Property got foreclosed on sometime. New owners already threw up a new sign and rebranded it as The Junction. By the looks of it 66% of the units are vacant and trashed. Used to be owned by some Chinese in Houston back when it was Mccallum Meadows, then thry managed to sell the bag to even less competent bagholders, Tides Equities in California. Will be interesting to see how things turn out here. None of the people around this complex seem to speak any english if thats any indicator. Place straight up looks like a favela right now it is unreal. Broken glass everywhere, boarded up windows. One guy had a straight up rooster fenced in w chicken wire on his porch. Armed security on site. Did not see a single white person. Many of the units had been broken into as well judgjng by boarded up doors.Witness the socioeconomic future of dallas. Of tx. Of the united states. Run whkle you csn, and im not just talking about these apartments...Yeah those are dead black flies in the photo.

Great costumer service. I was encouraged to ask questions and left feeling like I got all the answers I needed. Ms. Crissy explained everything very well. With the level of costumer service I cant imagine theyll leave you hanging on any maintenance requests. Great place.

The complex is in an area that is up and coming, meaning it is a great neighborhood but it still needs to be improved. The apartments are more spacious than they look too. I think they are all 1 bedroom though.

Thank you the property is so much better sense new management took over. Location is next to a lot of stores and restaurants walking distance!!!

I lived in this property for 6 years and thank God everything went well, it was a quiet sound. I will be at another property for a while but if it doesnt bother me too much I will return here again. Thank you very much Tides on mccallun north.
