Living here at Trails of Windfern has been very nice with friendly neighbors and happy children. Upgrades are happening and the parking lots are being repainted. I have enjoyed living here. Very Clean, and the staff are very helpful. Maria and Edgar always try to do their best to accommodate you in every situation that you face. They are always there to help and both are very understanding and patient. The swimming pool is clean and the washing rooms are kept clean and in good condition. Families gather for barbeques and there are always activities for the children here on special holidays. Its a great place to live!! Come check it out!!

I would just like to say thank you so much for your excellent service, and how much I have appreciated the professionalism from the new management here.I stayed here over a year ago and the management was horrible. They reported some stuff to my credit that should’ve never been placed on there. With the help of Ms. Mariam, the new property manager, she got it removed as soon as possible. The apartment Complex looks much better than before and has come a long way!

Just came from visiting this apartment complex and it went great ! The staff was great and very helpful , Jose and the lady that helped my family were very helpful . I love the community. Great schools and daycare for the kids. Also have 2 major highways (290 and Beltway 8)

Maria in the office amazing woman goes above and beyond the call to make sure her residence are satisfy showed me and my wife different apartments when we were apartment hunting very nice took her time explain everything down to details convincing us to pick these apartments after the moving checking up on us making sure were completely satisfied best customer skills hands down Ive seen very impressed no Roach problems everything is been working in the apartment had dishwasher stop working notified her in the morning and it was taken care of the same day we will be definitely renewing our contract here

Trails of Windfern is a very quiet apartment complex, since I have lived here for 11 months I have never had a problem, the office staff is very nice, Maria has always helped me with everything I have needed, as have Edgar and Susana, they They are very friendly and always available to help with whatever you need. The maintenance man is very nice and every time I have needed some repair in the apartment I just report it and he immediately comes and solves the problem. Parking is always available no matter how late you arrive, I would recommend this nice place to live.
