    I really enjoy living here all my neighbors are very friendly and watch out for everyone. The new maintenance guy is awesome he goes above and beyond to get things done when I have a problem in my unit. The 2 ladies is the office are always very kind and helpful. I had a problem with my resident portal the other day and they quickly managed to stop by the office and helped me. Thank you!

    Ever since the new owners took over our property has improved . We have so many new improvements!! Better security , better apartments. The manager and staff are always available to talk and take care of our needs. Maintenance is always on time when we have a problem. Thank you .!! We can already see a change for the better .

    I really enjoy my stay here everyone is so friendly. The new maintenance guy is great he completed my maintenance request really fast. The 2 girls in the office ( I don’t know there names) are great they are very helpful and respectful. Wish I knew of this place sooner.

    This is Herman . I live here and I recently moved in and I absolutely love it! The staff is wonderful and helpful. Ms. Cindy Ms Mary and the other ladies in the office are all great. Wonderful apartments. The floor plans are huge and very nice.I am certainly glad I made the this place my home. 😁

    I love my community I love the way my apartment complex response to me when I need help in my apartment the ladies in the front office are very gentle. I would like to say that my manager Mrs.Yanet and Mrs Arwa are very understanding and the secretary Mrs.Alicia is very gentle and try her best to get things done the community is safe for my children I do not have to worry about predators around my children because we have surveillance everywhere this is the best place to raise your children if you looking for safety

    I have seen some great improvements since the new management company took over. Although, it has been a little chaotic with all the renovations we’re looking forward to enjoying all the new amenities. I feel safer knowing there is security out patrolling the complex.

    Well my experience with Valencia at Spring Branch are extremely Blessed. I really love the floor plans, new appliances, the community is so welcoming and a positive atmosphere . A play area thats monitored by security, a wash area thats clean and well kept, oh and Ms. Cindy, Ms. Mary, and Ms.Lisbet are extremely compassionate and helpful, and love fills the office.Great place to be a part of.They are amazing and its very quiet and a kid friendly atmosphere.The New Owners are Awesomely involed with the residents and are open to suggestions on how to better serve this Apartment Community.

    This place used to be bad a few years ago and I lived in spring branch all my life and currently moved into these apartments and have had nothing but good experiences its clean and quiet and the people that live here are nice and friendly. Ofcourse sometimes the maintenance is delayed because of the amount of staff but they always end up taking care of your problems, the ladys in the office really do try their best to help you compared to other apartments that I lived in before and make you feel comfortable with living here.

    We moved in almost a month ago, didnt see the apartment when we firstapplied and then came move in day. I was very anxious but immediately fell in love with my apt! I love that it has carpet and laminate flooring, and has a high vaulted ceiling which just makes the living room beautiful. Great space for the price, live by the pool in the front. Yvette is awesome and made the whole moving process smooth! They even had a cute welcome home gift for you that had a few essentials for the kitchen and bathroom. So far no problems really, only cons so far are we do have a few roaches we see a week but do our extermination and seems since the kiddos went back to school they havent opened or cleaned the pool. Idk about the rest but I was really excited to get in the pool without having it packed with kiddos splashing everywhere.
