Villas at Stonebridge Ranch Apartments in Houston

10+ year resident. The office staff and maintenance crew/s were always fast and helpful when any issue came up that required their attention. Free parking could be a pain to find around certain buildings, but the reserved/covered parking rate was very fair. Most of my time there the prices were scaled lower against newer apartments in the area. I ended up leaving after renovations pushed the prices closer to the newer/nicer local properties. That said, overall it was a great experience and I wouldnt hesitate to move back.

I love the staff that they have now. Whenever I need maintenance, which is very very seldom, they fixed my problem promptly. I love the area I am in at these apartments and I feel safe and my apartment is wonderful. The only thing if I could change would be that the hallways and stairways outside the apartment be power washed and cleaned. Im going on my third year of renting with the villas and plan on staying. I feel safe here at all times. I have no problems with rodents or bugs. It is in a nice quiet and safe part of McKinney. I love it here.

I really enjoyed living at this property. I lived on the 2nd floor above a garage and l luckily never had any issues with hearing my neighbors. The staff at the front desk were always very nice, and maintenance took care of issues quickly. My rent offer at renewal time did jump 6%, but my reasoning for moving was not due to the increase. The units are a little outdated (cabinet color, white appliances), but per the front desk, they will be getting updated in the next couple of months. Really the only complaint is the lack of parking. I had to pay $25/mo for covered parking, because if I didnt, there was no guarantee Id have a spot when I got home late at night. Other than that, I would definitely recommend living at this complex.

This apartment complex is really beautiful! All the staff is super friendly and helpful too!My only complaint is that you can hardly ever find parking, if you come home after 8pm good luck, you might just have to walk from the whole other side of the complex. Which like me if you have to work late hours is most of the time unfortunately. Not the biggest fan of walking a far distance at midnight as a woman by herself.But other than that I love it here!

I have had an excellent experience renting my place at the Villas st Stonebridge. The staff has been helpful with everything finding resources, places to shop, and happenings in McKinney.The apartments are clean and I love my two bedroom. It has crown molding is updated and is perfect for me. So sad I have to move back to California.Christina Campbell

This is a good place to live - it’s an older property but still in good shape. It’s comfortable. Management is friendly, informed, and quick to help. Most everyone I’ve met has been here 3+ years...or they are new and have signed for a second year. Maintenance requests are taken care of fast and to satisfaction.

I recently moved into my new apartment and couldnt be happier! The space is very spacious and comfortable, making it easy to settle in. I love that I have an attached garage. The amenities are fantastic, including a gym and a hot tub. The location is perfect, with shops and parks just a short walk or drive away. The management team has been helpful and responsive throughout the process. Overall, this move has been a wonderful decision, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a homey feel apartment
