The view is a great place to live! other than the amenities, the best thing about it are the leasing professionals! they are all so helpful, understanding, patient, and knowledgeable! they make sure that where you live is perfect and that you’re comfortable and happy in your unit. they’re the best and they make living here even better! 10/10 recommend the view. I live in the S1 premium and i’m in loveeee. (i added some pics sorry it’s a little messy)

For the past two years, my experience at The View has been very positive. The location is convenient, making it easy to get to campus and nearby places. The amenities are well-maintained, including a great gym, study lounges, and a beautiful pool. The staff is friendly and helpful, and maintenance has always handled my requests promptly, usually on the same day. If youre looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place to live, I’d recommend The View for students, graduates, and non-students alike.

I lived here last year and it honestly wasnt that bad, coming from someone who scours reviews before living anywhere. I was placed here by student housing, and most of the issues I experienced at this apartment werent bad. The biggest one was the rooming system, as I got paired with awful roommates. Aside from that, the other biggest issue was crickets during cricket season and the parking- I didnt like the monthly paid parking system which you couldnt back out of (according to my ex-roommate). Staff were extremely friendly and maintenance took care of our issues within 4 days. However, this place is pricy, so be sure to be confident in your finances before signing the lease.

I’ve really enjoyed living here at the view on the square. The view on the square is absolutely stunning, and it’s such a peaceful place to come home to after a long day. The maintenance team is fantastic – they are always quick to respond and go above and beyond to make sure everything is in top shape. I appreciate their professionalism and how friendly they are as well. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I highly recommend it!

I LOVE!!! living here. I re-signed for another year to live here and I have loved my experience here. The leasing office is full of absolute queens and take the time to actually know their residents. Living at The View has been an exceptional experience. The location is unbeatable, offering great views and easy access to downtown. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, always going the extra mile to ensure resident satisfaction.I really like the high ceiling and big windows in my 5 bedroom floor plan because the ceiling makes the place feel bigger and the windows allow for a lot of natural light to come in. The convenience of being close to various shops and restaurants has been my favorite thing, I don’t drive to campus or anywhere on the square because the walk is not bad at all. I recommend The View. It’s an enjoyable living space in San Marcos.

The property is beautiful filled with amazing amenities. The pool is always clean, the hot tub actually WORKS, gym is phenomenal and the clubhouse is huge. It actually makes me want to participate in the community events. Staff is super friendly and helpful too!

My grandchild’s experience living here has been great. She enjoys the resident events and the pool is gorgeous! She definitely feels safe and says that she knows that if she needs anything, someone is always around to help. The staff is always helpful and attentive to her needs. I have a one of kind floorpan that you cannot find anywhere else in San Marcos with floor to ceiling windows. Great amenities and the office is constantly hosting events that have free food for residents.
