    Ive lived here a little over a year. Its honestly, a great property. Its a very convenient location. Wanda and her office staff are absolutely amazing. Very kind and welcoming. Always says hi, when you see them walking around the complex. The maintenance crew really works hard. Even on the weekends you can see, the ones that live here are still upkeeping the property when its their time off. maintenance requests that Ive had to do. Were completed in less than 48 hours, sometimes same day. Huge shout out to them and how hard they work. We all know apartment complexes can be difficult, Living with so many different people around you. Ive never had a neighbor complaint or heard too much noise. And the biggest benefit is the rates are reasonable, and there seems to always be some sort of move and deal. 10 out of 10 would recommend if you wanna easy move in and a comfortable place to live.

    Ive leased here going on 3 years in July. I havent had any major complaints or issues. The office staff, and maintenance have been great with any small issues Ive had. I love the area, and being close to many of my favorite stores. I was surprised to see a 3.1 rating. Im surewith new management, and noticing the staff working on keeping the complex cleaner than it was with the old management, the rating should improve. Ill be renewing my lease this year, and am happy to do so. I love my cozy one bedroom :)

    First I need to mention that I am not a resident here and this rating has nothing to do with my experience living here, but has everything to do with the Assistant Manager, Ms. Amanda Berte. I came here looking for a one bedroom apartment, and Amanda was just amazing. She was professional on the phone and in person, very warm and friendly. She took ample time to show me around, made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The reason why I didnt end up renting here is because of the way they bill water usage. No ones fault. Its just my preference.Thank you Amanda!

    My experience is going wonderful, Im loving my apartment. With everything something will go or come up unexpected, but the Staff is very professional, my request are met in a timely manner and I feel comfortable about talking to the Staff about issues that may arise. Its clean, safe, great neighbors, pet friendly , community environment. (Pool,, Workout gym, business center for residents, etc..,) I love the view at night Its beautiful, and the landscape is well manage and just beautiful and relaxing to see, Im loving my NEW HOME.

    Editing my review:I reached out to the property manager, as the Owner responded to my review and told me I should do. I actually had some time and swung by personally to meet her.Im bummed I had not met the new Property Manager Tiffany while I lived there. She is fantastic, and I really think she can bring a lot of positive change to the community. She was very thorough in her explanations and seemed very sincere in her concerns for myself and her residents. She genuinely seems to care for the property, and I was absolutely impressed with the level of service she provided me.Jannifer, the Assistant Property Manager, was always very nice when I lived there. With the two of them (plus the very friendly leasing specialist, whose name I did not get), I think the team is very strong and the property has a lot of bright things coming for it.My previous review listed a few concerns I had when I lived there, but I feel very confident that they will be making changes, plus more, to make this property a great place to call home.

    Awesome apartment, many upgrades like the huge garden tub, granite countertops, upgraded stainless steel appliances, dining area windows, imitation wood floors, thick baseboards and doorframes....we love our apartment. Maintenance and pest control are quick and very friendly. They always answer all my questions. Office staff is wonderful. They remember you. The pool is amazing, along with the outdoor seating areas and grills. And a huge full gym. Great location too. Only two problems. One is no playground ☹️ and number 2 is literally number 2. There is so much dog poop everywhere. Like alot. No one cleans up after their dogs, and then it just sits there until the lawn mowers run over it. But overall these are great apartments.

    Walked in on a Saturday and it was a little busy. I grabbed a drink (some yummy sweet juice they had made) and was helped a few minutes later. A very sweet lady showed me around. The place was nicely kept and they have a very cool gym and pool. I wanted to see a 2 bedroom but they didn’t have any to show me so I saw the model home. It was too small for me but I like the granite counters and appliances and the bathroom was nice and roomy. I look forward to be contacted as soon as there is a big 2 bedroom to see!

    Christina is a life saver she’s great at what she does and is very supportive. She has made my time at Broadstone amazing and every chance I get I would say thank you. Definitely give this property a 10/10

    Went to take a look at the broadstone and was overall impressed with these apartments. spoke with savannah and cristina and i will say they are very friendly and personable these ladies really seem to make the difference! i look forward to making my choice!

    The apartment I live in is very nice, great appliances, nice cabinets and countertops, nice flooring. Ive been there almost a year and even though I have looked at moving to other complexes in the area, I have decided to remain at Broadstone Grand Avenue. Ive had a few maintenance issues since Ive been there; my a/c went out, my disposal stopped up and quit working and my dishwasher backed up into my sink. However, with a call to the office, everything was fixed within a day. Things are going to go wrong, and it sucks when they do, but the office staff has always been friendly and professional, the maintenance staff does their job and Im happy with the service Ive received.The reason I cant give a 5 star review is because of the gates not working. Theyve only worked a few months that Ive been there and I really hate that. One of the main reasons I chose to move to Broadstone was because it was gated. It is an unfortunate problem that I hope management takes care of soon.

    Ive been living in this community for a year. I love it. I like that this apartment complex is not old. My apartment has so much light and beautiful view from the window. I enjoy nice floor plan and love kitchen top counter lol my previous apartment had a horrible one. Also its a great pool area with grills and fire which makes it cozy. And they hav cool kickboxing machine in the gym :) For living here for more than one year, I never had to call maintenance. Everything works fine.

    I have had wonderful experiences with the staff here. I was in a bad situation due to a sh!tty roommate not paying his portion of rent. I felt that he was dangerous and I honestly i was scared of him, as he refused to pay or leave. I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to cover rent for both of us.. so didn’t know what to do and was fearful of going into default. I went and explained my situation to the management. They SWIFTLY took my situation serious and moved me overnight to a new fancy one bedroom apartment, and didn’t even up my rent. Closer to the pool and everything! They also changed the locks quickly while my roommate was out, so he couldn’t “squat”. All in all, I couldn’t believe how wonderful they were in helping me overcome a potentially dangerous situation. I’m also so thankful they didn’t fine me for “breaking” my lease and switching apartments. They treated me with compassion. If I could give plus 500 stars I would. Thank you to the staff! Hugs times a thousand!!!

    Overall I really enjoy living here. Office staff is very friendly and helpful. My experience with maintenance has been fantastic with issues being resolved quickly. Property is really well kept and the pool is great! Id recommend it to anyone looking to live in Pflugerville.

    Three bedroom apartment is amazing love every bit of it! The amenities are great too especially the gym and pool. The signing up process to be a resident was easy and hassle free. Don’t believe the bad reviews this place is awesome!

    I just moved here Friday to Broadstone Grand Avenue the process of moving in was awesome Jen is very good at what she does, however my apartment is at 82 degrees and I pay to live comfortable and that is not a comfortable degree for my kids to sleep comfortably. I don’t ever really give reviews because things do go wrong and everything is not peaches and cream but it is a great community. I was told if my apartment isn’t 85 degrees it’s not considered an emergency and I’ll have to wait until Monday. I won’t be staying there until Monday and I feel if I have paid for the days to live here comfortably I have to be uncomfortable or leave my own apartment just to get comfort from being hot. I’m sorry but with it being 82 degrees my son constantly sweating and not only that I have my AC on 58 which will run my bill up. I have to run it that way just for it to be 82 degrees in here. This is very frustrating and the only unacceptable complaint I have. Everything else is good and I will consider living here it’s just the AC which is important in Texas.

    I have lived in these apartments for over 10 years and I have always received the best service from the front desk to the maintenance men. Amanda and Stephanie have been amazing helping me in a hard time in my life and this is why I have absolutely no plans on leaving.     Pros:-Close to highway-Decent price-Updated living space-You wont hear your neighbors through the walls(Maybe I have quiet neighbors?)Cons:-I can smell my neighbors food through the air vents!-Gates are always open except into the night-If your building(#7) is closest to the highway like mine then you can hear everything from speeding cars with loud exhausts, ambulances, and people honking at all times.The apartments are nice and close to everything you need in town. I probably wont renew though. I dont know how the floor plans are set up nearby, but I can smell my neighbors food primarily in my bedroom/closet. It gets very annoying and I have to live with it for the next few months.

    I live on the property and love it! I have placed requests for repairs and theyve responded immediately. Also, I enjoy the 24-hour fitness center because it is locked when the office is closed.

    Place is affordable and very nice! Upon move in there was a couple of maintenance issues but I submitted a work order and got fixed the next day. Super happy with this place definitley reccomend it to others looking for apartments :)

    I really love the apartment community and the amenities for the price I pay for..I like the events they have for the families living here and enjoy them..the pool and the gym is good and the trash picking facilities is an add on..for somebody working at Dell it is very closer to the office and also the grocery stores and other things..Definitely recommend this place
