I’ve lived at Vistas at Hackberry Creek in Irving, TX for the past two years, and it has been a great experience! The community is well-maintained, peaceful, and conveniently located near major highways, shopping centers, and great dining options.The management team is professional and responsive, always quick to address any maintenance requests. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, are clean and well-kept, making it a comfortable place to live.The apartments are spacious and modern, with a well-thought-out layout that makes daily living easy. I recently moved into this property, and so far, I’m impressed! The apartments themselves are well-maintained and seem to be a great place to live. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. They’ve been absolutely amazing and go above and beyond to ensure residents feel welcome and cared for.A special shoutout to Kimberly—she’s been incredible throughout the entire process. Her professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made moving in so much smoother. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in her work.If you’re looking for a place with a solid property and an attentive, welcoming team, I highly recommend checking this place out. You cant expect apartment living to be perfect, and living here hasnt been an issue at all. The office staff and maintenance team both are great! The guys are considerate, quick, and kind when having to enter my apt with any service requests I have. The girls( Savannah Pickering and Mica Gonzalez) in the office have great customer service and are always so helpful. This property has so much to offer and I have really enjoyed living here and calling this my home. I love that they have a fitness center and swimming pool. The property is in the center of the city from the mall and has easy access to the highway. When I travel for work, it’s nice to live around the corner from the airport and not worry about driving too far out. I would definitely recommend this property to everyone!

Overall I had a great experience living at Vista at Hackberry Creek. I connected with Deja, who made my experience wonderful. She is always very professional, helpful and shows how much she cares about residents needs. I stayed at the complex for over a year and didnt have many issues. If I need something in my apartment taken care of, maintenance would fixed it right away. One downside to living there is that the laundry room wasnt always clean but the machines worked.

Stayed at Vistas for 2+ years.Move in and Move out was super easy. Deja and Ciara were very cooperative and prompt in answering any queries. This is an open community ,hence there were few security incidences reported in 2023. However the management took few actions and worked with police department demonstrating efforts to address the issue.There were few incidences of water shutdown but those were alway pre informed.Overall we had nice stay at this property. The depoait amount was returned within a months time. service and repairs are prompt.Apartments and buildings are old but those are spacious. They are trying to rennovate some of the apartments. Community has two big swimming pools.Many Indian families stay here.Some of the apartments have roaches...so it all depends on who stayed before you.

Great and fun place to live. The environment is quiet and the property is very clean. The management team is amazing they have so many events and activities for the residents. The office team is very professional and always willing to help! I had an easy and seamless transition throughout my move-in process, thanks to Deja. She is the best! She’s knowledgeable and professional, and every time I call or come into the office she is ready to help with a smile. I seriously recommend seeing for yourself. I just moved in 3 months ago and this community has been everything I wanted it to be. Savannah was really helpful with my application. My home is cozy and cute, and not modern cookie cutter like all the new places here in Irving. The creek in the back is beautiful and I love taking my fur baby over there for walks. It stays peaceful and quiet back here, and being able to hop on highway 114 to go to work has been perfect. Im so glad I found this place!

We’ve been living at these apartments for about 6 months, Mica and Savannah have been by far the best team we have worked with . Told us about all the perks of living in Irving/Las Colinas.They’ve been super helpful whenever we had a work order or a concern . The apartments are also in the perfect location so mostly everything we need is at short distance. We will be renewing our lease thanks to Mica!

Highly recommend this community for those looking for a calm and welcoming family environment, the office staff is wonderful, happy to help and always seem to be in a good mood, there is a beautiful area near the back of the property where there are places to sit and watch a large warer fountain. At all time of day there are people cycling, walking with family or pets, neighbors are friendly, is a safe quiet community. Overall a great experience and highly recommended.

I’ve lived in apartments my whole life and never have I ever had such an amazing stay during any lease as I did here. This quiet community was perfect for me and my lifestyle. Close to everything, quiet and welcoming! On top of that, the leasing staff is incredibly helpful! Always tended to requests or concerns, always cheerful when I walked into the office, and always made me feel heard! Unfortunately, I have to move due to unforeseen circumstances with my job, but man will I miss living here! Recommend it to anybody in the DFW area looking for an a great place to live! I came in to tour the property. Darnell and the office staff were all very friendly. It’s in a fantastic location and the landscaping and apartments look very well taken care of. I absolutely fell in love! I have lived here for a couple of months and have no complaints at all! The maintenance staff is incredible. One of the maintenance guys Victor has been nothing short of professional and always fixes any problem I have within my unit in a timely manner! I love everything about this property! I highly recommend you come in and see for yourself!

Upon my arrival of this property, I was welcomed by a couple of lovely ladies. Deja definitely gave me peace of mind through her attentiveness. Most apartment complexes only care about numbers/occupants and the market. Deja was kind, informative as well as confident which made me feel that Im in the right hands. Next, the other lovely woman Mary reminded me of my 3rd grade teacher, detailed oriented, supportive, and carrying around a lot of positive energy, which contributed to the atmosphere of a chill and joyful environment. Out of all the apartments in the area, this is definitely the best.

I’ve recently moved in and so far I love it. The location is great for my career field being located right off 114. As far as the apartment it allows me more than enough space in the living and bedroom areas. I wish it was more room in the kitchen but for what it’s worth I can deal with that.I haven’t had any maintenance issues yet so I don’t know how their response time is but my move in was painless and the staff was friendly on my visit which made me choose them over a few other options. Will update in 6 months.

We have been living in vistas for a year now, and I can say they are the best apartments in the area at this price! They are quite enough parking slots, the community is nice and quitethe swimming pool is clean as the summer starts, gym is also quite decent, they have really good services if something needs to get fixed in the apartment. The laundry facilities are always clean and working.The locality is great, as everything is available is shorter distance.The apartment is also spacious at the price.So its always been a great experience living here!😊

This is a great place to live ,its a peaceful community with the beautiful view of Hackberry creek and have lots of parking space . In the prime location close to MacArthur Blvd, It has easy access to local businesses like grocery stores, multi cuisine restaurants, to fitness and therapist places, almost everything I need. The staff at the leasing office are very professional and helpful. They always receive with a smile and address the issues at the earliest , special mention to Darnell Parker who has been helping me since the apartment tour till now. He is awesome at his work. The first comment everyone makes when coming to visit my apartment is wow it’s so quiet! I just moved into my apartment in October, and had a great moving experience from beginning to the end. Darnell was so helpful and patient with answering my questions and addressing any of my concerns. He was very responsive. Because everything was done online, all I had to do was pick up my keys the day of moving into my apartment. To top it all off I was gifted a welcome box filled with lots of goodies. So far things are going very well in my new apartment. The property is very quiet and the grounds are always beautiful and well maintained. Happy about my decision to move here!

I have been at Vistas at Hackberry Creek for only a month and have been very happy with my experience thus far. Darnell was my leasing agent and was awesome to work with right off the bat and made my move in so easy and convenient. Darnell has even gone above and beyond several times with anything I need and following on service requests. Mariah and Darnell both helped me recently as I was out of town and I was worried about the cold weather coming, so I reached out to see if someone could turn my heat on for me. They took care of it immediately. Service requests have been minor things like silverware dispenser for my dishwasher needed to be provided and other little things like that. They have been quick to resolve, so the maintenance team has also been great. The only issue I had was my apartment smelled really bad for awhile when I first moved in, probably from previous renters. It is much better now and I’m not concerned. I hope things continue this way because I have been very impressed so far.

We lived at Vistas for almost 2 years. The apartments have great location, theyre close to everything and are in green neighborhood, yet away from MacArthur chaos. Their front staff are amazing, and maintenance team are SUPERB. Our guys were Victor and Danny, what a great team! Is there anything they couldnt fix? I dont think so. They took care of anything from missing blinds tassel to noisy neighbors AC unit. And everything was done very fast and professional. Thank you for taking care of us Vistas team members!

Love, Love, LOVE this place!!!Ive lived on this property for almost 4 years, and I love it. I was a little concerned about the multiple ownership changes over the years, but each year it gets better. The property is well maintained, its quiet, and most of all safe. As with any apartment from time to time there are going to be maintenance emergencies, but without fail Eduardo is there to save the day. I not had a single issue that he did not quickly resolve with the same friendliness and professionalism regardless of the time of day or night. My AC has died after 11pm in the summer on a Saturday, but Eduardo has always taken care of it. More importantly if someone has to do work in my apartment while Im at work or away I have ZERO reservations about them entering my home while I am away.Living here has been a great experience, and I hope with the most recent management change that things will continue to thrive.

First, the neighborhood is beautiful you have a trail that is around 4mil walk around a gated community... the apt are old but still work for me.. today I had an issue with my A/C on Sunday when the maintenance guys are off.. and I didn’t even call the emergency number and they still came.. Victor was really nice and took care immediately!! I recommend this place!!

For 15 years Vistas of Hackberry Creek has been my home .. it is a clean, safe and quiet place.I congratulate all the staff for their wonderful work in this community .. to all the administrative staff, their excellent manager, the head of maintenance and all their work team for their great kindness and professionalism and for worrying about responding immediately to each one of our needs.It is a great community with ample parking spaces, excellent location, surrounded by a beautiful area, with a very accessible location to restaurants, shopping centers, hospitals and fwys.It is a pleasure to live in a place like this ... with such tranquility and security.

First of I want to say I hardly take time out of my day to do reviews in general. However I was so amazed by the staff today that I just felt that I needed to express my feelings. I was greeted by a young lady by the name of Mica. She was very nice and helpful as I have been searching for a new apartment for the past month. She greeted me with a nice warm smile and was very helpful and answered all the questions I did half. I was on my lunch break so I was short on time, and even came off a bit rude because again constraint on time. However that did not affect or bother her at all she got me in and out within the timeframe and I made it back to work on time. If only every apartment complex had somebody like her, the world will be perfect. Again will definitely be leasing with you guys once my lease is coming to an end on my current apartment. Mica deserves to be a trainer, people really deserve to learn from her!!

I have lived here going on 3+ years now and it has always been an amazing experience. The apartment complex is always clean and other tenants are extremely friendly. My favorite part of these past few years is definitely the front office staff. Between Stephanie, Mary, and Essien Ive never had a troubling experience and their customer service skills are second to none. Until buy a home of my own I couldnt imagine living anywhere better.

My stay here has been nothing be amazing from the Staff in the office, the Maintenance team, and even the neighbors. The neighborhood is quite and very family oriented. The staff makes sure your needs come first here and thats always a plus. We had been living in this apartment from 2015 to July 2020. We just bought a new house and relocated to a different community in Irving. We had an awesome and amazing time with our neighbor and leasing office personnel. Victor and his team are very helpful and knowledgeable maintenance personnel. All office personnel are so professional, friendly, and dynamic in this apartment. Especially, Tammy (whom we dealing with all the time), Egniz (we believed, she got transfer in another location in these days) and, the manager named Courtney(never seen her before but she cooperated us all the times for our leasing issues) are very cooperative, responsive, and amazing people. In May 2019, we wanted to buy a house in the Irving area, and we made a deposit with a home sales/construction company; however, they took almost 13 months to build our house. So, we had to extend our lease almost half dozen of times only in this year, however, Tammy and Courtney always helping us to extend our lease with the same (or little bit more) amount of rent, and not even only this they also helping us to prolong the date of the lease, helping us for maintenance issue and all payment issues. Courtney, Tammy and their team always organized a very interesting, remarkable, and impressive event and fun-oriented program every month and bi-weekly as well. We enjoy it a lot with her team. The management also waives some of our fees as per our request that were generated after moving out, so we are really thankful to them.I recommend the apartment because this apartment is situated in the greenery and very peaceful zone. If you want to do a peace morning and evening walk, they have three different places close by this location; one big circle is outside of Hack Berry Creek, another one circle through Bridges (they have a big walking path for public and bikes), and the last one is in its owns premises. They keep cleaning their apartment premises all the time, you cant see a single piece of paper around there. They always keep up to date their greenery ground, fountain, swimming pool, gym hall, etc. If you love to live in a peaceful environment then this apartment would be the best for sure. We are really thankful to Cortland Apartment ( which name was, Vistas at Hack Berry Creek before) for our 5 amazing years.

We just moved to this complex. We found excellent customer service. Demetrius is very friendly and gives excellent customer service. We rented the apartment only because of the wonderful experience we had while he was helping us.Victor and Jacob are very kind and helpful. They do excellent maintenance work. Weve been in this community for 4 years and had very little problems during our time there. Any service or maintenance issue we had were taken off almost the next day excluding holiday seasons and such. Management has switched 3 times during my stay but I was able to cooperate with them. Noise level near our apt has increased over the years but recent management has taken steps to address them especially during summertime when the sun goes down late, kids dont really want to go back home. If youre fine for mostly quiet neighborhood within a 3 min drive to supermarkets and stores and very close to major highways/state routes like 161, 114 then Vistas would be one of those communities for you.

The resident portal is so wonderful for maintenance requests and payments. And the curbside garbage service is fantastic and very convenient!

I hardly ever feel the need to share experiences but today I was definitely wowd by these two wonderful ladies in the office. I have been apartment searching for about 2 months and it has been very difficult. However I met this very nice young lady, I believe her name was Mica. She was super helpful and understanding on my needs and wants. She went above and beyond, I have visited 3 properties and this one BY FAR outshines everyone. I will definitely be back once my lease is over at my current apartment. Mica definitely deserves a raise!!

Slightly outdated looking apartments, but still very nice. The management here is terrific, the workout facility fits my needs, and when I had an issue with our ice maker, maintenance had it fixed the next day. Its well lit and seems like a very safe place. The swimming pool is gorgeous and well kept. My only complaint is that the hot tubs have been out of commission for awhile, but Im sure theyll get to that shortly.

I’ve lived here almost two weeks and so far things are going great. Darnell made our move in process, smooth. He has a great, upbeat personality! We had an issue with our refrigerator fan and maintenance came over quickly and fixed this issues. I do have loud children above me when I’m trying to sleep at night, but the staff is working on that issue so I’m hopeful that it will improve,soon!

Needless to say I also feel like the staff in the complex should be friendly, great listeners, patient, honest, and really just care about their customers. Ciara in the office did all of those things and above! She was very helpful and did not make me feel as if she was just trying to get me to lease an apartment I may not want. She made me and my husband feel really comfortable, and helped us throughout the whole leasing process. This company should definitely have more workers like her, that is if they already don’t! I have been living in this place for past 2.5 years and I absolutely love the place. Great location, quiet, decent amenities and the management has been quick to respond to service requests. I once had a service request in the middle of the night and the emergency team drove an hour and half and came and fixed the issue. The apartments are slightly older but the service, management and location more than make up for it.

Wow! Where do I start?... I just moved today and I absolutely love everything from Vistas Apts! My apartment is in perfect condition, everything was clean and in perfect condition. The price is very decent for the clean and quiet area. So far my neighbors look nice and quiet, all I was looking for. Best apartment I have lived so far, I absolutely love it! Ashley Evans (the leasing agent) was very nice and efficient, my process of getting the apartment was incredibly easy and fast. I absolutely love Vistas at Hackberry Creek! Maire, helped my roommate and me find the perfect apartment in our price range! The workers here are always friendly and greet you with a smile! Everyone has been so helpful and asking me what they can do to make our apartment even better! When we moved in we had new carpet in newly painted walls not to mention an extremely clean brand new apartment! If the apartment and selfless and great enough, the location is wonderful! We are located at about 15 miles from Dallas which is great but even better is the Las Colinas area which has everything you could ever need or want within 3 miles of our apartment! I love our apartment and wouldnt dream of living anywhere else !!

However, the overall experience was so pleasant that I would recommend this community to anyone and when the time is right for me, I will apply here!

Ive lived here for a couple years now, have had mostly good experiences. Much thicker walls and floors than my old place, so I mostly dont hear my neighbors at all. Plentiful wastebaskets around the complex for our dogs, curbside trash pickup 5 days a week, maintenance are pretty responsive to problems and have been friendly every time Ive interacted with them. Front office staff has been very friendly too.My biggest and probably only complaint is the water. I guess its an older complex with older piping, but water pipes end up breaking/leaking and being shut off for one half of the complex, often enough to notice. (And not always the same half.) Theyre fixed within the day usually, but it does mean every few weeks/months or so youll spend 5-6 hours without hot water or water at all. So if youve got a medical situation or something where thats a deal breaker, just be aware. We keep a couple gallons of storebought water around, in case of emergencies.Good complex overall, though.

I lived here from 2007~2009 and it was good. The apartment was cozy and had a great view of the fields in the back. In the summer, you have sunflowers as far as the eye can see. The area around it was nice too, everything you need was close by. I felt safe enough to walk around the area at night or take my bike out. Only thing is this place doesnt have gates or anything secure but I never had any issues.

Ive lived here for a few years now and I appreciate how they keep the grounds clean and free from loose trash on the community. Of course some residents do not follow the trash pick up schedule but thats just certain residents that do not care. You pay for what you get so if you are looking for reasonable pricing in a nice area then this is where you need to be! Alyssa and Egniz are awesome in the office and maintenance have a really fast response time!

Apartment is fine, maintenance is good. Covered parking is a scam as they have no power to actually enforce it. They will let a car sit in a paid parking spot for a week with no consequences.Edit 1:I do not have a covered parking spot as they gave it to someone else without telling me. I only found about this mistake after the new owner of the spot found me in the lot and informed me of the situation. They let me park there for a week with no contact.Edit 2: They have corrected their mistake to the best of their ability. While I do not agree with their current processes, I recognize that they have limits on what they can do.

Ive lived at Vistas for about 10 months already and I absolutely love it, not just because its conveniently located in the DFW area where I have access to some of the major highways but more than anything because of its team management. Any problems I might have they are quick to fix and/or try to make it easier for the residents if anything goes wrong. I have renewed my lease for one more year and I would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to live in a safe, peaceful area.

Loved this apartment. Afordable, quiet, nice neiborhood and people. Laundry facilities always open and fully functional, staff is very professional and helpfull. Grounds are well kept, beautifull river runs behind it. Lots of garbage recepticles and plenty of Parking. Didnt want to move but I have to help out family. Would move back in a heart beat. Big thanks to a the staff for a wonderfull stay. Definately the best apartment experience ive ever had. Have already recomended to one friend.

The maintenance staff is amazing, always pleasant when visiting. They resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Jacob is a hard worker, he is a wonderful addition to the service team and the community!

After visiting a few apt complexes in the area & being disappointed with the office staff, I was happy with my visit to Hackberry Creek. I worked with a gentleman named Darnell, he was able to show me 2 floor plans that fit my needs. He provided all the answers to my questions abt the apt and surrounding area. My lease is up in 3 months and I will surely be back.

Great place to live. Close to major highways. And the community is quiet and clean. The maintenance guys do a great job and are quick to take care of any maintenance issues. Would highly recommend vistas to anyone looking in the Irving area.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Vistas at Hackberry Creek! The staff have been nothing short of friendly, greeting me with a smile every time I see them. The property is always clean with cordial neighbors. No complaints to be found here, five out of five stars.

Management did a great job with every issue that came up. It is a nice quiet community with nice shade for your car and pool time. The only reason I left is because the rent was getting too high (8% increase each year) while not that close to the fun things in las colinas.

Ive been living here for almost 7 months now and Ive seen so much improvement in the apartments, management/staff, amenities and the residents.The area is great and the location is so convenient since we have many places around us..Im so glad I can say that I love my home! Love the pool area. For the price its a decent place to stay.

So far my experience has been Great. Darnell Parker is the best. Not only does he do his job but he goes above and beyond. On and off the clock, I was told by one of the staff they would try to deliver my package to my door. I guess they were to excited to get home and I hadn’t heard anything. And Darnell was there to save the day on his off day!!

Lived here for 4 months. Great apartments. No issues at all. Responded in a timely manner to maintenance concerns. Only reason to not give it 5 stars was that it wasnt necessarily outstanding, which is what I think 5 stars implies. But I have no complaints at all, overall great place

First and foremost, I loved this community for the minimalistic structure they are built with and the greenery alongside the buildings.Rooms are cozy provided required utilities enough for home needs.A big mistake of mine should I notmention of the service requests. I’m pleased with the quick response on how the requests are dealt and fulfilled within a day.

Recently relocated to TX. I wanted to stay close to my job and within budget. I visited several places before making Vistas at Hackberry Creek my new home. Denise made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. Friendly staff and maintenance resolved my minor issues immediately. Very pleased with my decision.
