My Great Experience at Windsor Castle Hills Apartments!I absolutely love living at Windsor Castle Hills Apartments! From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and at home. While I did encounter a few minor issues initially, the management team addressed them immediately and with great care. Their responsiveness and commitment to tenant satisfaction truly stand out.The community is friendly, and the amenities are fantastic. I enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and the convenience of the location. My family has lived here since July 2024. We have had a great experience so far. The staff is attentive and friendly, which is what I consider the most important feature in choosing where to live.A lot of credit for the above mentioned is due to the property manager, Celcee. She embodies the professionalism, attention to detail, personalized requests and care of the tenants that a successful property needs.As with any review that I write on Google, I like to be thorough in mentioning the areas for improvement as well as highlights. There were a few small issues moving into the property. Due to the timing of our move (July is a busy season) the cleaners were running behind in having our apartment ready in the AM. Celcee called me and apologized profusely and continued to keep me updated on the timing. I appreciated her ownership of the issue as the property manager, and her commitment/follow through of keeping us updated.The area for improvement that has since been resolved is the communication and manner in which a maintenance request was followed through. Anytime it was brought to Celcee’s attention she made a personal commitment and fixed the issue the same day. Luckily, the two big maintenance issues we had were resolved quickly and effortlessly. During the first freeze our heater slowly stopped working, this was fixed as soon as we brought it to their attention. The fridge needed to be repaired/replaced and this was fixed the next day. Both of these could have been a huge nightmare and inconvenience and it was very reassuring to know that when a serious issue happened it was taken seriously.Another sweet gesture I wanted to mention is when my 2 y/o son had severe congestion and I went into the bathroom with him to use the steam from the hot water to help him breathe. I obviously used up a ton of hot water very quickly and was honestly surprised that the hot water lasted as long as it did. When I called the after hours Windsor phone #, I explained the situation and said it wasn’t a huge deal but it would be great if when maintenance came the next day if they could adjust the heater for the water to last longer. The operator said it was a big deal to them because it was important to us and someone was sent immediately.In my experience, in any living situation, there are going to be needs that arise. It is in how the staff handles the needs of the tenants that make all the difference. I chose this complex specifically because of the positive google reviews of the staff and leasing office. The reviews are accurate and the staff does not disappoint.Our experience has been wonderful so far and when it is time to renew in October, we plan on renewing and spending another 15 months here.

The front office is very helpful and responsive! Moving and transferring between units has been the least stressful it’s ever been since any questions or concerns I may have are addressed swiftly and efficiently. Leasing Consultant Loann Tan has been super helpful throughout the entire transfer process and is super willing and happy to sit down and work through everything needed for the process. Great community with even greater people!

*Long Detailed Review*This is my last review for this wonderful apartment complex that has been my home for 3 and a half years. I am sad to leave this place and honestly, there is no apartments that compare to Windsor Castle Hills, none. Ive lived in 3 different units, and all were wonderful. Clean, amazing lighting (the best Ive seen in any complex) and spacious. The only thing it lacks is the storage but we managed.The management office is amazing, not to mention the maintenance crew. (Always on point) Gina, and Kali I appreciate you very much and also Pam. Management has taken good care of me and my wife, even helped me transfer out when I was unsatisfied with a unit, something NO ONE has done for me. If you plan to move here, you wont be disappointed. If it wasnt for more space that I needed, I would NEVER leave.Now I do have some cons, and advice for people planning to move here, if you hate the noise and youre a light sleeper, stay away from the units near the pool and near Parker Rd. Mentioning specifically building 4 (I lived there) I faced the street and it was beautiful, loved the sunset but it was so LOUD. I could hear the noise of the traffic. Also near the pools, people love to throw parties during summer and you will hear them, trust me. My best time was in building 9, I still love you 9305 and miss you! (Apartment unit I also lived in)Overall, I recommend Windsor. Its safe, its super pet friendly, so much that you will often hear barks here and there, but if it gets loud, call the office staff and theyll take care of it. Watch out for bunnies cause your dogs will yank you away. And its peaceful. Ive never had an issue with safety here nor anyone being mischievous.Thank you very much Windsor Castle Hills, I will miss you!

I couldn’t be happier living in this community. The pools are immaculate and the people are very friendly. Dominic is AMAZING and walked me through everything, even creating a checklist and welcome package upon move in. He listens to your concerns and ensures you’re happy in your community. Couldn’t be more pleased! The area is also amazing and in close proximity to basically anything you could want or need.

My fiancé and I just finished a tour here. Theses apartments are beautiful and look just like the photos online. Loann gave us our tour. She was such a warm presence and helped us find a good rate in our budget!The pool and fitness center looks amazing and are well kept. The living areas were clean; there weren’t any trash on the ground. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. If we move here we will provide an update. 😊

We’ve been in our new one-bedroom apartment for almost a week, and we couldn’t be happier! The space is amazing—roomy and comfortable, with a layout that makes it feel even bigger. The kitchen is a standout, equipped with upgraded appliances, and having a washer and dryer right in the unit is such a convenience. The bathroom is modern and spacious, just like the bedroom, which offers enough room to unwind.The community amenities are equally impressive. The swimming pool is top-notch, with all the frills you could ask for, and the walking areas are perfect for a leisurely stroll. But what really makes this place special is the sense of security and belonging we feel here. From day one, Loann has been incredibly helpful, ensuring a smooth move-in process and making us feel right at home.My Dad and I already had the pleasure of attending a community taco gathering, where everyone greeted us with a smile. It’s wonderful to be part of a community that feels like one big family. We’re excited to see what more this place has to offer, but we’re already certain we’ve found the best place to call home.

I lived on the 3rd floor in a corner unit.Here are the pros and cons:Pros:1. Apartments have new appliances and stuff, the visual of being here is very appealing.2. I only ever had 2 issues with bugs during my time here. One was that for a bit crickets kept sneaking in, the other is one day I found ants coming in (from the pipes?) however the big issus for me were non-existant.3. They have 4 EV chargins spots - it appropriately meets the demand of the residents who live there with EV vehicles.4. Crime was minimal while I was here. We only had one major incident with vehicle tires being stolen during my time here, when I first moved in there was a SWAT team that got called on a drug dealer who I guess lived on my floor, and we occasionally have non-english speaking teenagers / young adults trespass after 11 PM and play loud music at the pool.5. Maintenance is great - never had a problem with maintenance6. They constantly spend money to maintain the property - maybe they do it too much but Im glad they take care of it.7. Utiliy bills were reasonable.Cons:1. If anyone below you or next to you or outside in their car near the AC units smokes weed then you will smell it in your apartment. I probably smelled weed 4-8 times a month while I was here.2. I can always smell when the neighbor below me is cooking.3. The walls arent very well insulated. One of my neighbors like to heat his apartment to 76 and I like mine around 68. Even in the Winter, if I didnt run the AC or leave a window open then his heat settings would ultimately heat up my apartment.Also, Noise. Luckily I was a corner unit on the 3rd floor but I could still hear my neighbors taking work calls from home, when they were watching movies, if the couple below me were fighting, sometimes I could hear people walking (how that works I dont know), etc.4. They force you to pay for trash velet service - the kids who do it skip a few days every week without notice so there are several days where I have left for work in the morning and seen mine and all my neighbors trash just sitting in the hallway.5. The apartment buildings are poorly labeled - Ive had amazon deliver my package to the wrong place several times because the driver gave up looking for the unit number and for whatever reason they didnt want to leave it in the mail room.6. The AC blows dust in the apartment because of how the dryer debris are pipped to the patio. Basically, someone made a poor architectural/ structural design decision and made it so that the dryer fluff can contaiminate the air ducts and so Im constantly running air purifiers to catch the dust.7. For awhile, it seemed like one of the apartments on my floor was government funded temporary housing for migrants or something like that. Litterally every month, it seemed like a new family was moving in / out and they never spoke english.All in all, its a decent place I just wish they used better construction practices on the walls / floors between units, etc. Price and fees are maybe $100 too high for what you get, you can get similar quality of living in more desirous parts of town for the same or less price.Regarding the whole SWAT thing, my whole floor was evacuated by the police. They told us there might be a shoot out and that they would prefer for all of us to vacate the premises. This was aroudn Feb of 2024. Management never sent out any email about it acknowledging what happened.One the one hand, this can happen anywhere however on the other hand, it meant that management was failing to do a proper job in vetting potential tenants.

✅Pros: we have enjoyed our life in this awesome apartment complex for almost 3 years.At the beginning living on the 2nd floor without an elevator was difficult but the we got used to it.We rented a garage but outside parking was never a big issue either. Now they require to register your vehicle online.The maintenance team is great. 👍Every time we had an issue they always showed up next day or a day after. The customer service is professional and always ready to help.In general it was a cozy and a friendly place to live in! 💛💥💥💥Cons: What I didn’t like the most are the dirty hallway floors and the stairways. When they collect garbage bags from the 3rd, 2nd floors that leaves some dirt on the floor for sure. First floors are usually much cleaner. I wish the floors had a different surface so that they could wash them better!A neighbor upstairs. 🥹 She makes so loud noise while walking! I believe even with these thin walls and thin building structure a person could walk little better considering other people’s quiet time. She was always up late night. Moreover, she works out at home sometimes and you can imagine when somebody is doing a hard workout out upstairs.👌Tips: You better give a move out notice on time 60 days before so that you don’t get charged any extra fees. The management does not accept any exceptions!

The updated apartments. The fact that yall are different in so many ways compared to other communities/management companies. The move in process was easy and efficient. Celsee, the Property manager is also our leasing agent and she is awesome. She is what really made us move here. She is very understanding and had so much patience with us while switching units last minute to move sooner. Although we wanted the A4 floorplan, we had to move sooner than it was available and we are planning on transferring units at a later time when one with a yard for a reasonable price becomes available.The floorplans are really nice, spacious, clean.

January 29, 2025,Another excellent maintenance service completed from Windsor Castle Hills community! I purchased some furniture on January 26, 2025. The movers scratched one of the kitchen cabinet doors while delivering the furniture in my apartment. I had to file a damage report with the moving company. They wanted to come back to see if they could repair the damage. But I did not want this company back in my home due to other incidents that occurred with the delivery. The company stated that if I wanted my apartment maintenance to look at the damage, they would have to send them an invoice when the work was completed.The excellent and fast maintenance team were able to repair the scratch with ease. I cannot even tell if there were any previous damage. AND the Windsor Castle Hill maintenance team repaired the damage in less than 24 hours after I submitted the report. I want to personally give a shoutout to Dom’onic. Dom’onic was very knowledgeable about the two tours he took me on at the Windsor Castle Hills apartments. He answered all of the questions that I had and was very patient with me, considering that this is my first apartment. He made sure that I understood my lease agreement and breakdowns. Not only he was helping me while I was signing my lease, he also helped another resident . He always asked do you have anymore questions for him! If so he will have an answer for it. I also want to thank the rest of the Management team for helping me resolve my issues on the portal as well. They were great with responding to my calls and any other questions I had in a very speedy and professional manner.

After selling my house, I had certain requirements for my new apartment. Windsor had everything on my list. A garage was one of those things, but there was none available when I moved in. Domonic Duke went above and beyond to help me get into a garage once one became available. He has always been helpful on the few times Ive had to go into the leasing office. I took away a star because parking for guest is pretty much non-existent. Ive noticed a particular car parked in guest parking everyday for months now.

The community is nice and well kept. The maintenance guys are great and responds very quickly to work orders. The office staff are good staff but if you ever have a situation or need more clarity on something Kali is the person!!! She helped me with a smooth application process and move in. She is very helpful each time I’ve needed to reach out to her and seems to be genuinely nice. I will be moving to another property but if Windsor’s pricing ever lowers, I may return. They are a little more expensive than surrounding apartments. For the prices of the apartments, there should be move in gift boxes, free small snacks and drinks offered in leasing office along with more FREE amenities. The gates work sometimes so that’s always hit or miss. The pools are nice. The walls of the apartments are thin therefore you may have noise depending on your neighbors especially those that live above that may have children or a pet. They have nice walking area to walk your dog along with dog parks. Last but not least, the parking, if you donot pay for covered parking, you may not have a park close to your building after 5pm. I think they should crack down on having non operating vehicles removed and people using spaces to fix their cars and other peoples cars as if it is a city car garage. 4 stars due to residential open parking space availability. Overall, it’s a nice community and Kali in the office is great at her job.

My reason for writing this review is motivated by sheer delight on the excellent customer service that Rodney Weatherly performed on Friday, May 10, 2024.I was challenged in getting my apartment front door to lock due to the key fob was not connecting with door lock around 6:50am. After several attempts, I ended up calling Windsor Castle Hills apartment 24HR emergency phone number around 6:55am. The service call rep jumped right on getting an emergency call to Rodney Weatherly. Within a couple of minutes I received a phone call from Rodney stating that he was on his way to my apartment.As Rodney stated, he was at my apartment within a couple of minutes after I talked to the 24HR emeergency dispatcher. The battreies in the door lock needed replacement. Rodney replaced them within minutes and said he would also make me a new key fob that I could pick up after I returned back to my apartment. I was able to lock my front door.With Rodney prompt and excellent customer service, I was still able to make it to work on time and even a few minutes before the due time to arrive. As promised Rodneay had my new key fob ready when I got back to my apartment after work.I truly hope that this reviewe is not overlooked but that individuals would consider the specific details given in this review. I relocated here from Memphis, Tennessee and my time here so far has been nothing short of amazing. The staff has been so sweet, courteous and helpful. They are always extremely eager to assist in answering any of my questions and go above and beyond to assist with any issues I have. Hayde is absolutely amazing and has shown me so much grace in my time of need and I wanted to make sure I acknowledge that. In addition, another important thing for me, whenever I put in a maintenance request it is always immediately acknowledged. That’s a huge plus for me in any apartment community! Thank you all for your hard work and dedication.

Love this complex. Very quiet and safe. Located in a great area, and a stones throw away from alot of restaurants and entertainment. The office staff have been very helpful since move in, and the maintenance team is very productive and quick. Ive lived here for fourteen months now, and enjoy it immensely.

I just moved in & it has been so wonderful! Taylor & Patrick in the leasing office were so helpful with assisting my move in & answering all my questions. They are very kind & responsive and i love that. They both made me feel so much more excited to move in. Props to them! I am in my third year at this complex and will be leaving in a couple months. The complex itself is very clean and well maintained. I feel safe and the location is by far one of the best qualities in my opinion. The office staff is always friendly. However, it is very hard to get anyone on the phone. Ive never had an issue with stolen packages, or rude neighbors/staff. You always see maintenance/landscapers taking care of the property. Maintenance replies are really fast. Ive never had to wait more than a day and thats because I made a request on a weekend day. The breezeways are pretty dirty because of the accumulated dog fur, but Ive seen way worse. There are lots of dogs in the community. I dont let my daughter play in the grass because despite the convenient dog bins and poop bags provided, some residents still dont pick up their pets waste. I have a garage, so parking is not an issue for me. However, the garage is low quality, so its very loud and does not keep pests out. The gates are always broken, but its seems they fix them quickly as well. The reason I will not be renewing is because of the crazy price increases and noise. Its unbearable. Because of the inexpensive vinyl flooring, upstairs neighbors, that have heavy feet or kids, sound like a heard of elephants. But the worst issue is music. I feel like I live in a night club. The music is so loud at times it rattles my photos on the walls and on the weekends it goes on for hours so I have to just leave to get some peace. I gave up even complaining about it because it never changed. Also be prepared for large price increases every time you renew and annoying fees. My little 700sq. ft. apartment is well on its way to being $2000 a month. If you dont mind noise and can afford the price tag, its definitely a great place to live.

I recently moved into this complex and love it. The amenities and the apartment units themselves are high end and luxurious. The amazing part about moving in was how quickly and efficient the leasing agent Micheline Rice was. She was helpful, patient (I looked at 4 different units), quick, and so sincere. After making the final decision on one of the units she recommended, Micheline was able to take care of the application approval and other docs in such timely manner I was in my new apartment within 2 days of applying. Thank you Micheline and Lenox Castle for my new home.

I moved to Lenox Castle Hills a couple of weeks ago, and it is an AMAZING apartment complex. The staff is wonderful. May is so sweet and helpful. She made sure the moving process went smoothly. The maintenance guy, Curtis, is very kind, prompt and efficient. The community amenities are luxurious and absolutely beautiful. I am so happy to call this place my home!

Lenox Castle Hills is a dream and Im so happy Ive made it my home. Not only are the apartments beautiful the clubhouse, pool and amenities make me feel like I live in a 5 star resort. Even better is the staff, they truly make you feel like family. Special shutout to Micheline, as she was wonderful to work with. From the moment I walked in the door for my first tour until the day I moved in Micheline was exceptional. She was friendly, fun and extremely patient with me on the multiple times we interacted prior to my move in and now that Im a resident the entire Lenox staff has been wonderful and accommodating. The future is bright at Lenox Castle Hills.

Lenox Castle Hills has exceeded my expectations as a new town home tenant. My first encounters with the property were with May and she has been amazing to work with. Several things needed to be addressed when I moved in, and Katrina with maintenance has been incredible to show up and make sure things were handled. The entire maintenance crew has been wonderful and friendly. I’m still unpacking boxes since I just moved in this week so I’m still finding my way around but I look forward to calling this place home for a long time to come. So happy to be here. 😃♥️🏡

I Just signed my lease my daughter and I love it so far. At first I was a little nervous going in because of the 1 negative review, However that review Does Not Reflect any of my experience. I even arrived 30 min before closed. May stayed and allowed me to finish my lease. The Staff are Pleasant, and Professional. The Community is Brand New, and is Very relaxing. Maintenance Responds Quickly, Community is Always clean and Quiet. I see this as being a Place to Call Home!! I wouldnt choose another place, I even had my eye on a downtown Loft with amazing Views but the comfort Here beats everything.. Thanks Castle Hills
