    Management is nice and helpful. The apartments are fine. My main problem is mainly the communal washers and dryers are small and I prefer a laundry mat over them but thats really a me issue and not an over all issue. If you end up living here walk your dogs on a leash and pick up your dogs mess.

    Everyone in the office has a welcoming character to them. They take the time to listen to what their possible clients needs and wishes for a smooth transition of finding their next home. They are very respectful and sensitive to a tennants needs. The property is very well taken care of where you feel you want to belong to the community.

    If you are looking for some apartments, your search ends here. The pricing is great! The location is very practical and you are in the US 54 or Loop 375 in minutes! My wife and I are wrapping up our 3rd lease and are sad to leave as we are relocating. The office staff and maintenance staff are great and they get things done! Shot outs to Issac, Daniella, Nathan, and Property Manager Erika! They are the best in town and make doing business easy and painless. If you are looking for apartments, give them a chance, you won’t regret it. The apartments are spacious and beautiful! Thank you for everything and we will miss this place we call home! - Eric Tarin

    Great customer service I put in a request to fix like 3 things at the apartment and none of them was from the apartment being bad the apartment is great but like some of the shingles from the patio had fallen off due to the wind and a couple days later they came and fixed them great job

    I just moved here and everyone that I have meet/dealt with they are amazing and caring people. They gave me a chance to be able to stand on my own two feet again after a divorce and having to start all over. They have been a true Blessing to my daughter and I.     Affordable apartments with a pool. Tucked away in the northeast. Easy commute to and from work, whichever direction.Nathan is an amazing leasing specialist. Nice, courteous, and professional! He goes above and beyond to take care of the tenants concerns and issues.The rest of the leasing community is amazing. The pool staff responsible for securing the pool are very nice as well.The community of tenants that live here get along with no issues. Ample parking. Quick response to work order.Thank you, management and staff!

    Fire alarm is still chirping. Personally went to the office and notified them. A week has gone by with no resolution. I cant sleep in my room because of the irritating noise.

    My experience here has been pleasant. Units are decent sized. Office staff is friendly and helpful , especially Nathan. Maintenance has been friendly and relatively quick with work orders. Lucky to have good neighbors. Overall, would recommend to friends and family.

    The application and move-in processes were efficient and well-organized. The other residents are courteous and respectful, and the leasing team demonstrated exceptional professionalism. Notably, there is a significant presence of military personnel among the tenants, fostering a sense of camaraderie and belonging. The amenities included are very welcomed, and overall, the area is very nice. The units are as cost-efficient as possible, as all utilities except electricity and internet are included in the rent payment. Van Horne Estates also holds community holiday celebrations, which truly bring the community together.Way to go, Van Horne Estates!!

    I just moved in last week and couldn’t be happier!! Cynthia was amazing and made the move so smooth.Update: We lived here for about 3 years and will be moving out to get a house. During our time here the leasing office has kept making great improvements. Cassie was very helpful! They have special events during the holidays to bring the community kids together. The pool is a great amenity and the maintenance team has always come in a timely manner.

    The Staff has excellent customer service. Vanessa and Cynthia are very busy at times, yet patient and professional. I did have problems with my door lock 🔐, but was handled immediately. The repairs were very well done and the maintenance crew was very considerate and professional. One thing that truly impresses me is that the leasing office always answers their phone (with my experience) and always has someone in the office during their business hours. Many leasing offices have recorded messages and never return your calls. The Van Horne staff are a great team!

    I needed a board under the counter to the replaced in the dining room, it connects the dining room and the kitchen. Friendly workers came in and patched it up until the new board comes in to be completely replaced. Pending the board to be replaced though. Service is fast and attentive. Very respectful and communicative. Thank you ☺️

    I recently moved into Van Horne Estates (about 3 weeks ago) and I have had a great experience thus far! I found these apartments online and I called and spoke to Victor Vargas. He was very helpful and ensure that all my questions were answered in a timely fashion. He continuously contacted me with updates regarding my apartment and when I was ready to move in he made sure I had all the paperwork completed to have a smooth transition into my new home. The apartment itself is amazing, its very spacious and well maintained. Tenants are very friendly and give a good vibe. The staff is also very friendly and seem to love what they do. I highly recommend these apartments. It is a little far from grocery stores but I personally enjoy being away from the crowded city so its not to bad. (: hope this review helps you all!

    From the first day touring Van Horne Estates we’ve had a wonderful experience. Vanessa in particular has been very kind to us and has made us feel welcomed. From day one she’s helped us find an apartment and made the effort to keep in touch with us so we could find a place. Most apartments don’t care whether you decide to lease with them or not because of the current market. However Vanessa put in the effort and made sure we were well taken care of. We are military and used the RPP program and Vanessa has helped us with the process and explaining everything in detail for us. We’re looking forward to moving in, thank you Vanessa! :)

    We needed a great place to live that is beautiful and affordable! The property managers are super helpful and friendly! There’s a nice pool but most importantly, they have 1GIG FIBER with AT&T. They had a personal rep set us up and ready for move in so we didn’t have to wait for an install! We felt special and our move in was seamless! Thank you!

    My experience there was great, My husband and I stopped there for a walk through of their complex and we were greeted nicely. The staff was very friendly and professional and the prices are affordable. It is close to main Bliss and it is a perfect commute for pt and rush hour traffic.Reading the reviews I can see that majority of the people who left a bad one was only because they were: 1) upset about the late fees..pay your rent on time..duh! 2) lost their keys and were charged for a replacement 3) their pets tore up the carpet.I would definitely recommend this place based on my familys experience there.

    UPDATE:My review still holds true after living here for eight months. I love this place. The staff have remained helpful and do everything they can to make sure I feel at home. They take great care of the pool and I have been putting it to good use. I never have had a problem with the community and enjoy all my neighbors which have become my friends. Its a great place to live.Van Horne Estates is an incredible apartment complex in El Paso. The prices are extremely affordable and yet you dont have to comprise on quality. They are pet friendly and accept dogs of various sizes which is hard to find. They have an awesome dog park and are near a dog kennel if you need one. They maintain their grounds meticulously, and all the staff is incredibly helpful. As soon as I walked into the office and was greeted by Victor my experience was so much better then any other complex in the city. Trust me because I visited close to thirty. He showed me my apartment and I instantly felt at home. It was incredibly clean when I moved in and I love the spaciousness. The staff is always quick to respond to any questions I have or had and made the move in process painless and easy.The apartments also have refrigerated air, which is important for a hot climate like El Paso, a nice play area if you have kids, and a pool. I couldnt ask for a better place to call home.

    Its my first time getting an apartment on my own and to be honest I was really worried. Elizabeth was pleasant from the moment I got there. She took care of all my worries and made the process simple and, quite frankly, fun! She truly went above and beyond and I am grateful that shes on the staff. Great staff and a great complex in general!

    Im very happy living here. Reading some of the reviews I had to share my experience. My family and I have been living here for 10 months and we have enjoyed it so far. The maintenance guys and the office staff are very attentive, our apartment is very spacious. Housekeeping ladies are very nice.

    The van horne estate apartments are a great place to live. The staff are attentive and answer every question/concern you may have. The one staff member that has always helped me and that I trust & feel more comfortable with is Victor. He answers all my questions and hes always so cheerful whenever any of the residents comes into the office and hes working. Hes always eager to help and always acknowledgess & prioritizes every concern. I enjoy living here and I feel like its a safe place for my little family. I also love how the grounds are kept clean and when maintenance (which is a rarity) is needed they always are on top of things. The Apartments are so spacious and luxurious & wont break the bank. I definitely recommend them! 100/10 on the scale to me.

    Good things : 2 sets of washer & dryer in every building , very clean , spacey , management always answers the phone.Not so good things the pool didn’t open the whole summer we’ve been waiting , and the walls can be so thin . If neighbors play music or “do it” you hear everything. Wasn’t very fun lol but other then that enjoyed our stay

    Amazing customer service. Victor and Robert are the best! Victor helped my boyfriend through all the application process while he was deployed. He was always helpful and super friendly. Always answered all our questions. Robert the Maintenance Supervisor is awesome! We place a work order and that same day its done! For being a large property they are always on it and always help us with anything we need! They are the definition of amazing customer service! If your looking for a place to call home this is the place. Thank you guys! We love being residents here!

    Excellent place to live!!!! The property team is very professional starting with the Manager Sofia and team members Victor, Frank, and Robert are top notch! Service request are processed quickly and followed up by the staff to ensure customer satisfaction. I am a very happy tenant!!! I am living in a lavish apartment with plenty of space for families and singles. Plus some amenities are included so you cant go wrong!!! Best place to live in El Paso😊😊😊

    Had such a great experience with Van Horne Estates. The staff and maintence crews have been available and cooperative when I needed something or asked them questions. Victor, in the office first helped me and my fiancé out when we looked into these apartments and decided that this was the best decision for us. He was very helpful in answering all our questions and giving us advice when we first moved in. These complexes are military and pet friendly as well, which is what I looked for. I will most definitely recommend these apartments to my friends and coworkers. 5 stars!!

    My husband I lived at Van Horne for less than a year. Only due to deployment and me moving home did we move. I am actually re-signing a lease with them when he returns home. Yes the apartments were unfinished but they do give you the option to paint! We did have a few minor issues but they were there to get them fixed with in the same day or the next. Office staff was always great and easy to get along with and responded quickly. We have a larger dog (85lbs) so finding a place that accepted that large of a dog down here was hard. There are a few but they run upwards of $1200 a month for less square footage. We preferred it because it was further out as we are both originally from the country so it was quiet for us. In all though it was only about 15-20 min drive and the worst traffic we ran into was getting into the gate off of 375. The walls were thinner, and there were some unfinished touches BUT overall we had a great experience and it was a convenient location for us! When comparing around the city of El Paso be sure to look at everything including: square footage, price, location (not just in regards to base but also crime and how busy), and what is around you. It maybe a little further out but most everything within the city of El Paso is within a 20-30 min drive!

    I loved living here!!! It was very peaceful, and I never once had any problems. Other than the fire alarm in our building going off for about 2 days randomly back in November/December 2016 ish. However, that was at no fault of the apartments and they fixed it right away. The only reason i didnt renew is because I bought a house.

    I’ve honestly lived so comfortable & i love my apartment. Nieghbors keep to them self , parking is never a problem , office staff is always very helpful especially Frank. He always goes above & beyond to make sure we are okay & our experience in these apartments is nothing but best. Every problem that I’ve incontered in resolved within hours because of how hard working him & his staff is.

    My grandchildren Kyra and Trenton Toms live in an apartment in here. They are here from Weston,West Virginia, Trenton is serving a tour of his Army at Fort Bliss. They are alone here with no family and few friends, I came to be with them when they had their1 st child and I am very pleased with their home. Melina and Victor and all the staff are extremely helpful and kind to them. They all do a wonderful job with their complex especially Melina she is truly a good person and a great worker. She always has a very nice personality. Having my family 1900 miles away, I can go back to West Virginia with less worrying knowing they will be looked after.     My experience in van Horne estates has been great! Starting with the leasing department, they welcome you as you walk in they make you feel at home. They take you for a tour to show you the beautiful property with 2parks, cool swimming pool, gas grills, a great dog park, and most of all a great customer service. Maintenance and housekeeping provide excellent customer service by keeping the property looking good.

    Lived here for over a year now everyone is always very friendly at the office the apartments are one of the few around that I felt were actually worth their price if not more. Definitely a plus that pest control comes every month too being the south, I hate bugs and our old neighborhood used to be really bad wich is why we moved in the first place. I was a little worried moving to an apartment might be worse but its a millions times better, I only ever see them outside. I think the only downfall I really have is that we were unlucky and ended up in a building with inadequate parking spaces so sometimes its a real hike to get to the car if we come home late.Honestly I feel like a lot of these reviews are overly harsh on this place it really is a nice area and Ive never had any problems

    The only beef I have is when I call in for a work order. I dont like when Im told that only emergency orders are being done. To me its important. You get your rent on the 1st so I want my work done promptly. Due to staffing issues and low wages that why employees are leaving. I hope this gets to Corp. Thats my opinion okay thank you 😊

    I have had the best experience in my seven years living in El Paso, and also in my fourteen years being in the military. So thankful I got lucky by finding this place and had the opportunity to live here. The management team has been able to resolve any issue in a timely manner, and they seem to really care about their potential and current tenants.

    Had a very good experience at Van Horn Estates. The first place I really felt like home. Always happy and excited to come back home from work. Neighbors were to kind and helpful. Office and maintenance crew always helpful and efficient. I felt so sad when I had to move out.     This apartment complex was a great place to live. Lucia was the best office management we could have wished for. We were always treated with respect and kindness. The apartments are large and nice in line with the price. Its a little out there but I like being away. For military its 20mins to main post, 10 to east bliss. Best value on the northeast.

    It’s a bit difficult moving from one duty station to another trying to look for a home and get situated. When I gave Van Horne a call I was able to come in the same day and view an apartment.     The apartments are gorgeous. With nice counter tops and large rooms these apartments are great looking. Rates are very reasonable. Viktor helped us complete all the paperwork and has helped with any questions that we have had since moving in. All and all a great experience so far here.

    Weve been here for about 4 months now and have nothing but great things to say. When our air conditioner went out they had it fixed within a day. The grounds are always well kept. The dog park is fantastic! If youre new to El Paso, definitely check them out.

    Ive lived at two other apartments in el paso before this one & they werent good enough to be rated or bad enough. i moved into van horne estates in february & i love it. the apartments have so much space, & everything on the property is spread out instead of all together in one specific area. the workers are wonderful, if you ever have a question or concern, they will get back to you immediately. i highly recommend these apartments, the rent isnt expensive at all compared to how much space you are getting.

    Been here a few months and I cant tell you how happy I am. Community is largely military so thats a plus. Due to noise aggreements in the contract there is little to no noise. Our tub drain broke and management had it fixed same day of notice. Giving 4 only because I can hear people walking on the gravel outside. So good thing its quite cause theres not much in the way of preventing noise travel. Especially in the stairwells.

    I was looking around for housing in the area and V estates guided me well. It seams like a good area to live too. Their rates were competitive and they had a great payment structure. Over all great experience and customer service.

    Ive been living here for a couple months now and all I can say is that I love it here the apartment complex is comfortable its not expensive and the neighbors and community are really good the young ladies at the office are always very helpful very polite and always make sure that I am satisfied I highly recommend these apartments for the price and convenience of living here highly recommend

    Hello Everyone-My husband & I are moving to El Paso soon and I just had a couple questions!How is the area around the base? Ive heard that its not the greatest area & that Northeast is a better choice. Right now we have a pre-lease for Van Horne Estates & I love that they are brand new & spacious...great floor plan for the price I think. But my husband thinks its too far of a drive to commute to and from Fort Bliss. How is traffic to and from fort bliss/downtown area and would you guys reccomend the extra drive to live out at Van Horne...thanks so much!Hmmnnn..not sure how to reply to a response lol but @ Ja Miller - Thank you for the helpful info! My husband will be going to both fort bliss (east) Im assuming..near the airport and Mcgregor range and from the looks of it Van Horne is in the middle of both! 20 mins is not too bad...i think its worth the drive...wasnt too impressed by the apartments around the base!

    Van Horne Estates is very nice. The workers are very friendly. The most notable is Victor. He is the most knowledgeable when it comes to the process of moving in. Military friendly. Id recommend moving here.

    Staff is friendly, Cynthia helped out with everything to include the application process. The only problem i did have was knowing where the apartment i would be applying for is or which way it’s facing. Maybe I’m just picky but i will be living here for a year.

    WHAT EVER YOU DO DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!! I WAS A RESIDENT FROM 9/21 TO 9/23 AND HAVE BEEN A GREAT RESIDENT NEVER DID ANYTHING BAD BUT WAS FORCED TO MISS WORK AND BE PRESENT FOR MULTIPLE INSPECTIONS IN A 2 WEEK TIMEFRAME AND WAS REPEATLY DISRESPECTED AND TREATED POORLY AS IN LIKE I WAS SCUM. WHEN I SPOKE TO THE PROPERTY MANAGER SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL I HAVE MANY PHYSICAL N MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS AND THEY DIDNT EVEN SHOW UP ON TIME FOR THE INSPECTIONS THEY WERE LATE TO EVERY SINGLE ONE AFTER WE WERE FORCED TO TAKE OFF FROM WORK AND THEN AFTER ALL OF THAT I DECIDED THAT THIS WASNT OKAY WE WONT BE GOING AHEAD WITH THE RENEWAL WE HAD PLANNED TO HOWEVER.... IF you have no other place to go and you need a place and they approve you deal with Nathan Sotelo he was my saving grace he was so helpful he explained everything I ever asked him no matter how many questions I had he made my the WORST MONTH N HORRIBLE experience just a little bit better and he is the reason we waited until the first to move out versus moving on 8/18 without notice.
