Had an Amazing move-in experience !! So fast and helpful throughout the whole process. I worked with both Bryan and Jalen and they could not have been more helpful. I moved from Houston and within 3 days they had everything sorted start to finish and moved into my new home! I could not ask for a better management team. They really do welcome you with open arms and hearts just like family and would!

What I enjoy most is my spacious floor plan, the apartment design details, the location of Windsor by the Galleria and the customer service level of the leasing staff. The onsite office staff of Taylor, Arianna, and Yesenia as well as the maintenance team (Ty) are supportive, approachable, and accommodating to any needs that I may have. The property manager (Taylor) has made significant refresh improvements to the property within the common areas and the shared interior spaces which were badly needed. Although she doesn’t live at Windsor, she maintains the property as if she does. Taylor is the best to ever do it!

What I enjoy about the Windsor by the Galleria is the location and management/leasing staff. Bryan and Taylor are 5 star. I can reach out to them with any of my concerns and they’ll get them taken care of. The maintenance guys are always working to ensure things are taken care of when services are needed. Currently, there are upgrades that are happening which is making it more appealing to live here. Thank you!

Amazing experience!! They truly care about their residents! I worked with Bryan and Jalen and they were extremely helpful I was able to move in February 19th! Specifically the Assistant property Manager- Mr.Bryan, My leasing Consultants Jalen and Yesenia!When I tell you this group made me feel like FAMILY! Every problem presented they offered a solution. They kept me calm and reassured me the whole entire way.Jalen was my very first impression of Windsor and he made my experienceMe feel right at home! He was patient and kind and i literally felt like family immediately!Mr.Bryan personally sat with me for over 4 hours to help me transfer my unit, he made it his business to ensure that I was taken care of. I honestly don’t think this review is even doing justice for how amazing this team has treated me.I feel very comfortable moving here, I saw a few poor reviews and I can’t take away from anyone’s experience but I can see that this particular team really cares about their residents.Special thanks to the maintenance team as well because they were ON IT!I’ll update this review after I’m settled in :)

I would like to say Bryan Roberson is on top of things here at Windsor galleria. FedEx left my package in the mailroom on the floor it was not put in a locker but Brian intercepted our packages that was left on the floor and put them in the office. The staff makes or breaks an experience. I love getting Ty to respond to maintenance requests. He goes above and beyond to ensure issues are resolved. He also is very supportive with general issues in the common area and the exterior. Sad to see him leave. Getting assistance with a noise complaint is quite challenging. But after several unsuccessful attempts, I met with Taylor and she got it resolved and was so supportive. Ariana is the only staff member that has been here my entire stay! She had been a pleasure to work with from day 1.

I’ve had an exceptional experience living at the Windsor by Gallery The amenities here are top-notch and truly elevate the living experience. By far the best community I have seen and lived in Dallas. Jo, Brea and Alicia go far and beyond to make sure the residents are taken care of well and treat them with dignity. They always smile and help, they are simply the best team the management could have bought in. I lived in a studio and I still miss it for it was the best floor plan with ample space. The community is right bang opposite galleria Dallas in midtown, target right down the street and swamped by offices and restaurants around, making it worth the money you pay for. Located right between 635 and DNT, the community is very clean and parking lot was recently made bigger with additional spots. For all the time I lived here, I havent had any concerns whatsoever.

My sister and I have now lived here for over a year and have absolutely loved it! The staff is incredibly kind and super helpful! Out of all of the apartments I have lived in I have never had better management than here at the Windsor. Arianna in particular has been such a joy to work with and is incredibly helpful! She is always quick to answer any question we have had. She clearly cares about the residents here and wants us all to have the best experience living here.I also love how well they maintain the property here.They keep all spaces so clean and it does not go unnoticed! The maintenance team is also so incredible and on top of it. Whenever we have put in a maintenance request someone is usually there to help that day. Every person that I have ever spoken with has truly been so kind here.I also love how they have events for residents. They always seem to have something fun planned for us which I really enjoy! It helps create such a good community here.I am so grateful to have found this apartment complex and I recommend it to anyone considering!It has been such a joy and I have always felt very safe living here!

Have lived here since August 2022 and really love the improvements that have been made more recently! The maintenance is always reliable and the office staff are all friendly.On certain holidays, they arrange cute little events with free treats (even offering free alcoholic drinks!) The package locker system keeps packages secure. The pool is amazing and great for little ones too. The neighbors I’ve met have all been kind and respectful, and I like being part of a diverse community.The area itself is slowly improving as well- I’m a mother of 2 and we feel safe most of the time lol. Being next to Galleria mall has its pros and cons. My husband has only been robbed once (but no, seriously 🤣)- we are in a major urban city, so don’t let that stop you from moving in here!

I like it here and I really like the staff. Arianna is always so helpful with me when it comes to any questions I have or anything I need, honestly. Everyone is pretty nice though. I feel like they really listen whenever I talk and do their best to make sure I have what I need. I have been here for several years now and it just works for me. I keep to myself usually, but neighbors are friendly and will smile back at you, lol. The area is pretty walkable, it’s right across from the Dallas Galleria (if that’s enticing to you at all), and there is a Starbucks, Target, and other little shops and even some new restaurants that are being opened in the area. It’s also not far from Addison and all of the things they have to offer over there.My neighbors are pretty quiet, even when I moved to another floor, I did not hear much of anything. I also feel like I rarely see people in the halls that often. We have valet trash service, a parking garage (but some people love crashing into the gates), the fitness center looks nice when I walk past it, and the maintenance team is nice, they keep the grounds clean and the apartments well-maintained (I’ve never had any issues in the units I have lived in).I also feel like the rates are pretty good for the area as well. If you’re interested, you should come in for a tour and see what they have available.

The office and maintenance workers are both excellent. In addition to constantly being available to renters, Justin, Brea, and Joseph go above and above to maintain our units to the excellent standard we pay for. They have excellent communication skills, and I was very happy with their quick maintenance work and excellent customer service. They ask for things quite honestly and are really pro-active. I still like my interactions with them after four years as a tenant, which is crucial when residing in an apartment that has a hotel-like atmosphere. The facilities are kept up to date, and the location is ideal for working adults. Very clean and pet-friendly.

I’ve been a resident going on 2 years and my experience has been wonderful. First let’s start with Joe Barb, he’s an amazing property manager! He steps up in every area. When they were understaffed last year in maintenance, he would assist wherever needed. I’ve seen him dumping trash, cleaning up around the property, installing hardware. You name it he’s probably done it. He wears so many hats. He’s always polite…atleast that has been my experience. He found out my father passed away last year and brought me flowers and a card.I haven’t had many maintenance issues but when I have they have been remedied quickly.Ariana is a newer member to the team but she has stepped in where Bria left off. She’s professional and courteous.Cons:Someone is always running into the gate. It sat unfixed for several months. Now it’s back up and running.Noisy upstairs neighbors. The walls between floors seem thin. It’s annoying but expected when living in an apartment.Overall I would definitely recommend living here.~Shanta

Everyone in the office - Joe, Ariana and Brea have been so nice and helpful any time we need anything. I love all of the resident events they put on too. The maintenance team is friendly and efficient, both Doug and Jordan are great. Very happy with all of the staff here.

Been a resident since early February and overall the apartment has been great. The central location has its benefits.In terms of a downside that would be that community members that are inconsiderate (garage, cleanliness, trash)The 5 star rating was given due to the maintenance worker named Justin. We’ve had a lot of issues and he’s always been on top of it. He is the main reason I’m confident in the apartment. Knowing any major issue will be looked into by someone who’s skilled / cares.

Update Moved in 5-1-2017Im so in love with my apartment! Its beautiful and the easiest move Ive ever had. The staff is amazing in the office and the maintenance staff is friendly and very helpful to any of my questions. The property is still in construction mode, so much is going on all at the same time but yet its running smoothly and everyone is so courtesy. Terrell & Patricia are amazing and always upbeat and customer service is a 10! I love my new home. Very Impressed with Mill Creek Management. First time in a long time to see management put their residents top priority.Owens, He was very professional and answered all my questions. His knowledge of the property was very impressive. The unit I saw as A11 I was sold! The other units I was interested in were not available to see. Terrell went the extra mile and met me at the Modera Uptown to look at some similar units. I found my new home at Modera at Galleria ! If your looking for an apartment please view this property! My experience was a 10! Im moving to my new home May 1.. Im giving 5 stars in customer service .. once I move in I will do another review of my experience.

Heads up!!!Have to write this and should do it before. I have no idea what happened, but after my last updated review, everything changed. The truth is everything came phenomenal. I felt secure again and has no other incidents or concerns, about my door, or parking garage, or anything else. I never got back my keys, but youll find bad neighbors everywhere. Right now, neighbors are really nice and respectful again, of course, after many moves out of some of them.As I said before, staff is so kind and lovely. Maintenance team is really good perhaps they have to take better care of the surrounding areas cleaning but thats on the tenants too.At this point Im really sad I have to move out but only for personal reasons. But I truly recomend to give a chance to Windsor family. Youre not going to regret your decision and the location is everything.Thank you girls in the lease office!!!___________________________________Changing my mind after 9 months of contract and just 5 and half months living here due the pandemic.Staff is really nice and always trying to do their best and help me out. But I feel this isnt a secure place to live anymore.People living here are so bad with their neighbors. First, less than a month ago,, someone stolen my keys from my door in about 10 minutes. I was leaving some packages in my kitchen, it was my birthday day so I got lots of presents to carry by myself, and when I came back didnt find it. Had to pay around a 500 for my apartment and car keys even when I implored for them to returned it.Before that had to be out of town for a while due a family emergency situation so, I left my car in the garage, someone wrote and draw a rudeness on my car. (Have the pic, you dont want to see it) I emailed the office and none sent even a message.Last but not least; last night I have my Christmas ornaments hanging on my door and someone came, took the ornament and threw it to the door. I found it on te floor no to mention how afraid I was.I believed I found a perfect place to live and was planning to stay 1 more year but at this point, Im waiting for my lease to end to leave.I was really happy here but I cant understand whats going on!

The move in was Amazing!! I was greeted with a bottle of champagne and 2 cute glasses with a card! My name starts with a W so I love the little W on them. The community is friendly and clean and Im loving it so far into month 1, so I hope that doesnt change. Residents sometime dont pick up their dog poop on the back side of the apt so that could be improved or more responsible so it doesnt stink or sit in the grass.

I am giving 5 stars to Justin the new head of maintenance here at Windsor. He is doing a wonderful job! Since he has started I have seen the property coming back to its former glory, things are getting cleaned, fixed and spruced up. He has put in some sweat equity to make the common area of our home sparkle. I can not say enough good things about Justins hard work and friendly demeanor.

I have moved here about a month and a half ago, and by far this is one of my favorite community i have ever lived at. Staff is super nice and helpful, maintenance is always on top of their job, neighbors so far seem to be nice and friendly, there is always available parking, all amnesties are 24 HOURS which is great, gym has everything you need, pool is breathtaking! business room is great, free wifi, 24 hours GREAT coffee machine, overall 10\10 community! highly recommended!!!

My husband and I were previously living in Windsor Cityline in Richardson, Texas and we moved to Windsor by the Galleria on April 1st!I have to say that I am highly impressed with the professionalism of the office staff. The interior of the apartments are so nice and hallways smell lovely (so clean). The biggest prop is that we are closed to everything.You can go walking to the mall, 2 minutes away from Nordstrom Rack, 2 minutes away from target, and 5 minutes away from some grocery stores. Also, the amenities of the apartment are beautiful! I am happy with our move. Thank you to the property Manager Priscilla for making our move smoothly!

Moved here a few months ago for the great location. I am walking distance from everything I need. The units are modern and still like new. The gym is never too crowded with plenty of workout equipment and has 2 floors with a view of the large pool area. Jordan and the entire management and maintenance staff have been wonderful!

The Windsor has had security issues but has stepped up with new high-end gates. Though several cars were broken into (including mine) and it took too long to replace the broken gates, the issues has been rectified. Aside from security issues, the staff is attentive and the property is very nice though can be loud due to inadequate insulation in the interior walls that are shared with the hallway.

Recently moved out due to a new job after 15 months at modera. Great apartment complex with an incredible team. Tyrell was always responsive and I never had any issues while living here. Great amenities and the apartments are well designed. Decent location for anyone working in Addison.Additionally, they were not predatory when it came to returning my deposit. This is a breath of fresh air in Dallas considering it is common practice for complexes to take the entire deposit at the end of a lease.

So…you want an honest opinion from somebody that doesn’t sound like they work for the property management company but also doesn’t sound like they’re mad about having to replace the carpet even though their dog probably treated it like a dog park? Well, here ya go…the google rating should be about 4.2 stars. If that’s all you care about you can quit reading. It’s reasonably nice, your car probably wont get broken into if you don’t leave stuff out, and the management people are pretty nice. If you want more details, keep reading. 4 stars seemed too low, so I went with 5. If I could rate somewhere in the middle, I would. Yes, I listed more bad points than good…because that’s why you’re here, to find the bad aspects.THE GOODThe apartment was well cleaned before I moved in. The carpet was actually new, as far as I could tell, even though the apts are only a couple years old. The floors are a nice gray color, but they’re just a thin laminate (but you’re renting…what does that matter?). The cabinets seem a bit cheap for the price, but look nice (again, you’re renting it).The apartment gym is actually well appointed. Their equipment is well maintained and there’s a peloton bike if you’re into that sort of thing.The property management people are pretty nice and the maintenance is done timely, but I never had to have anything major done. Also, the guy that did the move-out walkthrough with me was super nice, professional, and on-time.Noise – I haven’t heard my next door neighbors to any large extent and rarely have I heard the upstairs apartment stomping around. Maybe I got lucky, but they seem to be well insulated. You’ll hear people in the hall, but that seems to be common in these types of apartments. Not sure why they spend good money insulating between apartments then put on the cheapest front door.THE BADTHE PRICE – In my opinion, they’ve over priced by about $150/month. There’s not much around here besides target and the Galleria. Want to walk to a cool bar?....that’s over on Belt Line, probably not a good idea. You could pay the same price and be in a better area.FEES – I’m surprised that there isn’t a fee-fee to cover the cost of assessing all the fees (sarcasm). Not only is valet trash $30, they added an additional $5/month trash charge on top of that in October ($35 total). Pest control shows as $5/month, but that actually has admin fees rolled up into it. A $7/month “Admin Fee” is also charged on top of all that. And finally, I was also charged a $5 “Move out fee” and a random $1 “Service Charge” on the utilities when I moved out. “Common area maintenance” is also an additional $25/month. An amenity fee/lifestyle fee/common area maintenance fee is maddening. There isn’t a charge for parking garage electricity, property management salary, or roof maintenance expense...because it’s included in the rent amount. The same applies to what they’re calling the “amenity fee”.VALET TRASH – See fee section above. Your apartment could be 50 feet from the trash room, but you’re still paying $35 a month. This may make sense for a large walk-up complex, but isn’t appropriate for this layout.PARKING GARAGE – If you get there before 7 or 8, you can probably park on your level. If not, you’re probably going to be parking a couple levels up. Also, they way they built the garage resulted in a lot of support columns between parking spaces. Not the worst thing, just don’t hit them. The garage is a bit tight with a full-size truck.All of this is my experience and my opinion – your mileage may vary. It’s a decent place, you should just know all that stuff going in.

Justin worked tirelessly to fix my HVAC system in record time. He even stopped by on a Saturday to fix the toilet, which wasnt an emergency but I appreciated it! Kudos!!
