The staff is amazing at the complex. Dont expect a lot of luxury like in the pictures. Overall, I have been here for 6 years and I have not had any issues.

Most of the ratings are from previous property managers but there is a new one now and she puts her tenants first if you give her a chance. Its been a long process to move in but every obstacle that came about she dealt with it. She was also transparent and honest with me if something happened that was out of their control but worked to a solution to the problem. Shes a good one to have!

Moving in was such an easy and quick process ! Natalie was very helpful through the whole process ! Grounds in phase 2 are pretty clean with the occasional trash which is to be expected but maintenance is always on top of it ! We did have spiders when we moved in just because of how long our apartment was vacant, but we were able to get ride of them within a week (they are house spiders not lethal) pest control can spray your apartments on Wednesdays ! I haven’t seen any roaches like other comments are saying but pest control still came and set up gel traps in cabinets in the whole entire complex, they are on top of it if you do. Getting rid of roaches is a two way street. You have to keep the apartment clean especially the bathroom and kitchen . Our apartment is really spacious and having the sunroom for our baby is really nice if you can’t afford the two bed ! I haven’t had a problem with crime at all! Maintenance responds fairly quickly to requests ! The only really problem we have is with the dumpster some people don’t like to throw it in and will leave it beside the trash can so then other people will think it’s full but maintenance fills it up and has a big trash can behind the dumpster in case it does get full where they put the extra trash. Parking is usually pretty good, there is designated guest parking sometimes guest do not follow it but most of the time there are plenty of spaces !

I am so excited that we are getting ready to move here. Natalie and Alejandra were amazing. Natalie is the leasing agent that has been working with us so diligently and communicating with us. ( I know we worked her nerves.) My sister and I are getting ready to move there in a few weeks. We had encountered a problem, which Alejandra communicated this with us and even spoke to the manager on our behalf. We are so grateful that he allowed us to take care of the issue, so that we can get approved. I havent seen the actual apartment we are moving into yet, but keep hearing how cute it is and how spacious they are. Im excited for the days to come.

My experience hasn’t been perfect but I can ag least vouch for the apartments and say that I’ve never had a roach problem and I have a kid that likes to leave messes. I really think that anyone with a roach problem just has really bad cleaning habits. I got the move in special where my first month was free and that helped a lot. It is a bit expensive but it is still affordable if you have a full time job. You do have to pay for water, electricity, renters insurance, and things like sewage and pest control. But if you don’t use anything in excess then all of this should be affordable. Overall my experience with maintenance has been great. They have attended to my issues in the past within the very same day or next. I have also seen them maintain the pools near me as much as possible. The trash is not an issue. There may be times that the trash is around the communal bin but again that’s not the complexes fault. It is due to irresponsible people who can’t seem to be bothered with putting trash where it belongs. Typically the trash is picked up several times throughout the week. Again I have had a relatively pleasant experience so far.

Carlos the leasing agent was very nice he helped me get my apartment asap. Of course you have to wait to get approved but it all happened so fast I was able to move in within a couple of days. So far its been nice. Its quiet and clean. I have NO roaches, bed bugs, none of that.

I’d like to give this apartment complex a five star because the new management is very kind and very responsiveAngelica Hinojosa is very very professional with her job I will also give her five stars she is very helpful and helps you whenever you need and if you have any questions for her she is very much quick to respond she will always keep you updated on moving in I have not yet moved inI’m not honestly going off of the reviews because you can’t always go by what you see on these reviews because it never turns out to be what is being said!Highly recommend!!

I have been reading all of the negative comments, about parking, bugs, and how its not in a safe area with some brake ins. But, I cant help but disagree. I have been a resident here for 2 years and the only two concerns I have ever had were regarding the fitness center. I feel like the fitness center needs to be a little bigger, updated, and twenty four hours. Now back to the issues that people complain about; I feel like the bug problem has nothing to do with the apartments, nor the pest control, but with the hygiene of the residents. Residents need to keep their apartment clean and take all their trash to the dumpster. This might seen useless, but it goes a long way.To the parking issues i feel like its fair. Residents get two parking passes and now we all can have one reserved. But I dont get the fact that you get a visitor pass for two weeks if its a visitor and not a resident. What really happens is residents abuse that pass and go ahead buy a third car consciously knowing that they can only get 2 resident parking and will have to keep getting the visitor passes for the rest of their lease causing parking spaces to vanish. People these isnt a car show!If you want to go ahead and get 5 cars go ahead and buy your self a house which you can go ahead and fill with as many cars as you want!please be courteous of other residents or dont complaint.Overall It is a great place to live multiple pools for the family and friends.

I am incredibly please with how my entire process went form applying to getting the keys! Everything was extremely professional.

Very happy with the customer service and constant communication I received during my move-in process. Sharita was very attentive and not only emailed me in a timely manner, but also called to answer my questions. I have lived in many apartments, and In the past I have dealt with management that was hard to get in contact with. I’m happy to see I will not run into this problem at this community. Very excited to live at this beautiful property!

This is a big giant well kept second chance community the ladies and gentlemen in the office were very helpful and nice and made sure I was helped thoroughly my process was smooth Robert did a fantastic job he showed me a beautiful unit and got started right away on my application process he was very professional and does not beat around the Bush with you just to get a deposit like some apartments i visited and don’t get me started on the prices I was SHOOK so affordable nice and spacious and beautiful upgrades honestly....everywhere else I went to was over price for there units but the units here are spacious and so very affordable and did I mention they were second chance? And very understandable these other complaints are bogus my experience was awesome.

Sharita at the leasing office was very patient with me to make sure I got what I wanted. She went above and beyond and I am truly in love with my new apartment. It has really turned into a home. Moving can be so stressful but she definitely helped the process by a little easier.

We just moved to Dallas and were trying to choose between two different communities. We ended up choosing The lesser of these two evils thanks to the competitors more affordable rental. However due to the charm and professionalism of one of the Meadows agents if our minds were to change it would be due solely to Ms. T. Thomas who has been the most tolerable part of our experience here and why were giving this place 4 stars instead of 2!

Ive been living here for almost a year. I ran into a financial issue and when I asked for a plan to pay they worked with me as long as I paid on time. Every issue I ever had if I got with Karen or Tameka it has gotten fixed ASAP. I have no problems with roaches or insects because I keeps a clean home.

I been living here for 6 months ..i went to the office today to get my rent amount and I found out it’s all new people in the office ..the property was sold ! Thank jesus !!! The old company suck! I’m glad this new Robinson group came to the rescue ! I spoke to the new manager and her and all the new people in the office was very nice and greeted me as soonest I walk in the front door !

This was a very attractive well kept property when I lived here. Occasionally people would wander into the property and try and cause problems for the actual residents. The problems were not with the management and the property, but with outside influences.
