The modern apartment designs perfectly balance style and functionality, making it feel like home right away.The amenities are top-notch! The fitness center, complete with a yoga studio, makes staying active so convenient. Plus, the fact that it’s pet-friendly is a huge bonus! Our for babies just love it, and it’s so convenient!The management team is also fantastic—always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any needs.If you’re looking for a beautiful, well-maintained community with everything you need to live comfortably, Urban Oaks at Conroe is the perfect place. I moved in about 4 months ago and I love it! I always use the gym and pool. Neighbors have been great. Yeah, we hear each other every once in awhile, but that comes with living in an apartment complex. The garage is a bonus! The new Manager Cayla addressed all of my issues immediately. Maintenance requests were knocked out right away too! Noticeable difference in the past month! Thank you Cayla!

Touring with her felt more like exploring a new home with a friend rather than a typical leasing experience. I definitely recommend being here for the way he has turned Urban Oaks around. My third year lease expires in October and I plan on renewing again. Yea theres minor issues with neighbors above being too noisy and kids randomly knocking on your door and running. But kids are kids. And as for noisy above neighbors...its manageable thats what you are opened to if not living on the top floor. Yea gates are always open but Ive never had any issue with vehicle break ins. Apartments under new management and new ladies in the office. Very helpful and friendly. Love that its a dog community. Pools very nice and enjoyable and always clean. Only complaints are that the trash valet needs to be consistent and and hallways need to be power washed. Other then that great place to call home.

I’m currently living here at these apartments and they are AMAZING! Julio is an awesome tour guide and a very understanding person. I don’t understand why these reviews are so bad when all i’ve experienced is a great experience! Our dogs love the beautiful doggie parks and trash is always picked up everyday. Yes, the up stairs people can be loud ( i live in the second floor) but that’s how all apartment living is. They also offer a 1st floor apartment with a yard? like how cool is that! More then likely going to rent here another year till we could afford a house.

When I first moved here they ask you for proof of your vehicle to get it registered, so I registered both of my vehicles however one day I wake up and my vehicle is not in my property called 911 to report a stolen vehicle and they told me that it has been towed so I called the towing company and they have it, the towing company told me that the car is not registered and that is going to be $320. I go to the office to get proof that I did registered the vehicle and comes out that none of my two vehicles are in the system. I lost a day of work and $320. But thanks for the free coffee anyways.

To the people complaining about noisy nighbors, loud cars passing by, loud music or anything noise related seriously? It is an APARTMENT not a home, it should have been expected. Want to find peace & quiet buy yourself a private property and build your little house, only then can you truely enjoy your peace and quiet. People really think the world revloves around them. Any way, I have zero complaints to add just really appreciate the management for helping out our situations.
