I was looking for a place to call home and this is where I landed.It’s only been a few days but I’m loving 🥰 my stay. I had to expedite my move in date due to personal issues and the Property manager was more than helpful to squeeze me in . Martha really helped getting things done as well and communicated efficiently.I read the reviews in regards to the parking it’s true kinda tough, first come first serve .So I suggest staying put after hours . My neighbors are quiet.Don’t have any complaints as of yet .Just happy I have a place of my own

Just fyi thr company that acquired this property, tides equities in california, has lost multiple propertied to foreclosure in dfw, most recently the properties on mccallum blvd next to ut dallas. This property is taking the exact same route as the mccallum properties before they got foreclosed on. The multiple months of free rent special, limited trash service and maintenance. Basicslly a last ditch effort to take the money and run. Thr cofounders are also being sued personally by the lenders 🤭 who wouldve thought that the labdlord special was not a unique or effective business strategyGood luck.

I lived at this complex for almost 4 years. The location was perfect for me; short commute to work, close to highway 635, US75 and DNT. The maintenance team was very friendly and efficient. The property manager Melaine was always available for any questions and concerns. The new management company is making some renovations and upgrades in the units. I recommend this complex.

I when here to look for a place and the place is clean and very appealing! The Management is amazing and explain everything that I needed to know about the process for the application and also show me the surrounding of the place.They speak English and Spanish! Veronica is a charm! I recommend this place and I’m very happy with the staff working for this company!

I moved to this apartment in Nov 2020 (Its been a year now). No issues at all. Hardly needed to call maintenance guys. They are super fast. Sonia is super helpful and she helped us to complete the leasing process over the phone (I was in Las Vegas at that time). I love this place.Few Highlights:1. strong door, latches, and window.2. storage unit, in-unit washer-dryer3. green and clean surroundings4. Strong walls. Cannot hear noise from other apartment.5. Gym and Swimming pool

I have been a tenant for 4 months here, since then I have been thru some rough patches, the staff in the office worked with me thru my process The ladies in the office are very caring and understanding ( which is a rare find). The maintenance is outstanding! Its quiet here, I have had absolutely ZERO problems with my apartment. The apartment comes with all of your essential needs which is a major plus! Beautiful swimming pool, exercise facility, and a business center just to add! My neighbors stay to themselves no issues!

Ive lived here for almost 5 years and have been very satisfied. Weve gone through several owners since I first came here, but I think this new group is one of the best. They are upgrading apartments and the exteriors. I did have a problem with roaches at one point a couple of years ago, but they came and sprayed immediately when I asked and that took care of that. They havent been back. The new management regularly checks and sprays if needed every few months. Anything Ive ever needed, the maintenance crew takes care of quickly. Its a dog friendly complex, with friendly tenants and a really convenient location.

Melody, the Community Manager, is a perfect example of an employee that truly loves what she does and goes way above and beyond to work with a new client to get the right fit for the right apartment. Time was of no concern for her and she showed me her depth of knowledge and exceptional people skills. Stephanie the Assistant, is very good at her position and emulates Melodys commitment to the property. She was as excited as me that we came to terms for a lease! The Maintenance staff was in and out during my visit and were deeply respectful and friendly. I really look forward to moving back into the same complex I occupied in the early 80s and knowing that both me and the property will be well taken care of by the entire staff! Many Thanks.

I have enjoyed living here at the Grove at Rosewood! The maintenance staff is very helpful and professional. The Grounds are always well kept and the pool is also clean. The staff is also very cordial and professional. I have had a great experience for past six years I have lived here.

I currently live here and I have to say its not too bad. But for some reason the cops tend to be at the property quite a few times a week (cant be good) Overall its pretty quiet, peaceful. I heard of a couple break-ins but I live on the third floor so I dont worry too much. I think management has changed (although, they havent said anything) because the girl that was at the office when I moved in is no longer there. The new ladies actually are pretty rude and not friendly at all. Well Im sure if your looking to move in they will be nice. But otherwise they are not nice!

These are great apartments in a great area. Everything was so beautiful that I felt like I was at a resort. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. Could see myself actually living in a community such as this. Thank you all for an great experience.

I went in to look at a one bedroom, it was nice but the leasing agent kept passing gas. It stunk so bad! She was as sweet as pie and very helpful, but she was pregnant and pregnant women really do not have control over their bodily functions. The other leasing I met the other day wasnt as nice, she seemed kind of stuck up looking in her phone and taking selfies of herself making duck lips. I rather deal with the smelly pregnant lady who had great customer service skills than duck face girl. Their model was beautiful and grounds very nice.

Maintenance again is helpful! The water faucet washer had torn and Marcus and Miguel within a week came to my apartment and repaired the leaky faucet. They also sprayed over a few marks on the wall. Thanks to the maintenance crew at Grove at Rosewood!! The maintenance and office staff continue to be friendly.

I love this place. The management is very good and the people running the front office are very friendly. Everytime a call or I visit the office, the reception is just like a 5 stars reception. And the team maintenance is prompt to help. MArkus is the most friendly guy i ever did meet. I LOVE THE STAFF. Keep the good work
