THE BEST apartment community in The Woodlands! Weve been living here for over 5 years. Its clean, friendly, with a great maintenance and office team, fun events, fitness classes, and much more. Very pet-friendly, too. There are a lot of nice trails around the community for walks and recreation. Havent seen a better place here.

10/10…! I lived at The Woodlands Lodge for 5 years. I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to live in The Woodlands to live here. The complex is safe, peaceful, very clean, and homey. It’s surrounded by tree buffers and walking trails, making it feel like you’re tucked away in a little canopy. This location is honestly perfect because you’re less than 10 minutes from Market Street & Waterway, but far enough away to avoid some of the traffic and chaos during concert season @ Cynthia Woods Pavilion.The leasing staff is extremely kind, and intentionally strives to serve their residents in the best way possible. They are always putting on fun community events and are always on top of keeping residents informed of any “need to know” items related to the community. If I didn’t have to move out of town for work, I would still be living here.

I just made the decision to leave my current neighborhood, and after much consideration, investigation, friend recommendations, and a Google search, I applied to Woodlands Lodge. I acknowledge that I applied a little early for my move-out date and I regret doing so. Let me now explain why I regret applying, I submitted my application on the same day as all the supporting materials, but as of this writing, the property has not yet accepted or rejected it. Why it takes them 14 days to assess my application and keep my family waiting is beyond me. The leasing offices final statement is that the regional manager has approved our application for evaluation.I am editing this review cz I have been called personally by property manager and gave us quick resolution. Also the way they handled the issue and communication was great. I really admired by their service even though am not a resident.Thank you for your revert. Will consider recommending the property to my friends.

The staff is super sweet (worked with Katie) and very easy to work with. They’re super responsive and quickly turn around your application. Flawless and easy experience. Within 3 days we were approved and ready to go! Can’t wait to move in and appreciate it!

I just moved into the Woodlands Lodge apartments and I must say that the Assistant Residential Manager - Desiree Bradley has been superb in making the lease and move-in process easy. She is extremely professional and super detail-oriented and assisted me in the process every step of they way. The apartments are great and I am thoroughly enjoying living here. I highly recommend the apartments and Desiree.

I do not live here but I went on a tour and I can honestly say hands down one of the best apartment tours I have been on, ever!!!! Ms. Desiree was such an amazing guide during the entire process she was helpful informative and so great to speak with, I’m interested moving forward with the process because the grounds. The units were beautiful and spacious but also because of the fact that I know I’d be in good and understanding hands with her around. Her customer service was great. I lived at the Woodlands Lodge for the past year. In my opinion, its the best apartment complex in the Woodlands. Close to everything, but tucked away so you have peace and quite. The interior of my apartment was impeccable. I loved the decor! Cozy, warm and totally on trend. The staff was always friendly, helpful and responded quickly to any maintenance requests I had. I left for a house that was much bigger, but I would highly recommend them if youre looking for a great apartment complex.

I recently moved here and so far I love it. The staff are amazing! Management is so efficient and professional and are always helpful with questions etc… The pool, grounds etc are well taken care of. The only thing I would recommend is heating the pool during a few certain times during the cold months and have a community event. But overall I think the community is amazing!!

Lived here for my first year out of college and I really enjoyed my time. The only reason Im moving is because COVID presented an opportunity for me to move downtown, which Im taking.Things I liked:- Management / Office staff / Maintenance: Very friendly, helpful, and timely. This is one of two complexes Ive lived at where I feel that the staff genuinely cares about all of their residents (rather than doing so simply because its what is expected of them). Maintenance staff are always there quickly, and theyre really nice people, too.- Apartment: This has gotta be best apartment Ive ever lived in, speaking in terms of quality. The apartments are spacious, the ceilings are high, the balconies are huge (gonna miss that!), I didnt hear my neighbors a single time, I swear the walls and floors are made of solid concrete.- Amenities: Best valet trash service Ive had. I think it comes 6/7 days of the week. Pool, gym, etc are all always incredibly clean. Landscaping is beautiful.

I lived there for two years and absolutely was the best experience. They are quick to fix any repair or maintenance issue that I had. The staff is very friendly and always willing to stop and talk with you when you go to the front office. I loved the food truck nights that they would have. The grounds are always maintained and very clean. The pool was my favorite spot and loved all the lounges and covered patio. I have recommended this place to many friends and co workers.

We have lived in 9 states over the last 17 years and we can say hands down this is the best apartment complex we have ever lived! The management is kind and helpful even after you move in (you all know what I mean). Grounds are great, amenities are great, residents are nice and friendly. They schedule tons of events each month, and have large modern apartments, with huge bathrooms! Either come here only or last, its by far the nicest apartment complex in a 20 mile radius!

This community is absolutely gorgeous. I just LOVE the 3rd story unit with private front door and doorbell..leading into the large patio. Very unique design. It feels very safe and secure. Super quiet and relaxing surroundings. The office staff is amazing too. Rachel, the sales associate, is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Definitely a place to call Home Sweet Home.

Ive lived here since the first day Building 8 opened for business! Its a lovely complex in a great location, just minutes from the heart of The Woodlands. Ashley, Michelle and Rachel in the leasing office are always friendly and helpful, and along with the maintenance staff and Lauren at the helm make them the A Team! In addition to the many amenities offered there is also a calendar of monthly events that include food trucks, yoga classes, summer cookouts and specialty events. It truly is a great place to live!

This morning, The Woodlands Lodge Staff was braving the bad weather handing out breakfast to the residents as they went to work and/or school. Great place to live with lots of amenities.

We have had a home away from here at The Lodge for 6 years & just renewed our lease again. We have had a chance to not renew but do so every time & just resigned again. This place is truly like a resort from the minute you drive up it is amazing—- the office staff of Lauren, Michelle, Ashley,& Rachael are absolutely Superstars at their job!! The maintenance team are Allstars as well ! Our home is in Louisiana but our vacation crib is here at The Woodlands Lodge. Miss my apartment, the staff, maintenance crew (but not the heat and humidity.) Moved to a cooler and less humid climate.The one complaint I do have is that I could hear my neighbors through walls, ceilings and floors...typical of apartment living. My current apartment does not have that issue, so I know its possible to have a better insulated living space for all.Otherwise, the staff was helpful, accommodating and made me feel like I was at home. Thanks to Kendra, Shavon, Michelle, Ashley, Taylor, Carlos and the rest of the maintenance crew. Good job!

I had a great view from my apartment on the top floor and Esteban went the extra mile in helping my stay more valuable, and he has the best mannerism and work ethics as a young professional and I really appreciated him being there most of the time to resolve matters that I had! The main business lounge is great but I have to minus 1/2 star due to business lounges computers are always acting slower than ever and wifi is slow & will occasionally stalled, and Trash service was not always on-time, someday they just dont turn up! Also, less another 1/2 star due to the set-back that the Resident lounge only open till 10pm and while there are outdoor loungers (sitting in cold in winter & sitting in the heat during summer), seated at the outside loungers always experienced bites from mosquitoes so one cannot sit longer than one desires and the mosquitoes are toxic & painful when bitten! Overall, I love the bicycles rental service, parking spaces are great, the Resident Lounge with Big Screen TV keep me entertained, love my Apartment view and the spaciousness inside the unit, as well as the privacy & security with double-doors entry/exit, meaning great personal patio ! Highly recommended for this complex !

This place is absolutely gorgeous. You definitely get what you pay for here. I lived at The Woodlands Lodge for a summer while interning at Anadarko. The staff is very accommodating and the amenities are out of this world.Its tucked away from the high traffic areas, but still minutes away from the heart of The Woodlands. Also, with Randalls and a couple good restaurants right next door you really cant beat the location. Really a quality place.

Happy so far with everything but the neighbors upstairs and the cleanliness upon moving in. As others have stated, the stomps are cringing at most times(2nd floor unit). Whoever is upstairs walks back and forth and back and forth. Stomping. I guess Im a freak of nature because Im cautious of my steps in order to be courteous to whomever is below me. Wish others were the same. Ive been staring at my broom just wanting to give them a dose of their own annoyance. But I think they left so at nine months pregnant I need to try and rest some now. Never had this issue before and its not fun.When doing the walk through sheet upon moving in, we were a bit put off by how dirty it was. Seemed as if the only cleaning that was done was the carpet/vacuuming. Long black hair was all throughout the master bathroom, some even on the wall? How? The shower was clearly not clean, stains covered the white bottom. There was a molded piece of paper in the air vent of the living room my husband had to remove. The stove was disgusting to say the least. I get nothing will be perfect in apartments, there are plenty of things that remind you that you are living in used place but we expected it to be cleaned for our arrival. When we made it aware to the office, we were told they were in between cleaning ladies. I think we shouldve been made aware of that at the very least.No issues with anything else so far. We love the open layout of our 2 bdrm. Staff is great. We are close to street but not really bothered by any noise(minus upstairs). Ive yet to try amenities out due to my limited movement 9 months pregnant but Im excited to try them out soon!

Although this complex isnt the cheapest, it is certainly one of the best apartments in The Woodlands. Great amenities, awesome pool, and the floor plans are quite large and open. We stayed on the third floor, and what really helped was their valet trash pickup. That is by far the most convenient service to have at an apartment complex.I knocked one star off, because as others have stated, the parking can be a little difficult after 6 pm. Fighting for parking is never fun, so pack a nice pair of walking shoes before heading out to work for your unexpected work out once you return home (especially if you have to climb up to the third floor!).We didnt have pests, except for a cricket lodged in an AC exhaust way, way up on our floor. We couldnt ever find him, but it sure was funny when I found myself telling a lame joke.
