The amenities are excellent and very clean. The maintenance guys are very prompt. They have garage that allows to park up to 2 cars. The move in and move out procedure was great . The management is good and they hear your concerns. This is on the expensive side of the rent you expect great isolation of walls. You do hear sometimes when people walk on corridor. The flooring isolation is not good you do hear people walking on apartments above you. Overall the experience was pleasant.

The parking garage is well secured. Walking distance to Legacy West is easy and the location is convenient to DNT and Hwy 121. Rent is expected to be higher for this prime location. If theres a special need, youll be heard and met with genuine problem solving care. I feel valued as a tenant and member of the Metro West community.

I have been living at Metro West for over a year now. I like the location and being walking distance from Legacy West is great. One of the reasons I chose to live here was because they have chargers for electric vehicles. Initially they were working, but earlier this year the chargers were broken for a few months and I could not charge my car at the apartment at all which was very inconvenient. The previous management did not fix the issue even though I emailed them many times telling them that the issue never gets fixed. After the new management started, I emailed them, and then both chargers were fixed. Im not sure what the new management did, but I really appreciate that they listened to my concerns and solved the problem promptly. Now I am able to charge my car at the apartment and I am much happier! I am very thankful for the new management here.

My wife and I have lived here for about 20 months now. The Gym, Pool, Dog Park and all amenities are maintained very well. The maintenance team is extremely professional, responsive in a timely manner and trust worthy when entering our unit when not home to resolve an issue. Management team is good but the actual Manager Pam, has gone above and beyond to accommodate every request. One of the reasons we renewed our lease was because Pam is so professional and helpful. The location of this building is amazing!! Entrance to 121, Saynrayburn and Dallas North toll way are across the street. 3 minute walking distance from Legacy Hall and shops at Legacy. Dog park is huge, length of 150 - 200 yards and width of about 50 yards. They had a running water source for dogs in the park but WE THE PEOPLE violated and caused a health issue forcing building to remove running water for dogs in the park. Pool is really nice with about 4 Cabanas with TVs and fans, Resort Style Pool with BBQ Perugala thingy... Indoors right by pool is a game room with bar, DISH washer, ping pong tables and great for hosting family & friend small party’s. Highly recommend living here!

We enjoy the community weve built with other residents. The current management does a great job of putting residents interests front and center. They have regular events to draw the residents together. In addition, they quickly address any property issues that we bring to their attention. Lastly, the three-minute walk to the Legacy West shopping/dining/entertainment district is great.If youre looking for a nice complex with great amenities, you should consider Metrowest. You wont be disappointed.

Moved to Plano and went to this place and their sister property The Grand. Metro West is very new, a few months old and one of the buildings is still being built. Metro West is a couple of blocks from Legacy West which is where the sister property The Grand is located.Waited for a few minutes since existing lease agent was with someone when Brooke showed up. She asked me how she can help me and then talked to me through the various options available in terms of sizes and the locations that are free that can be occupied immediately. She spent quite a bit of time showing the apartments, walking me through the various features of the property etc. She patiently answered my questions. She also waited patiently as I was walking around the apartments a few minutes trying to compare them.I have heard quite a few good things about the sister property and since Metro West is managed by the same company I felt comfortable enough to sign a 12 month lease. Brooke sent me the lease etc. quickly by email since I was trying to move in asap. She also got the apartment ready and when there was an issue with the washer she quickly got the maintenance to resolve it.For anyone looking at these, I would recommend them especially they are offering 1 month free. And they are slightly cheaper than The Grand since they are away from the hustle bustle of the Legacy West. If you like that then I recommend The Grand.A few things to note, if you do not like walking then find an apartment close to the elevator. There are a couple of elevators from the parking garage and since my apartment was somewhat in the middle it feels like a long walk, not to mention it takes a few days to figure out the optimal route to home.Internet is AT&T U-Verse which some people may not like. I am signing up and will figure out how good or bad they are.2 July 2018: An update, T-Mobile has spotty coverage in the building and within apartments so double check to make sure you phone will work.

Were to begin. So I wanted to give it a few months before I started my review so here goes.Maintenance Staff is AMAZING. Literally amazing. They come out in a very timely fashion and really ensure they correct the issues you may have.For the most part, the neighbors( residents) are professionals who speak in passing.They consistently schedule activities for the residents and even personal training, I haven’t been so I can’t comment on how it goes as of yet.The office staff replies in a very timely manner when you need to speak with someone.It’s safe, clean, and pretty quiet ( had issues here and there that, from what I see, has been taken care of, but overall it’s quiet.I have people I know moving to town soon and recommended they stop in to view the place as an option.The location is also really amazing.

I cant really recommend Metro West enough. The level of luxury, especially considering the location, is fantastic. The public areas are continuously maintained and well kept. The gym in particular is great, and not too crowded. The free yoga and fitness classes are great. The leasing staff are very available and go far out of of their way to ensure you feel at home. (Thank you Erika!) Its very easy to get used to living at Metro West.

Ive been living here for over a year now. One of the major reasons I continued to stay here is how accomodating and responsive the folks at the leasing office are! Taylor, Holly, William in no particular order are nothing but the best!Weve had a few setbacks when our gym got consumed because of a water leak in the winter, but work has been happening everyday and it looks like well have access to it in a day or two now. :)Edit: We now have Chargepoint car charging stations! Four of them to be exact! I must thank the management especially William since SemaConnect which was the previous vendor was not really the best solution.

Really enjoying my apartment! The apartment area is so quiet and relaxing despite being surrounded by corporate headquarters and down the road from the legacy shops. They display care in every detail to putting artwork down the hallways to having very cute social spaces. I work from home so a place that was peaceful and near some neat walkable places was key. The pool area, gym, leasing office, and apartments themselves all are in brand new condition and show the luxury that is Metro West. Brooke in the leasing office was such a pleasure to work with. From paperwork to minor maintenance issues, shes gone above and beyond for us with a great demeanor. Would recommend to anyone looking for an inspiring, peaceful, and fun social neighborhood.

I’m so glad I found Windsor Metro West! I moved in April from Los Angeles during the pandemic. The leasing office made sure I was able to see the unit I was interested in the day I called, even if it had to be self-guided. I applied that night and was approved the next morning before I even woke up! That’s stellar service!My favorite part is that it’s affordable to live on the same street as Legacy West (walking distance to the BEST dining and shopping in Plano).The area is safe (I see the police drive around the area everyday), the people are all friendly (I’ve made so many friends here, especially at the dog park and pool) and the apartments are spacious to fit all my junk, haha. This is hands down the best managed community I’ve lived in! Loved the pre-thanksgiving to go dinner Windsor Metro West held for us residents. The Mgmt team and staff went above and beyond to adhere to COVID safety protocols while making various upgrades to the property such as new landscaping and a new playground for the children. The gym itself is the best, frequent cleaning by the maintenance team and machines always functional in great shape despite heavy use. I lived here for a year and a 1/2 now, the neighborhood is still quiet and picture perfect despite being walking distance to the legacy west strip this is a wonderful place to relax if you want to escape the bustle while still being close to the action. Shout out to the team and the outstanding leadership for providing us residents a memorable living experience.

I’ve only lived here for about (almost) 4 months, so far it’s been a relatively amazing experience. Pamela was who I leased with and I had an answer within 10 minutes of applying and was able to move in the next week. She made the process super easy, especially after a weird uncomfortable experience trying to rent at The shops at Legacy (newer, larger, nicer apartment for $500 cheaper with nicer staff? Duh I’m going with metro)Within a month of moving in, there was an issue with my unit but Arielle resolved it and had it fixed, addressed within 10 minutes of the maintenance leaving Friday evening and I was fixed up into a new unit safe and sound by the following Wednesday!Everyone who lives here for the most part is 20-30’s business professionals with the same mindset I’ve noticed, that being said noise really isn’t a problem on the weekdays or weeknights and there’s always something to do on the weekend whether you walk to legacy west or go to either of the court yard. You’ll find someone to hangout with, almost every time I’ve walked by a group of friends I’ve been acknowledged or offered to sit with them and hangout. You’re bound to make friends here whether you go to the pool or chill by the fire pit, everyone here is very friendly. It’s common for people to have friends over and I’ve never had an issue with hearing anyone’s gatherings, so I feel that it’s insulated pretty well. You can hear the people upstairs from the first floor units and sometimes it sounds like they’re rolling bowling balls all day, but that’s literally any apartment you live at.The parking garage is the only downside, the gate hasn’t been working and at midnight I was unable to park anywhere and there was eventually 6 cars behind me, being that I’m a female and alone I thought I had to park at my job next door or legacy west and the walk back didn’t sit well with me. Eventually I found a spot but the gate doesn’t open a lot so if friends or family visit, they’ll have to figure it out or wait. Other than that, in retro spect I really love it here and anytime I have friends visit they’re really impressed with the complex, the pool/fire pit/gym/dog park etc.

They keep this place spotless and quickly address issues.-Top tier amenities: gym, dog park, pool, club room, fire pits, etc.Cons:-Guest parking options very slim.-Soundproofing could have been better, so its really a game of roulette with what types of neighbors/noise level youre going to get. A wide range of single young people here for the nightlife, Gen X residents, Air BnB units, or young families with small kids.-Building/apartment numbering system can be pretty confusing. Your guests, your deliveries, heck, even YOU will get lost sometimes in this concrete jungle. Just meet your pizza guy out front at the leasing office and save them the headache.Lastly, there are quite a few reviews about the office staff not being pleasant to work with, but I think theyre extremely fair for the most part and always strive to accommodate. Theyve been especially great during Covid, even if borderline strict, but thats the age we live in. Renewing for another year and still pretty happy with everything overall.

I love everything about this community. The office team and maintenance are friendly and quick to respond. The amenities are good and the location is great! Easy access to shops and restaurants!
