I intended to wait until after I settled in to compose a review.There is much I can express about this location. However, it’s nothing less than incredible. The manager, Nancy, is extremely inviting. Austin is my person; he consistently greets you with a cheerful smile when you enter the office. I adore this neighborhood since I relocated from Spring. The residents are kind. My neighbors are sociable. I am truly pleased with this place.I wish I can give 10 stars but Im limited to only 5.FYI:Regardless of what certain reviews might indicate, maintenance is extremely quick.

Been here for over a month. The process from the beginning was good and easy. The communication from the office was also great. I moved from California to Montgomery, I never did come see the place before I did my lease, but it did not disappoint.The pool is beautiful and a great hang out spot if you want to get out. The club house is also great, there are some computers in there if you needed them. Great Wi-Fi. I did have to go to the clubhouse to work a time or two because internet was out all over.Maintenance is really good and friendly. Once you put in your request it’s usually done in a day or so.The grounds are clean.The community is gated which is nice.There is also a fitness room with treadmills, bike, weights and some other things.Parking is good, I have not had an issue with parking. If I’ve come late at night, I may have to park by another building, but really not that far.Paying rent is easy and you can do it online (ACH, credit card, cash). There are small fees associated with ACH and Credit Card, which is normal.It’s super quiet. I do recommend an apartment non- 105 side, especially if your a light sleeper. Try to have all your paperwork done before you move in. It made check in process super quick.Nancy, Jesse and Reynaldo are great, but everyone is.

I did do a review when I first moved in, but I just moved out. The only reason I moved was to be closer to my church, which was in Houston.I loved Town Creek, it was hard to leave because the team here is great. Everyone is very personable in the office and maintenance. My previous review is the same.They also do offer Flex, if you need to use that.Photos of the A1 unit (1 bedroom/ 1 bath, 724 sf) are uploaded for reference.

I absolutely love my apartment and living here is so nice and peaceful. I love this area. Im on the third floor facing the pond. I do suggest getting some type of screen for your patio because of the mosquitoes, bugs, and bees if youre lucky enough to have the pond view. I love watching the storms up here. Great view.All the neighbors are a great bunch of people. There are a lot of older folks who are retired and have been here for years. The women in the office are wonderful ladies. Nancy helped me with my move-in.Next to the apartments are the high schools football and baseball fields. When they played their games I enjoyed watching and listening to it. It didnt bother me in the least.At night during the week, some of us would walk the track and on the weekends I would do some dog training. Its perfect.I took advantage of living next to Sam Houston National Forests trails, I walked them daily.If youre new to the area or just want some ideas on where to walk your dog off-leash, I did so at the high schools football field and practice football field across the street.The trails.The New Old Montgomery Cemetery is next to the police station in town. Great history there. The oldest stone Ive found was 1822.Plantersville Cemetery. 1812 oldest stone.Bark Park in town late at night, quiet, no traffic. I felt safe walking the little town and reading the historical markers.West Montgomery County Park.I hate to move and Im sad to go but personal family issues arose and it was time for us to buy a house.If you have a dog and dont pick up after it, dont move here. You are disgusting! You will be fined and youre a health hazard.

I loved living here until we purchased our own property. Very very clean, quite and peaceful. The grounds are always clean and free of trash, they have an amazing big pool that wed never shut down the hole time I was there. They also have a gym that you can go in 24 hrs that is very well kept. The front office crew is so amazing I just loved them always there to answer any questions and help in anyway. I would highly recommend this apartment complex!

We looked at multiple complexes in the area but as soon as we walked in we knew Town Creek was our new home. Nancy and Austin were amazing to work with and helped us every step of the way. Smooth and seamless acceptance and move in process. We can’t say enough about the staff and love the property.

5stars for sure. Austin is a fun, happy guy always willing to assist when needed. He also went above and beyond to get information to you when asked. No delay. Thank you Austin for an exceptional experience here. It is noted.Nancy, in front office, thank you for always walking us through these ridiculous computers who have a mind of their own. Ugh. You were kind and treated us with respect. God Bless.Now the living. The apartment was clean. No major ordeal. Appliances were good. The property was clean and well maintained. Pool was very inviting with resort looks. ☺️ Gym was clean whenever I used it. Maybe a little stuffy. But its a smaller space. Lots of great equipment.I hate leaving reviews and it is rare that I do. Today I visited the community and met with Austin. Austin was the most informative, generous agent that Ive ever visited before. He sold me and made me believe that this was my home before I even filled out any of the application. I know this process will go smoothly with customer service. That was as phenomenal as his personality. I look forward to making this place home.

We have lived here for over 5 years. Nancy is very helpful with any questions we may have. I have never had to worry about feeling unsafe in this community. Anytime we need maintenance done on our unit Austin is there right away. I figured it would take take at least a few days to get done. Austin takes care of the issue right away & done correctly. Would give more than 5 stars if allowed.

Amazing, amazing, AMAZING!! From being a perspective tenant to an actual tenant. Nancy was phenomenal throughout the whole process of applying and moving in.Austin is quick and efficient with anything maintenance. Anytime I had an issue his response time is quicker than any rental I ever lived in. I put in a general work order in the morning by the afternoon it’s done.🌼

Wanted to send a shout out to the Amazing Staff here… I moved from out of town & Christina & Nancy could not have been more professional during my transition. My background was 27 years experience in Houston with Property Management. Retired now. They have Always gone above & beyond to accommodate my needs in a timely manner. I enjoy my apartment so very much & living on this Property. A big part of that is because of your office staff doing an exemplary job. Thank you

There’s a ton I could say about this place but overall, if you’re looking for a peaceful place to live in the Montgomery area you can’t go wrong with town creek. Everyone here is so friendly and kind. I was super against living in an apartment because of the nightmares I have dealt with in prior places but ever since my first visit here I have always been treated with the upmost respect. Usually it takes months for people to remember your name and who you are but I think after my first visit they always remembered who I was. Christina and Nancy go above and beyond to accommodate anything you may need and the maintenance crew as well.

If Town Creek Village was closer to my job I would definitely move here. I walked in was instantly greeted by Christina and lets just say shes amazing. From her Hoilday decor, the worship music and her personality had me sold. Who knows the 45 minute drive just may be worth it. If I took anything from my visit at Town Creek it was theres still good ppl in this world that genuinely care ❤

Proverbs 10:22, KJV: The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.Where do I start.. we like to thank the Staff for making our stay so pleasant. When Christina took over management and brought back Nancy and Austin back our stay changed completely. Christina brought a sense of peace to Town Creek Village. When I walk into the office I feel at home. Christina is very welcoming and I appreciate that so much! Nancy is a complete doll. When bringing something to Nancy’s attention she is always ready to make sure it was taken care of. The maintenance man Austin is one of a kind. He is hard working and his willingness to get the job done on time and correct never went unnoticed. My family and I will truly miss living at Town Creek Village and if ever need a place to call home would definitely come back. Thank you all so so much!

Attentive, punctual and professional. 10/10 recommend. Office and maintenance staff make you feel right at home and make sure any issue you might be having is readily resolved. I am definitely glad I chose Town Creek to temporarily live in. I love the town and community!
