Trails of Walnut Creek Apartments in Houston

This is my 4th year living here at trails of Walnut Creek. Overall I’ve been pretty comfortable, the layout of the apartments are great, management, and maintenance are responsive. It is just too expensive. When I moved in we were paying around $1035 for a 2br/2ba and now it is $1675, and that is after I asked for a rent reduction from the previous year which was $75 higher. The listing price on the website is a few hundred dollars lower and the area just doesn’t have a lot going on to justify the price. I’m bummed to say this will be my last year living here if the costs don’t go significantly down because it really is a cozy place and the staff is helpful in taking care of issues.

I lived here for about 5 years and I don’t plan on moving, the office staff is amazing especially Ross, and maintenance is quick at resolving all my work requests. I definitely love the location and recommend this community to anyone looking for a new place to call home!

Unfortunately I had two machines broken, the heater and the dishwasher. When I put the work order they took action quickly and sent the maintenance guys quickly to check the problem. We really appreciate because Alonso had a kind attention and solve the problem without issues. He always make sure that the equipment works well and the problem have been fixed before he leave. I live here for about 5 years and when I had been issues with my appliances he always do great job and make sure that residents feel comportable. Thank you so much for fixing the problems in my apartment.

The management at the facility is terrific. Ive been there a few months and anytime anything has arisen its been immediately addressed. Things like my disposal stopped working, a neighbor who was being a bit loud consistently, or an issue with my plumbing - all of it was addressed within a day.The apartments and facilities themselves are okay. They are on the lower cost side of apartments in Austin, so you get some of what you pay for there.

Lived here for 2 years! Kristil made my move in as smooth as can be being I came from another state. Velma made my stay there as pleasurable as possible. They fix what needed to be fixed and showed compassion and had an immediate solution to any problems that I may have incurred. Thanks to Velma, Rosa, and Alonzo for always going the extra mile for me to feel safe and heard! Just like family; we dont get to choose every one of neighbors, and it was time for me to go. I will always recommend Trails of Walnut Creek Apartments to anyone whose looking!

I was happy to call this place home for 1 year. I ended up leaving because of work being on the other side of town, but I will say my stay here was overall a good experience. Front office is extremely helpful, and maintenance responds in a timely manner.

I have been living here for a few years. Current management and maintenance are the best that I have dealt with since Ive been here. The maintenance guys that we have now get repairs done in a timely manner as well as getting it done right the first time. Beth and Amanda are always pleasant.

I have lived here for almost 2 years and I do enjoy it!Management has changed since Ive been here, and it seems just fine. When I send in a work order its usually pretty fast. Rent price for this location is decent also! the location of this apartment complex is very convenient as it is in between IH-35, and MoPac!Then HWY 183, is just on the other side also!All in all I have to say my experience in this apartment complex has been nice!I do wish they would clean the pool more frequently, and the outside does look old, but like I said. I have enjoyed living here.

I’m not understanding all of these negative reviews. I haven’t had any issues while living here. Beth and Amanda are great and have helped me out with my first apartment. I’ve put in maintenance requests and they have gotten done. I definitely give y’all 5 stars. Thanks for everything.

Went to your an apartment the office staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be returning in July to tour again and apply for my new apartment. I would recommend this community to anyone I am all about customer service and the ladies on the office provided me just that

This is my bed experience in apartments Ive lived around Austin and Ive never lived in some perfect apartments like this one the apartment is so nice perfect theres not a lot of cockroaches as longest you keep clean you wont get them ,the managers the two females on the office are super super helpful and understandable theres a park 🏞️ across the others side for anyone whit pets or someone who likes and go for a walk its really beautiful the area is so calm and my experience I got the best nicest neighbors .

I have been living here for a year now and the truth is that I really liked the treatment of the staff. They try to keep everything very clean, the recreational areas are well maintained and, above all, the security. There is a very excellent place to live. Personally, I really liked it. My girls are very happy to live here. There is no noise. Very quiet, very attentive with everything you need. There are enough parking spaces. I highly recommend living here.
