We love it here so far! We came here a couple months ago and spoke with Paula and heard very promising things! She was great and explained everything. We went ahead with the lease and have since moved in, with Dennise helping us out! She was awesome and helped us out as quick as possible being the only person in office (we moved in right after new years!)Then, we were absolutely sold we chose the right place when Mia really helped us out with a package thief that took a package off our doorstep, even with our door camera pointed right at them! Even though it wasnt their fault that someone stole from us, Mia really did all she could to go above and beyond to help us. Not only did we get our package back - but she was able to help out other residents too!!! There are some good people who run this property ❤️We are very happy with everything so far, maintenance guy is very sweet and helpful, and the unit itself is just what we need at a good price!

Came in for a tour and Ms.Paula was very helpful and kind. Sweet lady. She provided me with a great quote for what i needed at the time. Thank you so much for everything. Home was spacious and clean. Community comes with great benefits if you have children. Daycare on site and school next door.

I just recently renewed my lease and I wanted to express how this apartment complex stands apart from others.The people that live here are all super nice and my neighbors have became like family to me. The staff are super friendly and the maintenance staff are helpful if you need anything. But the biggest thing for me is it’s been a great place for my dog. We have the space we need and the layout of the complex is great for walking or playing and it just feels like you’re in an actual neighborhood.I really feel like this complex stands apartment from your “run of the mill complex’s) that’s being built all around us.

Honestly Ive been searching for apartments for roughly 6 months and this has to be by far one of the best ones I got to see and will most likely be setting up my lease here. The staff is ridiculously nice, especially Mializa. Sweet as a peach. She was more than patient to every question I had, showed me around the complex and I was also able to meet with the property manager and maintenance. The pool looks awesome. Understandable its down at the moment, hurricane beryl was devastating. But the devotion to keep up with everything going on, to me seems like a great place to live. I highly, highly suggest talking to Mia about any questions or concerns you may have. She was extremely thorough and very informative even to the questions I didnt know I needed answers too. If youre looking for a good home this may be it. The apartments look great on the inside and out! Maintenance is mostly on top of their game. What more could you ask for? I WILL undoubtedly be going back in the next two weeks to sign a lease for my new home!!

I have lived at the Villages at Louetta for over 16 years and I love whenever I have an issue and go to the office to see Paula Ortiz. She is always professional and so very knowledgeable and helpful. Please know that you have a Gem in Paula Ortiz. Please let her know how very much my family and I appreciate her willingness to always take the time to hear us and for going the extra mile in ensuring that whenever we have an issue with our apartment she ensures it’s tended to expeditiously.

I HATE apartment shopping down to the last little detail. But I cant express enough how different this experience was. I currently live in a different city but have been actively trying to find a decent place in Houston. I hate to get this wrong but I believe the person who helped me was named Mia? Anyways, she was actually really informative about literally everything. She sent email, pics, break downs. Dude she literally made the process super easy. I tend to get frustrated with people because I feel like theyre either not being 100% honest or sometimes dont even have the answers to my most important questions. I did not have that problem with this young lady. Im hoping I can set up a time to come in and sign a year lease with my fiance and new born. When I tell you that the process of searching for a GOOD apartment has been more than frustrating I am not lying. But Ms. Mia was so freaking helpful that I think weve made our decision. If this isnt the place we choose, I GUARENTEE YOU its at the very minimum top 2. 👌 highly recommend atleast going in and taking a tour, definitely ask your questions because I genuinely dont believe there was a question I had that wasnt answered to my liking. 5 starts for the customer service and definitely 5 stars for these cute apartments.

Mia Schnur provided great customer service to me in helping me print. The resident printer was not functioning and she worked with me to troubleshoot. When that didn’t work we went and used the other ones. Very grateful for the help and her patience.

I lived here 5 years ago and just moved back in. Thanks to Holly and her great customer service skills, I was won over and decided I wanted to live here again. The apartments are clean and refreshed before move-in including new carpets and paint. Holly and Paula made me feel like my pets and I were very welcomed and I appreciate that. Ive only had one maintenence issue so far and it was fixed immediately. I got the smallest one bedroom available and it is tiny but adorable.

Tsk. Tsk. Tsk. My main problem is I cant move in fast enough. I had an opportunity to stop by the village at Louetta I think last week? I meant to write a review but Ive been far too busy. If I could I would move in today! I mean this place has what Im looking for. A pool for my babies. A gym for me and my husband. A little dog park for my pups and even an outside area to grill and have a little party. I met with Mia and she is super cool. Oh I almost forgot they even got a pool table. (My husband will probably be spending as much time as he can there) 🤣 besides all the great amenities, the staff was super chill and nice. They seem like if theres a problem its addressed pretty quickly so that already eases my mind. Mia was super easy to talk to and the maintenance on site seem to be like theyre actually doing their job. I cant even begin to speak on how many apartments Ive been to that maintenance doesnt care, the management doesnt really fix issues or address problems and then on top of that the amount of deceit I felt from dealing with other people. Here feels completely different. I absolutely love this place and Im like 99% sure this is where well end up. Its a really nice area with pretty good food spots around. The apartments are pretty spacious and the patience of the staff is great. If youre looking for an actual leasing agent who cares and is patient. Mia is the person youre looking for. I dont typically make reviews unless I feel ecstatic about something or completely disappointed. I was highly satisfied with the service, friendliness and answers to my questions. Save me a spot because were on the way very very soon!!

I was shopping around for an apartment, I visited many places but immediately when I get here I felt peace. The environment was so clean and peaceful as well as the people in the office. Mrs Kiarra was very knowledgeable and helpful though the process. She was so willing to tour with me anytime, and so patient with me . My first language is not English so she tried her best to understand me and communicate with effectively. So I didnt hesitate to made this place my new home. The office/maintenance staff both have done a phenomenal job. But one above the rest has stood out as the definition of excellence. Mr. Jose Sanchez the lead of the maintenance team. Always goes above and beyond. Whether it’s every time I see him around the property picking up grounds as he’s riding around in his golf cart gold tooth shinnning. Or he is servicing a work order I have put in he does the best of his capabilities, and I never have a complaint. Thank you villages at Louetta for this exceptional hire he has made. Real name is Brandon, lol. Been here since Jan of 2021. LOVE IT. Especially after the recent painting and everything else theyve done to the buildings. Big open grass area, playground for kids, dog park, HUGE complex. Its great. Also, I have had recent maintenance requests completed by Jose, and all were fantastic. Today was a dishwasher. Got there as he was finishing up. Very well done. Talked about how to clean the filter for it, made sure I knew how to operate it, etc. Very knowledgeable worker and very nice. FIVE STARS for this guy AND the complex.

Where do I start…it’s been an awesome experience from start to finish. They answer the phone for starters. They processed my application quickly and were very professional yet warm and welcoming. They seem to genuinely care about the tenants and how their experience goes. The units are clean and the air is fresh. This has helped my toddler’s step apnea tremendously. The property is cleaned and well maintained. They hold tenants accountable when it comes to community norms. It’s just a great place…don’t let me get started talking about maintenance…they deal with issues fast. Jose is respectful and professional. We want to leave our note of thanks to the staff at Villages of Louetta. We stayed for 13 months and always received excellent treatment and service, especially from Paula Restrepo and José Sanchez. We witnessed a major renovation of the facilities. Additionally, I think it is the only complex nearby that has excellent green areas. Me and my family have no hesitation in recommending it.

Been living here for a couple years now and I can say that overall they have done a great job. Paula has been the main person to be taking care of everything she is AMAZING👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼!!!! She is Very helpful and will not jerk you around if she tells you she will take care of it SHE LITERALLY WILL. Recently we had to move apartment and there were a couple issues with it and I told Paula and she immediately called me and moved us to an another apartment. As well as the new staff like Chase & Dennies they are friendly and attentive. If There are any maintenance issues they immediately send someone to come and fix it Jeremiah has been the main one to come and fix the issues.The apartments over all are decent slowly they have been upgrading them with new grey walls and wooden floors very pretty. Also apartments are dog friendly and there is a playground for kids. Neighbors in my area are friendly . But overall pretty good.

It’s quiet and the outside is the apartments are always clean. Staff is also friendly and any maintenance needs I’ve had had been done on time.UPDATE: 9 months in & I still love it here. Very quiet & everyone keeps to themselves. The office is always ready to help & polite! I think I’ll be here for awhile!

Maintenance was responsive and I rarely had to ask them to fix something. Overall it is a lovely place to live and the only real issue I had was that they lack on site laundry facilities.

We love this apartment. The layout is beautiful with lush gardens and an on-site playground! So much fun for a quick warmup with the kids. The staff at the leasing office are so helpful and the maintenance manager, Dwayne is always at the top of his game. He is so helpful and perfect at his job. Never had a chance to complain. All requests are treated as top priority and are completed ASAP!

Overall it has been a pleasant living experience in my building unit. The dogs love the dog park, it is spacious for them to fully run around. My favorite part about my living experience is my balcony. The grounds are well kept and I love all the grassy areas to walk my dogs around. The pool is beautiful as well. Maintenance is A plus and Dewayne is very good at what he does! It seems when there is any disturbance or violations from any other tenants its taken care of in a timely manner by management. We have been here for 3 years and we plan on staying here until we can find a house. I love most about this community is the families and seeing alot of people active in the community. Always walking around and kids are playing.

Property manager Paula Restrepo is awesome. Any concerns I have every had have been addressed by her and she is a manager that actually cares about her residents. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking to live somewhere safe and where they are cared about.

Villages at Louetta made my move in experience so stress free. Our Family being new to the Houston area and with a limited time frame for a place to live Sylvia did a phenomenal job in helping with that process. Sylvia was very communicative and far went beyond my expectations and made us feel at peace to know we have people in our apartments management that care about their residents.Apartments are very nice and the area is very quiet being that it is far from main roads.Location is great with plenty of stores and restaurants near by. Also very convenient for my son to have a great school directly behind.Again we thank Sylvia and her team for their help and warm welcoming of my family.Would suggest this place to others.

Rocky start.Moved here due to lost everything when hurricane Harvey (lived on my previous apartment for over 8 years 😭). The staff was good, but the apartment was not ready to move in. I spend 2 days cleaning and a lot of $$ on air freshmen. Issues in the kitchen, bathroom, with the washer.Took a lot of maintenance tickets to be open and re-open. (No the aggravation needed to restart our lifes). But they finally got it right. No additional maintenance issues since moved in 6 months ago.Yes, parking is bad, specially if you get home late @ night. And the $35.00 a month fee for cover parking seems a bit to much for me.The grounds are kept clean, you will see children playing around 😊.Im starting to feel @ home. And hope to stay here for awhile.

I have personally lived here in 2014 . It was awesome back then too. Just decided to move closer to my job. I moved back in 2019 it has always been nice, great quiet place to live. My wife and I both for Klein ISD now , well is another great reason to live here. Nice clean pool, friendly maintenance and staff. This past year with covid, they try to what is best for residents as far safety. Any problems arise they fix promptly. And also great location. 😊

My wife and I lived in this complex previously and had moved into the house my son and his wife had purchased. They were going to have the second level and we would share the kitchen. After my wife figured out they were not going to move here she advised our son to put it on the market that we were moving back to the apartment complex we had left (Villages of Louetta).We did move back to Villages of Louetta and the day we walked in the staff all said “the Clark’s are back! We asked if our 1 bedroom apartment was still available and they said it was not. My wife said that was OK as we really needed a 2 bedroom apartment. Not a problem and showed us the apartment we are currently residing in. We moved in and have been happy with our decision.Any time there is a problem they fix it! There has not been very many problems as I can not even remember those we had 😀We have now been here over six years and have no intention of leaving.We have had neighbors with children and it dies not bother us if they run and play and laugh! We think that is what children are supposed to do!We know all our neighbors on the first floor and are working on knowing those on the other two floors.Parking has been tough the last few years. They have tightened up the rules since there was a situation that came to their notice that an apartment that was supposed to be a 1 bedroom had at least 3 families living in it and about 5 vehicles! They clarified that situation and have since marked some spaces as visitor parking. More people prefer to pay forundercover parking when available.My wife and I have no intention of moving from the Villages of Louetta! We have now been here for over six years!I can’t imagine anyone in the front office ever being anything but pleasant and cordial to anyone!And I would just not believe any of the negative and nasty comments that have been made!Come join us!

I moved in 6 months ago. The complex is maintained excellently. The pool is beautiful. There are computers available for residents to conduct internet business. There is a modest but sufficient workout room. My apartment is updated.The neighbors are friendly, and the area is safe. The location is very good too. I have a two bedroom that I pay about $150 a month more than other apartments in the area, but they are not comparable given the overall quality of Villages at Louetta.

I moved here about 9 months ago and was simply amazed by this lovely peaceful complex. The apartments are comparatively large. The whole complex is very clean and the management is very cooperative. Gym and Pool are also really well maintained and youll find all the latest equipment at the gym. The community manager Kim Schuck is the solution to every problem that a resident may face. First Im going to start off with, i have been toMANY apartment complexes, spoke with MANY leasing offices, none have been this helpful, this friendly, this organized, and they treat you with such dignity and respect, i came in with 3 other people, my fiancee, a friend and her boyfriend. The boys were acting like kids, while the women were being more adultish. The employees, Ashley and Kim i believe her name is, were so friendly. Ashley greeted us as soon as we walked in the door shook my hand and asked us for water, none of the other leasing offices did that, EVER. The inside of the complex is very child friendly and pet friendly, Ashley took us to the apartment and she explained its not completely finished but it sill be by the time we move in Friday, they close at 5-5:30, they waited and helped us figure out finances and other details, we were dont at 6, we had been there since 3 and, let me tell you, those women were there since 7 this morning and you wouldnt know it. They were that friendly. I am so very impressed with this complex and i hope to continue putting a 5 star review throughout my 12 month lease. Thank you ladies so much for your time, your effort, and patience. You have a very happy woman right here.Im editing this review as well, i have been here well over a week now, we had some maintenance problems, and a few have them been less helpful than others. Dwayne has been the most helpful maintenance man here, we had an electrical problem in the master bedroom where the light wouldnt work, however i sent multiple requests and dwayne came to my house as soon as he read it when he came back, he laughed with us and he explained to my husband the problem, they joked and we all had a great time. The problem i have is with the maintenance is that in the beginning i ordered a washer and dryer and we knew it wouldnt be in until the monday or tuesday after our move in. Which was fine, but the people who brought the washer and dryer left the washer in the middle of our kitchen and the dryer was left in our living room, i had found out some stuff that day about my then unborn baby that i wished i hadnt, i didnt get home until 6 or 7 in the evening and i couldnt make dinner because the washer was still in our kitchen even though the people said told our roomates theyd be back. i had to call emergency maintenance. The heavy set man comes in and moves it, i ask him if he wouldnt mind hooking it up and he said he would come tomorrow, it wouldnt have taken that long to hook it all up but im not in that department. This is not shaming on anybody. Im bringing this attention to the owners. Maintenace over all is great, very on top of things, aside from that minor issue im pleased with my stay, no bugs . Nothing else. I really recommend people calling this place home because i sure do.
