    These look super cute and the floor plans look pretty decent. Great price for the area!Havent toured yet, just looking and stumbled across an updated review below and wanted to remind everyone looking for a place to live that problems happen at every complex, and to say what management probably wants to say back to that disgusting rhetoric. If youve lived in multifamily housing (especially in an area like this where theyre 90% people under 32), you always end up with a loud neighbor. However, most rational people dont look at that neighbor and (1) assume their immigration status, (2) assume their national origin, and (3) cite to Tik Tok and (most likely) Fox News for proof. (this is coming from a gen zer). And if things are SoOoOoOoOoOo bad, why would you renew? lolIm sure the apartments are lovely, the only con seems to be the people who live there that use Google reviews as a soapbox for spewing the violent, divisive rhetoric they complained about and blamed everyone but themselves for in July.For clarity, I dont work here or have anything to do with this place. I just want people like that to stop using every opportunity they have to spew HATE. See you in November! ;-)

    Ive lived here for 2 years going on 3. Maricela is currently helping with my lease renewal. Shes very professional and helpful. I highly recommend living here. Its a nice, quiet, small community. I walk a couple of miles every night and feel very safe. The community is clean and kept up very nicely. Other than the occasional plumbing issue I have no complaints about Verlaine whatsoever. Id love to live here until I am able to afford a house. My only wish is that theyd not go up on my rent so I can stay 5+ more years!

    Ive lived in this unit/apt nearly 12 years this July 2024. Its been great and I have never needed to move anywhere else. However, a couple of years ago we received new ownership and there were a lot of changes that I wasnt a fan of initially. Unfortunately management kept changes more often that I would like, and promises were never kept. It was sad that when I would follow up on a request it was not addressed, and I would receive the news that we received a NEW manager so it was if I was always starting over and over again every couple of months.Then we got a new Manager that promised she would fix all of the errors that came of in the past. There were a few rocky points at first, but she was driven and dedicated to make things right, and also completed tasks in a timely manner. I was skeptical for a while, but Im not anymore. I can honestly say that Im happy at this point, and glad I renewed my lease again. Im confident now that if I have any issues the New manager Maricela would go above and beyond to make things right. Her staff is committed to making sure this is one of the best living experiences in the DFW area. Shes very polite, professional, and just a wonderful person overall, and Im sooooooo overjoyed that were able to work things out. If you need a place to stay in a great area, you be happy if you you signed a lease with her team over at Verlaine On The Parkway. Dont miss out on this great opportunity :)

    Nice area to live in very peaceful. Local stores and shops are close by no need to drive far. Management is very nice they are always there to help if anything is needed. Maricela has been very helpful every step of the way

    All the office and maintenance staff have been awesome. Mariela has provided excellent customer service and she is always attentive to our concerns. Dont think it twice. Verlaine is a good place to live at, and Galleria mall is right down the street which is a HUGE perk!!! :)

    I initially left a review to express concerns I had about the property. Maricela, property manager, was quick to contact me to discuss the complaints I had IN PERSON. Not only was she understanding, but addressed every issue I had and is currently making the effort to fulfill my requests. Even though some issues can be a stretch to fix at any apartment complex, it wasn’t left unheard. I do appreciate the support I now have through their NEW management. I am very pleased to hear changes are happening through out the complex, and sincerely looking forward to continuing my living journey at Verlaine on the Parkway.

    I just want to say that this property and management has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Upon my first visit, they let me know what to expect as a tenant and that they would be glad to have me. The maintenance crew made certain that I was comfortable with repairs as well as the time they would arrive. I appreciate their responsiveness and kindness.

    My wife Melissa and I felt the need to post today.We have lived in this complex for 8 years. The previous management or manager was a slum lord or the management company were slum lords, either way the only reason we’ve lasted is this is our home. Our young children go to school just up the street and my neighbors and I are like family. They’ve literally seen my kids grow up through the years. Recently, I have seen and felt a change. It feels like It felt when I first found this place over 8 years ago; like a community. The property manager I think her name is Bethany, very thorough and sweet, called in to check on a work order and to see if we were satisfied with the work! She then asked if there was anything else she could help us with and if there was anything we felt the community needed. MY WIFE AND I WERE BLOWN AWAY! No manager has ever asked about the work that was done in our home let alone ask what we wanted. We finally feel valued as long term residents.We see the impact you’re making Bethany, we hope your management and the community will see as well.

    Edit: 1-26-22 from 1 star to 5 starsSince new management has taken over the complex we have had significant positive change. Empty apartments got renovated, a parking system put in place, open communication (via email and price breakdowns for rent), maintenance for current residents are fast responding, and more. I sincerely hope the management stays, because they have done wonders for turning our living experience around! Luckily the neighbors were never a problem before or after, so they deserve some credit too! Thank you, management, for making Verlaine a lovely place to live!-----------Old review:Sure are fast at replying to all the rightfully upset Google reviews instead of actually replying to all of our emails about our month long outstanding maintenance requests! I understand running an apartment complex is not easy by any means. As where our requests arent necessarily dire emergencies, I feel over a month is more than enough time to at least respond to us and have something planned for a resolution. Especially since we are being charged for valet trash but not supplied with the valet required trash can, the tubs not draining despite snaking it ourselves (which came back with nothing), and our kitchen sink wont drain, which causes standing water in our dishwasher which defeats the purpose of using said dishwasher. But gosh golly the grass sure is nicely mowed and trimmed! Maybe if yall actually fixed the things wrong with everyones apartments then you wouldnt need a flimsy attempt of a PR stunt like a free ice cream day.My sink or bathtubs arent draining, but my patience certainly is.

    This place is beautiful. The apartments are up to date and very spacious. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Mrs. Debrah and Latoya helped me so much. It was my first time applying for an apartment and the made me feel so comfortable and answered all my questions. I highly recommend these apartments.

    New review....Im pleased to provide my latest review on Verlaine on the Parkway.The 360 degree turn of the Verlaine team has been nothing short of amazing and very much welcomed.The attetion to detail from both the management and maintenance teams is beyond exceptional.This new team doesnt just talk the talk...they walk the walk and thats saying something considering everything Ive been through here. Im looking forward to seeing them do great things for this complex!Maricela Cuellar (Manager) gets a big kudos for turning things around!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾#kudostobetterdays-Robert----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Previous review 1 YEAR AGO.....on previous management company. Ill leave this portion in, it is just as important to remember where its come from and where its going.... #KUDOS TO THE NEW CREW!I dont even know where to start.My previous complex of 5 years was heavily damaged due to the tornados back in 2019.Ive been at this complex for well over 2 years and on the 3rd management company. Initially Aura signed me just as Covid was beginning and was my go to whenever I needed anything done and shes long gone. Casie and Celeste are great, but definitely working for the wrong manangemet company.If I had it to do all over there is no way hell Id move here. After Covid hit I started working from home allowing me to see plenty...everything from the lack luster back half of the complex to domestic disturbances to the nasty neighbors to the trash to the dog feces to the drug deals to the roaches...and have even been invited to a sex onsite sex party. Management allows riff-raff to move in...hence the condition of property. I believe one of the previous managers told me...we cant discriminate. No one ever asked to them to, just use you discretion.Maintenance was actually fine when I moved in until the FIRST management change. I have been waiting for 2 years just to have my ice maker fixed and have literally been buying from the 7-11 by the bag for over 2 years. Then there was the theft and damage done by maintenance. (They are no longer allowed in unless Im home now). Ive been waiting to have my door bolt lock, A/C filter, bathroom issue to be fixed for over two months. My bathroom flooded due to a leaking A/C above my bathtub which subsequently continued to leak done to the kitch below. Thank God for Casie, becuase the maintenance crew never came until she sent them. All I got was automated messages texted to me. Now ive got a bubble in kitchen ceiling and wood floor in my upstairs bathroom is starting to peel. Ive been waiting for my carpet to steamed to over 2 YEARS....I went and purchased my own.The rent increases. (Ill pre-face this by saying this is not a remodeled unit). I personally believe that management should have reasonble justification for any increase instead of telling telling tenanants, its the market value. NO AMOUNT AMOUNT OF AN INCREASE CAN JUSTIFY THAT UNDER THESE CONDITIONS! As a cancer patient one would think they at least try to work with you, especially when you pay on time and are an exceptional tenant. I believe the manger told me we cant do that. When the previous companies have done it before. Theyve only just opened the pool and gym areas...and the additional additional fees. OMG!Some of that remodel money shouldve have been spent the back half of the complex.I have dozens of emails to justify ALL of the above...its sad sad day when a tenants feels that no one cares.On a more positive note...kudos to Casie and Celeste. They provided service with a smile and they at least try.I stayed because I had to start chemo again and I pray Gods gives me the strength and the funds to do what is obiously necessary...MOVE!

    The current Assistant community manager is the best to me so far. As someone who have lived here since September 2011 under different owners and multiple managements, at least 3 over the last 12 months, i believe what i can say about all employees of the various managements that have come and gone are a true reflection of how i knew them. She always take time to listen to my complaint and respond accordingly to her best. There are numerous issues that needs to be addressed which are beyond her, but she always try her best to explain things to a reasonable satisfaction as far as i am concerned, and believe other residents will attest to this too.I believe if she could, things will be more better than it is in this community .

    Ive been here a while and I can say Since they have been under new management I have absolutely seen a change in the property! It didnt get this way overnight and I know everything wont be fixed overnight either! It was even worse a few months ago and I was willing to break my lease but now Im hopeful because it seems they finally got someone in there that actually cares!

    We just moved in and so far have been very happy with everything. From the initial tours to moving in, they have been very helpful and attentive. Especially Lou! She is fantastic and part of the reason we chose to live here as opposed to others we looked at. She checks in to make sure things are running smoothly and you can tell genuinely cares about us. The apartment is great and everything is brand new and looks great. We are so excited to be here!

    Went to see a one bedroom and toured with Shonna. Really loved the updated unit but unfortunately did not make 3x the income. However she was awesome! Very sweet and answered all my questions, even showed me a two bedroom. I might try to find a roommate.

    Toured a three bedroom apartment and loved the updated model, however they don’t have anything but classics left to rent. I saw pictures of the classic and I hated them lol they should update all the apartments. I would’ve applied if they had something updated. I toured with LaShonna and she was very sweet and informative.

    First off I’d like to say assistant property manager Aura is amazing. She always was extremely helpful with my issues and very empathetic which goes a long ways especially when the issues are literally in your home. The property manager Alex that was there before had 0 empathy. A couple different times I had brought issues to him he had pretty much shrugged it off like it was nothing but he is now gone. They are currently doing a lot of work on the apartments which is great because it could definitely use an upgrade appearance wise. Maintenance was friendly and always got my work orders done.The units are old and in some ways you do get what you pay for but every cheaper apartment in this area is going to have some issues it’s about how the mgmt reacts and takes care of your issues. You can trust Aura to handle these issues like a professional.

    We Have new management here and they are awesome!!!!! It is so , nice to walk into office to a friendly greeting.. Alex, the manager ,Javier and Aura are very helpful and are quick to attend to any problems that my arise. The apartment complex is kept clean and is very quiet.The maintenance staff Rickey, Jairo and Julio are very friendly and they are quick to fixing problems. We have been here for four years and this is the best management we had since, we first moved in 2014..Brenda and Richard were here and they were the best!!..

    Aura and Javier have been of great help ever since I moved in. Aura gets any request I have done either that day or the next usually like to trust her with my concerns because I know it will get done the right way. I have the townhome one bedroom (2422) been here two years and I like it because of its privacy feel and the area I’m in, I walk to the bars or restaurants all the time I wish the owners would repair the parking lot it would look a lot better maintenance is handy and works hard they are always picking up trash making sure the lots are clean no issues with pests ever

    I’ve lived here about 2 years and I work really near by. I’m glad the apartments are getting new things because it was needed. Apart from location being key for me, I love when I can walk into the office and talk to Aura Valencia with any of my concerns and she ALWAYS helps find a solution. People are always changing in the office I’m just glad she’s stayed around. I always feel I can trust what she says and if she can’t help she’s also honest about it.Other than that, Really wish who ever owns these apartments put work to the back fence since it’s poorly maintained.

    I lived here for about 4 years, and it was generally a great experience. The current staff, Javier, Aura and Alex are always very helpful and kind. They do what they can to tend to your needs in a timely manner. My only concern with my experience here, and why I cannot give it a full 5 stars, is the fact that the entire complex needs a bit of a face lift. The windows in my apartment felt like plastic and every time it rained or stormed heavily, I found myself very concerned that water would leak in (which sometimes happened). Besides that, the community is safe, and I never had any issues with parking or neighbors. Also, the location is absolutely prime!

    I toured with aura yesterday and I would absolutely lease there because of her . Although, I didn’t like the parking lot or stair rail rattled (needs some work) she knew her stuff.what was different about her is she offered help with anything, even if I didn’t lease there. She expressed her genuine attitude the entire time, it’s hard to find that when you are looking for apartments in the Dallas area. I didn’t lease there because of the exterior . Apt was nice/clean

    I have lived at Renaissance Parc for 4 years and outside of a few minor inconveniences I like it. I have never had a problem with noise that was not addressed and taken care of. If I have a maintenance request, and I submit it in the morning, by the afternoon someone is there taking care of it. I wish we had washers and dryers in each apartment, but that is a minor thing. Parking could improve, but again there is nothing management can do about that. People have cars and they want to park close to their unit. I walk my dog late at night, and I have never been bothered. So all in all it works for me.

    I came by for a tour and was assisted by Diana. She was very nice and professional. I appreciate all the information she was able to give me. She was able to answer all of my questions. I did not feel rushed or pressured. The property is really nice and clean.

    Andrea has been so helpful! I just moved in, shes helped me through the process by being transparent, communicative, and accommodating! Im looking forward to a happy lease here! Also, I moved in by myself after 9pm and was able to park really close to my apartment, and the people I saw were either friendly or left me entirely alone. After a week here, I still havent heard any loud music or walked by a sketchy area. Renaissance Parc has done a wonderful job welcoming me to the Addison area!

    I have been in to renaissance parc from past 2 years and it is really good community to live. It is very clean maintenance from the staff and good support from the Leasing staff. Nice Browsing center to take your printouts and Nice Gymnasium to exercise at anytime. Good 2 Laundry Facilities and 2 swimming pools inside the community. Its gated community with fully security equipped gates. I love EVA Murguia one of the Leasing officer, always smiley and helpful.

    I absolutely loved the service I received at Renaissance Parc. Since Im an international student all the way from India all I expect is to feel at home and that is exactly what I felt when I walked in. Aura has been our angel ever since we interacted about apartments. From providing and accepting applications to the very last moment of providing us with our apartment keys, she was and is such a sweetheart. You guys are lucky to have her coz shes not just smart but a beautiful human being. Mr. Alex has also been guiding us and helping choose the right apartment. We love you guys.     My jorney in getting an apartment was amazing here. Ms.Watson who helped me big time was amazing. These apartments are amazing location for the price.I never have to drive far to go anwhere everything is so close as far as shooping getting food etc... Also the mantance teme are liget.     I’ve lived in the apartment for almost a year now and I love it!Its close to all the stores and restaurants and the staff/maintenance are friendly and quick with assistance..The office people are very genuine and helpful, especially Aura!She is kind,friendly,always in a great mood and always willing to help and answer any questions that I have.Throughout my pregnancy she would always ask how I was doing and if everything was good with my apartment and to give them a call if I needed anything ..Not many apartment managers show that kind of concern and I appreciate her!I would definitely recommend living here to anybody...
