    I have lived at Valor of the Realm for about a year. It’s a good property that’s relatively new. It’s a bit unique in that it’s a mixed use building that has restaurants and other businesses around the ground level. The apartment building is adjacent to SH-121 but isn’t loud from my apartment which is a bit away from the road. The gym, pool, and lounge room are all nice. The cleaning and maintenance staff work hard and can be seen every day. And finally, the new management, with Corey and Cole, have taken charge and are engaged in making sure that things run smoothly.

    We are currently on the 3rd management company since I moved in (the most recent due to an ownership change) and in my opinion, this is the best we’ve had. The office staff is friendly and responsive (and they communicate proactively, which is a welcome change), and maintenance issues have been addressed quickly and efficiently. I was not really thrilled with the last management team, but I feel much more confident with the current team.As for the community itself, there will always be something someone can complain about, but generally, I find that quiet hours are observed, and the neighbors are generally pretty respectful to one another. I still enjoy being here, and the location fits my life perfectly.

    My family has lived here for two years and our lease was coming up right when the company was bought out. And we decided to stay here and move up to a 2 bedroom because the new owners and Cole and Corey, in the office management, have been absolutely amazing! And in the past few months they have leveled up these apartments! They have made this transition with my 2 small kids seamless and I couldnt thank them more!!

    The new management team is amazing. Cole and Cory always greet us with smiles and they’re ready to assist with whatever we need. I appreciate their proactive approach in getting things taken care of for their residents. Living here is already great but having a great management team makes it better!

    OMG COLE AND CORY ARE PHENOMENAL!!!! They answer all our calls in a timely manner. They do a lot for the community and make it a fun place to stay. I have stayed at a few apartment communities in Lewisville. This by far is the best!!!!!! I love staying here and sooo appreciative for our leasing management team. They left valentines candy at every apt. door, gifted us for our baby shower and gets maintenance to fulfill our every need quickly as possible. Weidner has taken over and it’s has been waayyyy better 🙌🏾

    Big shout out to Corey Robinson for being the best in his area of expertise. From day 1 of the tour to signing the lease, the experience was a breeze because of him. He is genuinely kind and knowledgable, very accomodating on all our requests, worked with our circumstances and provided a world-class customer service anyone can ask for. We had visited multiple apartment complex with different cities and what set the Valor at Realm apart was the warm and friendly atmosphere and the lasting first impression that Corey Robinson made to me and my family.     I am horrified to read other reviews as they were mostly negative and honestly it quite worries me when I see things like getting charged high fees when move out. But for me this place has been good enough thus far. I live on the west side of the building. Going on my 2nd year.Pros:- Good location. Good view.- Parking garage is nice.- Inconsistent but maintenance is usually quick. And the contractors are nice.- Tenants seem polite and decent.Cons:- They got rid of towels at the gym - very very cheap move.- I never felt once that people working at the front desk are friendly. They seem to forget that theyre in service business, that theyre talking to customers, NOT some dudes or gals casually striking up conversation at a coffee shop, which means they need to smile and greet people more like normal customer service people do.As far as noise yes I can hear people talking and I can see how if you got real loud ones leaving next to ya it can be a huge problem but not happening to me. Maybe I got lucked out with decent neighbors 🤷🏻‍♂️

    Had some maintenance issues. Called the front desk and they told me to just go to portal and put in request. Within the hour, Juan was at my door and had everything fixed in no time. Excellent and friendly service!

    ***Update after new management Weidner took over. Cole is committed on making a lot of improvements including customer service. He really took care of me and made me forget about my past experiences. Thank you Cole for everything.Do not recommend as management is not doing anything to keep the property clean and safe. For starters the parking garage has been filthy for months and there have been numerous car break ins. Management refuses to put cameras and doesn’t really care about safety. The have big heavy doors that have been broken for months and no action has been taken to fix them. AGIAN DO NOT RECOMMEND MOVING HERE!!!

    I have been thoroughly impressed with this place from top to bottom. The apartments are beautiful and speak for themselves but what I am really impressed with is the office staffs kindness and attentiveness. Anytime I need something or have a question they are always quick to help and have a positive attitude. The leasing agent Lauren specifically has always been great and so helpful when I come in with a question or need help. Also the maintenance team is very quick to respond to my work orders. I am not used to having my work orders attended to so quickly in my previous experiences with apartment living. I just wanted to share that my experience here has been amazing and I will continue to live here as long as possible. You cant put a price on peace of mind!!!

    Management is super quick to respond to any issues that I have with the apartment. The property is ALWAYS super clean! I dont think theres a day that goes by that I dont see staff cleaning/fixing the complex! Management is also always super nice! Especially Brooke! She has always come to my help and responds to my needs ASAP! One of the nicest places I have ever lived in!

    Valor at the Realm is such a wonderful complex to live in. This property offers great amenities, and a great sense of security. Management is very helpful and very quick to assist in any way they can. The wonderful cleaning crew is cleaning nearly 24/7 & keeps the property looking great!This property is in a prime location that is rapidly growing.The only “downside” is that there isn’t a dog park on property. There is a pet wash here that’s just a large tub for pets, but they don’t provide the soap or a dryer to dry your dog after their wash.

    This apartment complex are very Fanny, Beautiful and nice community. I love this apartment because the way the build the apt it’s feels like you are leaving in the house and my patio is very big so you can decorative very well and specially the view is awesome all my friends and family love my apartment even my cleaning lady is thinking to move here. I like all the stuff very friendly and helpful and maintenance people are also very niceThe best thing I like for this apt that you can’t here any noise from people leaving on the third floor and I leaves on second floor the way they build the apt it feels like you have your in separate property thanks for this beautiful view the way you build I really appreciated.

    These apartments are great. All units come with wood flooring throughout, which helps if you have pets. Abbey at the front office has always been super sweet and helpful with any questions or concerns. There’s a bakery underneath the complex, which is almost too convenient. And a Mexican food place with $3 margaritas on mondays!!!!! They also have a wonderful staff of cleaning people that always have the hallways smelling clean and fresh. I hope I get to stay here for a while :)

    This is a great place to call home. The property is beautiful and well planned. Lots of amenities and super close to major businesses and restaurants. While the property is beautiful, what makes the place great is the team that manages the property. They are friendly and take ownership overall. I can say this because when I moved in, I had some requests and the whole team worked together with me to resolve everything. They were courteous, responsive, took great pride in what they were doing and kept me informed all along the way. Did I mention - they also have a cold coffee machine! I still need to learn how it works!

    Started my lease a few months ago and it’s been great so far! Andrew was absolutely amazing and informative when I was deciding if I wanted to start a lease here. The common space area for all the residents has a full kitchen which is amazing and I love the pool table, foosball, and ping pong table too. There’s also free coffee for residents in the leasing office!

    Two weeks today…big, brand new, beautiful apartment and exceptional service from the leasing office and maintenance team. I especially like how quiet the apartment is, the outstanding state-of-the-art utilities, convenience of parking, valet trash over the weekend and overall cleanliness! Couldn’t be happier!!!

    I am hoping to rent at Valor if a one bedroom comes available for my prospective move in date. So I am not a resident BUT I have to commend Andrew for my experience in visiting the property to look. Andrew’s level of customer service and professionalism was exceptional. I have been looking at different properties in the area and Valor is my favorite by far due to the amenities, security protocols in place, location, finishes, etc.

    First luxury apartment I’ve ever lived in that lives up to the name and price point in DFW. I’ve been a happy resident so far for ~3 months and feel right at home. If you’re lucky enough to get To speak with Lauren (awesome) Sutton (also awesome) or heck Brooke, in the leasing office… consider yourself lucky. Most cohesive front office and property management that I’ve come across while residing in DFW. I’m not a robot or a paid spokesman. I actually wanted to type this five star review. Look. This place is awesome. For real. Rental rates are high everywhere due to market conditions, but found the deal Lauren offered me remarkably worth the investment relative to all the other luxury apartments in this area. Property mgmt has high standard to ensure common area’s remain sparkling clean. If I don’t see a professional cleaning crew here every couple days I for sure do at least once a week which is really nice to see. I’m really glad I made the decision to sign my lease here, Especially after recent disappointments in Downtown Las Colinas (crime), Frisco. I feel safe here. 24/7 guards on adjoining properties.

    Valor at the Realm has far and away been the best experience finding a new apartment I have ever had. My leasing agent was Abbey, and she made the process completely painless. She was professional and eager to help from the moment we walked in, made extra time in her day to give us an unscheduled tour, and honestly kind of sold us on the place. The best part, every single time she said she would email us that evening, there was an email that evening. When she said she would call back at a certain time, she called back exactly when she said she would. I normally dont leave reviews, honestly. This is the first time I can recall actively setting myself a reminder to write this review, the experience was that good. Thanks Valor! And thanks Abbey!!

    I just would like to give a shout out to Sutton! Sutton helped me from the very beginning with my apartment hunt. She made it super easy especially with it being an out of state move. She ended up helping me lock in an apartment the same day. She was quick to answer all my questions and was so kind and relatable which made the process so much easier. Found Valor, which matches my preference, nice location, new and spacious apartments.DREW (Andrew) is my leasing specialist and he is the best i ever met in my apt search.
