This is the 3rd apartment I’ve lived in since I’ve moved to Texas and I can honestly say it will be the last! Amber and Isabella are so friendly and professional. They know me on a first name basis and help with any questions I have! I love the upkeep of the property and the apartments are so well designed 10 out of 10 tell a friend! God bless!

The apartments are well-located, with easy access to transportation and services. They are spacious, modern, and well-lit, and they also have greata pool. Beautiful & homey property located in Dallas! Came in for a tour a couple of days ago and had an amazing experience that I wanted to share! Office staff was very welcoming and ready to answer any questions that I had. Homes are beautiful and amenities are kept up with well. Will be applying for a home when my current lease is up! I highly recommend Vue at Knoll Trail to anyone who is looking for somewhere to call home!

Great experience! I had a difficult time finding the right place for my expectations and what I found here was really nice!! The people from the front office helped a lot during the process! I was a bit lost but they explained all to me with patience and efficacy. Especially thanks to Isabella who was the girl who attended me during my process, she was really sweet and put attention to all my inquiries 🥰 I’m really happy with the outcome!!

Amber and the team here have done a great job making this small gem of a complex a wonderful living experience for me and my dog. He always wants to visit the office for treats and to socialize, and any maintenance requests that pop up get taken care of pretty quickly. Very happy to calls this place home.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with both the facilities and staff. They’re really on top of things here, always improving and listening to their residents. New pool and outdoor area! Cute little dog park. Maintenance is fantastic and will go above and beyond to help and can always be seen around the property fixing or cleaning something. Amber at the front office is always cheerful and happy to help even when under staffed. Clone her?

I absolutely loveeeeeeee my unit and the community. I have been treated with nothing short of kindness and the property is so well kept. The manager, Amber has made this such a seamless process and ensures all of my needs are met, while the maintenance technician, Fernando has worked extremely hard to make the unit as perfect as possible for me. I’m super thankful for the Vue and know I will be staying until I find a house.

Great property! The staff here at Vue at Knoll Trail is always very kind and helpful. I used to live on property for a couple of years and never had an issue. It’s quiet and well kept and close to everything! Recently recommended the property to a loved one that has since moved in and the office staff was very helpful every step of the way in getting them taken care of smoothly. Would definitely recommend again to anyone looking for their next home in the Dallas/Addison area.

Ive had a VERY positive experience living at the Vue at Knoll Trail. Its a quiet residential area (no loud events/parties) and the building/grounds are well taken care of. I just renewed my lease primarily because the staff really cares about its residents. There are a lot of luxury apartments in Addison where management doesnt provide caring, empathetic service--I rather live in a place where the staff are on top of it! Porcha has been phenomenal to work with from the beginning, and she was so understanding about my ESA. Amber has also been responsive to any concerns, and is very friendly. Also every maintenance issue gets done so quickly! Fernando works VERY hard to maintain our community, and hes super great! Overall, there are a lot of pros to living here, but Vue has had the best staff that any apartment Ive ever been at.

Ive been here for about a month and I really love it here! Griselda at the front office was really really helpful throughout the whole process (and it was a very long process) and Im really happy to be here. Maintenance is really helpful, the location is great (I can walk to get groceries when its nice outside), and the apartments are pretty nice + clean - plus its gated, and the gate actually closes unlike some other places. Its a small community (which personally I like) and the parking situation isnt great unless youre willing to pay for a reserved spot, but for the most part I think you get what you pay for minus some of the move in fees that are a little unnecessary. Overall, Im happy with it!

I have been living here for over four years. Since the newer property management came in over two years ago it has only got better. The management listens and cares about their people and will help you out with your needs. The maintenance team is also top notch. It’s a small community and I have created many friends here - If youre looking for a place to live and be in a great environment this is the place to be!

So far, I really enjoy living here. I have not had any significant problems. Rent is reasonable, everything seems to be a short drive away, I have yet to feel unsafe, my apartment has a very efficient layout, no pest issues in my space, maintenance is reasonably prompt, parking is okay, the office staff is friendly and helpful, and I love my in unit washer and dryer.The biggest problem is hearing footsteps and sometimes music from my neighbor but they seem to be respectful and they are not very disruptive.If you are looking for a reasonably priced place and you do not want to compromise safety, comfort, location, this place is worth checking out.If you are looking for a luxury complex with several amenities and updated everything, keep looking. There is a nice pool and dog park but no gym on site.

Im currently sitting in my apartment right now as two maintenance men are fixing a couple of things I messed up. Quite literally an hour after I submitted a report online.There is plenty that other complexes can learn from The Merce. The staff is incredibly nice and treats your problems as their own. The grounds are well maintained. Theres never a full parking lot. The neighborhood is excellent. And, unlike every other complex Ive ever lived, the gate always works.This place is a perfect fit, even after living here for 8 months. Highly recommended.

Current resident.. I did have a rather frustrating experience when I first moved in about a year back but the office made it right to me and havent had any problems since.I have never had any pest problems in my unit.Recently a new management company took over and have done a great job making sure the community stays quiet, clean and nice. I have no complaints at all and given the amount of negative reviews on this site I felt compelled to provide my input. I chose it because its smaller, and not ghetto or overly priced/ overly fancy. Hope this helps!

Ive never had an renting experience better than this one. I literally went in hoping for a great deal, which I got, and met from the first day to the last with a bright bubbly personality in office. Everyone was friendly or at least cordial and never had an issue. Actually, most of the issues I had were by my own making lol anyways love Deneice and Polly these ladies were great!!!

Currently am a resident and have been now for two months, great atmosphere and perfect location! The front office is quick to respond, and they are on top of any issue that may come up. An atmosphere that is quick to feel like home could be best summarized by T.S. Elliot Home is where one starts from. Great Start!

I like my apt and Dennis and Polly are great in the apt offices. Only thing I have a problem with is the condition of the soda machine near the pool. It needs to be fixed its been broken for more than a year probably longer since it took my money the first time I tried to purchase a drink then another time again etc and then after a year of it just taking money (never dispensing soda) it was finally shut down so now it just sits as a broken soda machine. Can we get word on this? Its a tease

This place is great - the floorplans are up-to-date, it has a great location, and most of all, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The staff is incredibly prompt and attentive to all concerns. I needed a new washer and had one THE NEXT DAY. The staff is amazing. This place is worth every penny.
