    Avenue Grove is an amazing place to live, and the management team makes it even better! A huge shoutout to Marissa, Jo and Rae- they’re truly phenomenal. Always professional, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure residents have the best experience possible. It is hard to find staff that actually care about their residents and this team does! The apartments are great, the location is top-notch. The location is unbeatable, with easy walking access to Levy Park and so much more. A true hidden gem!

They have been absolutely wonderful to work with, always ready to assist with a smile.Special thanks to the maintenance team, especially Caleb and Julio. When our AC went out in the middle of the night, they were quick to respond and had it fixed in no time. Their dedication and efficiency are truly commendable.The location is unbeatable! We love being so close to Rice Village, with its vibrant atmosphere and convenient access to shops, restaurants, and more.If youre looking for a great place to live, we highly recommend Windsor at West U. Its been a fantastic experience for us!

    We have a large one-bedroom apartment with nice appliances, lots of light and storage space,, a built-in desk, and double sinks in the bathroom. Staff really tries to make us feel at home. They respond quickly to maintenance requests and regularly offer opportunities to interact with our neighbors. There is interior parking, a gym, pool, access to a printer, and lockers for secure package delivery. This is a great new home for us!

    This reviews rating is solely based on the leasing specialist, Jasmine.My boyfriend and I have toured many places, and the tour we received at Windsor West U was by far the best. Jasmine was extremely professional and thorough. I tend to ask thousands of questions, but she seemed to anticipate everything I had in mind and answered them before I could say anything. I was impressed. She was a pleasure to meet.Overall, the property itself did not suit our needs. Some pros: the location is great, pricing is somewhat fair, and it was reassuring to hear that the property did not lose power during Hurricane Beryl. However, the finishes (dark cabinets) were not my favorite, and the overall property is a bit too large for my liking. While it didnt suit our needs, it is definitely worth taking a look at for yourself.

    I recently moved out after living here for 2 years. If I was staying in Houston, without a doubt I would live here again.The front office team is on top of any issues. There was a fire during the ice storm of 2021 that activated the sprinklers and flooded many floors. They were very professional and communicative throughout that process.The amenities are well maintained. I loved the gym and pool here. I also felt safe. They have quick open/close roller garage gates so it’s harder for cars to sneak in behind you. Once when the door was malfunctioning, they even hired a security guard at night who stopped every car and confirmed residency status.The fees are on the higher side, about $60-70 a month on top of rent, but the rent was still pretty reasonable. Given the fit and finish of the apartment, the wonderful surrounding West University community, and the amenities, I felt it was actually a pretty good deal living here.The only thing I could say to improve is that it’s been very hard to reach the office by phone. The number always takes me to some district office rather than the actual front office and I don’t always get a call back when I leave a message with them. I’ve found that the best approach is to go to the front office itself, but you never know when they’re busy with a tour.

    Ive lived here for two years, and Im loving it. The people at the front desk are kind and diligent with friendly expert customer service, the mechanics and janitors (looking at you, Oscar and Roberto!) are quick, efficient, responsive, and always on the ball, and the leadership team has even allowed me to start up a community library in the conference room. Thats not to mention the countless parties by the pool, the 24/7 gym (which recently got remodeled and improved!), and the other innovative improvements constantly being implemented like the Stockwell vending machine. This place is constantly evolving. Hands down one of the best experiences Ive ever had at any apartment complex.

    Been a resident here for more than 2 years, there have been lots of benefits we enjoyed by the hard works from the management team. These improvements recently include new entrance gate, 24/7 Luxer One lockers, the garage safety measures. From time to time, there are fun ways to meet and connect with neighbors through social events and the exercise classes. This month, the management is hosting the second Thanksgiving dinner specially prepared for the residents, another good time to mingle with neighbors. Happy to say that we enjoy this living experience which makes us feel so much more like home.

    I have lived here for 3 years, and I cannot recommend this property enough. My stay could not have gone any better. I do not have one complaint that I can think of, which has never been the case for any other apartment that I have rented.The building is beautiful and high-end, with a picturesque, open-concept lobby and lounge. The rooms/closets are spacious, clean, and upscale. The wood flooring, bedroom carpet, and kitchen/bathroom counters and cabinets are of great quality. Maintenance comes promptly and does the job well. I was struck by how thick and insulated the walls and doors are - I hear no noise at all from my neighbors above and adjacent to me. The only noise I hear is when people walk by the front door.The amenities are great, from the pool to the gym (which is the best apartment gym I have seen, with multiple rooms for weights and cardio, including Pelotons) to the theater room.The area is safe and they have security in the garage to ensure no car thefts, etc. I have never had a problem with my car or security, which is rare is Houston given the level of tire theft, car break-ins, etc. common in other apartments in the area. I have always felt safe walking around the area at night.Amy, the property manager, has been kind, professional, and has always worked with me to ensure my satisfaction. I have been able to discuss changes in rent, etc. with her and she has gone above and beyond to ensure that both parties are satisfied in a reasonable manner. The rest of the office staff has been fantastic as well. Emails about any updates come promptly and there is great communication. The staff are engaged with creating events, recruiting food trucks, hanging decorations, etc. to constantly make the property lively and exciting, and to make it seem a home.I will be sad to leave. Cannot recommend this property more.

    My experience here was been beyond remarkable. From the property leasing and management team, to the maintenance team, the beautiful property and superior location – I was completely satisfied from beginning to end. The property is always clean and well kept. I love the amenities here, and the gym is super nice. It’s in one of the best locations in Houston. Super walkable to a lot of things such as convenient stores, restaurants, coffee shops and much more! The move-in process was extremely smooth. Honestly, there’s no complaints whatsoever. The only reason why I decided to move out was due to the rent increase. Other than that I HIGHLY recommend living here if you’re looking for a place to move. I loved my experience at Windsor West U!

    I moved out several months ago, but had a great time living here. When I moved in, I was actually transferring a lease from another complex owned by the same company. This was a super easy process and cost me minimal extra money. I am someone who stays in my apartment and rarely uses facilities. However, the gym in particular is beautiful, well equipped and always seems to be clean. As a matter of fact, all of the amenities feel like a 5 star hotel. My apartment faced the pool and that could get loud sometimes, but nothing crazy. Footsteps from people above us sounded like warfare. No ones fault in particular, but something to be aware of. Maintenance was always quick and responsive.Really the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that they wanted to raise my rent $400 when it was time for renewal. I know prices change with the market, but a single person in a one bedroom usually cannot afford an extra $400/month just one year after signing the original lease. Ultimately I needed a two bedroom and those were out of my budget, but that is because it is a very very nice apartment.

    I lived in many cities and even more apartment complexes. This is by far the best experience Ive had thus far for the following reasons:- The staff exhibited the utmost professionalism and promptness.- The neighborhood is the heart and soul of Houston.- I aspire to buy a house in the area one day:-)- Overall very safe, quiet and clean. My three priorities.- Im only moving due to a job transfer.Highly recommend!

    I and my pup absolutely love living here. Karla, Amy, Joel and Richard at the leasing office are very welcoming and make you feel at home. Shout out to Marcus and the maintenance team for keeping the community extremely clean. Most maintenance requests are resolved on the same day. Prime location and very close to downtown, Rice village and Med Center!!

    My boyfriend and I were planning to move to Houston and when searching for apartments, we found Windsor and Joel made it to so easy! He gave tons of recommendations for things to do in this area and made the Windsor feel like it could be home for us. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to make the move but I didn’t want to miss the opportunity to brag on Windsor at West University and their employee Joel! The conversations were effortless and we are looking forward to making the move here some time in the future.

    I have never renewed a lease at an apartment before and I used to move from apartment to apartment year after year until Windsor. I have been living here close to 3 years now. The staff is accommodating and will go above and beyond to help. The maintenance team is quick to respond and is very courteous.All in all, everyone at this apartment constantly works to upkeep and maintain the apartment so that it always looks nice and presentable. The residents are quite wonderful and some have become my close friends. Many that moved away move back.The location is also perfect. Many restaurants and bars are within walkable distance. Its definitely a nice and convenient place to live.

    I absolutely LOVE living here at the Windsor at West University! Ive been here for over 2 years now and I cant imagine living anywhere else in Houston. The apartments are just lovely with quality features and loads of storage space. The amenities are wonderful, such as the pool, multiple lounge areas, gym and movie room. The monthly resident events just sets this place apart! They truly make you feel like youre part of a special family here. The maintenance staff is amazing! They respond so quickly to maintenance requests and would go the extra mile which means so much! Last but not least, the leasing staff is wonderful! Nancy, Amanda, Amy, and her team treat us like family...I have a sense of home living here which means so much to me after moving here from another state a couple of years ago. I feel safe and have a sense of community here with all the great people I have met so far. I cant say enough about this property! Thank you so much for making me and my family feel right at home!

    My time at Windsor is coming to an end after a year but I wanted to leave a review and say the lease has been great. Great amenities, the maintenance staff is always quick to respond, and the front office crew are the sweetest group around. Dog friendly and never unsafe or rowdy if that’s what you’re looking for. I’d recommend to anyone looking. It’s also right off the highway so if you have to commute you can zoom in and out. Overall, great stay and would recommend. :)

    This place is absolutely the best apartments around the area, my kids love their schools, my 3 year living experience has been great, maintenance requests are solved immediately with a friendly and accommodating attitude.     I recently relocated to Houston from St. Louis. Windsor at West University has been the perfect community. I want to give a shout-out to the maintenance team. I made a special request to have my terrace/patio painted as it was weathered. Within a few hours they went to Lowes to get an accurate paint match using an old painted board, returned to power wash and paint my terrace.They did an amazing job!!! Their professionalism is noteworthy as well as their pride in making the residents experience a positive one. It’s made my place feel like home. I look forward to my morning coffee, meditating (as I can hear the fountains below), and my continued outdoor gardening. Thanks maintenance team!!!!! Nancy

    Windsor West U is a great property to reside at, especially considering the value and overall experience. The location is perfect and in a great area of the city of Houston. The property is surrounded by great restaurants and amenities and is right off US-59. Management is very kind and responsive, especially Amy. I recently renewed my lease for another 12 months and the process was very simple. The property has great amenities and the community is a great vibe.

    I love love love Windsor at West U. The location is great because it is nestled in a safe area and there are multiple restaurants within walking distance. I appreciate the attentive and accommodating staff; Nancy, Amanda and Amy, YOU ROCK! I love that there is not much turnover in the staff, which helps to get to know them. The maintenance team is amazing also and very knowledgeable and quick to respond. They do a good job with fulfilling the maintenance request in one visit. The amenities are nice and the upkeep is great. Security is pretty good. I feel safe. My neighbors are friendly and it is always good to see them at resident events. My favorite event of 2019 thus far was the Crawfish Boil!

    I 100% would recommend this place for anyone looking to live in the loop. I spent a lot of time researching places to live and was amazed at how much effort was placed to accommodate all my expectations. The staff called me back and left a voicemail- when I called back, I told them I could not afford to live based on their pricing. I went in to meet with Allie and she showed us a lot of floor plans and spent great detail on pricing.Then we met with Nancy the manager and she was amazing. She worked with us and made our decision so easy. She even coordinated for us to see a last minute floor plan. I thought they went above and beyond for us.UPDATE after 1 year:I have lived her for over a year with my significant other and we both love it. we feel very safe here and the management team is quick and responsive. I love the lux lockers so I can get my packages anytime as we both are medical careers and have odd hours. We even signed another year.I have got to know the staff downstairs and feel like home.Thank you guys!Do not hesitate to sign here.

    I used to live at this complex one to maybe 1 1/2 years ago!!! This complex is outstanding along with the management, staff and maintenance and I appreciate them greatly so much! From the excellent lobby amenities , safety and great neighbors and a couple of tenants I love it and I’m really gonna miss this place!!!! I never had an issue here!!Update I am back at the Windsor and everything feels great like the first time thank you Amy , Richard and Joel for your great customer service!!

    Lived here for two years with my husband. It’s a beautiful building and nice property. They’ve also kept it up by painting/updating light etc. The appliances are of good quality which makes for easy living. Maintenance team is fabulous and always responds quickly! They are very nice!Docked one star because the staff in the leasing office is hit or miss. They have a high turn over and I think they rotate them between their properties which is frustrating because you get to know someone and suddenly they aren’t there. Personalities are hit or miss in the leasing office. Also be careful when you move out, you might get some extra charges which is annoying.Overall would recommend living here though!

    Windsor at West University has an amazing community. The management team is very friendly and helpful. The property manager, Nancy always finds time out of her busy schedule to assist me.They offer a ton of amazing on-site social events and complimentary fitness classes hosted by SociallyFit. The (yoga and full body class) attendance is always great. I look forward to the monthly brunch events with the neighbors.Overall, this community has all the essentials and it’s a great place to call home!

    This is a great property.. Ive lived in other places but this place outshines in many ways.. no place is perfect but Windsor at West U hits the mark where it matters the most... from the location, the safety, the amenities, the community events, the quality of the apartments, and last but definitely not least, the staff.. Nancy Allphin, the leasing manager, has always been a huge help to me!! I appreciate her and her staff for their commitment in making their residents feel at home.     I LOVE this place! Nancy Allphin is AWESOME! She took the time to talk to my husband and I about the apartments. We loved the amenities and the apartments. We were able to view a couple of the apartments...beautiful and impressive. I would LOVE for my daughters to move in! I had the opportunity to use the club room for a baby shower and our event was not only a success, it turned out AMAZING! The staff was available for whatever I needed; did not hesitate to help. The service and staff were very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this community!

    Windsor at West University Apartment Homes are located in a great area, close to the museum district, Upper Kirby, and the medical center. Close-by shopping in Rice Village and only 12 mins. to the Highland Village, River Oaks District and Galleria shopping centers. Windsor is a great place to live with wonderful amenities, which are kept clean, fresh and updated, especially the gym equipment. Plenty of parking space. The office staff is knowledgeable and interested in making tenants comfortable in their homes. Maintenance staff complete requests usually within 24 hours with very friendly and complete service. The occasional fun social gatherings and treats for tenants are very nice too! A great place to live!

    The staff kept us posted during the winter storm, as we were out of town, with email updates ensuring our apartment building was safe. After a crazy week of weather, Christian was so helpful to ensure our apartment had heat! The Windsor team whether it be the front office or the men/women that keep are building functional and clean are always so courteous, friendly and helpful since day one! Steven is always helpful too! Great group of people!

    Weve been living here for over 2 years now and the 5 stars are really for the staff of the leasing office and the maintenance team.Just like in any apartment complex in a major city, there are some minor issues from time to time, but the staff always listens to your concerns and acts quickly to resolve them as soon as they can, especially Amanda!The amenities are good, free group lessons by Socially Fit are awesome and the Luxor system for packages is very useful.

    My husband and I feel very happy that we are the first resident of Hanover West University. When we moved in (May 2014), the building was still under construction. The staffs here tried their best to keep the community cleaned and nice during construction period. Location is very convenience to food, grocery and entertainment.When we were having problems with our A/C and the reserved parking, the maintenance and the leasing office worked very hard to help us. Especially, Jackie and Kerrie, they will follow up with us for the problems we had before. The only issue we have is that people always park in our reserved parking. It was the fourth time happened to us yesterday. I understand that the complex filled up and its very hard to find a space to park. However, people cant park in other residents reserved parking. Its unfair to us who pay additional parking fee every month, but the spot is parked by others. Since we are so tired to deal with this issue, the leasing office gave us the authority for calling towing company to tow whoever park in our spot. This is not the best but the only way to guarantee we have our spot to park when we come home late. The management team in Hanover West University is awesome. They make us feel warm and thoughtful. We wanted to call the Hanover home and will continue to live here for a long time.I never write any review before, I just wanted to share my excellent experience with this amazing management team that will give people some ideas before they move in.

    This is a great property!!!!!​! Fantastic location and amazing onsite staff. I have known and worked with the current manager for over ten years and find her and the team at Windsor to be top notch. As a local real estate agent, I have placed several clients at this property and will continue to do so. The location and amenities are some of the best in Houston. Located close to the medical center and easy freeway access to get either downtown or to the Galleria are a huge bonus. Its also zoned to one of the top elementary schools in all of Houston - West University Elementary. If you are looking for a great place to live, you should take a tour at Windsor West U. Youll be glad you did.

    Office staff has always been courteous and attentive. Move in was easy and stress free. I love the location. So close to everything you could ever want. Going for a run in West University is so nice and the gym at Windsor is the best, especially when new machines are constantly added.

    I really enjoyed living at Windsor at West U - the management team, crew and complex were all great. I would have renewed my lease again if I was not moving across the country. Additional note - during the 2021 HTX freeze / power crisis, management was in constant communication, provided food trucks and additional resources (food & shelter availability, etc). Awesome place!

    Looking for the most accomidating apartment community in town? Look no further friendly staff and an awesome complex. It’s got a very luxurious appeal but a pragmatic approach to living. From the guest suite for visiting relatives to the on site gym for the health of it all, they’ve made all the right decisions wth you in mind. Year 2 for me and counting, and I miss it every time I travel away. I often use our conference room and it makes it extremely practical and convenient for my profession, and it’s just minutes away from all my ongoing needs. Live here and impress the heck out of your friends with our theater room, and just for the record, my maintenance staff is better than yours😉 Windsor West University You rock. Stay Awesome

    The staff operates with the highest level of customer service. They went above and beyond working with us on our next home. I have lived in several cities and stayed in several communities and I was pleasantly surprised on how quickly they responded to emails, phone calls and visits. I move here in September and have been invited to all of the resident functions and events. I look forward to the transition.

    Absolutely loved living here! I lived here for 3 years and it was by far my favorite place to live. I moved away for law school studies but absolutely intend on moving back to WWU afterwards.     I completed a tour and the leasing office staff were the most accommodating since my search began. I have looked at over 15 properties in the area. The building is very nice and amenities are amazing. David and Amanda are absolutely amazing. I completed my application for this property after my tour and will be moving here.

    I recently move out of Windsor at West University to purchase a home, but I miss the outstanding service and location everyday! Nancy and her staff are always accommodating to any request and are always willing to listen. Resident events are always on-point as well. Any of my friends that are looking for a place to live, Windsor at West University is always my first choice recommendation.

    I have been at Windsor for 2 years now. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this facility and the staff. It is conveniently located in a highly commercial area. Grocery stores are less than 5 minutes away and theres plenty of restaurants to choose from. Not to mention it is 10 minutes away from the medical center and the galleria area. As far as the facility, it has plenty to offer. There is a gym with plenty of equipment, a dog park and a dedicated room to bathe dogs, a club room and also a private theater room. The staff is extremely friendly, Nancy and all the girls are always available to answer any questions.

    Marcus Grier and the whole maintenance team are incredible, always friendly, always wanting to help, they are the ones who run this place behind curtains and they do an excellent job, if it wasn’t because of their handymen ability I would suggest a sales or customer service job to this great gentleman.

    I just moved in to the property and have had nothing but excellent service so far. Bianca was my leasing agent and was terrific in handling every request I threw at her.The property is gorgeous and I cant wait until it gets warmer to use the pool and the grills in the courtyard.     Dear Amanda and your efficient team,Good morning!At the outset, let me thank you and your staff for tirelessly working to mitigate our problems during these testing times.This natural calamity was disastrous and was taking a toll on our day today activities. Had we not been staying in Windsor community, we would probably have faced more severe problems. Thanks to your teams efforts that this was made more bearable.Some of the things worth a mention are:1. Offering the residents to take away water from the swimming pool in emergency and complimentary use of water bottles. We were actually feeling helpless about the non availability of water, with essential commodities stores running out of water and other supplies.It was such a relief to know that water was available in emergency.2. Arrangement of a warm bus with all necessary things like power to charge devices, internet, rest rooms, refreshments etc available in the premises specially for WWU residents.This was very helpful for the residents, especially when we were feeling cut off from the world!3. Arrangement for a third party to take away the garbage/ trash, otherwise the surroundings would have become filthy.4. To add to the woes, there was a fire emergency on the 5th floor, which was handled perfectly today.5. Keeping all the residents informed of the latest news after coordinating with the respective authorities.Everyone was kept in the loop via email.Thank you very much for handling all the situations professionally so well, that the residents faced the least possible inconvenience.This was a once in a while emergency situation, but during the routine course of our stay at the WWU too, we had some nice experiences. To mention one that I distinctly remember is when our air conditioning unit suddenly stopped working on a summer (hot) saturday night at about 11 pm. When we called the emergency team, they promptly responded and on checking when they learned that it was not possible to repair the unit at that hour, they installed two portable A/C units- one in each bedroom at that hour to make us comfortable and made our stay in the apartment peaceful that night. Otherwise it was going to be impossible for us to stay back in our apartment in that heated atmosphere, as there was no ventilation.The A/C unit was subsequently repaired on the next working day.Thank you so much for your courtesy, it was such a nice experience!We will cherish our stay at WWU and will definitely recommend our friends and relatives to stay here.     The maintenance is great here - Mr. Christian Diaz was quick and fixed the problem. He even pointed out that my water pressure was low and that I should put in another work order cause my family deserves better water pressure, haha. Nice guy and good service!

    Updated security changed my mind. I was worried about the previous reviews stating about burglary and car break-ins. But the office staff informed me that there is at least one of two off-duty state trooper courtesy officers on-site at all times, and that also, the security camera system was recently upgraded. Ive got to say seeing those police cars in the garage really gives me a sense of security. This, plus free 24 access to all of the clubhouse amenities and gym, and not to mention the beautiful buildings themselves, really give the impression like Im living at a resort.

    We lived in HWU for a year and enjoyed the property and the area. The office staff were always friendly and are very competent. The maintenance staff were also very friendly--and are very hard working. They keep the building in great shape and respond very quickly to any maintenance request.Many restaurants, HEB, and CVS are in walking distance. We even walked to the zoo once--although I would only do that in cool weather. We enjoyed going for walks in the West U neighborhoods across Bissonnet. West U is a very nice city surrounded by Houston so we felt safe there. We also enjoyed walking to Rice Village. We considered living in Hanover Rice Village, but the surrounding streets seem a lot more congested. It is not that far of a walk--plus HWU is closer to HEB--and we make more trips to the grocery store than to the bars. :)The garage is more than adequate for the residents--we never had any problem getting through the gate. There is quite a bit of parking for visitors on Dincans Street--a lightly used side street that links Bissonnet with West Park. Getting on 59 is usually not too bad. My wife was working on Main across from the Medical Center and said it was a pretty easy commute. Crime is an issue anywhere in our big cities but we felt HWU was doing the best they could to keep the property as safe and secure as possible.The elevators worked well and seemed adequate for the number of residents.The unit itself was quiet--we were on the 5th floor on the west facing Dincans. The view of the Post Office distribution building is not too exciting, but it was nice to see the skyline beyond. The appliances all worked well--and having a washer and dryer was a big plus.Overall we were sad to move on--but life is short and we did enjoy our time at HWU.

    My wife and I have lived at HWU for roughly a year now. We moved in when it first opened in summer 2014. It has been a fantastic experiences so far, and we are planning to renew our lease for one more year.First thing first, the property was newly built with gorgeous amenities. The gym got plenty of cardio equipment and weights with plenty space to do your yoga and etc. We also love the club room, which has a nice bar, a pool table, plenty comfortable sofa to us and with multiple 50+ inch TVs. The business area is nicely equipped with 27 iMac and a conference perfect for self study. Overall, with swimming pool and gas grills in the courtyard, its hard to beat.Now lets talk about what most people care most, the customer service. Cynthia, the property manager and Kerrie, the assistant manager take pride to this property. They led a group of friendly office staffs, maintenance workers to provide the best service you will expect from a property at this price range. They do not fall short, most of the time they go beyond my expectations. For instance, the maintenance request turnaround time is just outstanding. The leasing office set up social events for the residents at least once a month. Things like, breakfast rise and shine, food trucks from different vendors, major sports game watching nights and etc. All in all, friendly, professional, enthusiastic are just the right words to describe the HWU management team.The location of the property is top notch, you have Kroger, HEB, Randalls Central Market and Costco all within 5 min of driving. Access to Hwy 59, I-45, Hwy 288 are also very quick and convenient. It also close to the Greenway Plaza area and Rice Village. Probably the best you can find inside the loop location wise in my opinion.The apartment unit inside is just as beautiful as the community areas. Granite counter tops, ceramic glass cook top (instead of coil for most leasing places), stainless still appliances and full washer and dryers. Did I mention the layout of the apartment? From what I remember, there is not bad floor plan at HWU, all space are well utilized.Overall, we had a really good experience living at HWU and looking forward towards another year at this awesome place.

    Second year living at Windsor and I love it! Great team and friendly neighbors. The amenities are great and the location is perfect. The dog park is also an amazing addition since I have a dog. Perfect spot!

    My girlfriend and I love this place! Emily has been great from the day we met her. I also want to give a HUGE shoutout to the entire team for how amazing they were through the winter storm.
