Good and Affordable apartments I love my townhome with an attached garage and cant forget my fire place its beautiful! Great customer service!! If you are looking for good apt sq footage, close to freeway, convenient location & affordability this place is for you.Tip: before you sign ride around each of the 3 sections of the apartment complex & make sure you are happy with the location of your new apt before signing.Pros: affordable prices. Close to schools. Close to freeway & food places. Loved the floor plans , closet spaces. Plenty of space to enjoy my apartment. I would recommend the 1bedroom with a den that has the French doors. Or the livingroom with the extended den. Which made the livingroom larger. 2x2 with a pool view. I lived here for many years and lived at all 3 sides of the complex.Cons: “safety”(I’ve personally never had any issues about safety but I would say that the reviews posted they arnt lying. But I just mind my business & stay inside. Lol. & no/hard to find parking if you come home late. I would have to walk far. & roaches was an issue. In every apartment I lived in I would have to caulk , or push bags in the holes & use every roach method on the market to get rid of them.Office staff was accommodating/helpful & I had little complaints about them or maintenance.

The lovely Gisela was a great help and worked very quickly and efficiently in helping me get my new apartment. She made sure to check in with me every couple of days to keep me informed on the apartment, she was very nice and even went above and beyond to help me when I couldn’t physically see it. I definitely recommend having her as your leasing agent

The leasing agents in the front office are very nice and helpful. If Ive ever had an issue, Ms. Silvia goes above and beyond to assist me. I love the scenery of the complexes. Ive never experienced any issues with maintenance requests, or service requests. I overall enjoy residing here.

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my stay at Trails at Dominion Park Property Management. My move in went so smoothly my apartment was ready and clean Shenika Willams very professional friendly and helpful…The entire office staff very helpful Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living it’s a very quiet and Peaceful environment they offer covered parking the grounds are well kept I intend to continue renting from Trails at Dominion Park for the remainder of my years here in Houston Texas , and I strongly recommend their properties to all of the incoming residents looking for housing. I couldn’t be happier!

The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. Especially exceptional is Deborah Grant, Silvia Alfaro, Shenika Williams. The maintenance people work really hard at making sure you are happy and satisfied. The interior of the apartments are incredible. I love it here!

Just moved in , in December the park side so far so good . It’s pretty quiet over here . Maintenance seem to respond in a reasonable amount of time. The office staff is polite . I did bomb my apart before i moved in due to the previous reviews I’ve read but in my own unit i haven’t seen any roaches at all . The parking isn’t as bad as the reviews state . Some days i don’t get home until 10 and I always have a spot either in front or near my house . Over all my experience has been good . No complaints so far

Recently moved here & I like it so far. The leasing manager, Shenika was super helpful and nice. I was a little shaky at first because I had a bad phone call with one of the other office staff who was rude. When I spoke with Shenika again, she clarified everything for me. The apartment had a few minor issues upon move in, but Shenika put in the work orders the same day. Hopefully maintenance comes to fix it as soon as possible.

I believe the woman who worked with my application was cowanna williams, and she was so helpful! She was kind, and went over my application very quickly, and made the move in process very smooth, which was a relief because this is my first apartment. All the office staff seemed very helpful and kind. The unit I got was so pretty compared to the other units I had seen under similar prices in that area, and this place has every amenity I could need! You can open the gates from your phone and the area around the apartments seems pretty, and so close to the highway is convenient and yet I dont hear anything from in my place. I read the crime reports for the area and it seems a little dangerous but the apartments are well gated and the gates stay closed unlike some others Ive seen so that puts me at ease. I did get the apartment special where they paint over every blimish and fix everything like Nick Miller from New girl, but for a first apartment, this is perfect for me.

I had the pleasure of visiting Dominion Park Apartments recently and I must say, I had a great experience. The trails were a highlight of my visit and I couldnt help but take in the beauty of the area.The trails were well-maintained and I felt comfortable walking along the paths with Shenika. The scenery was stunning and I felt as if I was in a completely different world. The trees and foliage were lush and green and the smell of nature was invigorating. The sound of birds chirping and the leaves rustling in the wind was a pleasant experience. Even the buildings was beautiful and clean. The people was nice and comforting with me and my family that came.I was also able to spot some wildlife on my walk. I saw a few squirrels, and a variety of different types of birds. It was a beautiful sight and I felt truly connected to nature.The trails were also a great workout. I was able to get in a good walk and take in the sights and sounds of nature. I felt energized and invigorated after my walk and it was a great way to relieve stress.Overall, my visit to the trails at Dominion Park Apartments was a great experience. Also, Shenika was a great host and made sure I saw everything that I asked to see invades. I felt connected to nature, energized, and refreshed. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and peaceful spot to live at.

What a great place!! This complex has multiple properties in one! We as residents understand that things take time. I called in about my AC . The management was so sweet about it. It was blowing 80 and hot air. They came the next day installed a window unit and said We are going to get to the bottom of this issue and bear with us So I just sit in my unit 734 and be patient. The team ended up figuring out they order a piece that ties in to the compressor and then boom it clicked on from the outside and its colder now than ever. With everything going on these days Management sure takes care us!! Love you at the 150 office!!!! Thanks for everything!!!

I have been living here for about a year now!! Contrary to reviews that have been left I simply love it! The grounds are kept up maintenance is always cleaning up after the suppose to be grown people that live within the community, I have no issues with bugs they exterminate basically cleanliness comes with the tenants and the up keep of their units. It is basically quite at night, neighbors are friendly and courteous. I see the security patrol the grounds often and have not had any serious complaints. I will recommend anyone interested to come view the property...Word of mouth is not always the truth... Thumbs up!!

Came in thinking about moving to this location. Had the opportunity to check out the property with a leasing consultant named Corrien P. Her thoughtfulness, knowledge and enthusiasm was very refreshing. I think think she’s the property manager. If she isn’t she probably should be. My visit touring the property went well and if my job brings me to this area, I would definitely stay here and recommend this property.

My experience living at trials at Dominion park was the best I’ve had so far, surely because of Shenika! She was so patience and super sweet, always a available to answer questions and get you the best service possible!

I have stayed here for about 3 plus years before ei moved into my house. These are reasonable apartments for the area and for what you get spacious and the garden tub I oh so love is a plus for me. The volleyball area great for me family and friends we battle it out. And lets not forget the wonderful staff especially Corrien she is the go to friendly, great attitude and willingness to help anyway she can

This is an initial review. My sister just moved into these apartments yesterday, so there isnt much I can say about the crime or maintenance. I can say that so far all of her complaints have been addressed, or at least they said they will do something about it, we shall see. Now what I dont like is the management and how they go about handling things. I havent had a problem getting through to the office so that is a plus, but they act like the only person that is able to help you is the person you initially spoke with. I am moving into these apartments at the end of the month so I call a lot just to make sure everything is getting taken care of. THEY ALL DO THEIR OWN THING!!! That is what I dont like. One leasing agent will tell you something, and then the next will say oh we dont do that. Also no one qualifies for the move in special because they act like if one thing is on your credit then you arent reliable. I have never had any bad rental history its just these past apartments tried to say I didnt clean it to their liking and so I had a small balance with them, which I have paid off in full. The complex is like well you have to pay an additional deposit because you are unreliable. Really!!! I think its crap and its just a way for them to get more money, because we all know that when it comes time to get the deposit back, they always make some excuse as to why you still owe. Anyway thats just our experience so far, oh and not to mention they lost my sisters keys twice. They also told her her apartment was ready to view, so when she gets there they say oh its not done yet!!! Like really. They also made her wait in the lobby for 2 hours while they supposedly searched for her leasing agent!! so unorganized. Well I will keep updating because I have faith in these apartments and I see so many negative reviews I just want everyone to get the real on whats current. A lot of reviews are from years ago.UPDATE #1:I Swear management are so unprofessional its ridiculous. Ive never cared about how management handle things because for the most part I only deal with them if I have maintenance issues. I always pay my rent online so I dont deal with them then. They need to get it together. I have had my apartment reserved since March 25th. Why is it that I am scheduled to move in tomorrow (April 29th), and they just started working on my apartment yesterday? I did a walk through and I told them I did not like the floors. The manager has the nerve to say we did a walkthrough and the floors were fine. Excuse me? You are not living there. If I dont like the floors then they need to be changed!!! I am pissed because that pushed back my move in date. Like what if I didnt have anywhere else to stay? They are so unprofessional its ridiculous. I make more than enough to live somewhere else, but these are in a convenient location and with a newborn I wanted to figure out how to manage my bills properly before moving into something more expensive. I can already see that I will only stay here for 1 year though.UPDATE #2:After staying here for almost a year, it isnt that bad. Ive never had my car broken into, nor have I had my apt broken into. Honestly I havent even had a stranger come up to me. Yes, I hear gun shots, but I think its in a different complex because it doesnt sound super close. Now, maintenance was a little slow which made me mad. My water heater started flooding and it took them 3 days to check it out, and another 4 days for it to be completely fixed. They had to order a new water heater. Mind you my hot water was off the entire time. So 4 days without hot water. I had to live ghetto and boil water, just to shower lol.It was horrible but hey its fixed now. All and all the apartments arent so bad if you just need somewhere to live. Oh and where I live it isnt noisy, so thats a plus.I will agree with everyone that the staff is a bit ghetto lol. Well lets just say Ive walked in on numerous occasions and they were talking about the residents and their complaints.

I had given up on finding the perfect place to live while taking a break to grab a bite to eat I saw a lady having lunch she was wearing gold and black which happened to be my favorite color so I said excuse me miss Shanika the name was on her name tag. She said yes what can I do for you, I ask if she knew of any decent places to live in the area of Airtex and Kuykendahl she replied you are in luck I think we have just the right place for you to live she asked if I could follow her a few blocks to Dominion Park Apartments I said yes she asked for a to go bag we headed to the location she asked just what Im looking for the tour begin she found this beautiful spacious apartment with excellent views she asked are you sure this is what you want I replied look no further beautiful lady with a great personality ,kind friendly and beautiful smile out of the many apartments that I visited non of the staff was kind to me but Ms. Shanika top them all I love you Miss Shanika Dominion Park Apartments is now my home thanks again.

Office staff has awesome customer service and people skills. Shenika was very polite and welcoming, knowledgeable, able to answer all my questions, if this experience is indicative of the apartment overall running, I know I made the right choice to call this place ‘home’

Nice, mostly quiet property. Staff is always friendly and courteous. My only complaint is that the Maintenance department in terms of response to service requests needs a complete overall. Time between posted request and completed request is totally unacceptable.

I have to say my time here was great and worth the money. I lived here for two years and had no major problems. The maintenance team responded in a timely manner and Corrien who works in the office is always super helpful. I would choose Trails of Dominion again.

I have been a residence of The Trails at Dominion Park for almost 4 years. If the problem reported or posted on the reviews was true, I would not be here. I have no problems; Management is doing the best they can, considering what they have to work with.The only fault I have with management is; being to passionate and considerate with the new residence. If there’s any discrepancies on a new residence application, management would give them the benefits of the doubt.These same new residence, whom I must say came from a dirty, roach infested and undesirable property where they were probably part of the problem. They come to this property along with their bad habits and roaches and complain, posting strange reports on the web because management will not put up with them and their habits. Rules and regulations governing living here is in place. things like, not complying with building rules, we are told that visitors are kept down to a minimum as far as parking is concern, these people totally ignore that protocol and come in with 5 and 10 visitors all driving separate vehicles which means the paying residence can’t find a parking spot, the pool rules we are told not to be in pool without proper swim ware and not to damage pool furniture , these people and their visitors jump in the pool with street clothes on and destroy all the furniture, we are told that parents should accompany their kids, parents are at home and they kids are running wild. Visitors come over and destroy the landscape and damaged the pool and furniture. The tenants / residence know these are their friends, but they wouldnt dare report them. They report management for not cleaning up behind their mischief. Before the pool was cleaned at least once a week, now because of these people, its cleaned two and three times a week... What else do you want management to do, baby sit?When the tenant completed the application they said they were mature and responsible; judging by their behavior I cant tell. Management is slowly but surely getting rid of these people.So to retaliate they post false and exaggerated report that are not accurate to tarnish the place where I live. If they have roaches its because they brought them in when they moved in. These people should move back into the property they came from, because its very obvious they were happy and comfortable there.These new tenants should count their blessing and not bite off the hands that gave them a break and most of all honors and have pride where they live.They know their friends are the problem; report them and management will deal with them. HOW ELSE WOULD THEY KNOW!If they post something on the website, at least tell the truth and leave my apartment managers alone. They are doing a great job.This property is 800 units or better. Management cant be everywhere at all time, they need support from us... What else can they do? Again BABY SITE GROWN PEOPLE?THAT CANT BE EVERYWHRE AT ALL TIMES!Give them a break!Start reporting your friends and what you see, then if things arent fix. You have a legitimate complaint.OH! I forgot, we use to have community meeting, these meeting were a platform for us as tenants to discuss issues, these meeting were canceled because no one showed up, I am proof of this I attended each meeting and it was always the same people. So where were the people with all the complaints, go figure...MUST NOT HAVE BEEN THAT IMPORTANT...

The apartments are quiet, clean and the staffs friendly. Maintenance has been on their game making sure stuffs done in my unit and Ive never heard a gunshot, Im gonna assume that most of these bad reviews are disgruntled ex tenants. Ive never not felts safe here. Dont believe the hype

Being living at one of their property for many years and its a family environment. Going to the front office or even going to service center, they try to help your service needs. Also the dog park at The Grove is good to walk your pets.Fitness Center looks clean and also their restrooms.

Ive been living here a little over 2 years and its still going great! Theyve went through a few changes but nothing as affecting the way in which I live. I went to The Trails of Dominion Park to inquire about an apartment and I’m really glad I did. Not only was the apartment complex as beautiful as the pictures on the website but the staff was very nice and professional as well. I spoke with Corrien and honestly she is the reason why I submitted my application that day. She was WONDERFUL!!! She took her time with me and answered all of my questions and showed me the units I was interested in. She made sure all of my needs were met and eased any concerns that I might’ve had. You don’t receive that kind of help anymore. I’m glad to say that I will be a resident of The Trails of Dominion Park.

I went to look at an apartment in this area , as it would make my commute to work easy , upon arrival to Trails of Dominion I was greeted by a young lady (Corrie). Corrie was very helpful and made sure all my questions were answered. The property was clean and the unit was spacious and the price was fair. Corrie deserves a raise!
