    If Palm trees dont grow I dont go! this place tops it off with Crystal clear, pools & fountains, playground for the kids and a public computer room with a printer and high speed internet. The head of security is also a cop Who works In a nearby location. Plus you have Multiple active and retired military personnel who live on the premises.

    Our lease will be coming to an end soon so I wanted to put my full whole hearted review the staff is great so kind and supportive they answer attentively and make sure they cover any bases for your questions , but now to the apartments themselves the rent increase is a little absurd then payment system has extra fees. The walls of the apartments you can hear everyone and everything constant banging and dogs barking especially at night while trying to get some rest. The gate system is okay but those entering through the exit have 0 regard for others safety we’ve almost crashed twice with our child in the vehicle with those entering the wrong way. The extra fees is also a big factor on why rent is so high here recently we decided not to renew our lease due to said factors for the most part. We are paying $933 at the moment but if we renew we would be paying $1050 a month instead just the space you’re getting for a 1 bed 1 bath the price isn’t really worth it then the added extra charge for water usage when barely home to use it is also a little absurd but overall this is my honest opinion on our stay.I’m providing four stars due to the lovely staff and maintence team always being there for their tenants but overall for the apartment I would leave a 2-3 star.

    My wife and I aren’t familiar with the area so we came across these apartments online and decided to see them in person. They were beautiful and the lady who helped us was extremely informative and definitely a delight to be around! She showed us around and when we saw how stunning these apartments were, my wife and I are going to really consider these as our next move! We cant wait to enjoy the sparking pool! Thank you Maria for the exceptional customer service.

    I have lived here over 7 years. No major issues except recent rent increases. New management has painted the buildings, put new roofs on all of them, and repaired the parking lot. The property has new/more lighting at night. Overall this is a good place to live.

    The Villages at Paso Real was a great place to live. Ive enjoyed my stay and enjoyed the great environment. Apartment living comes with noise from your neighbors and common areas, that is the real fact about apartment living. Once in my apartment, I did not hear my neighbors.The office staff was very helpful and responded to my issues quickly and efficiently.

    From Nick and Katie at the villages, this is an amazing place to live, the neighbors are very friendly and staff is very helpful! It is very safe to live at with children, I feel comfortable letting my sister play outside alone here!

    This is a great community. We love that the staff is always willing to assist you. The pool is great! What would make it awesome would be updated Pool furniture. Our grandkids enjoy the playground.

    I have been living here for a year and love the atmosphere. My kids love the pool and playground. My favorite is the kitchen size and large bedroom. Plus its quiet so I cant hear neighbors.

    Ive lived here for about 2 months now, and Ive got to say I like it here. My personal apartment is a bit small but it has everything my roommate and I need. The building looks nice and is in a good location. All in all, a good apartment!

    It’s been a great experience. The change in management has been an improvement. They have been more intentional with fixing, repairing, and keeping the property more clean and eye appealing. Friendly staff and great maintenance crew even after hours or weekends. Great place to be at over all.

    MY FAMILY AND I HAVE BEEN LIVING AT PASO REAL FOR OVER A YEAR. NO PLANS ON MOVING. MAINTENANCE IS PUNCTUAL AND COURTEOUS. OFFICE STAFF IS AWESOME. FELICIA IS AN EXCELLENT PROPERTY MANAGER, SHE ALWAYS GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND WHEN POSSIBLE. CLEAN PROPERTY GROUNDS.

    Residing in Paso Real is one of the BEST decisions I have made! The apartment and its additions along with the management team are like no other! The apartments are gorgeous, peaceful, and have numerous great additions. I especially enjoy the business room. I have been able to successfully study for my boards and complete work-related tasks due to this room.Lisa and Joaquin are both phenomenal and caring individuals! I have always felt supported and treated with utmost respect. Lisa is extremely detail-oriented, so she ensures tasks are completed appropriately. Also, she is an outstanding multi-tasker. She knows how to ensure everyones needs are met. In addition, Joaquin has been another great individual to have in the management team. I still remember the first time I called the office to learn more. He was one of the most polite and welcoming individuals I spoke with after exploring over ten different apartment complex options. He also did a great job laying out any apartment fees along with the different types of rooms. Lastly, I remember studying in the business room a few hours before completing my nursing boards exam, and the computer started to run low in battery. I asked Joaquin for a charger, and even though he could not easily find the computer charger. He did not hesitate to lend me his to ensure I kept actively working. This such a kind gesture that was not expected, but it shows how much management is willing to do for their residents!Good job GVA in hiring exceptional individuals!Residing in Paso Real is one of the BEST decisions I have ever made!
