This time around with our new manager Luis, he has brought nothing but grace and dedication to making our community better. Not only has he taken necessary steps to a successful living environment, he has a great spirit. I respect Luis and am looking forward to what more he’ll bring to the Villas on Rosemeade East. Very safe community, I love living here. Definitely recommend covered parking! I went through H4towing and the Alex at the office helped me out to register my vehicle. Luis and Jose are always helpful with any of my maintenance issues. Thank you guys!

Can I just say I have never been more pleased with such an interaction. I was here visiting and was completely confused on where to go, luckily management and maint team where near by and guided me to where I needed to go. My lease is up in December and will be submitting my application this weekend!

There nice afforable apartments, but there have been a few bug issues. I habe another friend help thier way through the steps of a recent eviction to be able to get apartment. So pros and cons. Neighbors are all niceGood place for dogs

I would like to say how much better things have gotten here since Keri became manager. Over the last 10 months there has been a surge in the disrespectful people that have been moving in here. They stay out until 3 am drinking and blaring their music. They have taken away our peaceful community and thanks to Keri it is slowly becoming better. Keep up the good work!

This place is so much better now that Keri is manager.The people breaking leasing rules by being in the pool after hours, partying in the parking lots after hours, and allowing their friends to park in other peoples spots, along with leaving trash everywhere was getting out of hand.Many of us residents appreciate having Keri. She is getting rid of the trash and nuisance.Great job cleaning up the place.

I love calling this place home! Its so clean and quiet! The staff is amazing. Keri and Joann are so kind and helpful. Josh and Eli are always on top of any service requests I have had. I highly recommend Tides on Rosemeade East.

I had the pleasure of living here for many years, 2010 to mid 2017. Starting with Jessica and her crew, the office staff has always been more than polite and very helpful to me. I rarely had a problem but when I did, it was tended to within 24 hours. Their repair team was always on point. The only reason I left was because their two bedroom floor plans are awkward, otherwise, Id still be there.

The management and staff are all extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was extremely impressed with how accommodating they were. The staff answered all the questions I had and additionally made it so my move in went smoothly. The complex has excellent amenities, especially for the price and location. One of my favorite amenities is having an in unit washer and dryer. I am very happy to call Park on Rosemeade my new home!

Ive had a great experience living at Park on Rosemeade. The office and maintenance staff and friendly and prompt. I havent experienced any major problems, and all my neighbors are friendly. The variety of residents is great - single adults, families with children of various ages, and married couples. It is quiet. safe, and welcoming.

I give this apartment a 5 stars ranking, and here is my reason. I had lived there for more than 4 years, and moved out for personal reasons. The previous managements people were not good at all. I was always amused by the idiot who sit behind the desk and cant understand nothing. However, I saw changes ever since the latest management stuff moved in, who are really care about there residences and are very nice. Most importantly, I can feel the attitude that they always want to be better, and this is the most precious thing to me. For this reason, I give them 5 stars, and I wish they can keep this momentum and make this nice apartment complex better than ever.

New ownership and management has brought many exciting changes. Our exteriors have been updated and the pool area is getting a much needed face lift. Porsha and her team are VERY helpful and are really getting things done.

I have lived here for almost 3 months. It is very quiet as all residents are respectful of their neighbors. You must be willing to live with many rules as this is a Lincoln Property. They do not budge on their rules. It is a fair trade for me to have peace and quiet.

This is a safe neighborhood in Dallas. Pretty quiet. Lots of trees and shade! The floor plans are very well thought out. The neighbors have been extremely sweet and friendly and the staff has been wonderful through the whole moving process.

These apartments have always been amazing. The staff is spectacular and always willing to listen. Maintainence is quick, and the community is also friendly. They regularly do upgrades to the community or buildings as well.

Despite being located at the intersection of 2 major tollways, this is a pretty quiet place. In fact, during the 8 years I’ve lived here, I only had one major problem with noisy neighbors. But the manager, Keri, listened to all my complaints & took care of the situation for me.

Stay at park of rosemeade was a pleasant exprience, all the complaints we had with our apartment were resolved almost immediately except for the electricity, stove burner and roaches issues. i would like to renew my contract in future if the roaches issue is properly fixed.

Nice place. Quiet. Neighbors arent bothersome. The parking lot doesn’t have many visitor spots so my girlfriend staying the night sometimes becomes a hassle. Other than that it’s great.
