    I have moved to this complex for a month. Everything is perfect so far. What I love here is they offer free covered parking spots. The employees and maintenance people were very welcoming. They fixed immediately what I asked for on the move-in date; they wanted to offer the best experience. All service requests were finished within one day.

    This was my first apartment complex in San Antonio and I loved it! The complex is very well kept and the office staff would reply to all requests in a timely manner. Maintenance team is awesome. My AC stopped working in the summer, I called the office and let them know, and they sent maintenance in less than 10 minutes. I never had any issues with the gates or parking, which I appreciated due to my work schedule. I have recommended this complex to other people, and I would definitely move back.

    Me and my husband first moved in around 2018, then we had to move out due to things going on in our lives. we moved back in May of 2022 and we have NEVER had any issues. I agree with the other review and 99% of the 1 star reviews sound so entitled. We’ve never had issues with our car spot being taken, car being broken into, trash around the apartment, or “loitering”. Everyone we have come into contact with who lives and works there have been so sweet. You’re going to sometimes hear people next door or in the building, it comes with living in apartments. We’ve never heard “parties until 3AM”, for the most part everyone is very courteous of those around them. Never had any ant issues as we pick up after ourselves. And the staff are the sweetest group of girls ever. Always super helpful and understanding when we have any questions! We are proud to call this place our home.

    The best experience for renting ever! The complex is clean. They take care of property. When you need to fix something, it’s always done very quick and quality! I really appreciate it. Very nice and friendly staff, my family feels comfortable living here. The gates are always closed, which ensures safety in the complex. In my opinion, this is the best complex in the area.

    My experience here so far has been great! All of the office staff has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I have had to make a few service request to which the maintenance team has completed promptly. I do also see the maintenance team cleaning grounds every morning, including the dog parks. I love my home here and it is extremely evident that the staff here does go above and beyond for everything within there control!

    Weve been living here for over a year and we love it! The property manager is always available to talk to with any concerns. Shes very friendly and professional. The property itself is always clean. Maintenance is always quick to respond and very helpful. The amenities are amazing! Management hosts gatherings often which makes you feel like an appreciated member of a community. Ive read the previous reviews and understand they have legitimate concerns but their approach to finding a solution was very accusatory towards the property. Ive had my car broken into at a different property but I didnt go blaming the property management. They try to keep us safe but ultimately its a team effort. If youre looking for a comfortable, updated spacious home this is a great place to live.

    Very lovely place to live. Lots of amenities, in a good location (close to everything), and very pretty views. The only complaint would be that the airport is nearby. So when the planes fly over, they are so loud youll need to pause your show or pause any conversation youre having because you wont be able to hear. Its roughly a plane every hour all day.

    Honestly I believe this apartment complex was amazing. The staff was always very respectful and helpful. Of course the amenities are awesome. Overall I definitely recommend. Only reason I left was to buy a home.

    So surprised by these negative reviews. Im active duty and ive moved in here twice (with a deployment in between), and now im leaving with PCS orders. very military friendly. each move in/out process has been seamless. the staff has been nothing but gracious each time i have been up to the office. every maintenance issue has been resolved in less than 24 hours. no pest/loud neighbors. great amenities. im actually pretty upset that ill be moving out of state.

    Outstanding customer service from the office and super quick turn around on the repairs. The apartments are lovely, modern but homey. Nice finished touches. You do hear the planes overhead but aside from the high rent Id love to stay here longer. Amazing rec center.

    If your car or house gets broke into people.There is no way the apartments can fix that.Like even if they had security it would do nothing.Like stop blaming it on the apartment just get better stuff or pay attentionIts not that hard.

    I used to live in this complex about 5,6 years ago and it looks like we just left yesterday. It looks exactly how we remembered, so nice, clean and quiet. Excellent maintained!

    Luxury apartment complex gated with remote access spacious rooms and friendly staff does have a problem with keeping the gate working properly and very strict on what you can and cant have on patios but over all a nice place
