Let me start by saying the property itself is just as beautiful as the videos and pictures they show you. Upon my first visit to the property it instantly gave family vibes and that meant a lot to me because I have 2 small kids. After I came to see the home Tre the property manager contacted me almost instantly to answer every question I had. Tre made me feel so comfortable with being able to contact him whenever I needed an update or just had a question. This is my first home and I couldnt have made a better decision for me and my kids. I look forward to living here for many more years.

Steven in maintenance is very professional, dedicated, and hardworking. My requests have been completed in a timely manner. Trey, the manager, is very respectful,dedicated, and hardworking. Overall, the service and atmosphere is great. The homes are beautiful in a quiet nice community.

I am a new resident moving into this community on Friday. I must say Tre the property manager has been more than amazing to work with. He has been so attentive and gone above and beyond to ensure all of my questions were answered and concerns have been addressed. I am looking forward to my upcoming move thanks so much Tre!

I have been so thankful to Tre for all of his help in working with us so we had a fairly seamless move. The homes are simple but very nice and maintenance addressed all of our move in observations/issues promptly. We are excited to join this little but nice community.

Making an appt to do a self guided tour was easy and allowed me the time I needed to really look at the house and make my decision on if I wanted to move in. Good news is, we are moving in!! Thank you to Tres with all his help!

Out air conditioner was fixed in a timely manner a few weeks ago with a new capacitor. Thank you for that.I really wish the pool was cleaned more regularly as we should be able to use it for another month with Texas weather

I have been a resident for the past 3 years and have Loved every bit of this community. 😍 The neighborhood stays Nice and quiet with very well kept landscaping of each property.My manager Tre is for sure the type of person you would want on your side if you consider Rockbrook. Tre has helped me so many times w/the upmost respect thru out my time here answering all of my Calls as well as Texts asking questions. (Lord I know he’s probably sick of me at this point) 🤦🏽‍♀️LOL But his dedication to his job is unmatched! 💪🏼Oh…Can’t forget about our guy Steven handling any and All of our maintenance requests in a timely manner! The team here takes care of you. 🔥🔥Needless to say If you’re looking for a nice, cute single family space and community Rockbrook would be a great stay!I’m Loving my experience thus far. ❤️ Thank you Tre for everything. 🙏🏼

Unfortunately, scheduled a visit to visit the community for May 31st at 12:55 pm no one showed up or called...This is really frustrating and unprofessional.Update: Thank you Tres for reaching out to me and explaining why the scheduled visit to the community was missed. We are glad you were able to make accommodations for us to view the property

I love living at the Villas at Rockbrook but I’m disappointed with the landscaping service we are being charged for monthly. My yard never looks good. It’s full of weeds, my tree has died due to a sprinkler system malfunction and I notice several other residents have dead trees and plants as well as planter beds/lawns overgrown with weeds. Not sure why we are getting charged so much for this service that doesn’t take good care of our landscape.
