I just want to say Mercy Cajuso is the best hands down, she is very professional and keeps her word as far as maintenance repairs. My first impression with Mercy was very pleasant and nice. She is very different from the 5 other managers before her. I hope she sticks around, this is the kind of manager the property needs. Every time I see her she is always happy and smiling when I come into the office. Keep up the good work!!

Have always been comfortable living here. Sherman has grown so much over the years. We are very close to lots of restaurants, I live very close to my job and there’s even a movie theater only 5 minutes away. Best location. Mercy is very good and pays very good attention. She makes sure that the work orders get done and gives us all the information we need to know. Apartments are beautiful and clean overall.

I have lived here since August 2021 and Mercy is by far the most caring and kindest manager. Renewed my lease for 12 months, rent price is very good and water bill always reasonable. The new management company is excellent.

We haven’t even moved in yet and I have already recommended this place to friends! I believe her name was Mercy, the lady at the front office, but she was AMAZING. You can tell she really loves her job and cares about the tenants. The complex looks super quaint and clean. Just an overall safe and homey feel!

Jenn is the best manager I have ever encounter at an apartment complex. She is very helpful and cares about the ones living here. She’s been on top of Maintenance problems, she’s been cleaning up the complex and she’s shown she cares about the residents here. She will help in anyway she can and that is a big comfort to my family and I as we have lived In places that were ran by slum lords in the past. She is always in the office and managers before her, we’re not! That’s very important to all the residents here! She has never been rude to anyone here that I know of. Last manager sadly was! I pray to God Jenn stays the manager here in the future because if she doesn’t, then myself and my family will move. I won’t live at a place where they go through managers every 6 months. It’s very hard on the residents when management changes. So as of now, I give turtle creek apartments a 4 star and that’s only cause they have changed so many managers in the last two yrs. I love living here now!!!

I am always concerned when management or ownership changes for the place I call home. I realize it is a business for someone but it has been my home for many, many years so it really matters to me what decisions are made, about EVERYTHING, since it is where I call home. Mercy is by far the most compassionate and understanding manager. It matters so much having someone you know and can TRUST handling your personal business. Mercy has been so efficient, kind and goes the extra mile...every time. I recently requested a maintenance order and before I could get back home she had it done. I have never been treated so well or had to make requests ONE time, every time, as I have with Mercy. Thanks for taking all the fear and frustration out of living in apartment homes Mercy. I feel safe with my information and secure with any requests that I make. Your follow-through is really above everyones I have ever worked with. I really look forward to the improvements you all are making. I know Mercy understands what we have been wanting here and I feel so much better now, after the recent changes, knowing you are back to help us. We all need to be able to trust the people who watch over us and our homes. Thank heavens I can relax again knowing you are there. I may never have to move after all! Perhaps, with your help, I can stay HERE and make my home better. We have been needing these upgrades as well as your kindness and efficiency. Now I can relax and enjoy our home! These floor plans are great, neighbors all wonderful but we were needing a boost and some consistency in staff for our peace of mind. Looking forward with optimism!

Came to check out turtle creek apartments because I am in the process of moving homes . The apartments are quiet and have a warm feeling to them ! Many friendly faces and just a great ambience overall ! Want to specifically thank Mercy for being hospitable and caring . Definitely will be looking more into moving to these apartments very much recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home !

When I first moved into this complex, at the end of March, I was promised a lot of things by the original landlord, that was here when I first applied. Those were empty promises all the way through. It’s like she was tired and pissy all the time at a job she chose lol. Then new management went into office and I couldn’t be happier with service and timing of the new landlord, she has exponentially started to turn the complex around day by day in such huge increments, I highly suggest living here and talking with Jenn about applying, it’s very peaceful and no disruptive neighbors!

I have been here for a couple years, and we have gone through so many management and office staff changes. Previously it was horrible, dangerous as in lack of safety, no communication, just really bad. However, in the last couple months weve gotten new staff who have been amazing! They follow through on commitments. They create a safe environment. They make considerable effort to accommodate needs on a one on one basis when needed. I honestly could not ask for better. I really hope theyre here to stay.

I like the granite in the kitchen and bathrooms. The carpet is nice. Management is awesome. Peaceful, quiet, and safe apartments. The grounds are always clean even around the dumpster area. Anytime Ive had any issues they have been addressed immediately. Melody the office manager responds quickly. The maintenance guy Charley is a sweetheart. He also responds quickly if theres a problem. I love where I live.

My kids and I just moved in about 3 weeks ago, we are so happy living here! It’s a very quiet complex, the management is awesome, the maintenance is above par!!! We feel at home and are so glad we chose this to be our home!! When I have anything that needs to be addressed I tell Melody, the manager and Charlie is at my door a few minutes later! This place is beautiful and our new home for the long haul!!!

I love it here. I’m a truck driver so I’m not home a whole lot, but when I do come home. It’s nothing but peace and quite. I e been here for two months and I’m already ready to sign another lease.! The Manager is the sweetest lady and she is always on top of things as far as reminding and paying attention to her tenants. I’ve only heard good things and I’ll only say good things about living here! Oh! And I got a lil fire place and it’s about to get cold 😁😁😁 can’t wait to spark that bad boy up!!

These apartments are great! Really good for us as a young couple just starting out. Theyre clean and cute and if maintenance needs to be done they get it done within just a few hours of the request. Theyre a bit old but theyve been kept up well, and theyre overall just a really good place to live. Quiet neighborhood too.

Very nice n quite. Complex. Newly remodeled on the inside. Granite through out the apartments as well as being very spacious. Everything can be done online. From start to finish. If you have any issues. Management is always a phone call away or in office. Which is awesome to find these days. Because no one is in the office hardly at any of these complexs anymore nor do they answer their phones. Mrs.Condor was always was very helpful everytime I called with a question. Go check them out!!!

When moving to Maverick Turtle Creek apartments I wasn’t sure what to expect, I honestly set the bar pretty high when it comes to living conditions. I will say I am beyond impressed with the environment and the services they offer. The Duplex itself is a very modern living space with plenty of room for my son and I, it also accommodates my daughter well, when she is home from school. It is not too far from the city’s shopping center and has a Walmart at your convince, just down the street. I never have to worry about delayed services(if needed), pest control is never needed due to the duplex’s being super clean and well kept , and I can always get ahold of whoever I need in management fast and efficiently and to add, it’s rare that you see trash outside. If you are looking for some nice duplex’s, I without a doubt recommend Maverick Turtle Creek.
