Aaron the property manager is very helpful and accommodating. He took the time to see what was important features to me amd my family and found us the perfect unit. He is quick to reply to any emails or questions. The layout of the townhouses are great. Im very excited to move and call this place my home.

Our locator told us about these townhomes which are located just east of McKinney in Princeton, and that we should check them out. My locator mentioned that he spoke with Aaron, and he will be on the lookout for us to stop by. We drove the entire property to get a vibe of the community and it’s a hidden gem. We met the property manager who happens to be Aaron, and trust me when I say, he’s a ray of light when it comes to the entire process of looking for a new home. We’ve all been through the rental process, looking at a single unit with a hard close to follow. Not our experience with Aaron, he showed us many available townhomes which I must say are a steal if you’re used to paying rent in Dallas. He’s a professional in every way and has the patience of a saint. He showed us the townhome we were interested a few times before we made our final decision.

We have been at this complex for over 2 years now and thoroughly enjoy the community and our townhouse. The layout and modern design is amazing coupled with 2 car garage makes this facility ideal. I lived here for two years and Aaron, the manager, turned this place around. When he arrived, things started getting done. You can honestly tell that he takes pride in making sure his townhome community is in top shape. He works with the tenants on any and every issue brought to him. The townhome itself is beautiful and spacious as well. The only reason I left is that I bought a house. If you’re looking to lease a spacious and beautiful townhome, give Aaron a call. He is truly the best person to work with.

We toured and almost leased here. It came down to the drive would be too long for me on the daily commute. The apartments are a steal at the current pricing. The property manager Aaron was amazing and answered all of our questions and really did everything in his power to try to make this place work with us so that it could be our new home. In a lot of apartment communities you don’t think about the apartment staff much, you forget about the people in the office and move on. In this community, you’d be thinking about how nice Aaron is and how hard he’s working to get improvements for the community. If you’re looking for anything in the Princeton area, look no further, this one is the best in town!

Aaron is the best hands down. He is new to the property. But when I tell you he is very helpful and his Communication with you throughout the process is amazing. I am so happy that I made the decision to move here and didn’t go off the old reviews. I feel like Aaron will have a lot of goals and plans for this community and I can’t wait to see them. My mom and I toured these homes as a potential future renter and was happy with our experience. Aaron and Melissa were very knowledgeable about the property and made sure all our questions were answered. They were very personable as well, which was nice after our long day of looking at properties. Their personalities definitely represent how friendly of a community they have at Princeton Meadows! I would recommend taking a visit if you’re at all interested!

Love the neighborhood feel of this community and so happy to be moving in! Aaron was so attentive during my tour, made sure I got into the exact townhome that I wanted, and is doing so much to help make the property a great place to live. Xavier is so helpful and always willing to stop and answer any questions I might have, and David is one of the friendliest people I have ever had work in my apartment. The unit itself is so spacious with a ton of added storage and I couldnt be happier! :D

We came to tour this property and there were many things we loved about it. The property as a whole is very beautiful and well maintained. Aaron was very knowledgeable throughout the tour and was able to answer any questions we had. The interiors of the townhome themselves are very spacious with up to date renovations. The real selling point was the yards! As a person with dogs I’m so happy we found a home that they can run around in.

These townhomes are absolutely gorgeous. I loved the fact that the office is a model ! As soon as we walked it Aaron was right in the ball showing me absolutely everything that the townhome has to offer & I was blown away. Aaron was sharp , extremely articulate, kind , and very friendly. He made me feel extremely comfortable and like I’ve known him forever!! The townhomes honestly sell themselves! They are everything you need & more! If that doesn’t sell you Aaron definitely will !

I wish we found these sooner! These feel like home. We are obsessed with who roomy they are. Double bonus for a fenced in yard for our doggie & a double car garage. The property is beautiful and spacious. For as long as Ive been living here the property has always been very well taken care, and Ive had yet to experience any issues. Very nice community! Quality product! My favorite part of the house is the huge storage space, the mud room area, the master bedroom is SUPER nice! You have to see it...it’s a great product! They are building the amenity center and once it’s complete it’ll be a great community!

They are nice and quiet for the most part, but more for people whom have kids, my kids are all adults so I feel like too many kids live around me now when I first moved there there were no kids and if so they were young but now a year later, im moving, but like I said families with young and teenage children good spot to live.....
