It is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. It was very clean when we moved in, even the ceiling fans were cleaned. Maintenance requests were always met within days and urgent ones were responded to immediately. We have lived here for 2 years and will miss it when we move. It is a quiet and relaxing neighborhood.

Been here for about a month and me and my gf enjoy it. Little parking but we havent had much issues with that. I see people complaining about the trash not being picked up when they can just take it themselves. Erica has been very nice with us, shes been very helpful.

Overall, great apartments. Any issues I’ve ever had The manger Amanda has quickly resolved or helped my issues as quickly as possible. The maintenance man Sergio is top tier! He really goes above & beyond & truly cares. Ericka helped me my whole process as this was my 1st time getting my own apartment. For the overall great service & care, I continued another year here to call my home for my family & I 🤍

The apartment complex is honestly really pretty the only issue I have is the quality of some of the things in the apartment aren’t accurate to the photos and the complex has a bad problem with cat that get into trash which is a little frustrating because valet trash that you pay for won’t pick it up if there’s tears in the bag caused by the many cats roaming around. The cats are also a problem for me because they aren’t healthy at all and I don’t like the risk of my pets getting sick.

This is a great community to live in. The only reason I moved out was because I bought a house. The maintenance staff is great. Once you put in a work order it gets fixed same day. I have seen a couple of reviews with roach infestation, those reviews are false. I see pest control doing their maintenance often. The current office staff is very understanding and professional. Overall I recommend this property. Very clean and quiet.

Property brought new management almost a year ago and they have been amazing. Amanda and Erica have shown a vested interest in listening to their residents and improving the apartment complex. The manager walks the complex to make sure it is being tended to. In addition, maintenance requests are completed the next day or sooner.

Office staff is super helpful and friendly.Had a work order for patio door blinds maintenance informed me they would order them and install asap they were installed soon after Sergio the maintenance man was quick and efficient getting them installed.

Just handed in my keys after living here for 4 years. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this complex! My family and I absolutely loved living here. Its a nice quiet complex. The neighbors are friendly. The pool is awesome in the summer and always clean. The maintenance staff cant be beat. The office staff is always warm and welcoming. The only reason we are moving is because we needed a 3 bedroom otherwise we wouldnt be going anywhere! Thank you so much Turtle Creek for being such a wonderful home for our family all these years. We will absolutely miss this place!

Lived there only for about 8 months I believe. Had a great time living there. I did not want to leave just yet, but unfortunately rent obviously does go up. It wasnt suiting me financially anymore.The demographic theres probably 25- Upwards to 60 years old. If youre young looking for a college scene obviously this isnt for you. I was one of the younger tenants, but the tranquility was nice. Apartments were modern, and the price to sqft ratio was very good.Maintenance team was cool, the lady was very nice. Becky the manager, and her assistant, even her previous assistant. Were awesome they minded their business, and were quick to help me out with anything I needed. Probably the only problem I ever ran into was their visiting parking filling up, and they tow like hawks out there. Overall Id recommend anyone staying here.

I have been living here for a while now. I can not tell you how amazing this place is. I have yet to have had any problems getting in or out of this property. I guess, it really is not a problem for most. Just some. As far as parking, I have no issues with that either. I decided to PAY for a covered parking so that is not a problem for me. Maintenance... well, there are really no words to express how wonderful they really are. I put in a work order, and with in 1-2 days it is taken care of. Yes, dont get me wrong, there are times, when they might have to order a part, but, they let me know, and as soon as it comes in, it is taken care of. I do have a complaint of the residents that have dogs that do not pick up after them. Once again, I said against the residents, this has nothing to do with the maintenance nor the management, that is not their responsibility. Water cut offs are frequent. The way I see it, If you want your issues fixed, then the water has to be shut off. The reason I see it like that is, because I myself, am one of the reasons the water was shut off. My water heater had to be fixed. So sorry guys, that I did not want to shower in cold water. I am sure, that if it was you. It would not have bothered you if the water had to be shut off. Over all this property is great. I have lived in Apartments my whole life, and this one is hands down the best.

As a resident for the past year and a half, I cant express how much I loved my time here. The office staff is always helpful, the maintenance staff- Ivonne and Jose, are prompt and always professional! They fixed any maintenance issues within a few days AT MOST. Most of the time, they would come in the same day and solve the problem! This is a small, quiet community. Ive never had any issues with noise or violence other than maybe 1 or 2 reported car break ins, but that is over the course of about 2 years. The residents are mainly families and students, and Ive come to know several of them. I truly feel safe and at home at Turtle Creek and am sad to end my time here. I am only leaving because I will be graduating soon and heading back home to the Houston area. Turtle Creek truly is a hidden gem, and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for an apartment near the medical center! Side note- they just put in a small dog park and my dog loves it!

I have lived at Turtle Creek Vista for almost 5 years and it has been a wonderful experience. Maintenance requests are always answered in a timely manner, Becky at the front office is always on top of things, and her assistant does a great job also. The pool is great in the summer and I love the outdoor kitchen! I dont plan to leave anytime soon!

Been here for a couple years I have had several managers come and go through here.Amanda has been great has been very helpful and understanding regarding situations in the apartment complex. This is an older complex and theres a lot more to deal with Im sure so I appreciate what gets done by her & staff

I have lived in this complex for 3 1/2 years and yes we have had changes in management but only for the better people are quick to review the negative but never the positive. Yes it’s true we do have several water shut off’s but it’s only to do repairs and you always get a text message a day or two in advance so you know that there is going to be a water shut off,yes there’s dogs in the premises but they’re never running loose they’re always on a leash and with their owner at the dog park,I have yet to see a roach in my unit I mean if you keep your unit clean you’re not gonna find a rodents, have not once seen a rat nowhere around the premises this apartment complex is pretty clean Have never gotten anything stolen from my balcony ,Always hey packages and they can be sitting in my porch all day till I get home from work , Ms. Nina It’s such a great manager she is super nice and very helpful Good communication with her Miss Yvonne the maintenance lady is super nice as well the other day I had a maintenance issue and it was fixed in less than 24 hours if you have any problem you can always speak to management and they will get back to you within a timely manner if you have good communication with them so don’t let my review or anyone else’s review discourage you from moving into this complex be your own judge.

Nancy and Nina went above and beyond to help me get approved-they kept in contact with me and kept me updated every step of the way. Each time I’ve spoken with them, they have been friendly and very helpful. I cannot wait to move in. As I told my work mates, even if I hadn’t been approved, I would recommend them because the application process was such a great experience

Best Place to Live !!!!! The location is great if you work in the medical area , the sqft for the Units are very affordable and beautiful the property is clean and safe during the day and at night it’s a very quite area ... Maria is amazing the tour I took with her was great she made sure to go above and beyond for the floor plan that suited me best ! She told me about all the fees upfront which is reasonable nothing crazy ... no complaints great place for me and my kids to call home

Friendly staff very helpful. They have a swimming pool..but not much more. No.fitness center no other amenities. However very safe place to live. No issues ever there. Just wish they had more to offer considering the cost.
