    Wow! Right from the reception. Miguel was awesome, professionalism was good. Clean environment and organized. The apartments were very clean and loved that they were all current. Loved the apartments and rates were reasonable. Thier one, two and 3 bedrooms were beautiful.Would highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment to try this place.We got ours just straight away as the staff there made us feel so welcomed.

    Its been two weeks and the experience is great so far. Patrick and Miguel are very helpful and friendly. School bus coming to the premises is a bonus. The apartment models are very good and pest free! If any problems, they are addressed very promptly.

    Moved here for a week now. The team were so great! Patrick and Miguel really made the process for me and my family. They kept us updated with any thing that we needed to get done. They were also there to personally help us with document works that we might have question about. Very friendly staff. The maintenance people were very helpful in making sure our place was ready before moving in. Great staffz

    This apartment complex is the best! It has an excellent location, renovated units with everything you need, and its manager Patrick and his entire team are super friendly and professional and do their best to make everything work perfectly for the residents. 100% recommended. ☺️

    I recently moved to Plano from east coast and was investigating on lot of apartment communities. Found this apartment in the best location. 5 mins away from costco, walmart, Target and a very good public park. Met Patrick the Apartment Manager. From the day 1 he was taking good care of us, be it taking a tour, explaining the rent break ups, water charges or other joining formalities. Out of 7 communities we visited in our search, Patrick is the BEST. It has been a couple of months since we are staying and everything is good. Patrick got a very good team who took care of water issue during the recent SNOW storm. Couple of maintenance team stayed overnight to fix the same. Also any maintenance request you submit will be addressed within 24 hours. It has been a pleasant stay so far and will update this review if my view changes.

    Our goal in looking for the perfect place to live was answered immediately with the help of the property manager Patrick with his assistant Miguel, a perfect workforce duo who really made all the initiative to grant our urgent need to move in the soonest. They were so amazing and with them, i feel HOMe. In just 2 days we already moved in successfully. Our first and future days here is a bit promising.     Really a Nice and Small community. Very quiet, easy to access most stores and highways.The maintenance team is very fast and courteous. Property Manager Ms.Taylor is an amazing manager. She is always there to solve any issues. Been here almost 4 years. Happy to call Wellington as Home.

    Update year 10. I keep choosing the wellington! Management has gotten better. We were frustrated over a year ago but Patrick has came and doing amazing work! The maintenance is doing a fantastic job. Recent remodel of interior has been fabulous. Lamont and Manny the maintenance team are approachable as a maintenance team.I have been here for over 2 years and just resigned my third year! dont take the negative reviews for face value. people mostly mostly review when they have something negative to say, but i wanted to post the opposite. has there been some turnover with management? yes but i can say margarita is awesome! she has personality!! Before, i never cared to know their names, they did not look approachable. the neighbors are nice and all the kids play very well together. the experience here is has been the best since i been here!! the school district is great so dont let a couple bad reviews deter you from living in a family environment. Thank margarita for making resigning my lease a easy process and working with my time and schedule. Please dont go anywhere

    All things considered, our transfer to this new apartment complex is an improvement to our living situation, in terms of location, apartment floor plan/layout, brand new ref, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, etc etc. We moved here on Dec. 2/23, and as the days pass by, coupled with the daily experiences of living in a new facility, all the more demonstrated that we are in the right place at the right time. As of this date. Jan 5/24, were only a bit more than one month in the place, yet i could say that everything is good, and that were glad to be in this new residence. I would give 5 stars to the experience.

    I have been here for years. I have seen many changes. I had a maintenance issue with my fridge, both times it was addressed same day. This last instance was amazing! I called and 30 minutes they showed up with a fridge. No questions just results. Juan was nice, courteous and cleaned up afterwards. Its always easy to type negative experiences but I want to post positively about the property maintenance and the great people who work here with us. Thanks a million.

    Moved into this apartment 2 months back. Has been a pleasant stay so far. Garden is good. Pool is good. Enough car parkings available. Rent can be paid online.And I did not face any cockroach problems though I see a lot of it reported in old reviews. Any plumbing / carpentry issue so far have been fixed asap. Property Mangers are kind and have responded properly whenever I reached out to them. Things are super smooth. Cheers.

    My wife and I have lived here for 2 years and it has been a great experience! The location is perfect and centralized, the grounds are always kept clean, they have 2 great pools, a nice workout room, dog friendly grassy areas, playground for kids (and there is a lot of kids so its family friendly), and the interior of my apartment was my favorite design after looking at a dozen others in the area. Their maintenance team is top notch. Im always impressed with how quick they are to respond to even to the smallest of repairs. The manager and staff always keep us informed of any new changes or upcoming events and their online portal makes rent payment and maintenance request fast and simple. They also always seem to be improving and adding more so it feels like its always getting better! I also think the people who live here are great. Its a quiet neighborhood and Ive never had a complaint about noise. Highly recommend this community! You wont regret signing a lease!

    Overall a great complex. Maintenance is quick but the buildings themselves are fairly old. There is some rundown to be expected. Mostly small families here. Fairly quiet with the exception of children playing and the occasional poolside cookout. Very friendly people.Some dog owners dont seem to see it necessary to pick up after their pets. But it isnt too terribly noticeable.Apartment staff are polite and friendly. Personally have not had any issues and they have been very accommodating.

    My family has lived here for about 6 months, and we absolutely love it. The complex is always very well maintained, there is plenty of parking for everyone, and it is a very family friendly complex. One of the best things is that they do pest control weekly, and I have NEVER seen any type of pest anywhere on the property. Brittany in the office is so sweet and helpful with any questions that you might have. The location is also central to everything, and it is such a nice area. It has truly been wonderful living here. We really enjoy it.

    During the chilly winter this year, heater of my apartment was not working properly for few days and taking hiccups frequently. We have a newborn baby in our apartment. We raised a high priority work order on the resident portal, the maintenance staff (David and Michael) visited and fixed that but next day it was not working again. We raised an urgent work order using the emergency maintenance contact number, they again came and fixed but the problem still persisted, they needed to come couple of times but to fix this permanently they needed to take some of the hardware parts of the heater and stay outside in the freezing temperature. We are so glad that they treated our request as urgent and fixed same day. Every staff member is very polite and professional. Every kind of stores is very close and rent is also very reasonable here. I see from my patio, Pool is cleaned by Robotic Pool Cleaner very frequently and not only kid’s play area but the whole campus is also very clean. It is just beside a very busy Parkwood road however it is completely noise free community. We love staying here and highly recommend people to try this community. The only improvement I want to see that some more beautiful garden plants in the campus.

    We have been living here for almost 2 years and will be renewing our lease again. It is wonderful place to live, beautiful homes , feeds in a great school and the staff tops it up with their helpful attitude. The staff is wonderful. When I have requested maintenance I received response very quickly and issues have been fixed within 2 hrs. I would recommend to anyone!

    I have lived here at Wellington for almost 7 years.The staff has always been very helpful with all my needs. Promptly takes care of all requests.Its a safe little community and I have never had any issues with staff or management.The location is great for shopping, dining and across toll road from hospital. Plano school district is great for the younger children. Plus high school is down the street, too.Everything you need is within a mile or two radius. Plus I am 6 minutes from work. My experience here at Wellington has been nothing but positive.

    I have very much enjoyed living at the Wellington. Of course the location is excellent, being in west Plano near shopping areas close to my daughter school, work. I love how safe and quiet area is.The price is also excellent compared to other apartments in the area. The staff is friendly and maintenance requests are resolved promptly.     Im writing this review based on my stay at this apartment from the past 3 years. Back in 2013, this apartment was just above average. The maintenance staff was good and even the mgmt was ok. Thereafter, in 2014-2015, there was a major problem with the new mgmt and not so good maintenance service. Back then, some maintenance guys were not even adequately trained to do the work and hence the maintenance work would get piled up. Time since the new manager JaiDa has taken over in 2015-16, we have seen very positive improvements in the community when it comes to cleanliness, maintenance of overall look and feel of apartments, offering complimentary upgrades to apartments and complimentary carpet cleanings during lease renewals. JaiDa is a very innovative and creative community manager here at Wellington and brings in a completely new thought process to the table to improve the overall look and feel of this community. Also, what I admire about this new management (esp. JaiDa on the chair) and the leasing consultant Kern is that they are both very welcoming and address every little problem seriously and ensure timely turnaround to fix them. The two new maintenance guys (Brendan and his co-worker) are very knowledgeable and fast in delivering maintenance service on time. Ive observed this new mgmt and maintenance staff to be very professional and respectful of tenants time and value our stay at these apartments. I have always appreciated JaiDas due diligence in understanding tenants issues and resolving them quickly satisfactorily. Ive never returned disappointed from her office till date. They have been keeping the surroundings clean, garbage disposal happens quickly and swimming pools are well maintained. Thanks JaiDa and team for bringing this new change and keeping the benchmark of quality very high. I believe, Ive given a fair and balanced feedback based on my stay here so far.

    Things that I like about this apartment1. Location is unbeatable as it is at the heart of plano and centered to all the IT companies in Plano and marketplace.2. Excellent maintenance team especially David who shows up immediately within a day after I post a maint request in apartment portal.3. Monthly Rent and security deposit is fair and inexpensive compared to the neighbor apartment complexes.4. Friendly staffs at the front desk and the complex is quite and peaceful. No surrounding traffic noises.Things that could be improved about this apartment1. Apartment kitchen design is not that good. Kitchen has very poor ventilation system. At least small window should be placed next to the kitchen.2. AC vents and air circulation system is not satisfactory. Bed rooms and bathroom are always hot specially in summer and have to use ceiling fan (Extra electricity expense 🥺). No proper AC circulation across the apartment.3. Apartment gym is average neither good nor bad. Could be improved with more equipments but the space will be congested. Clean restrooms, drinking water and sweat paper towel in fitness room is available which is a great thing. ✅👍

    I never used guest-wifi in gym earlier but one day I just checked casually with Brittanie(Leasing Consultant) & JaiDa(CAM, property manager), is there a wifi in the gym then Brittanie shared credentials immediately but that was not working then JaiDa said that let me work on this and it was really fixed in the same evening when I checked in the gym. I appreciate both of them for the quick & prompt action. Every leasing and maintenance staff is very polite and cooperative here. I met some of the families of this community who have been residing in this community for approx. 7-8 years. In the beginning of my first year of stay, I was thinking, what is the specialty/uniqueness in this community, which makes them stay for a long time here. Later when I myself experienced and now witness the uniqueness. Rent is also reasonable as compared with the other communities. I got my lease renewed recently and got offered wall paint (one side wall) and carpet cleaning (whole apartment) for free with my renewed lease. I highly recommend everyone to stay here if they want to get rid of their community due to rude behavior of leasing & maintenance staffs. I hope this summer we will have some beautiful garden plants in the community.

    Very good community. Neighbourhood is nice and mall is close. All the retail shops for groceries and urgent care very close. Staff is nice and polite. Property well maintained.     I am a resident here for over 9 months now and I am satisfied. The move in process was very professional and seamless. Jaida has been extremely helpful in the entire process. The maintenance staff headed by David are very prompt in response and go the extra mile in ensuring the request is full filled. Front office staff of Jaida and Brittanie are helpful and answer all the queries with patience. Kids are happy with them as they distribute candies when the school bus drops them off.The apartment is in close proximity to Tom thumb, Starbucks , etc. Costco, Target, Walmart are around a mile away.During last summer, the pool was shutdown for few days 2 times. Otherwise this apartment deserves a 5 star rating. I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay.

    I have been a WWB resident for exactly a year and my overall experience has been great. WWB was the last complex I visited late in the afternoon after seeing at least 15 other properties in the scope of 2 days! I was exhausted but Kyle (office staff) friendly upbeat charm drew me right in and had me signing a lease before I knew it. Aside for a few bumps upon my initial move in, the staff has exceeded my expectations in their service. The location is PHENOMENAL (excellent amenities, safe neighborhood, parks, great schools, and literal seconds to tollway)! In addition, the price is very competitive for the area! I strongly recommend The Wellington at Willow Bend! (I like how that rhymes 😉)

    I have recently divorced and searched long and hard to find a community in the Plano area where I could house my children for a short time while I figured things out. I looked at Wellington at Willowbend and loved the complex. I found it to be clean, pet friendly and seemed to be in a safe area. Now for the hard part.... My credit. My credit score has dropped significantly since my divorce. JaiDa talked to me and had a very open heart. My rental history is good so JaiDa and her staff worked numbers with me and got me into and apartment that was comfortable for my children and I as well as one that I could afford. WIN WIN for everyone involved. She has recently put together a very strong staff. From the office to the maintence, the staff is customer friendly and the maintenence guys even wave at me everyday as I come home. Im proud to say I just signed my second lease at the Wellington at Willowbend Plano and knowing the Plano area well I think I made a good choice as far as location and price. I hope this is beneficial information for someone looking at Wellington for their future home.
