    I absolutely love it here. The best managers. Very helpful. Very clean and quiet. Everyday they are cleaning the property making sure it looks nice. Very friendly. They plan different events on property for the kids and adults. People that complain typically dont pay there rent on time. I have lived here over 2 years and no complaints. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

    Definitely recommend this place for living. Everyone is very sweet, kind, helpful. I like that everyone is also very professional and knowledgeable. The apartments are nice, clean, and modern with upgrades to the apartment. It has that cozy, warm feeling to the apartments.

    I waited for a few months to finally do an honest review for Willows since I moved here. So far, its been a very wonderful experience. The community here is quiet and everyone minds their own business. Ive noticed theres families that live here too so I feel extra comfortable and safer than where I have previously lived considering its not a gated community.Theres enough parking space which was one of the biggest issues Ive had with other apartments. The apartment buildings themselves are a bit old however, I am very pleased with its interior design. That itself, is another upgrade for me. I love, love, love how green it is here but please keep in mind that you might expect some little bugs here and there.I will say that I have not seen a single cockroach here which tells me they are on top of pest control. Price-wise, its not expensive for the quality you are getting here.Now in regards to the office staff, Melissa and Brian have all been extremely helpful and willing to work with you as long as you communicate. Not to miss the hard-working maintenance technicians for fixing all the issues Ive had! Like any other apartments, you just have to be patient if theres a delay in work orders. The only two cons I want to point out is one, you need to get used to paying in cash the way they want you to pay which is very different from being able to pay online as Ive been accustomed to in the past and two, pet owners need to do a better job picking after their pets. It has improved since I moved here so far but you still see some here and there. When you see doo doo everywhere it just makes the apartments look tacky and the unpleasant. Lets keep it green and clean please.Overall, the whole staff is very dedicated and friendly and its been a pleasure being a resident of Willows on Rosemeade.

    I’m moving soon soon. So I thought I would leave a review. Overall, my experience was good.I had issues, but nothing to crazy. Just like some of the previous reviews stated, it is hard to get a hold to the rent office Mon-Fri. I typically received a faster response when I emailed them. My neighbors are noisy, but management can only control that so much. I never had any major bug issues. I am seeing ants a lot towards my end of stay. Which reminds me, pest control has never really kept their obligations to do their rounds consistently the way the lease stated they do. But still, it’s no infestation. Be very careful and follow the rules with parking. Your car will get towed. Overall, the place is quiet and safe. I have another month here and so far no major issues. I would recommend the complex to future residents.

    The Willows on Rosemeade has been my home for over 10 years. It has always been a great place to live. They are on top of their work orders and it is a community. They offer things for the kids to do and have swimming parties and other things for them in the summer. My only complaint is that when they sold it to new ownership there was some files that were not turned over. So they did not have records on some of the things I reported. But that is more of the previous management’s issues. If you are looking for a family environment. You should come and take a look at the apartments. 😁

    My girlfriend and I moved to Willows on Rosemeade a couple of months ago, and I must say that we did have a few maintenance issues that needed prompt attention, but they were quickly remedied by the helpful folks in the office. I have lived in apartments before, but never have I had such pleasant interactions and caring attitudes from the staff, particularly Gee and Patricia, the Property Manager. The main point of this review is to give kudos to Patricia Mercado who went out of her way, late on a Friday afternoon, to help me list one of my sons as a resident of my apartment. He is an Owner/Operator of a semi truck and had just signed a new contract with a freight company and needed desperately to list his address with ours when he stays with us. He would not have been able to start his job and would have probably lost the contract without this proof. Patricia stopped what she was doing, helped my son with the paperwork and believe it or not, he had proof of residency within 20 minutes of us walking in. Now thats outstanding service, and Ive been in customer service and sales for 45 years! She could have just said to herself not my problem, but she didnt. Just proves that an apartment is just another apartment unless it comes with a competent, friendly and caring staff. Thanks Patricia!! Im happy we are at Willows on Rosemeade!UPDATE TO REVIEWWe had a problem with our A/C, so I went to the office right after it opened to report it. Within a couple of hours, Jorge Hernandez came and repaired it. Very good service when its still very hot outside.

    Moved in August 2015 and am still living here. Management has always been kind, friendly & helpful even when I was behind on my rent. Maintenance is quick & friendly. Usually get the repair right the first time. I do not see police cars around except once in a blue moon. Its a pretty quiet complex. If I could afford to stay I would but rent is out of my price range now so Ill be moving out at the end of October. If you can afford it, stay here :)

    Moved in here December 1st 2017. I was skeptical of the area, being a female who lives alone with a child but I have had zero issues inside of our complex. No littering, no loud music, no loud people. Its very quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. There are some physical maintenance items that could be improved.. But overall, for the price you pay, & the location, it is a great place to live. I especially love the 1bed w/ a den options. No problems getting packages. Office holds friendly complex events frequently. Would recommend!

    I am totally loving Willows on Rosemeade!! From the application process to my first day to now my first week has been awesome! Melissa is absolutely great and has a great attitude. She loves what she do. Also this is a great location because it is not far from the interstate and me and my family can get to anywhere in minutes. It is a very quiet neighborhood and the apartment has a great space for the price. The apartment complex is always having events and stays involved in the community. Maintenance is also great. We had a leak and it was fixed within 20 minutes. Continue to strive Willows on Rosemeade!! ❤️❤️❤️

    I have lived here almost 2 years and plan on renewing my least another year. Very quiet place to live with or without children. I have never noticed loitering or late night craziness. Office staff are amazing and always offering different events. I use the fitness center. Maintenance are friendly but complain.The paint gets dirty easily and cabniets arent very sturdy, nothing a little update wont fix😁 Overall Im very happy to live here. Have recommended complex to a few friends. Glad it was recommended to me.

    This is a good place to live. I like the area its in, the floorplan is pretty nice, but my energy bills have never been higher...more than twice as high as Ive paid before, which I blame on bad insulation (we are really careful about turning off lights, etc to save energy). The living room is sunken, so it sits about half a foot lower to the ground than the dining room, and its always several degrees colder (in the winter) than the rest of the house.Neighbors are quiet, the front office people are nice, Ive never had a problem picking up packages....I really dont have anything super negative to say about this place!

    I love these apartments! This has been my first apartment, and the staff have been amazing! I love the area. It’s super central to everything, but yet a quiet one as well. This has been a great first Apartment! Just renewed for another year! :)

    Been here for 2 years. Very quite place, management keeps clean the outside of the complex. They response quickly to any issues you report. Like the space in side the apartment. Only thing bad is the carpet, when I moved in it was very old and nasty, I have had trouble to have them change it. Thats the only reason I have had doubts about renewing lease.They are also very good in keeping inform by text or email of what going on the complex. Schools are great.

    Been living here for 5 months now and I really love te place! First apartment too!First off, Patricia is amazing lady and is always there to help, give alternatives and so on and so forth! After getting a new Asssitant Property Manager, I didn’t get her name, I really do appreciate the fact that when I requested maintenance, she actually wrote what was needed to be fixed down versus the previous Assistant Property Manager just said “Yeah okay, what apartment are you again?” And it took almost three weeks for it to get done.Last, Jorge H. for the fast maintenance! It only took 2 days instead of 3 weeks!Thank you Willows on Rosemeade Team for my great experience :)

    A great quiet place to live, outside of Patricia being the best Property Manager Ive met. Great place to stay and have monthly activities to bring people together. The apartment is nice and big, pricing is more affordable then most in the area.

    The maintenance crew at Willows on Rosemade provides a timely and quality service. The garbage disposal unit under my kitchen sink was not working and all it took was one call to the office. The next day all things got fixed. And the guy who helped me (maybe Jorge?) is very nice and professional. All in all, it was a very good experience.

    I am sad that Im having to leave this plane. They were so helpful with anything and everything I went through and needed. The staff was super friendly and I would catch myself hanging out in the leasing office to chat. The apartment was also very spacuouis, I had two closets!! Plus the community was peaceful and quiet even being next to two highways. If I ever have a opportunity to move back I will!!

    Great place to stay. Its quiet and the staff are nice. Whenever I need something done, I dont have to wait long to get it done. I called over the weekend to have a light replaced in my kitchen that had blown out. On Tuesday I called the office again to confirm my issue was notated in the book and was told it was. I was assured that someone would be over soon to change it. Jose showed up quickly to change it and offered to do anything else that needed to be fixed.

    The Willows on Rosemeade is in a great location, I feel safe, my packages be at my door when i get in all the food, entertainment, hair stores i could use. my neighbors are great they quite Im renewing my lease!

    The community was very nice, I was visiting a friend and thinking about checking out an apartment. The only negative thing I noticed was a great deal of traffic in and out of the apartment downstairs, which caused a little hesitation as to some things that may be taking place. Therefore, as a single parent I will be contacting the office to check out the community even more because I would like to stay close to my friend.

    Went and visited these apartments before I ended up going to a different location closer to my new job. Patricia was very resourceful and answered all my questions had I stayed at my old job I most definitely would of moved in here. Overall I got a sense the managers and staff are very knowledgeable.

    Great place to live! Near great shopping and restaurants. In a great school district (Plano ISD)! Nice quiet neighborhood! I would definitely recommend Willows on Rosemeade to family and friends! oh and Georgette in the office is awesome!

    Recently looked at a two bedroom. The staff is very friendly and professional. I currently live with my children in a place that backs up to Rosemeade and the traffic noise from Rosemeade has never been an issue. I highly recommend the WIllows on Rosemeade.

    I recently moved in along with helping move the staff is always friendly and geet u with a smile they handle mantice request very fast and they keep the outside clean and grass has always looked good so I had my car broke. Into but u kinda gotta expect that kinda thing it is Dallas so but even with that I would recommend these apts to anyone who is not happy with apts treating u like ur lucky they let u live there smh !!!!
