    I’ve lived here for 2 months & have loved it! Amenities are always super clean & accessible, we have a trail to get to white rock & only about a mile walk to one the best locations to watch the sunset or sunrise. Haven’t had any issues inside my apartment, any request I have put in for maintenance, gets done the same day or the next day.

    Love the new management under Lupita. Keep up the great work. Maintenance were rock stars after June storm. This team manages both Trails and The Reserve townhomes so always follow up on requests if they don’t respond right away. They’re always happy to help.

    Everyone at this property is super nice and professional. And they speak Español which is perfect. Brianna was the most sweet and awesome. The property is very fortunate to have her.

    I recommend and have referred clients to the Trails of White Rock. I visited the property and toured with Cindy and Karen. The staff is courteous, professional and responsive to their tenants needs. They are truly there to improve the community and make it a great place to live. They have made the transition so easy for my clients. will continue to refer people to this property.

    I’ve been here for 4 years and I’ve enjoyed the staff. Maintenance is diligent, the office staff has always been helpful especially Cindy and Lupita. No issues at all. Also, the Convenience of having a trail attached to the lake is my fav when I want to hop on my bike or walk my dog.

    I have been living here for a year but now the Manager is Lupita and she is very good at doing her job… she is always there to help you! Positive changes have been seen in the complex since she has been the Manager.

    When you visit, make sure you ask for Cindy and Karen! Super nice, friendly and extremely resourceful. I toured the property, (it’s super nice ) however, I had questions but sure enough they answered them all and they both made the entire process so quick and easy! That is why I’ll keep referring friends and family to Trails of White Rock!Ask for Cindy & Karen and see the exceptional customer service they provide! You won’t regret it!     So I’ve wanted to move here for a really long time, my sister lives here with my niece, i went to BA around the corner, and now my son does too, my best friend loves these apartments too so she moved downstairs from me. It’s so close to everything the pool is never packed or an issue. Neighbors are all polite. They’re doing some great remodeling now, even the older apartments are still updated and nice. I love how nothing looks cheap! Dog park is new and a huge plus and we do a lot fun activities in the clubhouse for holidays. They have monthly games and contests and give out Great prizes. Maintenance is always prompt and friendly. Since I’ve been here I’ve seen nothing but progress! I will Definitely be renewing my lease!

    We have lived here for 8 months already and highly consider renewing our lease! We love the layout of the floor, our bedroom/bath sizes and the parking garage! We have a baby so when it rains we can easily walk outside without a drop on us. 4 star because we asked if the carpet was clean in move in and it was not. Our daughter would crawl and you could see the dirt on her socks and ours too even though we vacuum often. Also why do our light bulbs keep running out every time we fix them? LolOverall, great community, pool, location and staff!

    I absolutely love this place. Ive lived here for a year and would recommend it to just about anyone. The management staff is great. They handle themselves very professionally and do their best to keep the community in the best shape. The parking isnt bad, but isnt great. Sometimes I have to park up a level but I have no problem walking downstairs. Some others may find this to be an issue. The community is very quiet. A majority of families and elderly folk live here. Im in my low 20s and I have only seen a few people that would be close to my age. I love the path around the complex, which gives me a great place to walk my dog. The only thing I would say is a problem is people picking up after their dogs. This isnt at all the management fault. This comes down to a few lazy/careless residents. There are doggy bags stations with trash cans all around the complex to help prevent this but some people just need babysitting to make sure they clean up. Other than that I would say this is one of the best places to live in Dallas.

    I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews, what I can say is that I’d been here for 2 years and I don’t want to move.I love the facilities, the trail to the lake, the apartments size,and if I have an issue it’s been resolved. Definitely I love this place, my roommate and I we are not planning to move. Wonderful place to live.

    The ofc staff is amazing! Rene, David, Lupita, Sam, and Chelsea. They get to any issue right away. The maintenance guys are all very helpful as well. The apts are unfortunately made fairly thin, not anyone who works heres fault. The grounds are well maintained and plenty of doggie bag areas and a little dog park, that Im able to watch neighborhood dog play at. I do wish the hallway sidewalks would finish getting painted and that the buildings werent brown but honestly I love my apt. The GARDEN BATHTUB is one of my favorite aspects of my apt.

    Great experience when touring at this community! Love the lay out of the 2 bedrooms here! Close to so many things, has a direct trail to white rock lake also!!! Tracer had amazing service and professionalism! Definitely in one of my top choices!

    Excellent experience. Big apartment--1415 sq feet. Im walking my dog down the 6 inclines then across several green areas. Poop stations, and people do keep it clean. Closet space is tremdous.Kitchen space meager. W/D connections. Great apt!

    Move in was great!! office staff is very helpful and friendly, its a very nice and peaceful environment i would most definitely recommend it even the reserves are nice my dogs also enjoy the trail going to the lake!! Would highly recommend the Trails & Reserve at whiterock!

    Great place for a walk or a bike ride but expect a crowd. If you go on the weekend, be tuned in to local events as you risk your vehicle getting barricaded in for 1-5 hours til the roads clear and traffic is permitted.
