I’ve been living here for almost two years now. Great community with great people around me. Very quiet, simple and have access to outdoors and trails, so amazing and breathtaking. The office staff are wonderful, Miss Sharla always take care of things the minute I submit a request and I thank her for that. Maintenance will fix problems same day and on top of things. I would recommend Trailpoint at the Woodlands as the best community to live in.

My experience with the Trailpoint at the woodlands so far has been the best. The staff are super friendly. The facility is very clean and upkeep. They are dog friendly and thats nice. I moved from out of state and trusted the staff with every decision regarding my place. Celeste Vasquez one of the office staff, did above and behind to make me feel comfortable. She answered all my questions and concerns and will always return my call in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this place

Stayed here for a month, loved the animal life around everywhere and the lakes that were very peaceful.My real complaint was how bad the entrance and exit areas were with how you couldnt see oncoming traffic when leaving due to the bad sign placements and how when entering the apartments was a bit of a gamble with making people angry when turning left from the main road, just overall definitely issues with that.Hot water heaters could have more capacity as well.

The staff at Trailpoint went above and beyond to assist with getting ALL documentation completed. Nice, neat and clean areas around the complex. The amenities were excellent. A pet grooming center (Really) I would recommend Trailpoint to anyone.

One of the best apartments in the Woodlands area!!Lina is an outstanding property manager, just love her to pieces!! Extremely responsive, courteous, prompt, and definitely makes it a point to take care of her residents. She is by far my favorite of all the property managers I have dealt with through my many years of renting!! Leasing approval was seamless given my quick move in turn around.I had a unit ready and available to me within a week. Upon move in the unit was pristine, clean, and just so inviting. So thankful I came across this little gem!!Thank You Lina for making My Home Sweet Home possible!!

I have only been here a couple of weeks, but I must say the staff is extremely nice and helpful especially Sharla. Even before I moved in Sharla has gone above and beyond to make my move a pleasant and painless experience. She is always so willing to help and I love that when I walk in the office she always has a smile on her face, and is very welcoming. Makes it feel like home. Maintenance has been very expedient in coming to fix things when I have requested it. Thank you Sharla!

My husband and I stayed here for a little over 6 months with some roommates, we personally really enjoyed our stay, granted it was short and we had to unfortunately break our lease, but Sharla and her team were super gracious and understanding throughout the whole process and still treated us kindly, if we could afford to come back and do it on our own, we so would. My only complaint would be about the wonky parking and the gates over by Building 6, its a tad too wooded and makes it rather difficult to see incoming traffic. Other than that the whole complex is wonderful. Its quiet and the scenery is gorgeous. Id definitely rent here again in the future

Great place to live, quite and peaceful! The office staff is top notch! Ive lived here for going on my second year and they always make every encounter a friendly one. I love being close to the running trails. The pool and workout room are always clean and well maintained. The maintenance crew always does a great job and with a smile!

From the moment I walked into the office to talk to someone I felt welcomed. Alba, I think she’s one of the managers she was very helpful and very patient with me. Due to my work hours I didn’t have much time to deal with paperwork, but Alba helped me every step of the process. The community is very peaceful, clean and love pets. 😍

We have been at trailpoint at the woodlands for 6mo. It was a little difficult to get in touch with the staff at first. They were in a management company transition. Once we were able to talk and meet with them, they were so helpful and a delight to work with. We moved in after a holiday weekend so we’re unable to view the apartment before moving in. There were some minor issues that were fixed immediately by maintenance.The staff are great and always there when we need something. The new app is great, you can schedule maintenance, pay rent, see an itemized statement breakdown of rent, Renew your lease.We love the area, and would recommend renting at trailpoint

Visit Trailpoint apartments. I love the atmosphere. The property is worth stopping by to see. Sharla has such a great personality and seems like shes Always in good spirit. She made me feel so at home, she showed me around and I enjoyed talking to her. Im pretty sure the whole staff is wonderful as well.I cant wait to call Trailpoint my new place of residence.

I have lived here close to 10 yrs. I enjoy living here. The place is quiet. I have not had any issues living here. When I submit a work order it is done in a day or two. The management has been amazing, yeah it has changed different companies but the people are awesome. I have not had any issues with management. Love that I can renew my lease on line or you can request a paper lease. Living here is so close to everything that you need. And my puppy dog enjoys his 4am walks. He especially has to make a trip to the leasing office to say hello to the ladies working and get a free doggie treat. The Otis cookies for me are delicious.

I just moved in and all though there were a little bit of set backs, so far this truly feels like home. Any issue that I have had was taken care of quickly. Sharla in the office is AMAZING!! She was so helpful during my application process. So far they get my five stars and I dont review apartment complexes.

Ive lived at TP at The Woodlands for almost 5 years now - moved in 09/2018. Lena and Alba are so helpful and caring and really take care of the residents, in my opinion. Maintenance is always quick to response to even the most minor request. During the peak of the pandemic theyd always try and have a good truck come out because they knew no one was going anywhere, do activities while maintaining safe distancing, keeping us all updated with what was going on in the community, etc. I wish the pool were bigger but hey - if thats my biggest complain, I think TP is a mighty fine place to live.

We stayed in this apartment for two years. This is a great choice as one of the affordable options in the core of the Woodlands. We had great experience with staff and the management. Only complain. Although we cleaned everywhere we could think of, we still didn’t get a full refund of our deposit without explanation. I would still recommend everyone to choose this place.

I want to thank Miss Sharla for being an absolutely amazing human being. She made a huge difference in my choice of where to move, my ability to do such, and the atmosphere of the experience. It’s clear that it is who she is, no training or job title having anything to do with what she brings to the table. Respectfully, good job to her boss for having her on the team. I hope she continues to be happy here because she is loved and appreciated.

Overall a very cozy apartment complex with a convienent location, lots of trees for shade, nice helpful staff, affordable rent for the area, always easy to find parking. Been here for about a year and a half and so far my only gripes are maintenance can be kinda slow to fix things eg; the a/c is always busted every other day also I was supposed to get some money for refering a friend to stay at this complex and it has yet to come. Those are my issues otherwise its a good place to live

I have been a tenant for the past year and have never really had any real issues with the complex or management. Then again, Im just your average quiet tenant so Im hardly in the management office. There have been times where we did need some stuff repaired by maintenance and it was attended to in a timely manner. The area is very quiet and I love the nearby trails where I can run or go for a nice bike ride. The Woodlands Mall and Market Street are also very close, so the apartment locations is very nice.

Great experience when trying to find an apartment. Jessica showed us the apartment and answer all our questions. Her awesome customer service also made the decision to move in easier. I had read previous reviews and we were taken back a little but were baffled because they are always so pleasant even to talk to on the phone. We absolutely love living here and they’ve made it so easy to move in.

Trailpoint has been our home for 8 years and we feel comfortable here , the location is great and the staff has always been very nice.Still there 2 years later. we relocated to another apartment during COVID, the management and maintenance team is so nice, responsive , professional and courteous. The location is great and the property is well maintained. Trailpoint at The Woodlands is home and I highly recommend the property.

When I lived here some years ago, these apartments were called Village Square and were awesome to live in. They were nice, safe, affordable, and the staff were on point. As many residents had at that time, we were also forced to move due to the eventual rent increases and the new management. In particular, they had enforced a breed restriction policy which affected our two Staffordshires whom were previously allowed). I have since moved to Houston, but occasionally visit the Woodlands and drive by the area. I can see that the apartments have been renovated and look nice, but have increased a bit in rent and have enforced ridiculous new policies. As much as I loved this place before, I would definitely NOT recommend moving here considering, for the price, you could live in a much more refined complex... but I wouldnt doubt that there are many individuals out there whom dont mind it and in that case Id say, go right ahead and sign that lease.

Pros: 1) Best. Maintenance. Ever. The past 2+ years weve lived here, these guys have been the greatest. For example - This afternoon I had a wasp nest show up on our balcony... called the office to see if anyone brave was available to knock it down - less than an hour later, he arrived and not only did he kill the all and sweep them away, but he swept off our entire balcony! He made sure to mention that if I ever see any more, to let him know. Also, our cats have managed to knock multiple things in the garbage disposal over the years, and theyve always come and fixed it. Ive never had a problem with the maintenance guys. I also love the main manager at the leasing office, shes extremely helpful!2) The upgraded apartments are really nice! All new carpeting, theyve got all nice black appliances, nice countertops, etc. Much more modern looking. Love the new carpet especially - the old was very shaggy. This new carpet is very short and easy to vacuum. I do wish they had kept the ceiling fan in our living room though.3) Cant hear a thing from our neighbors! Sometimes I wonder if they exist except for when I see them walking in or out their front door! This has been the case in both units weve lived in here. Were on the 2nd floor.4) Beautiful view if you get a unit on the pond! We see turtles every morning, ducks, interesting birds, fish, etc. The whole complex is kept up very nicely since the renovations.5) I never have had a problem with parking, ever. Theres always a spot and its usually the one closest to my apartment. I also love the addition of the gated entrance. Makes it feel safer - and theres also a cop that lives in the complex. Randalls is also right across the street and theyre open til 1AM! The location is really just perfect.Cons: Power outages (was annoying when I worked from home, but now I dont really notice or care as much) these seem to happen several times a year, but that could be normal? The other thing is that our electric bill is $140 in July for our 1 bedroom. Poor insulation or something? But thats the highest its been. Its typically around $80. I guess these apartments were built before all the good energy efficiency stuff. Our apartment is like 76 degrees in the summer when its set to 72, but the bedroom always stays cool. And we work during the day anyway. Also were on a corner unit so that might come into play.One last note, and this is more of a warning for anyone renting ANYWHERE - if you see a german roach (google it for pics) when you first move in, get a different unit. The people before us in our first apartment here had a bad infestation problem and it took us months to resolve it. Who knew that one roach out in the open meant 100s in the walls. I didnt! Yikes! But this could literally happen anywhere at any complex. Its unavoidable if people are slobs.

This rating is for the Assistant Manager (Linda Campbell) not for the apartments in general. We were greeted by Linda on a Saturday when we were looking for an apartment. She walked the property and showed us some potential places, the fountain pond and all the other amenities that Trailpoint has to offer. We decided to move here in February 2020. EVERY time that I have any issue, Linda takes care of it in a flash. Linda is a very personal and professional person. Trailpoint is very privileged to have her.
