Im so in love with my house 1st of all the community is so quite, calm, clean, nice. As soon as i open the door and saw the house from the Inside i fell in love immediately. The manager Michelle help me with my application she made the process for me so easily, when I had question or help Michelle was quick to help me or answer any questions that I had I would definitely recommend this place but especially to come and lease with Michelle. Thank you so much for helping with my application and making my family happy with the house

The realtor and property manager were outstanding! I’m moving from one city to the next and could not come and walk the property myself so they allowed my boyfriend to walk through a few of them for me so I could make a better decision. The property manager and realtor were very kind and patient with my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend both of them.Since I’ve moved into my house, the garage didn’t work, my washer still doesn’t work, I have mice, bees were found in the water heater, the wrong air filter was put in one of the vents so it rattles when the air turns on and off, the office is now only open Tuesday thru Friday, I’m frustrated but trying to be patient with the process.

I have had a great experience moving into the villas at Sunterra. I really want to thank Ashley because I moved in from out of state and she took the time out to zoom me to show me the home I picked out. Michelle is another I would like to thank because since I moved in my home anything I asked of her she has been helpful and nice to me. Jose the maintenance guy is awesome as well he have come to help and explain things in my home. I would recommend this community to anyone it is so amazing and quiet. I wish I could give them 10 stars if I could.

I have been here since November 2023 and could not be happier. The staff is professional and caring. Michelle and Ashley are the best. Always smiling and helpful. When I was looking at the property, I changed floor plans multiple times. All the plans are wonderful and I just could not make up my mind. Michelle was patient and accommodating the entire process. Once I moved in, I accidentally forgot to pay my rent and I called the next morning for assistance. Michelle took no time in removing the late fees. All service calls are answered right away, the area & lawns are well maintained. Even better, there is maintenance staff on site always checking in and helpful. I just go outside, wave and Jose assists right away. The maintenance request process is super easy as well if you need to make a request. I feel safe and there are cameras throughout the community.

Living at the Villas was a little rocky at first because of some neighbors that didn’t keep the neighborhood clean and quiet but once they left, things were a lot better. Management staff is great and friendly. Could use some more amenities but overall we had very good time there.

Just moved in Saturday ☺️. Michelle and Ashley have been great! The whole process was easy. Had some Maintenace requests and that same day Jose in maintenance came to address them! He was super nice and helpful. Awesome experience!!

The Villas at Sunterra have been a total answer to prayer. The house that they built us is totally amazing and suitable for our family in every aspect and the fact that we can lease this home and a report on our credit via the set up that they have is amazing the management Miss Michelle in the staff are phenomenal. The head of maintenance Jose is always there and prompt to fix any and everything you need at your house. I highly recommend you building or leasing with the village of Sunterra!!!
