    I’m not sure how accurate the negative reviews are. I just renewed my lease and have had 0 problems with this complex. When I put in a work order they usually come the same day. I had a few roaches when I moved in as all of Houston does, but after they provided pest control to my apartment I never saw them again. The leasing agents particularly Amber and Mrs. V have been so welcoming, helpful, and kind. They also make sure I am taken care of and feel heard. They work hard. The buildings could use a paint job but I actively see projects being done. Overall, I highly recommend this place as affordable, in a great location, and with great staff.

    Great, service with maintenance, fixed the issue immediately once arrived, just wish they could have came sooner & not days later. Also, love the ladies Amber, Mrs. V & Danya, so professional, honest and genuine want to help you with all your needs. As a resident over 3 years they have executed any concerns I’ve had. They have been keeping the up keep in the community!! 🤎

    To be honest applying to the apartment at first was a little scary because it’s been so long, but Dani Definitely made everything easy for me walking me through my apartment and even touredmy apartment for me she was above and beyond great staff members great spirit in the office. I honestly couldn’t complain if I try to I think everybody for everything that they’ve done.

    The apartment has been getting better with the pest control & maintenance vendors. The halways, pools & common areas have been so much cleaner.Also I just want to shout out Amber in the office! She is always suuper helpful, informational, & always on top of any requests I have 💜

    Aspen was the best person I have met at an apartment touring! She was so sweet and walked me through all the steps of the application process and broke down pricing for me. She made it very easy to feel comfortable and trust her!!

    Some things need to be improved, but the management company is actively working on it. Most of these negative reviews are coming from degenerate people who are just mad rules are being enforce. As for the car breakins, none have happened since I moved in 2 months ago

    I’ve lived here for about a year now, and I’m very happy here. When I moved in the new management was taking over, and since they’ve been here things have improved greatly. They fixed the elevators, got us new washers and dryers, and have done painting and tree trimming. They’re really improving the place. Any time I have a maintenance request it is handled quickly. The office staff is wonderful. Amber, Ms. V, and Idalia in particular have been of great help to me in my time here. I am moving to a different apartment on the property to be on the first floor, and I am excited. I see others complaining about noise, but I’ll say my hallway has been a very quiet one and I haven’t ever heard my neighbors. Every complex has areas of improvement, but I’m thankful that the staff here is attentive and actually listens and wants to help. The rent is affordable and great for the location! I will be staying for many years to come.

    Ms. V was phenomenal working with me. She helped me get the apartment of my dreams and has been a phone call and text away from anything I need. Even though I accidentally stressed her out, She was nothing but supportive and amazing throughout the entire process. I definitely recommend her and all the staff here as all of them answered any of my questions and were extremely kind.

    I lived at Weston for two years. What really worked for me was how quiet my unit was. It was a pleasant surprise considering there are hundreds of units in this complex. The other positive was how efficient Maintenance was. I rarely had to ask twice. The online request system was convenient and sufficient to resolve my requests.

    I recently moved out of Weston due to relocating to another city. Having lived there for over four years, I initially had some negative experiences. However, the new management team, Nikki and Ms. V, have been incredibly nice and helpful. Their support made my time there much more enjoyable.

    My year overall stay very peaceful no creatures at all quiet nights and peaceful evenings I will not complain except for when the hurricane it, but Ms. Idalia, Amber, and Ms V are my favorites I appreciate everything they did above and beyond ladies thank you guys for everything!!!!!

    I really like the management here. I complained about the terrible washers and dryers (they were always breaking down), and within a month we got new ones! I love the new ones, thank you Weston!Ive been here over a year, and as long as the rent doesnt skyrocket, I will stay. I love the fact that I have a small yard for my little dog to roam in. Most apartments dont have that. The apartments are unique and have variety; some have W/D connections, some have a patio, some have a good view, some have carpeting, so you can find a place that fits you instead of the other way around. Im just a few minutes away from work, which is SO nice. I can get groceries, a car wash, and walk my dogs before some people can get home.Unfortunately my daughters car was broken into and stolen, but the cops found it the next day. Car break ins are common in ANY apartment complex, even the gated ones, so I dont think its fair to judge Weston on that. My car has been broken into in every single apartment/condo complex Ive lived in Houston (Medical Center area specifically). Dont leave valuables in the car because its inevitable.I have had packages stolen from my front door before. Luckily, Weston uses a package delivery service called Fetch. All tenants are required to pay $15/mo for this service, but I feel it is worth it. I probably would be upset about this charge if I dont receive a lot of packages. Fetch has given me peace of mind in knowing that my stuff gets to me.Maintenance is good about keeping the grounds clean, refilling the doggie bag stations, and responding to maintenance requests usually the same day, which isnt an easy task; this is a large apartment complex. They are very friendly.I would say that if you are shopping around, you need to physically visit Weston and get a good look at what area youd be comfortable in. Look at the actual apartment you want to rent. Some hallways and sections look better than others. Personally, I think the ground floor looks the best (maybe because its newer), and thats the area the managers will show you. I dont use the elevators, but they look a little old to me (and tiny); it would be very difficult moving anything larger than a loveseat via elevator. I do have an issue with the occasional smell of weed in the hallways and A/C vents, but unfortunately, theres not much I can do about that. Again, youll find that issue in every apartment complex.These apartments flooded during Harvey (1st floor), but they remodeled everything and it looks nice. I am asthmatic and I dont have breathing issues here. I do have concerns about future flooding, so far fingers crossed. I will say that rain drainage has improved ever since they widened Buffalo Bayou.

    These are most definitely the best apartments to go to find a home! Amber M. Was amazing during the whole process, they get straight to the point and worked with my budget. I honestly have no complaints, this is the place you want to call home!

    Since the first phone call with the management team especially Kristina !! she has been so amazing ! she is really the reason i decided to move to the property. she has been so helpful! i was approved very quick and shown my exact unit. she made sure i was comfortable with my price range and made sure i had everything i wanted for my apartment. i move in next week and im so excited !!

    Once I found my ideal apartment, Kristina guided me through the leasing process with utmost efficiency and attention to detail. They made sure all necessary paperwork was completed accurately and promptly, sparing me any unnecessary stress.     Staff are super nice, its in a great location, and prices are reasonable! Ive really enjoyed how friendly and diverse the other tenants are. Many cultures and life stages, all in one complex!I also greatly appreciate Ruben, one of the maintenance guys. He is so helpful and always asks about my day when he sees me walking my dogs! He even helped get my phone out of a storm drain after an unfortunate falling-out-of-my-pocket incedent.My only issues are that the dog park is escapable, which is not great. Also roaches are gross, but as long as Ive kept my apartment clean, it hasnt been too bad. Espescially considering we are by the bayou. Fire alarms go off randomly.All things considered, Ive had an overall great experience living here! I even renewed my lease in a new unit on the other side of the complex for more space.

    Hey everyone, I absolutely love living in Weston apartments I’ve worked with Mrs. V at my first apartments and she’s become like family to me. She helped me get what ever I asked for in apartment and every time I fall in love with a new place. She is so kind and amazing person. I’m originally from New York and she has become like a second mom to me. If you need help getting a new apartment I highly recommend this apartments and going to Mrs.V or Mrs. Nikki for help! 😊😊

    I just moved in a couple of days ago and I LOVE IT!! Ms. V has worked with me over the past month, and she’s been a huge blessing. She’s communicative, kind, personable, diligent. She’s been nothing short of incredible. I’ve been so thankful for her. She even came in on her day off to see me when I moved in. She does that for all her clients coming in from out of state/country. She’s just amazing. So thankful for her!

    In process of moving in but want to share some helpful info. This is huge complex with many buildings. Was shown 1 apt.with looong, slightly spooky dank hallway with lots of other apts. and 2nd corner apt. in another smaller bldg. Next to office, bright (lots of windows) only like 3 other apts in bldg , attached small laundry fully renovated, beautiful pool in back... perfect place! Pick your building, it makes all the difference! Also old complexes have roaches so I mixup spray bottle of water with 1 (30ml) bottle of rosemary essential oil, some lavender, you can add citrus, eucalyptus or peppermint- main thing is that rosemary! Every eve. I quickly spray outside of cupboards, under sink, sink, open dishwasher, baseboards. I spray behind appliances, top of microwave. You get idea. I also periodically spray around front door, drains, bathroom. As if it were a room freshener, lol. This works I guarantee it and it smells great! Best thing (i think) is you can do it yourself, no waiting for staff, no paperwork and no poison involved. Unless your a roach cause rosemary totally kills them. Weston is in great location with fantastic price. Staff is friendly and really seem to care about each other and tenants. There are 5 pools, small gym. Its gated. Pick an apartment but 1st. Pick your building and use your essential oil spray cause it smells wonderful and it totally works. Good luck everyone.

    My honest review. I moved in 3 months ago. Chance was super helpful and friendly. Got me in to an apartment that had all my needs. The apartment itself isn’t perfect. But for the price itself, it’s good! I’ve seen maybe 4 roaches a month. Which isn’t bad, I’ve learned to keep the air on. That keeps the bugs out tbh. Also when I got here, my apartment did not look like it had been cleaned. On the upside maintenance is super fast and helpful. Front desk people are helpful. I love the kitchen appliances. I love my back patio and my nice floors. Love my big closet and my neighbors have been nice. Except the package stealing. Get a ring camera. Overall pretty good so far.

    Weston Medical Center Apartment is the best place to live. I have been here in 3 years. It is a safe and quiet place and all the people working in the leasing office are great especially Miss V , she is one of the best she is working so hard to solve any issue that the resident could face. Evelyn the leasing manager is nice and so helpful. I am glad to have those people in the leasing office.

    These apartments are great! Theyre affordable, and comfortable. The management is responsive and friendly. The maintenance is quick and effective! I do wish the laundry rooms would stop stealing our money but they use an outside company for this service. Appliances in the non updated apartments are quite old though and dont work as well as they should. They host nice little events for the community to get to know each other, which are sweet. The apartments are quite spacious for the price. Overall, this complex is great for the price and location.

    Oh how words fail to properly praise the On Site Management, Specifically Kristina! She is the the most understanding per situation and an Amazingly bubbly personality that helped to alleviate any fears or concerns I have had. I have been here for a few months and am still able to reach out to Kristina and have any concerns promptly resolved. She truly cares about both current and future residents

    First off, Steve is a gem... Definitely the guy that can get things done. I would personally request him if i was moving in.The apartments are safe, although i do walk around with a concealed carry at night. But that really goes for anywhere in Houston, even with gates a criminal could just follow someone in so its best to be prepared to defend yourself in any environment.Apartments are nice, Pools are always kept clean. The only issue I have found is a roach problem in the building. Although that has been solved by sprinkling Boric Acid at the entrance of my apartment door and any small nooks and crannies in the cabinetry.My neighbors are kind and courteous folk, Ive never had a single issue with any of them.Not necessarily the most beautiful complex but for the location and price it really cant be beat, and the size of the apartments is great. I have friends staying nearby paying $200-$400 more for less space.Location is key. You have rice village less than 5 minutes away and whole foods within 7 minutes. I really dont have to leave a 3 mile radius on an average day.The staff is very receptive to any repairs or maintenance that needs to be done and are always friendly.SOURCE- Lived here for about 7 months

    I moved in back in November 2021. I was assisted by Steve. One of the best workers. He showed us the exact apartment we would move into and helped make things 10 times easier. When we moved in there is some pest issues. I love the app to open the gate and to access the fitness rooms. You’re able to park anywhere as long as it doesn’t say reserved. Love my apartment location and space. The only bad review I have is making sure the maintenance staff is able to understand English to help assist their residents.

    Living at the Weston Apartment has been really enjoyable. The building staff is very helpful and the maintenance requests are always handled promptly and professionally. My circuit went out in my apartment late at night and I was able to place a request and maintenance came straight over and fixed it. As for the front office, I have to acknowledge Mark. He has been great from the moment I walked in the doors looking for an apartment. He took his time and in the end I got the perfect apartment for me. Would recommend to friends/coworkers.

    My wife and I moved from Austin to Houston and were ready for a tough time when we starting looking for a new place. We were pleasantly surprised after speaking to Mary and going on a tour. Mary has been attentive, patient, thorough, and committed to helping us find the perfect place to fit our needs. She really did an amazing job of keeping us updated and working extra hard to help us move in early at the last minute when our plans changed last minute. The property is updated and well kept and we were very pleased with our walk through on moving day. This is the first time I have moved into a new apartment with no issues or screw ups from the property and the unit was beautiful and fully functioning on walk through!

    I moved in here early this year and since then Ive had a great experience all around. The staff is very helpful and cooperative when you are up front with them. The maintenance crew has to be the best Ive ever seen! I put in a request and less than 30 minutes later, they were knocking on my door to assist. I do wish my particular unit had more lighting available, but thats just a preference thing. Overall, I would re-sign here if they have the type of space I wanted available when my lease ends.

    These apartments are awesome. From the moment I walked into the leasing office that first time I felt welcomed and comfortable. The apartments are beautiful and fun. Everyone in the office is very professional and friendly, my toddler loves them. The other staff stay on top of everything! I love the experience Ive had this fast. Lets not forget the fun events that take place throughout the year that are kid friendly. 🙌🙌 I love it here.

    I was in from out of town visiting and found a Nice, Clean, Quiet place to stay here and didnt have to pay for parking. The apartments are really big and worth every penny. I was by one of the many pools and they had cabanas. Their office staff Bri was so kind and had a great personality. I highly recommend staying here whether it be for vacation, business or the long haul. I am planning an employee getaway after a year of covid and I can put my employees up comfortably here. I will definitely be back.

    Amazing! I moved here a month ago, staff were super sweet and easy to talk to. Gave lots of advice! So far maintenance has been extremely friendly and nice. They have lots of events which I love! The apartments are cute and it’s super close to the medical center which I adore. Definitely an A++ apartment!

    Mary pequeño is one of the best leasing agent in Weston. She was very helpful with all the questions I asked. This was my first apartment I’ve leased. I went to another places and no approved me so when I came to Weston Mary was very helpful. She showed me the whole property everything about the pools to the gym to the spoke room ( bikes). She was very respectful as well. I love how she took her time with me after I was being very needy. I would definitely recommend Mary to one of my friends if they ever need an apartment.

    I’ve lived here for 6 months now with my girlfriend. The Weston is a very nice apartment complex that fulfills all of our needs at a great price. All of the front staff members are warm and cordial, always ready to help out. The gym is stocked with nice equipment and is kept clean. The maintenance team here is AMAZING. All of my maintenance requests are always minor, and theyre taken care of super quickly (shoutout to my man Carlos! You are the best!)

    This is best apartment complex I have lived in. I have lived in many apartments. I never had the experience where everyone in the Leasing office is such AMAZING. I LOVED how you guys are so prompt with the Resident maintenance App. I can put a request in and your team take of it less than 24 hours such a amazing job. The only regret I have is that I wish I knew about these Apartment when I first moved over to this area in 2012. You guys are the Bomb!!! Keep up the Fabulous work, did I forget to say your Team is AMAZING!!!👍🏾💯💯💯

    Great place! The leasing agents in the front office are super friendly and very fast to address any problems! Our unit was upgraded with all new appliances! When we first moved in, we had an AC issue and maintenance took care of it very quickly and was thorough in explaining the AC issue with the unit! LOVE calling this place my home!

    Ever since the new manager Nikki came in with the new staff , everything has been changed in a positive way here at weston. I give a five star to Nikki and her team! There are issues with the complex but Nikki and her team willing to work with you and do their best to help solve the issue

    Great experience at this apartment! For the most part. There is one less star because I have had a few packages go missing and my apartment on the first floor floods occasionally. HOWEVER the maintenance staff has been there every time in a timely manner to come and clean up the mess. Any maintenance request has been handled quickly and efficiently! The front staff is very nice and usually very helpful. Too bad they don’t have a special for renewing leases I think that would make people stay longer then a year.

    I have lived here since September 2017. I have had no issues with neighbors being loud or having my car broken into. It’s a quiet place to live. And it’s close to work and rice village. The people that come and go that work in the office are very polite and quick to help you with any issue should one arise. I’ve been here 3 years now and I’m glad this was my first apartment choice! Couldn’t have made a better decision. Thanks to the office workers and to the maintenance crew. By the way they have special monthly events and do this breakfast by the gate occasionally in which they pass out bagels on as you’re driving out the gate. Just a wonderful place to live.

    My family and I were having a rough time finding a place suitable and affordable for us to move into so I was a bit frazzled say the least but when I met Briana she warmed our hearts and spirits . She took us on a tour , she was very engaging. Some of the current tenants would interacted with her as if they knew her for years. She made us feel welcomed into the community. She sold us the first time we met and we’re thankful and honored to had worked with. I would recommend this place just because she is there !!

    Me and my wife came in looking for a apartment right when they were closing. Eric the leasing agent at the front desk greeted us with smile. He went over and beyond helping us find an apartment! We leased at this location because of the amazing customer service experience. We have lived here for 3 months now, and We have no complaints! Amazing apartments, and great location!! If your looking for a apartment lease here, and ask for Eric or anyone in the office they are all amazing! Thank you Weston!!! We love our home.

    I have been living at Weston since June 21 and the staff is great and I got a newly renovated unit. But there was a lot of things that went wrong once I moved in ..trouble with the AC and the nat problem..luckily my unit does not have roaches. The most disturbing thing is that the buildings are fealty but overall they are trying to make it better...the staff is what makes it worth it. If I had anything else to say It would be that my rent is different every month.

    DeMarcus was so informative and helpful in helping me choose the perfect apartments. Ive learned on the tour that these apartments are convenient and close by good restaurants and clubs/lounges in the Houston area. They have modern and classic units and I chose the modern units. Might I say these are beautiful on the inside! DeMarcus was also very attentive and accommodating to all of my needs. I felt very comfortable with him.

    Newly updated, great part of town, quiet. Ive been here a year and have watched how quickly this place has filled up since the renovations. The leasing staff is friendly, quick, and competent. Maintenance is extremely fast. Great price for the area. Bonus - covered parking that doesnt cost extra which is rare for Houston. Definitely renewing in January

    I recently applied and got accepted for my apartment. During the process I had a lot of concerns and questions, Maritza Castaneda the leasing specialist for the apartment complex made sure I was well taken care of! Her support and effort to make sure all my questions were answered to the fullest. If you lease from Weston medical, I highly recommend you ask for Maritza, she’ll take good care of you throughout the entire process.

    Had a tour of the complex with Steve on 10/21. He was really nice and helpful. We walked around for about an hour. Showed me everything. Several apartment, the gym, dog park ares. liked what I seen. I Put an application less then a hour after I left the tour. Got the email reply at 1:30p saying they had received my application and paid the deposit. Fast forward about 6 days the 27th. Steve text me saying the apartment was given to someone else. They applied that evening. He offered to show me more expensive apartment. But I decided it was out of my budget. I looked on there website and texted him back apartment numbers that were in my budget.He replied with other that were more expensive. Totally ignored my suggestions. When I asked for my deposit back. Because these were out of my budget. He said he would get back to me.Martiza back replied instead of Steve. Saying I declined the apartment. And thereby forfeited my deposit. So I wont get it back. Never declined the apartment. I applied for an apartment in my budget. One that I was available to rent. But something happened. You then showed me more expensive apartment. Didnt want them. Bit of a bait and switch if you ask me.Now Im out $356 . The $250 on the deposit and the rest on application fees.I have emails and text to back up this rating. Everything Ive stated is fact.Given the opportunity I might still rent from them. Hopefully this was just one big misunderstanding.11/9 Update Received a full refund of my deposit and application fees.Update to 4*

    This has been by far the best experience I have received by any Apartment Complex. After months of searching for a great location and affordable price, I decided to sign my lease on January and ever since I have gotten great customer service by Mary P. She is patient, courteous, and always greets you with a beautiful smile. I love walking in the office to a great trained staff and just knowing that they’ll go above and beyond to help me with any issue or concern I might have. I’m glad I picked Weston to be my first Home in Houston.

    One of the most well rounded apartments I have lived at. The moment your walk in you feel at home. The staff is amazing and works hard on getting things done in a timely manner. Great location!!!     This property is one of the best apartment living experiences I have ever encountered! The attentiveness, and pleasantries by all the staff for maintenance issues, property mishaps, whatever comes up they handle it with ease. I have a very spacious renovated apartment, great building, and valet trash option is a plus. The gym is open 24 hours with equipment to make sure you are getting a full workout. Also, get to ride fun bikes from the Spoke on the Bayou! I definitely enjoy living here at The Weston!

    We had amazing experience with Diamond, she was professional and helpful. Diamond stayed behind after closing hours just to assist and we haven’t even moved in yet. I can only imagine how great the service is when we move in! They gave us amazing hospitality and the apartment complex is just gorgeous!

    I’ve been at the Weston for a year now and it has been great it’s quiet and peaceful. The front office is always polite and helpful. Maintenance also does my orders in a timely manner. My one thing is the front gate doesn’t work properly most of the time.

    Having never been to Houston prior to moving in, apartment searching was overwhelming but I’m glad I chose Weston! Mary made my transition as easy as possible as I moved in and the rest of the staff is very hospitable too! I appreciate the amenities as well such as the well maintained pools and gym. The only con I can think of is the package storing system that’s in place; my packages have constantly been misplaced and now, for the first time ever, stolen. I feel uncomfortable ordering anything now, but other than this I still think highly of the staff and complex

    I just moved in here yesterday. I will say that the staffs were very helpful to me when it comes to the pace. Everyone helped me get situated faster than I expected. I had an issue with my old apartment and I had one week to move out and this people here made it possible. Thanks guys. I am loving the place and the upgraded unit. I hope to have a good experience and I can tell it is a quiet area. Good for students like me.

    We are new residents at Weston and our experience couldn’t have been any better. The leasing team have been amazing , and really helpful and communicated exceptionally well with us . Roqaya was our leasing agent ! great job! , especially under our circumstances of moving mostly from out of state and having all sorts of unexpected issues to deal with. We are extremely pleased with everything so far. We moved in to a bright, clean unit, it’s very quiet and comfortable. The location really can’t be beat. We feel confident we’ve made the right decision to call weston our new home.Sincerely 🙏

    The Weston Medical Center Apartments has been a wonderful experience for myself and my boyfriend for almost a full year now. Mary, Eric, Bri and the rest of the staff have all been extremely helpful, accommodating and go out of their way to help out with any issues or needs that need to be addressed. Mary always jumps up to help every single time I come in the office and she is so very sweet! Maintenance responds quickly and fixes issues in a fast fashion, Antonio is such an awesome maintenance man and always gets the job done while being very personable and kind letting you know all the steps he’s doing every step of the way. The community is very safe and have had 0 issues in terms of security/safety. I’ve been thoroughly impressed by all the new renovations they’ve been doing and the Weston is quickly becoming a very affordable upscale apartment complex with accommodations that most complexes do not offer like on-site car maintenance, raffles, events and even a bicycle shop for the residents. Very thankful for the staff and all that they’ve done to ensure this is a wonderful place to live. 10/10.
