I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Comcapp Property Management. The staff are friendly and helpfulā¦ Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from Willowick, and I strongly recommend this property to move to. The property management can make or break your living experience and with Willowick, itās all in the service. I couldnāt be happier! -

After living here about a month I can say this- The management and workers at the apartment are very attentive, and really do try their best. Maintenance usually comes within a day, pest control is every Wednesday, Electricity usage is not bad, itās pretty effecient. Itās a nice and quiet place with nice residents from who Iāve met. Seems safe, and has families as-well as college students here. Has a bus stop where busses come for Tamu every 5-10 min and a school bus stop for the families that live here . I had some initial problems with the outlets, lightbulbs, and water heat but matinence fixed them very quickly.I would say my only problem is some roaches that have found home in the apartment. Matinence and extermination come with the appt for no additional cost so I have had some repairs and visits from both services, and am getting (hopefully) a German cockroach clean out bomb on Wednesday. Leaving 5 stars since that problem isnāt horrible, many appts have them and thereās not always a ton you can do to make it permanently go away. I have had a bunch of help with it from the appt. Will update if problem goes away.Would recommend for any students or families if looking for a place to call home.Do wish the weight room had free weights- but maybe in time. -

Overall its a nice place for this price. I have lived here for about a year in a 2b2b. We lived on the second floor and sometimes the floor does make sounds that could be annoying. A bus stop right in front of the apartment is awesome as well. They do have a public laundry room but the pavement card could be out of stock occasionally. The 24-hour gym, nice, would be better if they fixed the broken equipment faster. The only complaint is that the leasing office doesnt always get things done fast the first time you reach out to them. Kristi is pretty nice and super responsive. But for the other one, I would not recommend him. -

Ive been renting a studio at Willowick Apartments, and overall, its been a decent experience. The rent here is quite affordable compared to other places in the area, which is a big plus. The location is super convenient with a bus stop right at the entrance, making transportation very easy. Its also close to HEB, so grocery shopping is a breeze. There are plenty of parking spaces available, which is another advantage. However, the facilities are quite old and there is a bit of a pest problem. Fortunately, everything still works. Moving out was also straightforward, and they didnt charge me excessively. If youre on a budget, I would recommend this place. -

Things have improved at this complex and I appreciate the office and staff staying off top of things! The initial move-in issues I had were made a priority by management to ensure that I have a better experience. Thank you to management and office staff and maintenance crew for the efforts made. -

This is a quiet community with lots of amenities and itās also has a park and a few restaurants in walking distance of the apartments. This is a great place to live. -

Shucks, well I guess itās time for me to write a review. Iāve lived here since july of 2022 and Iāve never really had any complaints, and the ones that I did have were small and always fixed right away. Billy and Kristi (the leasing agents in the office) are literally as sweet as can be. I absolutely adore them and theyāll listen to you and help you out to the best of their abilities. The property manager Jane, also the sweetest and will help you to the best of her ability. I have gone from a 2bd 1ba, to a studio, now to a 1bd 1ba without any hassle, without having to pay any type of fees for transferring units, and have never had any issues with the resident portal or anything. There are a few roaches here and there, but honestly, if you keep up with cleaning and the uptake of the unit, you wonāt have an issue (itās also Texas, youāre gonna find bugs just about anywhere, especially during the summer time). I have absolutely loved it here! The community itself in the complex is peaceful, the only noise I ever hear are if people are talking super loudly while they walk past my apartment and the birds in the trees. The fitness center is alright, could definitely be upgraded, but I go almost everyday and it does the same thing as paying for a gym membership does lol. Thereās two pools which are taken care of and cleaned regularly. The maintenance team is AMAZING! Ugh, adore those guys so much. Theyāre always so helpful and actually fix the things that need to be fixed. I definitely plan to stay here for as long as I can -

The Willowick Apartments are great for college students. The people in the office have always been very nice and understanding and the maintenance staff is always quick to respond no matter what the problem is.That being said, the apartments are old and they show it. Theyre covered with new paint and modern appliances to make them seem newer, but everything underneath is old. When I moved in, my apartment had a few problems, but maintenance took care of them very quickly. The apartment inside looks nice, but there are small things. The floors creak, the walls are thin, the windows leak when it rains (mine at least do), and some other small things. If youre a student who likes a quiet place to live (no parties, loud music, etc) then this place is perfect for you. It has both families and students, and Ive never had a problem with noise.Overall, I do recommend these apartments. Theyre good for the price. Ill leave another review when I move out, to wrap up how that process goes. -

It may not look as fancy as other nearby neighborhoods, but Willowick IS THE best apartment for students in College station.- I had been living there for two years. My roommates three years. Never had a complaint for anything.- Quick maintenance (sometimes the same day, never more than the next day), friendly office staff, safe and clean neighborhood, affordable price, convenient public facility, NO administration and other ridiculous fee. What else can you expect from an apartment?- A&M school bus stop right in front of the apartment. Another stop on the opposite of the street.- We transferred to another unit once. The office staff worked with us and made everything work out.We also experienced a management change. But the quality didnt change.Shout out to Melissa, Brandon, and another female leasing staff. Louis the maintenance guy... you are awesome!!! -
Review 10 (2023-06-05 - Rating: 5)
I just renewed my lease after staying here a year. I have been really grateful to the customer service I have received which is hard to find these days! I thought all my calls to the office would be found annoying but I was greeted with understanding and promptly taken care of by whoever answered the phone (mostly Billy) and at the end of each call Billy reminds me to have a blessed day which is always a good reminder. The electricity bill has the potential of being really low and the price is one of the best prices in College Station. I definitely recommend. There are not a lot of loud parties around me and its a quiet atmosphere. I trust the office and never doubt that they are looking out for our best interest. That alone speaks volumes. Way to go willowick! -

The assistant manager Christie(sp?) is amazing. She went above and beyond to help me with my move in request. If youāre looking for a home with reasonable and incredibly kind managementā¦ this is the place! I had heard nothing but good things about this complex before becoming a tenant. I was not mislead and Iām happily surprised. Safe, comfortable, and generous with their time. -

I lived in the Wick for 3 years since 2019. If I didnt get married this year, I would continue to live there for next many years. I like everything in the Wick. Its on the school bus route and has many green plants. The maintenance is always so fast. And the staff in the leasing office is always so kind and helpful. I will remember these years I spent there forever ā¤ -
Review 13 (2018-12-11 - Rating: 5)
I have been living in The Wick Apartments since August (2018) and everything has been great. I waited to write this review because I wanted to make sure the front office did not change once I had moved in, but that definitely did not happen. Every work order I put in was responded to the next day and I was given a follow up call to make sure everything was fixed afterwards. I was skeptical at first about sharing a laundry facility but it is actually very clean, updated, and never over crowded. The pool and fitness room is also nice and very accessible. I would highly recommend this apartment complex if you are looking for people that actually care about you as a resident and not just trying to take your money. -
Review 14 (2018-06-26 - Rating: 5)
I lived here from June 2017-December 2017 (moved for a job). I moved into their efficiency apartment right before hurricane Harvey hit. It really was a spacious little place especially for the amount of furniture I had in there. When the hurricane hit, my apartment flooded. I noticed water seeping in under one of the walls, we called emergency maintenance and moved furniture away. They said they would be by soon to inspect what was happening as maintenance lives on site (but it took a while, as they were literally swamped). As the rain continued, the flooding got worse and we couldnt dry towels fast enough to keep the water from coming in. Eventually at 2 am it didnt seem to be slowing at all so we called emergency maintenance again and left a message. The property manager returned our call within 20 minutes and actually came out to look at the place (at 2am!). She promptly moved us into a 1-bedroom that night so that we could get some rest. The next day we moved the remaining furniture, and stayed for the remainder of our lease at the pro-rated rent price of the efficiency. The staff was really personable and really made a great effort to help us out. I was so pleased with the response of the manager during the chaos of the hurricane and could not thank them enough. -
Review 15 (2022-04-09 - Rating: 5)
Fantastic place to live. Ive lived here for over a year, and it really has grown to feel like a home. The community is typically nice and quiet, and staff are always super accommodating and willing to help with any issues. And the maintenance is phenomenally responsive, coming in and fixing issues in no time - I put in a low-priority work order one evening and the maintenance crew came and fixed the problem by 10 the next morning. The only minor annoyance would be that the second floor has really creaky floors, as heard from the 1st floor, so upstairs neighbors footsteps are amplified in most rooms. The creakiness is only a minor thing, though, and I got used to it after a bit. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to live for any extended period of time. -

I recently moved in to Willowick, or now called The Wick, and I absolutely love it. I am from out of state and so to find an affordable apartment to live in, I went online and honestly based my decision off of reviews like this. The rent is unbeatable. The property is an older complex, but the interiors have been renovated. When talking to the managers via email, they sent me pictures of what the inside of my actual unit looked like before I moved in since I was unable to come and actually tour the facilities. The pictures were not of a model unit, it was the actual unit Iām renting. The staff is great! Very helpful and always answered any question I ever had. After moving in, I had a few things that needed fixing and maintenance came the very next day to fix all of my problems. Pest control is also included which is a plus. Ever since my initial needs, I have had no other needs from maintenance, but I know that if I do, they will come ASAP. I would recommend The Wick to anyone. -
Review 17 (2019-05-17 - Rating: 5)
One of the best apartments Iāve lived in. Havenāt had any bug problems, which is huge in my book. The staff is friendly, the rent is good, and they always keep the pool clean. The pet pick up stations are also a huge plus for this dog mom. Maintenance is quick to come repair things and the complex is always well kept and nice. -
Review 18 (2021-09-14 - Rating: 4)
I would not say this apartment is best or perfect, but not a bad apartment at the same time.all the staff members were welcoming and friendly. As far as cleaning it up often, there were no bugs or cockroaches in the unit. And since H-E-B is nearby, it was quite convenient to liveEspecially when we think about the price, I think Willowick is quite a good apartment. -
Review 19 (2016-04-09 - Rating: 4)
Ive lived in an efficiency apartment in Willowick for about 3 years or so. Overall it was a positive experience. The apartment was good with some small flaws. They are older apartments and the floors and walls are uneven. They are kept well for their age (new carpet when I moved in, freshly painted walls and cabinets). My apartment had a window A/C unit, which are ineffective and loud. You get used to it, but it is annoying; after my years here, I dont want to see a window unit in my life ever again. Closet space is adequate, although in the efficiency you have to get creative about storing things (and downsize a lot).Rent and rent increases are reasonable. Communication is really good, they give you a lot of notices prior to extending / terminating the lease, and they are flexible when you are towards the end of your lease. The website to pay rent is a bit difficult to work with; they have changed it twice while I was there, making things worse. The staff is generally friendly and willing to help. I didnt have any issues with them, apart from the fact that they have miscalculated my last payment after moving out. They have attributed to me preexisting issues with the apartment and tried to have me pay for them. I document and take photos of everything, so that got me out of this relatively easy. If you live in Willowick, do an exit walkout to avoid the frustration.Maintenance is fast and friendly. They may take up to 2 days to look at something but A/C issues are resolved the same day. -
Review 20 (2016-06-10 - Rating: 5)
I am a current resident that has lived here for 3 years. I am moving out of state and while looking at other places to live I noticed that the majority of people only write reviews when there is something negative to say.I have not had any issues with this apartment complex at all. Yes it is an older complex and yes it does show its age. But the maintenance guys usually fix things within a day, sometimes 2 days. If the water is to be shut off or something on the property is going to be closed they always give notice on my door. The manager has been the same since I signed my 1st lease but the office staff has changed. With that being said I have had no issues with the ladies at the front office. No safety or loud noise issues. I would say I have enjoyed my stay here and the price to live here isnt that bad either. -
Review 21 (2022-07-24 - Rating: 4)
Ive lived here for about 2 years, and through my time, moved between a single bed lease and a two bed room. All the while, Ive had very little complaints and a lot of assistance from staff. The cons:-Roaches, no matter what you do. Pest control can spray and try their best to stop hot areas, but the buildings overall have infestations that are within the floors, cracks, etc. Albeit, they are scarce and will only show during rain, and when there has not been a pest spray in a while. A majority of this may be due to other tenants cleanliness, as a lot of residents here own pets or have children.-Lots of mold. Even if you try to clean, the vents are stained and the outside of the buildings will be blackened so badly that it seems there is decay. The building would need to be demolished and redone with proper construction that would internally prevent mold within walls and vents.-Mgmt is very nice, but has to follow very strict policies, as their property agency probably places restrictions that do not allow them to fully assist you. During my time of staying here after Covid, people would come into my unit without my permission to place notes when email, text, mailbox, etc., are all available. Invasion of privacy and strict rules arent very great when youve never missed a payment and are communicative with staff when concerns are raised. The Pros:=Mgmt is very empathetic. A lot of the people working here are from differing walks of life, some young, some grown adults, and will understand your concerns and will try their best to help you. Ive had multiple times I was in a bind, needed information quickly, and needed the best help I could receive, and Ive never had them fail me. Outside of strict policies a lot of rental agencies would place, they genuinely care and will help you.-Affordability. A lot of the things you can ask for in other apartments, you can find here for a lot lower cost. I can pay for a 2 Bed here and receive all amenities, close by outlets (H-E-B, Food, Bus Routes, Maintenance Shops), and live relatively cheaply. Its a wonderful location and very affordable private living, if you are interested in paying similar rent for a 4 Bedroom you would get elsewhere.-A lot of opportunities for fitness. A lot of people here walk dogs, go to the nearby parks, go for runs down the street, and we have a gym. A lot of people here, especially because of the cheap living, can focus on their health and live a lifestyle that suits them.-Good internet! A lot of the time in Covid, connectivity is important, and living here Ive never had connectivity drop at all. We get Suddenlink 100mbps service here, albeit the huge downside is we do not have control over our own hardware. Therefore if you want to set up a personal router inside your home, you cannot, as there are only ethernet hookups within your apartment. This may be a huge deal if you want WiFi and would not want to have to worry about connectivity troubleshooting, but if you can find alternate ways to hook that up, you may be fine. I think for most people, internet service here would be great.-Good parking. A lot of the time at my other apartments, you almost always will lose a spot and have to walk 10 minutes to your apartment. Here, you almost always will have your own spot or at least comfortable distance you walk to your place. A lot of the times as well for guest parking, there is never a car that has been towed if they are a known guest. If you are concerned about your family being towed for visiting you, it probably wont happen here.-Good kitchen size. Almost anything you can think of cooking indoors can be done within the space and utilities they offer, which come with your lease. There is also multiple cabinets that host more than enough space for dishes, spices, a pantry, etc. Cooking is a breeze, as all the space you have will allow you to cook to your hearts desire. There may be some more stuff Im missing, but the majority of living here has been a positive experience. Essentially, you pay for what you get. -
Review 22 (2019-10-24 - Rating: 5)
My experience at Willowick has been great so far! Getting to campus isnt a problem at all thanks to the bus stop that is located right in front of the complex, and in case you miss that, theres another stop right across the street. The rooms and closets are really spacious, so you really can fit all your clothes and furniture and still have plenty of space left. Everything is less than 10 minutes away from here, so thats a big plus, too. Theres always plenty of parking space as well! The apartment is pretty old, so there are some problems here and there, but maintenance is pretty fast so Im never worried. Its definitely worth the inexpensive price I pay. x) -
Review 23 (2011-10-25 - Rating: 4)
Yes, half of the staff cant figure out anything, and yes the apartments are old, and yes this place is not awesome. But when you pay as little as you do for rent here, its well worth the money. If you consider the value aspect, then you are getting what you pay for and some perks. Im assuming the low rating for this complex are b/c expectations by other residents were too high. Im pretty sure if you share a 2 bedroom apt (each roommate paying $275/month) that you shouldnt expect much. I didnt expect much, and I was happy enough with my experience. The perks are cheap rent, nice pool area (on one side of the complex), close to bus route, and the safety in this complex is actually outstanding. If you dont believe me, call the local police station and ask how many break-ins, assaults, and other crimes have occurred in Willowick... youll be surprised that its nearly non-existent. Whats even crazier is that all the new, nice, and gated apts have much higher crime issues. Dont get me wrong, Willowick isnt an awesome complex, but its cheap, safe, and not a party complex. Go in with the right expectations, and youll be fine. If you expect 5-star service, staff, amenities, and furnishings... do not live here b/c you will hate it. The cost of rent is congruent with the experience. Very simple. -
Review 24 (2019-08-27 - Rating: 5)
Ive only recently moved into the complex but it has been wonderful so far. My little studio is comfortable and the staff at the main office is awesome. Every time Ive come in with questions theyve gladly sat down with me and answered them. The complex is quiet with a lot of families, so it isnt overcrowded and loud due to a bunch of students. Also, the close location to HEB on Welborn and campus is really nice. -

Thats a good apartment to live. My friend refer me here and he told me that the maintenance is without delay. When I move in this week, I am glad that I have a larger bedroom than before. Gym in the apartment is great and spacious. I will highly recommend this place to my friends! -
Review 26 (2019-07-16 - Rating: 5)
Very clean and well maintained apartments with some of the best rental rates in college station. The staff is super friendly, and when my air conditioner went out, maintenance was here within the hour. Very quiet also, which is great for grad students. -

Iāve been living in the Wick for the past 4 months now. And overall, I had a pretty good experience.Hereās, what I liked:- Apartment was in great condition when I moved in: new carpet, freshly painted, new dish washer..- Maintenance requests were processed quickly and in a excellent fashion!- The Office staff was always super nice and helpful- Close proximity to laundry, pool and fitness facilities- Apartment is free from bugs. Pest control can be ordered any time through the office or website- Great Aggie Spirit Bus connections (2 stops right in front of the Wick)- Great parking situation- Good wifiWhatās to consider:- If I wanted to watch TV, I would need to pay an extra $5 per month to rent one of Suddenlinks HD Digital Links because my TV only has HDMI slots and couldnāt be directly connected to the wall plug by coaxle cable.- During the summer the electric bill was sort of high. Probably because: 1) There is no isolation in the apartments and I live on the second floor, which requires the AC to run pretty much constantly. 2) The kW price for electricity through College Station Utilities isnāt necessarily the best.- Restrooms donāt have a vent/fan. So scented candles it is.- (& residence get a small momentary reward for writing a public review, so consider possible bias. & yes, thatās what encouraged me to write this review, but this is my honest feedback and the most relevant information that I would have wanted to know when looking for apartments)Thanks & Gigā Em! -
Review 28 (2013-06-26 - Rating: 4)
I lived here for two years from 2011 to 2013 and have to say I have been pleased with my experience. While it wasnt the greatest place compared to some of the more expensive apartments in College Station it definitely exceeded expectations for what I paid in rent.-PROS-1) Office staff were always very friendly and able to address questions/concerns I had2) Maintenance request were done next day normally*3) Low crime (if any) during my two years here I think I only saw two police cars ever on the property4) Rent is cheap especially if you split a 2BR with another person5) Located right on an A&M bus route (Route 31)6) Plenty of parking-CONS-1) Maintenance request will take a lot more time in peak move-in times (August)2) The kitchen space can be quite limited. This can be a challenge if you like to cook.3) No microwave in units (if you get one make sure it is no too high wattage otherwise the outlets wont support it)4) AC struggles in summer months and hot days (older apartment complex)5) The water pipes are loud. You can hear when other people use their showers6) The stairs up to some second-story units can be rickety. However, they have been doing quite a bit of work to renovate and improve this. -

Super friendly staff, and very reasonable prices. My original apartment plans fell through 2 days before I had to move out of my previous housing, and the staff at Willowick got me set up and all moved in within that time period. Will stay here until I graduate. -

Its quite homey and quaint and I have been enjoying my stay here so far. Its the perfect distance off campus and located in a wonderful area for school supply or grocery shopping as well as eating. The appartments are generously sized and great for college students and staff is always quick to act on things if you request any help or maintenance. Definitely recommend. -
Review 31 (2018-10-08 - Rating: 5)
The apartments are very cozy, I really like the open concept of the kitchen, the front and dining room are pretty spacious and the rooms are perfect size with good closet sizes too. The walls are pretty thick, the staff is very friendly and no one works out so the gym is always alone and its almost like a personal gym :) -
Review 32 (2013-05-17 - Rating: 4)
I dont understand the other comments here. I think Willowick is great. I live there for 2 years during which my problems were minimal. I havent heard of ANY crime in the complex area (cant say that for the gated apartment down the street where my friend lives). They seem to be genuinely helpful, down to earth people, the manager is especially helpful. When I have a problem with something they fix it within a few days always and are always really nice. The rent is cheap and its a darn good quality for the price place. If you see it as a decent cheap place to live (hard to come by these days) then you will love it. oh, and amazingly huge closet. -

Just moved in, its nice so far for an older complex. They put new carpet in at my request because I have bad allergy problems, and the staff are all absolute sweethearts. Unit itself was clean and presentable, some minor wear but again its an older place. Really good quality to price ratio! -

I lived here in 2013-2014 and it was cheap as sin and full of it. Looks like they slapped some lipstick on it, but donāt let them make you overpay. I think thereās a gym but just work out on campus. Not saying the gym is bad but mom and dad aināt paying for the rec for nothing. Ride the bus to school and save money on a parking pass. Get off your phone and get some culture. Build the hell out of bonfire. -

Everyone was super helpful in the move in process. The tenants are all friendly as well as the location being super quiet for its proximity to campus. -

I have lived here for almost two years. It is a good place to live considering the rent you pay. -

I lived here for 3 years when I went to Texas A&M, and all three years they were wonderful. First of all, the price is unbeatable! They rent per unit and not per bed(person), so your cost of living can be around $500 with all utilities for a 2x2! Anytime I had a problem with my unit, I would call, email, or go in person and they would fix it right away. They wanted you to live in the best conditions possible. My overall experience was wonderful! Talk to Ericka the manger/owner and she will let you know everything you need to know about having a great living experience. -
