    I came with my family to tour an apartment and this is the first apartment community that looked beautiful on the outside and the inside. It smelled amazing, the snacks and refreshments were great and Maribels hospitality and great sense of humor made it more of a fun tour. I applied and can’t wait to live here.

    I love my apartment and the office is amazing and they handle maintenance in a timely manner. It’s really quiet area .. I love the view off my balcony seeing Shiloh rd, so peaceful.!Evon the assistant manager is amazing.

    All i have to say is my gurl Evon Palacio hooked me up when i say she came in like a thief in the knight and helped me get to where I needed to be man i swear i can’t thank her enough it was a long drawn out process but she helped me every step along the way she was very patient very kind and she was true to her every word even when i was frustrated but again she’s the best and i can’t thank her enough for all she has done for me, she gets an A+ in my book.

    Please do yourself a favor and stop by the leasing office if youre looking for a new place to call home! The entire team is polite, kind and courteous on top of professional. From the day I toured and beyond me suiting my application, they have been super helpful and took the stress out of a potentially highly stressful process. I worked specifically with Evon. Maribel is just as helpful as Evon. Its clearly a culture here to do right by the people. Im glad I stopped by & now have the keys to my new home!

    Great experience today with Maribell (11/25/23) Im Active duty military and she was able to schedule a tour with me.     Where do I begin…I had the most amazing experience with Maribel!!! I have been searching for an apartment for several weeks and have encountered some of the worst customer service from multiple communities. However, that all changed when I spoke with Maribel. Not only was she the most thoughtful person, but she treated me with so much respect and care that I actually felt I’ve known her forever. You cannot teach that level of care. Maribel…I truly appreciate you for everything, but most importantly, treating me as a human and not rushing me off to get to the next person. Your team is LUCKY to have you!!!

    Went in looking for a new place for my mother to live in and Evon made it happen quickly without any issues. The respect and courtesy she exhibited was beyond our expectations. What surprised me the most was how she tried her best to communicate with my mother who only speaks Spanish. Very thankful for workers like her.

    Maribel was very pleasant and helpful! She took the time to answer all of my questions and showed me two different units. Updated units look very nice and all new appliances, the only downfall was the full size dryer hookup is outside in the storage closet, or you could do a stackable inside. Unfortunately we did not end up leasing here because we found another complex that fit our needs better, but overall a positive experience with Maribel!

    I was at these apartments for 4 years. And they are fantastic! The maintenance is fast with concerns, never had issues with infestations, rent was easy to pay online. The only thing I think could be better is the clean up my the trash disposal at the back of the apartments

Although Everyone Is Great I Personally Love Mrs.Evon She’s Such A Sweet Soul .     Upon our moving date the apartment still needed a few touch ups, which was already informed to us that the day may or may not change for move-in time, which is completely understandable since of the big improvements that were being made. The Waterford on the Meadow staff all made the effort to ensure the readiness of the apartments move-in date, the assistant manager made our move-in easy and pleasant. This has been the best and efficient experience I have ever had with any apartment manager! Evon Palacio and the lead maintenance have made our experience into a new apartment amazing 10/10!

    I have lived in this apartments with my dad for over 7 years. Natalie Murillo the property manager and she is amazing! I can say she really has made everything easier for me and my dad since we moved to this apartments. Every time we have an issue she is always there to help us and to get the issue resolved for us as soonest possible. She’s really nice , and really professional. I would recommend this apartments mostly because we have a great property manager.

    My dad has stayed being a resident for 7 years I usually translate for him every time I go the assistant manager (Shavonda) has been so helpful, very patient with him as he doesn’t speak much English. She is always so polite and makes sure you are well taken care of. He has told me there has been a drastic change ever since she started working there. I totally recommend these apartments, and had to do a review for the great staff they have!

    Long time resident here. The new Maintenance staff is AMAZING! Richard has fixed all my issues quickly and professionally, especially when I have a rare emergency.He is super knowledgeable, fast, reliable, and very approachable! He is a good leader to his team and I personally love having him on the property.My store room door was damaged in the winds last night and he already put in an order for a new one. That man deserves a raise, or employee of the month!The Office Staff has been fantastic for years, Barbara and Laura are responsive and genuinely care about the residents.5 Stars all around! If I were in charge I would give them all a bonus or a raise!

    Ive lived in Waterford apts for 15years at the same location and I honestly must say that the current management team is the best during our stay in the community. [Maintenence team supervisor and his current crew also rate 5stars for their professional performance and work that they do as well!]congrats to the wonderful team and the great improvements that theyve made on the property.     I recently moved in in the month of April and my experience here has been everything positive and then some from the leasing staffs hospitality and compassion to the maintenance staffs tenacity to get tasks done promptly and accurately.     My family and I recently moved from Norfolk, Virginia, searching for somewhere to stay in texas. This property caught our attention, and we wanted to move here. Even though moving to a new place can be challenging with all the unknowns, Ms. Laura made my transition seamless and easy. During my experience with Waterford, she was highly professional, very understanding, and prompt in providing my family with everything we needed. Exceptional property and friendly staff! I highly recommend these apartments if you want to stay in a great place with fantastic customer service.

    We loved living here. The office staff was responsive and helpful. The maintenance team was prompt and polite. My one issue was when we moved out, our deposit was eaten up by mysterious fees that they stated we did not pay. Yet there is an electronic RECORD on their site of our every payment IN FULL. Plus our screen shots each month of a zero balance.

    Waterford has a great location with amazing staff. Mrs. Karen Torres assisted me while I was searching for a peaceful home. Mr. Ryan and Mrs. Torres utilized teamwork as they readily answered my questions. I could not have asked for a much better experience. I also witnessed both employees display concern for their tenants which is a much needed quality when searching for a home. I am almost positive that you will love and enjoy the same experience that I received during my visit. I would highly recommend considering Waterford as your new home.

    I signed up for a 12 month lease that will be ending soon. Within the past few months theyve switched all the staff and management. Before the management switched there was a sweet gentlemen that walked around picking up trash, and I was sad to hear he no longer works here. Aside from that gentlemen leaving, Im glad for the change.Since the management switch, theyve repainted the white parking lines, have made sure all the flowers in the area were switch out from the dying ones. Theyve added stone areas where grass wasnt growing and it keeps the mud from poring into the parking spaces like before.Weve had two problems within the apartment, first we had a leaky faucet in the kitchen and solved with by giving us a nicer spout all together. Second, the storage door on the patio was pealing its paint off. I dont know under whos management this second issue was, but when the maintenance came to paint, I was a work and my room mate was in the shower. There was no notice or warning that they would come paint, and it spooked my roommate that they used a key to get through the apartment.So far, for the prices they ask I was glad to have this apartment.

    I just contacted the office looking for help with apartment pricing. I spoke with Barbara and she was very professional, kind and gave me all the information I needed.     Id lived here for about a year one month ago and honestly I liked living here. Never had a problem but if I did maintenance well show up either the same day or the next day. I waa staying in the town homes never had problems with bugs or anything. Only reason why i moved out was because too expensive. I was able to get my deposit back whice for some reason must people on here say they dont get it back, glad i did. The only one thing I really didnt like was that only one time I was late on the rent and they literally just walk into my apartment like nothing. It was like if no one lived there just to drop of a a paper that costs 35 dollars saying your late on the rent. 😑😑 on top of paying late fee on rent had to pay for that stupid paper they give me when walking into my apartment like nothing when i still had one more day before it was actually called late on the rent (p.s yes, wasnt able to pay rent until the 4th they give u until the 3rd after that its called late. They came in the morning on the 3rd when it was still considered not late)

    I love this place because it has school beside it and my office is beside it so it takes about 10 to 15 mins. to walk to my office. Now I know the price is high but it has 3 pools. Speacially I love the backyard beacause I could see the outside and breath in the fresh air. Here is a picture:
