    These apartments are affordable & they will work with you! If something is Wrong maintenance will come out the next day. Late on rent they will work with you also. Lived in allot of apartments & the villas are the most understanding apartments I ever lived in. Check them out 5 stars from me

    When I first moved here 3 days ago, I have to say I really love the area, it is so peaceful, and clean. I feel like I dont never wanna move away from here. Definitely highly recommended. Oh and the ladies in the front office is awesome and very much appreciated 👏 💐

    Been here since April. The office staff has always been friendly with me. I do love that after certain hours the complex is quiet and sleep is not difficult at all. Of course, there are a few things that are lacking, but I won’t hold it against staff as I know the complex management is en route to fixing the issues (like the lack of spectrum internet connections, German roach infestation, dirtiness around the complex). There are a lot of families with children who live here, so I know the cleanliness and destruction is more residents fault than the people who manage the property.Overall, I love living here so far. I came from a pretty bad complex that isn’t too far from here, however the privacy here and overall friendly staff is definitely a plus!! I also love that management is always performing inspections and making plans to fix things; it shows effort and care. They give ample notice and I definitely have no complaints. Maintenance is also always efficient and timely and have gotten my few requests completed within 0-2 days.

    Thank you Rosa for all your help. Weve been. Searching for a 3 bedroom apartment and even though you currently dont have any three bedrooms, I must say that we are very pleased with the service that you gave us. The way you explained everything and time you took with us was exceptional. Please keep us posted if you get a three bedroom as we would love to live there.

    Crystal and Rosa in the front office are amazing in so many ways. I live out of state and my son lives in the Fort Worth complex. The assistance and kindness they have given to us both goes above and beyond what anyone would believe or expect. If we have any concerns or questions they take the time to help and or explain. We love the apartment. No problems in 5 months and I’m confident that if there was it would be taken care of immediately. I love the communication to let us know if there is a maintenance issue that could affect us. Or to let us know of a celebration for the holidays.     Recently moved in. Have lived here for 5 months now. The front office was very friendly and inviting. They helped me with my lease and made my 1st apartment experience, a pleasant one. My apartment was clean and updated unlike some of the other apartments in the area. I would definitely recommend this property.

    I love it here. I only have to worry about 1 monthly payment, I don’t have to wait long for maintenance to attend to my request. The girls in the office are very friendly, I so wish people would stop throwing trash on the ground but that’s not a management issue as they cannot control people but they do maintain the property clean. I am very happy!

    After talking with the office and getting clarification on the internet here. I’d say they deserve this 5 star review. Front office is very helpful and transparent with information when needed, the unit lay outs are very nice and seem perfect for what we needed, and the two pools will be very nice for the summer. Access to a the Korner Store right out front is perfect for late night snack runs and the presence of an elementary school has an increase in police presence keeping the area safe. Initially gave a lower rating due to connectivity issues and concerns but with the knowledge that Spectrum is on the way they have shot up tremendously and I and my room mate are very excited staying here.

    Great apartments they are newly renovated and are modern designed. I recommend these apartments for many reasons one being the safety pro cautions they take. All bills included so just rent for a clean well taken care of apartment is a win. Staff is very nice and friendly very welcoming.

    I love this place! The young ladie in the office is always so helpful and nice. Walk-in she greets you with a smile, Christmas couldn’t come sooner to our complex I believe she’s been here since December and she has turned this place around. Great Job! Crystal I believe is her name.

    Ive lived here before it was Villa of Cantamar and I think I like it this time around better. Office and Maintenance Staff are all wonderful. They work well with you. Community is great and quiet. I recommend looking into housing here.

    I have family living here and I have to say its very clean an the apartment is nice inside. The only thing in really disappointed in is that the apartment gets sooo hot. They have reported it many times but nothing has been done. I think management needs to step it up and fix the air-conditioning because its way to hot. I probably should have given it 3 stars but hopefully things will get done upon request.

    I love this office, the office team is super friendly, it is super comfortable to apply at this property, the maintenance team keeps the community super clean, they respond to repair requests in record time... I really recommend everyone come see it, the best place I have ever lived…!!!!

    I have lived in this community for almost two years and honestly, at least in my apartment I have not had any problems with the air conditioning, I do not have cockroaches, the only time the pipe was damaged they immediately repaired it, I only have one complaint. Today, Monday 10/30/23 at 10:11 am, I went to pick up a package I had from Amazon, the current assistant to the manager Cristal (who, by the way, is extremely polite and kind) treated me in a very derogatory way, zero smile and with a very aggressive attitude, I understand that they cannot have packages for a long time in the office due to lack of space, but my package arrived on Thursday, they notified me that same day, it is true, but on Fridays there is an office until late could pick it up if not until today and the lady caught my attention as if she had been there for a month. On the other hand, I kindly asked him for the balance of my account and he very rudely asked me if I didnt know what I paid each month, which was the same thing. I was crazy, I had never seen anything like it. I think that this type of staff does not contribute anything to the community. I have never written a review but I cant believe we have to put up with this kind of abuse.

    I am very happy here, the property is very clean, maintenance is very good. The pools and laundries are always clean. My apartment is very nice and there are never parking problems. I recommend these apartments.

    The place is very clean but a week ago a pipe broke in my apartment and the whole apartment was filled with water and all my things got wet, bed and etc., and I had to sleep in a hotel and I went to complain to the office and they only say that they are going to send someone to fix everything and no one has arrived to fix it and I am paying for the hotel now but they dont want to give a discount this month because of what happened and that doesnt seem fair to me!!

    The girls in the office are making a good change😸, we should be more grateful to them. Calmont Street was a disaster and now, all the toxic people are gone. I dont know why people say outrageous things. Thanks to the new management and the new owner for improving the Community, we already needed it.Because a property that works, just like it is now! Eggs are needed, because I am so scared that I am afraid to come out, I admit it.And it is even noticeable when we go out to get some air and smoke a cigarette.Thank you girls for your support and we should support you not discredit you.Dont be so Indian🙊
