    Whenever I’ve needed a maintenance request, the staff has always been friendly, courteous, and efficient in resolving issues promptly. Recently, I experienced a mold issue caused by an internal water leak, and I want to give a big shoutout to William and Ricardo for their exceptional professionalism and quick repair. They consistently go above and beyond to handle service requests and assist residents in the community. I truly appreciate all they do and their willingness to lend a helping hand!

    Been living here over two years, and I have been loving the place. Great area, great rooms, and maintenance has been very responsive to all my requests (special thanks to Samuel for his additional service in fixing issues in my room). I also appreciate the addition of more spaces for EV charging, and keeping us up to date on special events, or warnings about weather or pests. Quiet and relaxing area to live in that is close to a lot of nice restaurants and not too far from the city.

    Ive been here over a year now and didnt hesitate to renew my lease. When renewing my monthly cost did not go up very much which happens often at other places. Ive never lived anywhere so quiet, friendly neighbors, and great management. Maintenance responds quickly and are efficient. Management is happy to help even with the smallest requests like issues with receiving a package in a locker. Trash is not valet, which I dont mind. I think leaving trash in the hallway just attracts unnecessary critters. Ive never had an issue with pests here. The front gates are always functional while many complexes they never seem to be working. You need a fob to enter each building adding an extra level of security. Its tucked up on a hill away from all the construction and conveniently located to get anywhere in the city.

    Recently moved into this complex and absolutely loving it so far. Michael in the leasing office was incredible to work with and made the moving process seamless. Apartments are extremely spacious, great amenities throughout, huge dog park, and absolutely perfect location. Couldnt be happier that we chose Windsor Lantana Hills!

    Samuel in maintenance has been extremely helpful. He fixed our leaky freezer and our breaker after a couple months of having issues in those areas. He also decided to help with something that we thought couldn’t fixed and he was able to add that onto our maintenance requests. He’s extremely professional and kind. A great asset to Windsor Lantana Hills.

    The property management is the best I’ve experienced and I’ve lived at several different complexes!! They are so kind and willing to help any time I need. The maintenance team is extremely helpful as well. William and Riley have helped me carry heavy boxes to and from my apartment to my car multiple times and they continue to always lend a hand if needed :)

    I stopped in to view this property unannounced and was kindly accommodated without an appointment(which I’m sure is frowned upon) I appreciated that very much. Special thanks to Michael S. in the office for being so thorough and showing us around the property.The property itself is lovely and felt high end. The amenities are great. There are optional garage spaces. It also has great views. This the most updated apartment I previewed during my week of looking around but sadly it was also at the top of my budget. I gave 5 stars because the negatives for me were pretty much just the price. I feel this apartment was priced correctly though, so I still felt compelled to give 5 stars.

    My wife and I have been living at Lantana Hills for about nine months now.The staff is extremely friendly and supportive and attentive to whatever might be needed by us. In particular I want to acknowledge William, the maintenance person. Ive had occasion to need his help about a half a dozen times during our stay here. He is extremely friendly and fun to be around. He is always prompt about answering my maintenance requests and knows exactly what to do in any situation. I am particularly impressed with the skill level of his work that Ive seen in the commons area. The quality of his work is, in my opinion, very impressive. I always enjoy seeing him in the community. He is an asset to Lantana Hills.

    Windsor Lantana is uniquely situated on the edge of the hill country but still accessible to downtown and the amenities of Austin. Theres a welcome peacefulness to this area. Previously there had been an issue regarding frequent car break-ins, however due to recent changes to security protocols that issue seems to be resolved. Staff is reliable and professional. Upkeep and maintenance is good as well.

    We really like living here. The apartment is nice and comfortable. The building has a very nice pool and clubroom perfect for small activities. They always answer very quickly when any maintenance or fix is required. I really like the location, with a lot of supermarkets and stores 10 - 15 minutes driving and just 20 minutes away from downtown.Michael is always there for us. He even helped us once picking up an Amazon package while we were away from home.

    I’m a new resident here and I love it. I was a little worried about the studio, but I had such a great conversation with Michael, Leasing Agent, and he convinced me to sign on the studio. My initial reaction was “I don’t know, it might be too small”. But, now that I’m living in the unit, it’s awesome! I’m about to get married and my girlfriend, and soon to be wife, is about to move in with me. Once we’re married, I think me and her will live here happily and get your privacy.

    While I have yet to move in, my experience with Michael and his staff has been fantastic. Michael was incredibly professional throughout the entire experience and was very resourceful in helping me find the right arrangements. While I was seated in his office, he had the entire staff come in, introduce themselves, and personally shake my hand which made a great first impression on me. He also recommended places in Austin for me to visit based on my interests, and everyone at the office has been very knowledgeable in answering any questions Ive had.     Love living here. Want to give a big shout out to Michael and Will who go out of their way to make Windsor such a great place to live. I got accidentally locked out one time and Michael was kind enough to help me out. Will is super responsive to maintenance requests and usually gets to them within a day. He also went out of his way to give us the heads up about a reported snake one time because he knows our toddler loves to spend time outside. Love the amenities, especially the clubhouse, which is a great place to work, and also the beautiful landscaping. Would highly recommend, especially considering convenience to downtown.

    Just moved into the property from another Windsor building downtown and can’t recommend the apartment enough.The office staff (especially Ana) were incredibly helpful during my move-in process and Will has been amazing with a few minor maintenance issues during the first week.If you’re looking for an apartment with a homey type feel that’s still close enough to downtown, would suggest Windsor Lantana Hills.

    It is a quiet complex to live with your family, my apartment is very well maintained, everything works perfectly.In almost 2 months of living in Windsor LH met my expectations, my family and I are happy to move here, my only negative experience was when searching for a package in the Luxor lockers, I received the system message at 11:48 am that informs that your package has been delivered and is ready for pickup, I went to pick them up at approximately 2:30 pm on the same day and my package was not a new balance 9060, I immediately went to Leasing and Mr. Michael was very helpful. He went to the locker to check and indeed my package was not there, once we reviewed the film record we noticed the worker from the shipping company pretending to leave my package and hours later I appeared looking for my package that was never left, immediately afterward I called all the involved in the delivery and shipping of my order to begin the respective investigation, then the next day I received another email informing me that I could pick up my package and so it was that my New Balance 9060 were there. It is important in such an unpleasant situation to act quickly since you cannot make the mistake of blaming Luxor or Windsor LH for the loss of your package since there are people who take advantage of this delivery method and simply pretend to have left your package.

    Pretty good community and super close to AMD. The apartments are well maintained. The Bilt rewards alliance is a nice addition. Also, most of the maintenance works are done smoothly. Especially Will is super fast, he fixed our broken Washing machine within 15-20 min of filing the ticket.

    Windsor Lantana Hills is our new home and the staff has been very welcoming. 10/10 so far! Michael Sabatini was extremely helpful during and after our apartment hunt. I’ve called so many times with questions I’ve forgotten to ask and he always gets back to me quickly! We got lucky with finding a unit with a private yard and it’s the perfect fit for 2 and a dog. The unit was also very clean upon move in and we haven’t had any issues. All the amenities are nice and there’s lots of trails to walk your pup or go for a nice walk.

    William was so helpful. After changing the air filter he was patient enough to let me vacuum and spray the closet before he locked it back up. He lifted the vacuum for me so the extender could reach the high up corners. Very helpful for my husband’s allergies as it gets very dusty in there.

    I had the most fun tour of all time with Michael Sabatini last week! We chased after a maintenance worker in the golf cart and had some good laughs. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we saw the exact scheme of the unit I was interested in. Even though I didnt end up signing with this apartment complex, I can attest to the fact that the staff are awesome here! The unit itself was a very reasonable price and the community felt very safe!

Great pool view from balcony and just a great sense of community!     I’ve lived at Windsor Lantana Hills or Oak Hill for 5 years. Incredible staff and incredible facility. Moving to a new Windsor property now. Michael has been a joy to work with. Great location close to Downtown and close to Dripping Springs (where I work). 5 stars!

    Warning DO NOT LEASE GROUND FLOOR UNITS DUE TO FLOODING.Get a top floor unit its quieter and the views in most buildings are superior. Love the peaceful and scenic hill country location. Amenities are good and comparable to other properties in the same price range. I wish the gym was a little better but it gets the job done. Parking is decent but there have been several vehicle break-ins in the complex over my time here. Obviously not an issue that is specific to this location just something to be aware of. The grounds are generally well kept in terms of landscape and maintenance. The neighbors are pretty quiet and responsible. Maintenence is quick and responsive. There arent really any substantial community events just an occasional food truck once in awhile.The only real negative is that they do have major flooding problems if the temperatures get low. There were dozens of flooded units this last season. I highly recommend not getting a ground floor unit anywhere in Austin bc these buildings cant handle the climate challenges of the last several winters. Many here were displaced for 2-3 months awaiting repairs while still paying full rent and having to stay in hotels at their own expense. They were reimbursed with credit towards future rent. Id rather not give my landlord a 10k interest free loan in exchange for rent credits.

    I would highly recommend this community to any one considering a move.The Great: The staff. Until I moved to Windsor, I had no clue how big of a difference having people in the office that truly care about your happiness could be. They go above and beyond in almost every interaction.The Good: The floor plans are great, the apartments are new/clean. The amenities are good and the community upkeep is stellar. Indoor hallways are helpful. They continue to make improvements based on what makes sense plus resident feedback. Location is beautifulThe Bad: You have to take your own trash to trash area, which can be a pain if you live on other side of community. There is no Valet Trash (my guess is because indoor hallways. ---but this is the ONLY less than fortunate thing I can think of.Whether you choose to move here or not you should AT LEAST consider it. You will be happy you checked it out!

    I’ve lived here for 4+ years, probably one of the few remaining original occupants. I truly love this community.Community: Most importantly, I enjoy the quiet community surrounded by considerate neighbors. That is a HUGE factor when living closely together in apartment life.Dog Owners: The property is openly laid out, making it enjoyable to walk my dog throughout the complex and around the surrounding neighborhood. The dog park is divided into 2 large sections, which is a plus for more off leash options.Management: I’ve always had a pleasant experience with the leasing team, especially the property manager, Lindy Cobb. She is very responsive, thorough, and understanding. I’ve rarely had the maintenance team in my unit but they have been great at taking care of minor repairs quickly.Packages: I’m also pleased with the current package locker situation. The security of my packages in the locker is always reassuring. I previously had package locker issues but it’s been quite some time since I’ve had an issue.

    Out of all the staff at Windsor Lantana Hills and Oak Hill, Myriah James (the dual site assistant manager) is the BEST staff - the ONLY one that replies to my emails timely, communicates accurately with no confusion, and doesnt brush me off. She is extremely passionate, patient, and warm. Additionally, Spencer and Evan have been super helpful and friendly throughout the checkout process and in everyday interaction.

    We have lived at Hanover Lantana Hills for a month and could not be happier. We moved back to Austin after living in the Northeast for 1.5 years and wanted to take our time house hunting before we purchased. We looked at almost every property in the area and Hanover Lantana Hills hit all our criteria. The property is very well maintained and the entire staff is friendly and always available when you need them (thanks Matt!). The property is still being completed but you would never know as we never hear construction noise or are inconvenienced in any way.One important consideration for us for a property that would be good for our one-year old. Im happy to report that he also loves it and cant get enough of the very family friendly pool. It also helps that were on the 1st floor and he can easily go right outside. We also have a dog who needs a lot of activity and the community has many places to take her for walks and explore. We cant wait for the dog park to open next month.The apartment itself is perfect for our family. Just enough space and the finishes are great. I love the separate shower and tub in the master and the closet space is ridiculous! We had an issue with our toilet where it wouldnt stop running when we first moved in. Maintenance was super responsive and had it fixed in no time.Overall, were extremely happy with our choice to move to Hanover Lantana Hills and would highly recommend to anyone.

    This property has been excellent for me. Im shocked at the recent 1 star reviews. Im a pretty picky person, also.I havent had any issues with cell service or noise. The walls do not seem thin at all (my last place was pretty bad). I will say: the apartments have no carpets and there is a pretty large space under the door to the hallway. So, the apartments can be echo-y inside, and noise will travel in/out of othe hallway doors pretty easily. Once inside, I havent had an issue with neighbors but I do live on the top floor. The echo gets much better with carpeting and furniture in place.* Managment *Management has been really great here. One downside is they combined the leasing offices, so we need to call or go to the neighboring sister property (its essentially connected) to speak with the agents.Otherwise, they *always* pick up when you call, theyre very nice in the office, and they were immensely helpful during move-in. Ive also had at least a few issues come up that generally would be a headache. The team here has been very transparent and helpful resolving every single one.While everyone has a pleasure to speak with in the office, I have to give a special account to Sara Z. She has gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions. Thank you!* Maintenance *I have submitted more than a few requests, I can say that. Theyve all been addressed within a reasonable 3-4 day window. Scheduling can be a bit tough if youre gone a lot, they generally dont know theyre coming to your unit unless the job is next. But, theyre very quick and helpful once they arrive. One thing I will say is to make the appointments through the system - if you call or stop in to ask it may get lost among their notes.Overall, great spot. Management makes all the difference. If the management was 3 or even 4/5, this place would be overpriced. But Im happy to know Im well taken care of and their team is working to keep this place in good shape.

    I learned the value of a great staff while living at Windsor. Its a compassionate, responsive, hard working group of people that make this place special. Through any issue weve had, they were caring and really listened to our concerns. We definitely feel taken care of. Beyond the staff, the property is beautiful and well maintained. The apartments and amenities are top notch, so you feel like youre in a condo, not an apartment. My drive to the middle of downtown in no traffic is 15 minutes, so nice and convenient to the city.     Cannot say enough good things about Hanover! Weve been here for a couple months now and love it. Lindsey was absolutely amazing throughout the leasing process and continues to be super helpful and kind whenever we need anything. The rest of the staff is awesome too and always quick to respond. Apartments and property are beautiful and we love how much storage we have even in a 1 bedroom. This community is a breath of fresh air compared to our previous experiences with management companies/staffs in Austin.     Where do I begin with the amazing team at Lantana!To start- Michael took his time in finding me the layout I wanted with a yard! He was very prompt in sending over any and all information he had available to help me make a decision for my new home! He went out of his way to ensure that I had a garage space, proper paperwork for my doggo, and any and all needed paperwork to lock my home in!     I have been living here for the past six months, and I can recommend this place. They take care in keeping the apartment complex clean and attending to maintenance requests on time. During the winter storm in February 2021, the leasing office team did an excellent job updating the community every day on the status of maintenance requests, arranging for portable toilets, food trucks and compensating for hotel charges when the water connection is blocked for maintenance requests.

    This place is amazing! Very friendly staff, clean outdoor areas, high-end fixtures. Matt, one of the leasing consultants, showed us around and explained everything in details. My husband and I fell in love with the place right away. We had a few things that needed a fix in the apartment and the maintenance guys did a great job at responding quickly. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for brand new, peaceful place to live!

    We moved to Windsor Lantana Hills one year back and our experience so far was amazing. Though we had few maintenance issues in the start, but all of them got solved on the same. Friendly and helpful staff. Johnathan Korenek helped us finalize our apartment, and later Chad Roberts assisted us with everything.     It is my pleasure to write a review of Windsor Lantana Hills. When I first moved into this apartment complex, it was owned by Hanover, but it was taken over by Windsor a few months later. The complex was still fairly new at the time, and Windsor could have easily left things as they were. However, instead, the new management immediately started making improvements and continues to do so. The staff is top-notch:Amber, Property Manager: A is for Amber. A is for awesome.I believe that the head of an organization or group sets the tone for how all relate and function, and Amber has set a great example for her staff. She is busy, yet she finds time for residents. She is interested in what residents want and need and works to make changes when indicated. I always appreciated Ambers thoughtfulness.Kortney, Asst. Property Manager: Windsor is lucky to have Kortney as an employee. She works hard and is professional. If the company tells her to do something, she follows the procedure as directed. However, she is also a really nice person. Kortney believes that if a resident has a problem, he/she should talk directly with her. The highest compliment I can give regarding Kortney is that she reminds me of me. ;-)Chad, Leasing Consultant: Chad is exceptionally friendly. He lives on the property (he is not the only staff to live on premises) and is equally friendly on and off the job. In fact, it was not unusual to be walking outside and hear a big hello and realize it was coming from Chad walking across the parking lot.Johnathan, Leasing Consultant: Johnathan is another friendly and helpful WLH team member (Notice a pattern?). He successfully mixes being very casual in his interactions (joking around) while still acting professionally and getting the job done.Santos, Maintenance Manager: I complained about an ongoing issue with my HVAC for months. When Santos was sent to check, he confirmed there was a problem and was determined to get it repaired the same day. Once the HVAC leak was fixed, I was more comfortable in my apartment, and my high electric bills took a dive! Santos did an after-hours maintenance call once; I was apologetic for bothering him in the evening, but he reassured me that was what they were there for and that no apology was necessary.Alex, Maintenance Technician: Alex, simply put, is a true gentleman. Whether it be holding the door open for me as I approached a building or offering up an umbrella in the rain to spare me getting soaked while walking to the clubhouse, Alex was consistently polite and helpful.Dylan, Maintenance Technician: I only had rare contact with Dylan, but when I did, he was polite, professional, and friendly.Each Windsor Lantana Hills staff member is professional, personable, helpful, kind, and likable. They do not put prospective residents and making a sale above current residents. Furthermore, I felt important the entire time I was there, from day one (well, once Windsor took over) through my recent move-out.A few days before I left, I headed over to the clubhouse one morning for some complimentary herbal tea, and as I passed by the pool with the mini-fountains bubbling and heard the music pumping out of the rocks, I thought to myself, this place has a resort feel. Then, as I headed back into my building with my tea, I crossed over the floor mat that reads, Windsor Communities, and I thought, what an appropriate name since it is more than an apartment complex...it is a true community. Windsor offers residents friendly service, an assortment of amenities, and a bunch of resident activities to foster friendships. Btw, the location is excellent!!I had already composed most of this review when I learned there is a referral bonus at Windsor. Truly, the review was not written because of that nor did that new information, in any way, influence what I am posting.     I work downtown Austin and was so lucky to have found this wonderful newly built apartment complex. The atmosphere is relaxing and so nice to come home to. The staff is very professional and Matt was exceptional. He showed me all the different options, worked with me on the desired move in date and answered the many questions I had.     Awesome staff at the front rental office! I rented and left Texas. Upon arrival, I found two champagne flutes, and a bottle sitting on my kitchen island, with a personal hand-written note! Moving is stressful, especially from Seattle to Austin! The letter and the champagne was such a great welcoming touch, one that I will always remember, especially considering that I was really convinced Texas is not my cup of tea! The hospitality and the level of caring at Windsor Lantana Hills made me want to stay so far and see what Texas has to offer. Six weeks after my signing the lease and two weeks of my actually living here, I must say, I love it so far! Part of the credit goes to the lovely, super helpful, awesome, amazing staff, especially Mary (Marie, or .... forgot the spelling!) who is always available to answer any question, even 5 minutes before the closing of the office. I had one minor maintenance issue, which was resolved SAME DAY, with follow up the next day. I wish I could say somehing negative, so you wont think Im a Chinese Automated Chatbot as a reviewer (lol). But, 2+2=4 so you know I am a real human! Show me the CAPTCHA photos and I will mark all with a bicycle! 😂🤣😂🤣

Sign.If youre thinking about signing a lease at Windsor Lantana Hills, do it.I hardly ever write reviews so the fact that I took time to write an extensive post should already encourage you.I found this gem after looking at apartment complexes all over the city in north, west, south and east Austin. After looking here, I immediately signed my lease and have never regretted it. My two biggest things when looking for a place were that I can be close to downtown as I work in the heart of downtown AND not have any issues with roaches as thats my biggest fear/pet peeve in life. Without traffic, Im exactly 15 min. from downtown and with traffic, both morning AND after work my commute is exactly 30-35 min. at MOST to and from work while taking mopac every day (If youre familiar with the horror that is Austin traffic, you should realize this is not a bad commute!) Ive lived here for 15 months now and NO ROACHES!! The staff is hands down the best apartment staff and always goes above and beyond to work with you and provide an excellent living experience. They care, genuinely care. Work orders (Ive only had a couple in 15 months) were completed within 24 hours! The complex is so clean ALL THE TIME and is such a quiet community. Newly built, modern, luxury, clean, nice apartments SUPER CLOSE to downtown without the downtown price. Incredible, caring staff. Also located in one of the best parts of Austin (I would know as I grew up in Austin and know the city like the back of my hand.) Safely stored mailing packages so they never get stolen, nice dog park, great clean pool, frequent resident events, safe community, plenty of parking for you AND guests - I could go on. I got what I was looking for and more. Im so sad to leave this community. If this place is one of your options on a list, make it your selection.

    I love being a resident at Windsor Lantana Hills! Me, my wife, and our 11 year old labradoodle could not be happier.
