I had a fantastic experience moving into my townhome at Parktown Hometown Apartments, and I have to give a big shoutout to Destiny and Jillian! They were incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The neighborhood is great, and my neighbors are so friendly. Anytime there’s a maintenance issue, repairs are done quickly, which I really appreciate. My home is modern, spacious, and feels very comfortable. Also the amenities seem to quite nice as well. Overall, it’s been a wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend it!

These apartments are just lovely. And the office staff is spot on with everything that I need help with. Especially Destiny. She really goes out of her way even on the weekends if I have an issue. They are spacious and the atmosphere and environment are peaceful.I would definitely recommend these apartments to all of my friends.

We have been enjoying being a resident here at Villages at Parktown! Jillian in the office is always so helpful with anything we need to discuss or inform office about. Also the maintenance team is fast and efficient! Nate is always here same day if not next day and fixes any issues right away.

Love my new apartment! Beautifully renovated. Staff and maintenance are very professional, efficient, and fast to comply with requests. Big back porch to enjoy. My courtyard of neighbors is quiet which is a plus since I work from home.

I have absolutely loved this apartment and the community. There’s always something going on and the staff is so helpful and friendly. I’ve been here since March of 2023 and haven’t had any problems. Maintenance is very quick to come fix things and the grounds are always clean and well patrolled. I recommend this place all the time.

I cannot say enough about how incredible their staff is. ANY time I need something they respond quickly and know me by name. Their maintenance team is beyond exceptional. I always have the best experience even though the situation of needing something attended to needs fixing. Matt is the gentleman that works on their maintenance team and he is always polite and thorough. One of the reasons I stay here is because I know a good support team for your rental is hard to find. Thanks y’all :-)I have lived here for years, Nikki and Tai are absolutely amazing and kind. They are welcoming and address your questions right away.

We absolutely LOVE the management here. Our time at Parktown was short due to a job transfer, but Whitney and Nikki did everything they could to help make that transition easy and a positive experience for us. They also treated us like family and were always so sweet when we visited the office for various reasons. Also, the maintenance staff always responded in a timely manner. We felt safe, at home and valued during our time at Parktown. We highly recommend this property as long as Nikki and Whitney are in charge! Thanks for everything!

I waited a whole year to review these apartments. They are very quick to respond to maintenance request. They do not bother you from the office at all, as long as you are paying everything on time. All the ladies and maintenance staff from the office are great and wonderful. We just renewed our lease because we are so comfortable and safe there. Definitely recommend them.

I recently visited to see the facilitys and look at a couple different units. I have a current lease that will not expire for another few months and I explained I was only looking at the time. Tai was very helpful and continued to show me around the complex and two different units so I could get a good feel for the space. Amenities here are great and all the staff were very kind. Location will be perfect for me when its time to move. Tai made me feel very comfortable and ensured me she was happy to show me around knowing I wasnt in the market today! Great community!

I have been searching for a new Texas home and have finally found it! I stopped in with a friend and was very impressed with the woman who helped us. She was very informative and pleasant, as well thorough with the leasing process and how it works. The community looks wonderful clean, updated with very nice apartments and love that they are one story! I cannot wait to move to Texas!!

We recently moved in at Villages of Parktown, and we are so excited to be living here. Everyone we have met so far have been amazing people, and the staff has been wonderful!! Especially Whitney, who has been incredible, she went above and beyond for us!! She made sure everything was in place and ready for us to move in. The only reason we did not give 5 stars is because weve only been here a few weeks, also because we are still waiting on our trash can for the valet trash, which seems like it will be a pretty easy fix.

Do NOT read the old reviews! I have truly enjoyed living here. The office staff is so nice, the maintenance is awesome (shout out to Norma), it’s quiet and everyone is friendly. I left my last apartments because of rude management, shotty maintence work, and flooding. I never once had an issue. I’m sadly leaving only because with my family growing we need more room. I recommend these apartments!

Me and my family have lived at the Village for about two years now. No matter where you live there will be some issues but you have to be proactive yourself to help resolve issues. With that being said management is very nice and are open to resolving issues as quickly as possible. Unless its a weekend, my maintenace requests have always been completed in a timely matter. They try to keep the grounds clean however it also takes the help of residents to maintain those standards. Residents also have control on how they want their property maintained (just saying). A bit pricey but I did come from a smaller state to Texas so anything over $900 is pricey to me. They are older homes and im sure could use a fresh coat of paint but we really havent had anything substantial to actually complain about.

Just about to complete one year living here. So far they have met all expectations. Maintaince can be ordered online, no need to call. They come same day and are very efficient. Maintance is also maintained outside from tree trimming to grass cutting, to blowing away trash and leaves. Also I do not have any insects inside except for small spiders in the door and some small annoying beetle looking bugs in the back patio but they only come out seasonly it seems and only at night. The neighborhood is so safe and quiet that you sometimes see children playing outside in their front yards. Respectful well educated, well mannered children at that. The office staff responds or acts promptly to emails. Im not much for calling so its great. The people living here are friendly and respected of each other more so then anywhere else we have rented in a community . We have decided to stay another year!

I am currently renting here and as I’m reading these reviews I’m in shock from all the bad ratings. The parking is NOT a problem. Your suppose to have a sticker..what’s the big deal? You don’t have it then jusr park your vehicle outside. It would be worse if you came home and couldn’t park at all because everyone’s guests would be taking up the parking spaces. The stickers are in place in order to keep order at the apartments. You KNOW you need to have it so don’t complain about getting your cars towed. The staff is very nice and management takes care of things quickly. This place is great for the price you pay, it’s clean and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone keeps to themselves.

I just want to give a shout-out to Nat F. (Maintenance). Everytime I have made a maintenance request, Nat responds very quickly. The lawnmower crew ran over a rock which hit our front window and Nat came right away to replace the glass panel. Today, Nat put in a new toilet. which I know was a hard job, especially by one person, but Nat did an excellent job and always has a smile! Great Job Nat!!

I didn’t end up leasing here because of issues unrelated to this apartment or anyone who works here but I do have to leave a review about how awesome it was to work with TaiRae. I wasn’t living in Houston at the time and TaiRae was attentive and prompt to every email and sent multiple videos of apartment tours and photos of the area to ensure I was comfortable with my decision to submit an application. For TaiRae alone I would lease here because she was great! The area is great and each apartment is like it’s own little villa. I’d recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new home.

I almost didnt recognize these townhomes because they have changed so much. My grandma lived in 656 West Parktown about 40 years ago. I took a trip down memory lane the other day and drove by there. I almost thought I drove into the wrong apartments. They look beautiful compared to how they used to look.
